Very underwhelmed. They are trying to do too much. Half of the store was set up as a night club and blocked off. I had no idea who was a customer and who worked there. Large water display in middle takes up majority of store. They had a radio station there and no idea what was going on.

We Closed on our house on a Friday and really needed to get carpet in before we moved in. We went to a couple places and we didn’t think this would be possible. When we got to the best floors we found an Affordable carpet that we loved and they were able to order it and install it in a week. The installers did an awesome job and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you all for getting us into our house faster.

My house needed some attention so I decided to do some remodeling. Someone from Faith Assembly told me about this place. At first I was shopping around only wanting to get a quick quote not thinking this would be my first and final stop but I fell in love instantly. You just cant beat quality products, fair pricing and great customer service!

Pros:They have a large showroom and all the prices are displayed. If you want to see what is available and put a general price together on your own you can do so.Cons:No customer service. We visited on a Saturday and was told we could look around but no one would be available to talk to us. They were so busy we would need to make an appointment for another day. Later I called to make an appointment and was told appointments weren’t necessary we could just come in whenever and they’d take care of us. I said, “that’s not what we experienced last time, I’d like to make an appointment to be sure.” The day of the appointment I called ahead in the morning to confirm the appointment and ask if we could come in at 1pm instead of 3. The lady said, let me check. A minute later she confirmed that Leo would be available at 1pm.We arrive at 1pm and Leo is not there. We ask the receptionist (a very nice man named George) if he could track down Leo while we look over the showroom again. At 1:25, Leo still has not made an appearance and no one has heard from him. He’s not answering their calls or texts. All the other sales people say that they cannot help us because Leo is the only one who knows bathrooms. Really?!?So we leave and, now it is the next day and we still haven’t heard from D’Best. Well, frankly even if we did I wouldn’t go with them. Customer Service is apparently a foreign concept to them.

We recently moved, and since we are having a baby we needed to turn one of the rooms into a nursery. They handled everything, from carpet to dry walls, and the room was left with the clean look and feel we were hoping.Our schedule was tight with all the moving and the wife being so close to delivery, but they were so punctual and everything was done super quick.

We are very pleased with the service at DBest Floorz. First of all, they were the only store with a large supply of tile available, in stock. Additionally, our contractor and installers got sick during the installation process, putting us behind schedule. We contacted the store and asked for an extension to return unused product. They were very gracious and allowed the extension to return the tile.

D’Best flooring had all the flooring we needed on hand! They also provided excellent customer service, responsiveness to our needs, and flexibility! We would definitely use them again.

Shopped around to explore options... Best pricing overall! Great selections! I highly recommend going straight here. By the way, pay the extra pennies to have it installed, not worth the headache of doing it yourself.

I have been looking to remodel our master bath. We had D Best come out and measure prior to us setting an appointment in the showroom to get the process rolling. We showed up at our scheduled appointment time of 6pm. When we arrived the person behind the counter greeted us, we mentioned we had an appointment. Well I guess the word appointment has lost meaning with DBest. After 5 minutes another person greeted us. This person I can only assume thought we were walk ins. In a normaI world I expect the staff to have an idea of the appointments theyve made with potential customers with a folder or program the staff can pull up my measurements and notes with ease. Unfortunately, this was not my experience at the store, I left my phone number for somebody to reach out when your ready to earn my business.

Management rocks: They hustled past then end of store hours to help me find something. They’re always in crisp dress clothes and it’s very rare to not be greeted at the door even though it’s a big building. Clear pictures or videos of your house is basically all they need. Don’t go anywhere else, there’s plenty of marble, tile, granite, and wood on display here. Maria Jr is very nice and sold me a great custom bath bomb soap kit.

This store looks run down, once you open the door there is a pretty water fountain and some good products I guess but the presentación in general is awful: broken tile and empty walls, insects inside the shower in the showroom and the worst part employees were not wearing a mask while most of the clients were. Really a bad experience, I would not recommend going here, just not worth it, prices were similar to other places where they take public health seriously.

It had been some time since I last visited DBest flooring showroom. It certainly transformed and was very impressive. The sales people were cordial and attentive and directed me to the person I was there to meet. He was in another meeting in the back but came out to meet with me as I had told him I was on my way. Then you can ask yourself if you think that Dbest deserves your business. They have received a “D” rating for a reason.Still undecided? This month, their latest court tactic is to continually delay production of documents to the court.Maybe they do have something to hide?Last month, I made the mistake of being a Dbest customer. I purchased 2 rooms of carpeting/padding to be installed. They broke 4 of my 13” tiles surrounding the living room and told me after they had broken them. They proceeded to bring the padding in for the bedroom, left it on the floor, and they said that they would return in 48 hrs. to install the bedroom carpet. The padding was soiled, stinky and disintegrated. Where did this padding even come from? With Covid-19 on the rise and my wife being a heart patient, I realized that it was too much of a risk to deal with this company, as they are untrustworthy and are indeed an embarrassment. Their uncouth business practices are a disgrace! I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau last night and it should be posted shortly.I’ve attached photos. Great experience since the first visit at D’best. We meet Mrs. Pura at the store, she took care of everything by helping us make a great selection of what we were looking to replace the floors of our home. At first installation on our master bedroom everything went smooth and floor looks good, the person who performed the job knew what he was doing. Then we decided to go and do our living room, everything was messy! The person who they sent to do the work took 4 days by coming home for only 4 hour per day giving many excuses. The floor became uneven and we had to request to have part of the tiles removed and replaced, the guy didn’t liked but did it. After a long wait he finished the floor. A few days after I called D’Best to request an inspection due to base board wasn’t finish. The separation between floor and base boards was unfinished, no caulking at all, also the grout started to come out between tiles! Today June 21, 2021 we still waiting for D’Best. My husband end up finishing the base boards and replaced the grout in between tiles. I believe D’Best should be more responsible on the performance of their installers. Unhappy customer this time!
