I had my baby Shower there. Its not the best banquet hall on town but believe me the best price on town

Terrible experience. Rude staff and bad food. The cake and food was different than what I ordered. It was awful.

The worst banquet hall I know. cheap is expensive. The owner has tremendous bad form with customers. the roof is falling, the food is horrible 🤮🤮. I honestly do not recommend it.

The hall was nicely decorated even though they had the tables for the event of the following party set-up at the same time, so it made the baby shower that we were attending empty when it was not. Found it to be very unprofessional. The DJ completely of my dislike - he was set-up at the event area so could be seen by everyone, but he was in a no-sleeve t-shirt (sloppy dressed for an event), he took his daughter (11 - 12 yr. old) with him, so she kept on going to the bar to ask for refreshments. The bartender would put the guests of the party on hold to serve the girl every time she went. Other than the priority service given to the daughter of DJ (their subcontractor), the bartender did a great job. At the time of the food, the daughter of the DJ was served first before serving the guests of the party. Instead of serving one table first then another. They would put one or two plates and went to the next table, when we got our food it was cold and other than the actual chicken cordon-bleu the rice and vegetables were hardly seen on the plate. The candy/dessert table did not meet standards with the price charged. Plus, things that the host of the party ordered for it was not put at all. It made no sense what they did put, since they put pieces of cakes (when there was a cake with the theme of the party), plus they put very few items of each. Even though they are the cheapest all around, I personally would not pay to do a party there.

I had my baby shower there everyone is right abt the staff they were rude i literally had my family setting up the decorations because they were just staring, the lady thats is a subcontractor HOST had to block her number she will take No for answer. Price is super cheap food is horrible the appetizers cold without any flavor. DJ was good 👍. Was extremely disappointed they set up a table where couple sat which mind you my situation was bit different since my babys father passed away so insensitive that was the only requedt I ask not to set the *parents table*

I just had my daughter’s 15th birthday party in this place turn out to be wonderful, Magical and beautiful. the decorations came beautiful and surprising but most of all all of my daughters friends had a wonderful evening celebrating her birthday and life. Thank you so much for a great night of fun 😘

Great place to have a birthday party baby shower or any kind of party great. But on the food they need to improve on it the salad had no taste and the lettuce looked old. The chicken was ok beside the food it was great place

Your better off having a picnic at a park. Absolutely unprofessional. The people in charge are usually rude and the 2 events that’s I’ve been an invitee to have been terrible! Save your money and throw a Carne asada or order wings from a place at home because this place is definitely not worth it.

On Friday, January 24, my family and I attended a birthday party at your location. The waiter attending our table (#17) was coughing constantly, even onto the food that was being served. Everyone sitting in our table, and 30 plus people attending the party that evening, ended up sick or with the flu. This caused many to miss work. I also wanted to bring to your attention the overall lack of professionalism and rude behavior the workers had that evening while serving guests. We will not recommend nor organize additional events at your location because of the unpleasant experience we had and hope you take action so that an incident like this does not occur again.Respectfully,mileydis

Well went to Party Friday was lot people have a great time because all my friend went there to but the place was hot and the service was horrible. I got soo sick and lot my friend to becouse was employee of the place services really sick .

My wife and I had a baby shower there and the food and service were horrible. The food was burned and dry tasting. The salad that was passed around at each table was not enough for everyone. There was not enough cake for everyone even though there were less people at the baby shower than what we had paid for. We also ordered a candy table and there was not even enough candy for a third of the people at the shower. The banquet hall was scheduled for 4 hours and the appetizers were not distributed until the second hour right before the food was served. All the baby shower games were completed before the appetizers were given out. Also all the flowers that were placed on the tables were dead. Even one of the tables fell on the legs of the guests and they had to fix it themselves because no one from the banquet came to fix it. Last but not least the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She told us she was going to open the banquet hall 15 minutes before the start time of the baby shower so we told everyone to be there 30 minutes before but the owner did open the hall until 15 minutes after the start time. Everyone was waiting outside for at least 30 to 45 minutes and it was extremely embarrassing. At the end of the shower when we were putting the gifts in the car she would not let me back into the hall one minute after the end of the shower to see if anything was left behind even after she opened the doors to the banquet hall 15 minutes late. I will never book another event here again.

