This place was unorganized and everything went wrong. We booked this place for a sweet 16 and we had everything planned and organized for the day of the party. However, everything went wrong and the party was a total mess and disaster. The smoke machine did not work, the curtains didn’t open, the projector for the pictures did not work and etc.

Horrible service, they should hire another bartender, you will have the mean person on the bar.

Amazing banquet hall, we had our baby shower there and everything was beautiful, the host Cecilia was great she’s amazing, also the girls that help us organize this beautiful day Diana and Dayana, also the amazing DJ Vinni is amazing, the music was great and super entertaining. Will definitely have more party’s here.

This people stole my deposit and couldn’t even do my party. They never pick up my calls always ignoring me and my lawyer.

I had my daughter’s sweet 16 at Millenium banquet hall October 2019 and I am completely satisfied with the excellent service starting with the first person that helped me plan the event, Daniela. She is the most courteous, sweet and profesional with excellent customer service skills. She made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything else other than choosing the style and decorations of party. She was there throughout the entire months of preparations ready to help me in anything I needed. The day of the party she was there making sure everything ran smoothly and That if there was anything missing she would help me at the moment. She was just beyond excellent.The captain of the banquet of Eddie I believe was making sure all the guests where treated right and if anyone needed help he was there. He also has great customer service skills.Another person that made my daughter’s day spectacular was Cecilia the MC. She is sweet, reliable, organized and she also made sure everything was in order when I got there. She made me feel relaxed that everything would turn out perfect and it did! She made the ceremony the most memorable and filled with joy and excitement for my daughters and all of us. She is just an amazing person who you can trust and she did more than she had and helped more than she had to at the party.I can’t forget the one that made our party rock, DJ Vinny. He kept the dance floor full at all times with great mixes of various songs. He called me before the party to make sure which type of music we wanted him to play at the party. He was also ok and played any songs as the guests requested them. Very professional and he has a great variety of songs and knows how to keep the party alive until the end.My last person that made the experience unforgettable was the photographer Marcos Coello. The amazing pictures he took at the banquet hall and at my daughter’s photo shoot were stunning! His talent is amazing and his professionalism was excellent. He is just a person that loves what he does and her pictures are simply beautiful. He made sure he didn’t miss any important pictures at the party and even though it was a rainy day he made sure he took the most sweet and Beautiful pictures under the bad weather conditions. He is just an amazing photographer and he made sure he took the most incredible pictures of my daughter.Overall I was satisfied with Millenium banquet hall and that day will live in our hearts and memory for a lifetime and it would not have happened if it wasn’t for the EXCELLENT staff they have there making sure your special day will always be an unforgettable one. Thanks a million!!!

The staff was not great. The decorations were nice and pretty. The drinks were not great.The bathrooms were not kept clean. And its extremely awkward that the party is as soon as you open the doors to the street. Other places Ive visited had a foyer, entryway, or some other kind of entry that separates the guests from the street when the door opens.

Affordable prices, Halloween party with great decoration and great selection of venezolan and cuban comedians. This a really place to go. Highly recommended

Este lugar no es confiable para hacer una fiesta puse todo mi dedicación para celebrar los 16 de mi hija y no fue una buena experiencia quede muy triste y más que eso trauma da nada funcionó el día de la fiesta la cortina no abrieron la máquina de humo no funcionó, el bar de bebida no había nada, yo pague el paquete más caro si pedir ninguna rebaja solo quería lo mejor para el día soñado para mi y mi hija y fue una pesadilla con todos los invitados y ver que todo estaba mal nada funcionó las entrada quemada y bien poquito de no le dieron a todo el mundo fue un desastre la imagen que había hecho con la historia de mi hija más las fotos que pague de sus 16 años que me costaron tan cara para revelarla ese día tampoco se pudieron ver fue horrible, muchas cosas más que pudiera escribir un libro es un pésimo lugar para hacer fiesta nunca nadie me llamo para pedir una disculpa o rectificarme algún dinero claro era de esperar ya que como ellos tiene ya su dinero no van hacer nada por nadie, tuvimos que salir a comprar bebidas al súper mercado del al lado De la Pena no había ni vino .. consejo no es un buen lugar para hacer ninguna fiesta, después de tantos años planificando los 16 de tu hija a orando trabajando para que ese sea un día inolvidable me queda como una pesadilla el solo recordar ese día me da de todo .. cuanta in responsabilidad para una persona que paga tanto dinero para una fiesta tremendo descaro .ese lugar no es confiable para ninguna fiesta gran tristeza..

I want to thank on behalf of my husband and myself for such beautiful service and dedication at our shower yesterday. The waiters are all very pleasant and attentive to everyone down to the last detail. Cecilia a very nice person love and advising me so that every moment was perfect. And the very attentive and professional dj Angel too. Thanks to all your team, our baby shower could not have been better. Ahhh the food is delicious too. 😋 🥰

The place is very comfortable and Danielas attention to detail in preparing my wedding was excellent. The master of ceremonies Cecilia is wonderful with her work and made me feel comfortable at all times and the menu and service at the reception were from 10⭐️. I recommend them 100% because at least they made me have the wedding live up to my expectations
