Katie gave me the best haircut I’ve had in 20 years. I used to go to the budget hair cutting shops, no longer. The value is there.

This place holds independent hair stylists. Small rooms are rented out to people who cut hair. I have a stylist who cuts my hair. I perfer a private session with minimal contact with strangers.

Choose Wisely! My first experience with this place and I would NOT book again. I had a confirmed appointment today at 12:30 with BB (using her initials only!) I received a text from BB at 11:44am -advising her daughter was ill and she had to go pick her up and asked if we could re-schedule. I responded quickly and asked for her next available appointment. No response, so I booked another appointment with JR, for 1:00 PM. I received an auto confirmation - after having to input my personal information and credit card to hold the appointment.I arrived on-time (over my lunch hour), to find out JR was busy with another person and could not get to me. As I’m leaving, much to my surprise, I pass by BB’s room and she is sitting in her chair looking at her phone! I politely asked if she was “B” - told her my name and that she had cancelled my 12:30 appointment etc, story above.I know I caught her by surprise and she didn’t really know what to say since I was there in person! She did add that she had to leave in .30 minutes to go pick up her daughter from school. (I’m thinking - you told me you were doing that at 11:44am, it’s now 1:05pm, and my confirmed appointment was for 12:30) For someone that is supposed to be such a professional, with 15 years in the business, you should know that other people’s time and schedules matter!

Sola is a salon, in so much as you get salon services, but each provider rents a space (picture an enclosed office) that is specifically for them. So walk-ins dont really seem to be feasible. I make my waxing appointments with Smooth Aesthetics by Lauren, and I visit her office, get waxed and go home. If I also wanted my hair done Id need to make an appointment with another provider and go down the hall to their office.I love the setup though, its a private space to consult with my provider without having to deal with the sounds of every other conversation/blow dryer/etc in the salon.I had been working with my provider *prior* to her moving into Sola, I probably wouldnt have gone in on a whim though.

My hair stylist of 18 years is Brigette Batton... she has always cut my hair just the way I like it... if anyone is looking for a new hair stylist I would recommend her with 5 out of 5 stars !!!

I go to Michaela Herron (Beauty by MDHP) she gives a great facial and she is the only person I trust to wax my brows. When she gives you a Brazilian she does a really great job, and she is personable and friendly which makes the waxing process less uncomfortable. Her room is always clean, the environment is really professional, she has such a great personality and is a really nice person. Her prices are really modest, especially compared to corporate salons. I have been going to her for several years.

I love Brittany! I get a lot of anxiety and OCD when I gave to find a new stylist. I started seeing Brittany when she worked for a chain, and Im so happy for her! Shes consistent, friendly, and creative!

Love my hairstylist, brittany! She is great and so is the salon. Prices are set by the hairstylist but are comparable to other good stylists. Been going to her for 9ish years, you get what you pay for and I never leave the salon dissatisfied!

So happy I came here will be traveling the hour for my haircut from now on Bryan McQueen is awesome

Moxie inside Sola Salons is excellent. I have known Brigette for years.

Individual booths for many stylists and other beauty services. You make appointments with the booth others independently, its basically had a shared building for many self-owned boutiques.