The servers are very polite and very nice. However, not enough cake, bathroom was dirty, the husband was chilling at my party like he was a guest, the DJ ducked playing salsa all night despite me telling him repeatedly to play other music. It was just horrible. No butter, not enough food or salad for my guest. I guess you get what you pay for but never again!

My sister got married at this location and it was terrible. She had requested to walk down the aisle to a specific song and they played another song. The owner of the place was screaming at the guest. Overall the experience was bad, the owner was nice in the beginning but on the second meeting she was very nasty. I would never recommend this place to anyone else.

So I was going here for a school banquet with awards and stuff and when we were getting “served” food we got pizza hot pocket (single) the only actual food we got was bread (STALE) when we got up to get drinks there was hot glue in a cup and the soda didn’t taste right, we got soggy salad, soggy stale milk Mac n cheese, burnt bread, and the cake was actually good// if there was an option for no stars that’s what I would put. Please I recommended never coming here, oh also the DJ was playing random mixes on YouTube, The people who work here didn’t speak English ( that’s not their fault) and no one could tell them anything, I almost ordered postmates!!!!! This place is a -10/10 for me.

The place looked nice when we walked in and it was a nice place, but the food wasn’t good. For appetizers, we were served a hot pocket pizza bite( yes I said “a”) the Mac and cheese was super soggy ( like everything else) the soda bar kept running out😫. The people working there were a bit rude. I wouldn’t say it was horrible but it definitely wasn’t good. I wouldn’t really suggest it.

The banquet hall was a mess the staff was rude and very unprofessional. We had a wedding with over 100 people and more than half of the attendees came out sick and with fever the following day. I highly regret ever even knowing about this banquet hall. I rather have a party in Chuck E. Cheese.

Very bad, my daughter had her wedding there and she was told at the last minute the limo wasnt included in the package as well as the flowers. They would not allow the wedding coordinator in to decorate until 15 minutes before the wedding started which caused chaos. The linen was dirty, the hall was not set up as well as the restroom was not well equipped with toilet paper and soap. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had my wedding there. It was not at all what I expected. Yes it is cheap but you lose quality. I was told to place 30 minutes early on my invitation and my guests were waiting outside for over 20 minutes. There werent enough appetizers and cake for everyone even though I paid for 54 guests and only 43 attended. And YES tve food is definitely microwaved. The service was not the best. I would not recommend this place unless you are poor and cannot afford anything else.

I came here for a school trip and everyone really enjoyed themselves the chicken was great and the cake was AMAZING the dj wasn’t the best but we were dancing like wild chickens so it was great most people had an amazing time but don’t want to admit it because one person gave a bad review and i really liked how there was a bar of soda

I was there for a baby shower. The food consisted of chicken, rice and vegetables. The chicken was so HARD that I could not even cut it. The bread was also hard and the servers where NOT tentative at all.

The food was horrible. The appetizers were served on a napkin. To make matters worse, the appetizers were absolutely horrible, and not aesthetically pleasing either. It just got worse because the salad was soggy, the dressing was too mild, and the bread rolls that came with the salad were stale. The “chicken” was soggy and floppy, and could be mistaken for over cooked Tuna. The mac’ and cheese had bits of undisclosed material in it; and the only saving grace was the cake, which may have been a little cold, but amazing compared to the other items I was served.Just because something is the cheapest, doesn’t mean that it will be a steal.Food- 1/10Drink- 0/10Serving- 1/10

BAD SERVICE! BAD FOOD ! I have to mention this because everyone from the table notice that we were being served slices of hot pockets, pizza rolls, half a frozen egg roll. The banquet server were constantly fighting about only serving 1 app per person and how they wanted to go home. The drinks at the open bar were served in plastic cups!!

