It was okay. One of the washers refused to take my quarters. I was not compensted for the detergent I had already put in there. After loading my clothes in a dryer, I noticed that scotch tape was over the quarter intake, no signage of being out of order. Oh, yeah, and the change machine wasnt working either. Had to run around to nearby shops to find some. Glad I dont live around here. Just passing through.

Really nice place !! i had roughly about 7 or 8 loads ( including a lot of blankets and sweatshirts ) and i got then all done within an hour and half including folding & it was pretty affordable unlike apt laundry rooms !! most definitely will be going back !! the owner ( i assume ) took time to talk to every customer that was in there for a few min each person and everything was working && they were even cleaning the washer and dryers while i was there !!! definitely recommend coming here !! i love how you can wash big loads for a low cost !!

It is a laundromat. Had a machine fritz on me at the beginning of the cycles and the attendant kindly gave me the money I had pumped into it for use in another machine. There is ice cream, snacks and sodas as well as a couple of video games and TVs if you dont have your own entertainment. They also sell some liquid detergent and bleach if you need it.

24 minutes was not enough to dry a single load but aye their location is great in relation to my house

Facility is very nice, great place to do laundry. Havent partaken in the food or drink, but sounds good. My only problem is that its incredibly loud, and not due to patrons, all the TVs and music are on blast. But I wear headphones and it works well.

No credit card payment option, but on the two occasions Ive used the place it was well-kept. The attendant was friendly. Since the laundry machines in my apartment building have become largely unreliable, Jump will probably be my default.

The laundromat is ideally located off of Ditch and 86th, in the same strip mall as CVS, Baskin Robbins and China Wok. The machines are clean and in various sizes, both washers and dryers. There are several TVs to watch while waiting on the laundry, and there is also music piped in. It was a bit too loud for my tastes, so Id recommend bringing in head phones or going back outside to your car. There is an ATM beside the cash register, and machines to make change for bills up to $20. The cashier can also provide change for you if you dont need $20 of quarters.I believe the dryers accept 25 cents for every 5 minutes. Using the large dryer, I was able to completely dry a Queen bedsheet set within a half hour.I highly recommend this laundromat.

Cant even be bothered to pick up a phone? My sister left an article of clothing behind and wanted to check for it. Every time I call, I am either being hung up on or forwarded, more than half an hour before closing.

This is the nicest laundromat Ive been to. Its 24 hours, which is a huge plus as I like to go earlier in the morning to avoid a rush. They have a little food court area (Havent tried it yet) and they also have arcade games. The prices are way cheaper than what Im used to and you dont get charged extra for using hot or heavy for your loads. 100% recommend.

When you can, review the busy/not busy timeline which is typically accurate. The rates are good for both washers and dryers. Multiple TVs airing various programs for all ages is a nice way to kill time.

Kept clean. Great music being played. I prefer the top load washers. They have a few of them. Plenty of Televisions, snacks, drinks, alcoholic beverages, hot food, ice cream and detergent you can buy. Friendly staff.

Newer laundry with good equipment. Love that there is an attendant to provide assistance. Also serve beer, wine, food and the best coffee EVER! There are 3 screens with different programs and a pretty hip sound track.

Great little laundromat! Everyone is super friendly. There is music, tvs to watch, plenty of clean and well functioning machines, and a change machine. The place is well lit and easy to find. The hosts also sell food and a number of other small items.

This place is spotless, never crowded and serve food. They even play good music. You almost look forward to doing laundry. The machines are hugh, so they seem higher but lower priced and smaller are in the back. I am willing to pay a quarter more per load for a clean machine and no wait.

Never thought I would be impressed with a laundrymat. They sell wine and beer, hot choc and fresh waffles!!!! ALWAYS clean! Friendly helpful staff! No broken down machines. Really makes it a pleasure to have to go out to launder clothes.

My first time at Jump and the first time I havent hated going to the laundromat. The place is very cool and modern from machines to televisions to high energy music. And if you want a KILLER nachos with EVERYTHING, be sure to see DELENA on the day shift. She will greet you with a smile and youll feel like youre a regular customer on that very first visit!

Front coin machine is out of service for weeks. Back machine no longer accepts debit cards. Cash only.Vending machine took my quarters and they cant refund because there not our machines Terrible pace.

Dryers are $0.25/7 min. Washers are $4.25/$6.25/$7.75 depending on size. All machines are huge too--worth the money since you can do like 1.5-2x more per load. A full load of clothes took like 25 minutes to dry since the dryers are so big. Lots of hanger carts and baskets. And I guess they sell burritos, hot dogs, and beer too? Lol

Great place to do laundry. Not enough carts or folding space but the ambiance is great. Its family run and they make sure to make you feel at home.

I Love this place washed all my blankets yesterday..had my granddaughter with me and as usual I was trying to do too much! Left a load almost lost my mind I left Djs blanket that he made at AYS not only did staff dry it I came in today no charge!!❤Love to you and your staff!! Jo

I went on a Saturday and it was crowd but the dryers were free. Machines were a little high to me at $2.50-$3.00 for a single load washing machine. There is really no place to actually fold your clothes. The attendants are nice and helpful and the place is really clean.

They said they were 24 hours. Come at 1AM and the man told me they closed at 12. What is the point of having the 24 hour post sign. Half of the washers don’t work. There is a hold on the glass door. Worst laundry mat ever.

The “owner”,or so he said he was, of the store was EXTREMELY rude! He proceeded to try and have a conversation with me while I was already on the phone! He then followed me out of the store calling me a b***h. He then argued with my man because he was cussing at me. When my man told him that was unnecessary he proceeded to say “I’m me.” I don’t know that he was actually the owner but the thought of any owner/manager treating their customers in such a manner and having a temper like that is truly sad. Don’t go there unless you wanna risk an argument with someone that doesn’t know how to act like an adult Or treat people with common decency.

Wow. Ive been to laundromats before, but this one is nice! Very clean, the staff is so friendly and actually cares about any problems youre having while trying to do your laundry. The machines are new and in great shape. They have Tekken 4, Tekken 5, and Mortal Kombat 3 arcade games to help pass the time. They are open 24 hours even though the hours on the door say till midnight.

Needs better cleaning. But ok.

Its like a laundry mat combined with a tiny cafe in it. The machines seem a little pricey as they charge extra for hot water. The cafe serves things like beer, nachos, hot dogs...very basic junk food. ☺️

I came here yesterday to drop off my laundry. When I arrived, the lady at the counter sighed and rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to be rude throughout the entire interaction. When I came back to pick up my laundry, a man handed me my clothes in a trash bag. I informed him that I brought my clothes in a laundry basket that he claimed he couldn’t find. After about ten minutes he brought my laundry basket out and dumped the clothes from the trash bag into the laundry basket. My clothes were balled up and wrinkled and not folded and when I got home I discovered that they were still wet! I will not be returning!
