Loved the gym when I lived in Oklahoma City. I have since moved from Oklahoma and have been trying to get them to cancel my membership after multiple signed letters as instructed to their main office I am still getting charged for it.I emailed you Wednesday the 9th and today. This gym feels like a gym, feels homey, feels welcoming. The staff are available but arent hounding you. Its always clean and everyone respects the passion and effort others puts into it. Tons of choices for cardio and they have a MMA room if you feel like getting deeper aggression out.Havent used the tanning side of the house but I hear its amazing.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I never feel out of place at any of the shape fitness locations. I always feel at home.

This is my go-to place to workout. Friendly people and good equipment that is available. Come check it out.

I canceled in person my membership back in 2018 and they are still charging my account and refused to give me a dollar of my money back even though I have not stepped foot in any of their gyms since 2018 and are unwilling to admit that it was one of their employees mistakes

We canceled our memebership due to the lack of respect and hostility from the staff and theyre still attempting to charge our debit card. I will be filing a lawsuit and for anyone who doesnt believe me or if SHAPE FITNESS put a reply on here trying to deny it I HAVE RECORDED CONVERSATIONS WITH HEATHER MARIE AND OTHER STAFF ACTING CRAZY!

Friendly staff, great gym they even have a mma ring. You should check them out. You dont have to wait for equipment like at other gyms because they are never packed.

I suggest finding another gym so you dont have to deal with HEATHER EVANS! She is rude and childish and tries to act like some pathetic gangster when she gets upset. Very unprofessional! She should be fired! Dont try to act like shes innocent i have a recorded phone call with her acting like a total jerk.

This is my home gym of 9 years. I will say its always freezing in here to me.... But I love the equipment and cleanliness.. prices are higher than most places but the gym is taken care of... Play room is nice but no one there to watch the kids so they run out into the gym alot. Tanning beds are nice!

Best gym in the metro! Tons of good equipment and you usually never have to wait to get on any certain machine. Price is reasonable. Very clean. The cleaning guy is ALWAYS here cleaning. You can tell the owner takes a personal interest in his gym. Two thumbs up!

The kids enjoy the indoor playground. We have never had a problem getting on equipment to work out. The locker rooms are clean and the showers have great water pressure.

Clean, well equipped gym. Facilities are basic but will take care of. Great place to work out. Wide range of fitness levels from competitive bodybuilders to beginners. No judgements, just folks putting in work and getting results.

I have a problem with a business that holds me to a contract even though I have been hurt (broken foot, then torn meniscus) the whole time I have been a member. I have been disabled for about 7 months now. I went up to cancel my membership a couple of weeks ago, turned in my key, the girl at the front said fine, they will have to deduct one more payment from my account. I said that was fine. Then two weeks later, I get a nasty letter about having to prove Im permanently disabled before they will approve canceling the membership. Unbelievable!!! This is a business that clearly does NOT care about its customers. If I didnt have to click a star, this would be no stars from me!

I have a membership here through my health insurance. The main feature that got me to sign up is the MMA room. The reason I only give 3 stars is the mma room is not well kept for cleanliness. Signs say take your shoes off, which not a single person does, so the mats are always dirty and the octagon area is as well. They need to vacuum, and heavily mop the area daily.Update:. Ive ended up using a broom and their Swiffer mop thing on the octagon myself, before doing some martial arts training.

Large facility with plenty of equipment. I rarely have to wait on a machine, so I am able to get in and out pretty quickly. The staff and members are always very friend, which makes the experience fun.

Great gym that has the benefit of being 24 hour. Theres a large selection of equipment and I have never found myself having to alter workouts due to missing equipment. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. Ill be a member for as long as I live in MWC.

This gym has been great always take advice on new free weights everyone posts about broken equipment but I have been with this gym since first started in 2007 with very few issues at multiple locations the people who complain about broke equipment probably broke it themselves. Much better than a corporate 10 gym who has quarterly rate increases.

Whats with all the planet fitness employees leaving negative reviews? Lol but seriously, hands down the best gym in mdub. Large facility with plenty of cardio equipment for new years resolution people/Instagram models and free weights/barbells for gym bros. Get your gains on!

First of all, the place is way too expensive. The cheapest option is $33/month, and that is under a one-year contract. Well about 3-4 months ago, I lost my job and soon after went up to the place to see what I could do about the contract that I couldn’t pay anymore. They told me there was nothing they could do even after I told them that I would gladly pay a termination fee, which I don’t understand because what if people have to move? It’s stupid.Here’s your 1 star, Shape Fitness.

Great location! Clean gym! Whether youre there for weights and/or cardio there is a variety of equipment to choose from, as well as classes. Cant beat it!!

Definitely think twice before joining this gym the facility isn’t that great, the prices are kinda high and the contract is worse than buying a car. Let’s just say the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

They would love for you to join but if you dont have a checking account then they want to punish you with almost DOUBLE membership fees!! Double just to take CASH...Is this even AMERICAN OWNED??

The Midwest City location has horrible customer service and terrible contract terms - do not go there. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. As mentioned in the previous reviews, the machines are often broken, but I could live with that if they had better service. Their staff is unbelievable bad.

Run. Run faraway from this gym!!!! I called to check on prices to join the gym since I just moved here the guy told me one thing on the phone then when I got there completely changed it up on me he was very rude and seemed bothered by my questions, needless to say I will be looking elsewhere the gym wasn’t that great anyway it was just close to home.

These people are crooks! The facilities are very nice but there business etiquette is horrible borderline criminal ! They have been taking money from my checking account illegally! membership

The facility on SE 15th Street is open 24/7 365 which many gyms claim but shut down on weekends early or so on. They have amply amounts of cardio equipment and a wide variety of free weights and assisted weight machines. I was going to give it 4 stars due to my membership being insanely high. The price is far above other local gyms when including other people. Golds gym is 10 bucks no contract which is the same at10 gym but for both these cases they are not 24/7. 10 gym closes on weekends early Fri Sat and Sun. The price if by you self without tanning is around 20 bucks a month which is very reasonable if you are like me and work out after evening shifts or whenever you feel the urge to pump it up. They also have volleyball and racquet ball courts, a MMA ring and a whole back isolated area for heavy bag and sparring training. Not to shabby of a gym. 5 stars for being an actual 24/7 gym, multiple locations, large facility, every piece of equipment you need for a good workout, and nice matted heavy bag area in the back.

I signed up to go to the McLoud gym, which I recently discovered was closed and I had not been notified of this prior. The company has still been taking funds from my bank account for services at this gym. I called and spoke with Ms Evans who was very rude and told me she could not lose any more money on the Mcloud deal and that it was not HER fault that the building owners kicked them out. As if it were mine. She told me that she did not care if I signed up for the Mcloud location because I can use one of their other locations, which are not near where I live, which I why I signed up to go to where I went. I contacted the gym several times to see if they would cancel my membership due to them CLOSING the location my contract was under and to refund me the last months fees since the gym had been closed. Once I finally got a hold of Ms Evans she told me she would not cancel my membership nor refund my last payment. I asked her to simply cancel my contract because I was not interested in using their business any longer since they would not help me with this, she said she would speak with the owner and get back to me, I have not heard back from her since then, over a week ago. I would expect better practices of customer service and retention in a business of this size. Since they closed the gym I signed up to use I feel that my contract should be voided and my last months fees be refunded since I was not able to use the facility. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and I wonder how many other people they have taken advantage of in this way, its sickening.