Where do I begin. I did my baby shower here despite everyones warnings because I was pregnant, tired, working full-time and simply didnt have time to look for other halls.It was a terrible mistake.In all fairness, everything in my baby shower came out nice because I made everything myself, micromanaged everything and was on top of the owner, Mayra. Otherwise, if I wouldve left everything up to her, it wouldve been a disaster as I see here in other reviews with people whove had terrible experiences with her. This woman Mayra deserves to be shut down. She is the rudest, most ratchet, unprofessional and uneducated person I have ever met. She made my entire party planning miserable from the very beginning and is constantly ripping people off left and right. This woman isnt doing things legally, she does whats often called gas lighting in sales and straight up lies.My partner and I have not had a nice wedding. This is our first child and now that we wanted to throw a nice baby shower with our big Hispanic families and mostly create nice memories for our future son since we didnt have any of those memories to show him with a wedding. So yes, I was picky, I wanted everything perfect and thats why I am paying her, all I wanted was clear communication of what was included and not that horrible treatment and just feeling like she was constantly trying to just rip you off. I will list here all of the horrible things this lady did to me, which in my last week of planning this shower caused me so much stress, I had minor contractions and had to go to the hospital the day before the party.1. My cousin did her shower there last year and said the lady charged her $1250 for 80 people. She mentioned she went the day before and paid an extra $250 to add two more tables.... I am a very organized person seeing as my line of work is project coordinator and I do not appreciate any sort of gas lighting or people not being upfront from the beginning just to make a sale. I would much rather pay a bit more than go through what this lady put me through, and I like to get my moneys worth. Yes she is cheap, but that doesnt mean shes worth it. Sometimes cheaper things end up being more expensive..... So, I called her about a month before my shower on 3 different times and occasions. I told her from the beginning my guest list would be large, almost 150 people (it ended up being 120 after RSVPs and literally only 4 people didnt show up the day of). I asked her on 3 different occasions with different wording very clearly how much for 150 people. And she repeatedly says $1250. So then I told her what happened to my cousin, that she charged her 2 extra tables and she said no thats my special, anything over 80 people is twelve ninety five she says. I kept saying back to her, are you sure? One thousand two hundred ninety five? And she repeatedly doesnt correct me and says yes. I also ask what it includes and she says open bar, appetizer, entree, DJ, cake and decorations for 4 hours I said wow that sounds too good to be true are you sure, you have decorations in the banquet hall and she says yes. Mind you, she speaks very fast, cuts you off constantly and doesnt let you really process or talk. My best friend used to own a banquet hall and the experience her customers had with her was so different I foolishly thought this lady would provide the same professional service.

Rude and unprofessional management. Breached her contract, cut the party off 30 minutes before it was noted, screamed at guests of the party, lied in our face and said there would be champagne toast and never provided it. This is the second time we have been to an event here and both times have been horrendous. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

AWEFUL SERVICE!!! Hair in food, burnt kids meals and chicken, spilled salad on somebody and thwn served it to another person, missing silverware and napkins, servers with an attitude, never going back!!! Just a total waste of time and money. The only person tgat made the night better was the bartender, other than that AWEFUL!

I wish it could be given 0 star.Dont even think about depositing or having a party in this place. The owner of this place is a SCAMMER. I deposited money to make my BABYSHOWER in August and with all this Covid-19 situation that they closed again they have canceled me and this lady does not want to return my money, she was even able to block me from her phone. Needless to say, Im not going to sit idly by and do what I have to do to get my money back. If someone is in the same situation as me at this time, I ask them to contact me.

Well really the place was nice and everything as we agreed the food was good but I had a problem k I see it very bad I paid a service for 100 guests in my Baby shower and I missed 15 people k they did not arrive for one reason or another they do not put in the table the food of the k is not I told them k give me my food to take it with me and the owner or at least Mrs. Maida who charges me says k does not have a restaurant license k the food can not leave there that is a lack of respect Well, they do not serve much in terms of quantity. I have guests who stayed hungry and if they pay it they have to put it there they scammed me 15 people k according to them at 14.95 per person plus taxes and tip they scammed me 300 dollars that does not seem logical is only negative for the rest and until this pelican today good attention and the rest all good but it does not seem fair because it is much the effort of the one who does an activity to lose $ 300 with what it costs to earn it. I hope you take it constructively and improve this at least it doesnt happen to me anymore it was a bitter experience because it didnt seem fair thanks

Today was the worst day of my life I had a graduation here and despite seeing it recommended I regret it a thousand times that it was all a disaster the soda did not last half an hour the decoration had nothing to do they put on the tables dollar cards the paper napkins disposable cups cutlery and dirty dishes with west and full of horrible cake on the chairs girls found cockroaches a table shut up with children sitting because the table was rotten after trying to talk to the owner who never gave the face very badly educated employees by the way began to bring other napkins dirty and squeezed children covered the nose of the plague that had the cutlery and food the toilets without paper and thick plates with those who serve the food full of mold this is little It is endless and the owner never appeared and the saddest thing is that three years ago I had my daughters party and it was not so true it really hurt me so much re all because they played with the health of children that many do not feel good be careful

It is the worst banquet hall that we have seen the owner is lousy grocers does not give the face offers a package and you have the lounge of another a childrens party and wanted to treat them like animals to serve them snacks in a view Villeda on the table as animals and appetizers that one thing was ordered and another one is finished the soda in the first hour the food horrible the toilets had no paper they did not have ready the room we had to get to fix the room the plates with the ones that cover the food were dirty and moldy do not think that they are children that one is carrying and apart there were cockroaches, aside the owner does not give the face sends the employees to face and rude if they are and also when he was informed of how bad the room was not he was what he had been asked was quick to collect the money. Today was a failure on the part of the volunteers of our elementary school when they had already been warned of this place. The food for the children was served on paper towel, the cake was not the color that was requested and when it was claimed the owner disappeared and quickly the check was changed. The toilets had no paper and soda was finished on time. Investigate well the places before going to lose your money. I am seriously thinking about contacting the Miami Dade County Health Department because there were reports of cockroaches.

Hi, I had my baby shower in this room yesterday and the truth is that I was a little nervous because I saw many bad comments but let me tell you that my experience was very good. Everything from the decoration of the room, the very tasty food, the DJ, the animator Anita and the waiters, everything was very nice. The owner of this place is not at all cordial, at first makes you a face and is very kind, after you make the contract does not want to antender or the phone, I had to cancel the party with almost everything ready, because the owner of this place did not want the decorator to arrive two hours before to decorate the room, said that she was going to open at 12 because she went to bed late in the day before, and the party was at 1 seriously believe that in an hour she would can decorate the whole room? the client does not care if you go to bed late the day before or not, you rent the place !! but thank God I could solve in another much more economical and super nice person and gives me all the morning for me to put the salon to my taste! Obvious the owner of this room that is badly educated and with a little heart left with my 350 $ deposit, really the organization here is a disaster, she takes it lightly so the guests do not like even food not the attention, try to do everything to agree with her to decorate the room, even proposed to pay the doorman the time to open before and still did not want! I would never go back to this place!

Everything was a mess the rice was raspa and all the food generally cold. The kake had nothing to do with what I asked them, this was three floors and what they gave to people was the fat of the finger, I think that one floor they all ate and even in the name of the baby they were wrong. They put the signature book in the doorway without a pen and wrote it in pencil. 10 minutes before they removed the music and began to dismantle everything with us inside, that is, they threw us out. The 3_12 2017 was my baby shower and everything was a catastrophe in general the appetizers nothing to do with what I ordered and they did not reach the drink either and the food was raspa and two tables were left without eating because they did not reach them and they did not put the dishes that people were not sitting did not leave them did not serve until almost the end when we broke up, they opened 30 minutes late and they did not make me believe the cake was not what I ordered and not even the decoration gave me cake from the previous party and the Super lousy employee service, I do not recommend it at all is a total garbage and scam.
