I had my 21st birthday at D’Class and it was amazing!! The party was so fun! The food, DJ, all the staff and every detail of the event exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed ♥️

I recently had my graduation party at DClass Banquet Hall and my event was AMAZING! The decor was exactly how I wanted and the room was quite elegant and classy! Yisel noted everything that I wanted for this special night and it came out exactly how I wanted! My guests LOVED the venue! The staff was VERY friendly and professional ! DJ Vinnie was the BEST DJ that Ive collaborated with! He played every song requests and played great music! He has enthusiastic customer service skills! I was just an emcee at an event at DClass Banquet Hall. The staff were friendly and had a great level of customer service, and the DJ I was working with from the banquet hall, DJ Vinnie, was wonderful. The music he played had the crowd engaged and dancing. He was very easy to work with and wanted to ensure things ran as smoothly as possible. And, he kept his energy up through the event, which I think is super important for any event. Great job, DClass Banquet Hall team!

Sweet Fifteen- Poor food service, the appetizers were not served. At dinner time, the bread was cold and hard, the only thing hot was the rice, the pork was cold and hard to chew, and the fried bananas were cold. The dirty dishes were left on the table for a hour to the point that I had to tell the waitress to pick them up. The bar, only one kind of beer Busch and cheap whisky poured from expensive label bottle. I do not recommend this place, they are very nice people until they get your money.

Great service! The decorations were really good and they have a really good customer service. They make sure everyone is comfortable and happy with what they provide. I highly recommend you to do your event here!

I loved the banquet hall, we had my nieces 15s there and I absolutely loved the entire event! From the décor to the food and music and drinks, the staff was absolutely amazing! DJ Vinnie was lit! I danced over four hours non-stop. The entire family was having a blast. The bartender was awesome as well the drinks were great! They were just all so awesome one of the servers was even sweet enough to take my sons dirty diaper to dispose of it. I truly had a blast and I recommend this place for my special occasion. :)

I dont recommend this place for weddings. Had a terrible experience with this banquet hall. They made me change my wedding time that was originally agreed upon, when I already sent my wedding invitations with the time that was agreed upon. They book a party before my wedding so I only had an hour to rush and decorate for my wedding. They told me someone from the banquet hall was going to be there to help but no one was there. I was promised hourdoves to be past to my guest but that didnt happen. The master of coordinator didnt help either she was unprofessional her name was Ana. She did not do what I asked for. She rushed my ceremony. I was trying to rehearse with she didnt do that either. By the end of the night no one was there to make sure my cake was past around I had to go the kitchen myself and let them know to cut the cake. The photographer they have book for the venue has horrible service. Its almost been a year since my wedding and I still havent received my wedding album and video. The only good thing that came from the venue was the DJ he was excellent. Other than that my overall experience was terrible.

Staff was friendly and nice. They were short on cups (bartender asked me to hold on to my cup) and only had one waiter for 50+ guests. Food was good but was served cold. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have low standards for banquet halls. The desserts were delicious though.

Had my baby shower at D Class Banquet Hall on August 11th, and all i have to say is THANK YOU!! Everything was absolutely amazing from the decorations, to the attending staff, to the amazing bartender Lazaro, DJ Vinnys mixture of all types of music having us dancing from beginning to end, to Yisels impeccable customer service and coordination, and Maria Cecilia the Master of ceremony dedication to making my baby shower as smooth and exciting as possible. I already even received my beautiful pictures of this unforgettable event. Would definitely recommend DClass for any event !!! Thank you again DClass for making it all i can dream of.

OWNER INSULTS CLIENTS WHEN CONFRONTED! I paid for a package that included six different appetizers and they never served them at the event. The alcohol at the open bar was either cheap or it had something that made people sick and only one type of beer (and the cheapest), Busch. When the guests finished eating, the plates were left at the table for over an hour without being picked. At the end of the party, I ask for the leftover cake and the servers said that there werent leftovers. Since it was shady, I went to the kitchen, and there was a complete layer of cake hidden with also some souvenirs from the party. I decided to confront the owner in a calm conversation about what happened in case he didn’t had knowledge of what went down, and he did not want to listen and started talking over, insulting me, and accusing me of being a thief.

I went to the wedding of my cousin!!! And it was magic, don’t have word. Everything was perfect.When I went, I never imagine the newest and modern that the place is. I love the floor, decoration, food, dj, the staff very professional. I can said in my experience that I recommend these place 100%.

My brother an sister in law had there baby shower here last weekend. They had sick servers my wife and I both ended up in the hospital as well as my sister with the flu. After talking to my brother about it.found out that we werent the only ones to get sick horrible service the bread was hard and stail the vegetables were cold the chicken wasnt even fully cooked. Like how can you not even cook a simple chicken breast. Or even warm up the vegetables with a little butter like straight out the bag. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and belief from the owners to my brother after contacting them to address the situation saying it wasnt true. I understand a bartender taking a shot or two but good lord he was taking them down like he was in the party. I would think twice before doing a event here.

We went to 5 possible locations at or near Miami for my daughters quince. We, definitely, saved the best for last, and excitedly booked Dclass on the day of our tour. By far this was the most beautiful venue which is filled with so much character, The staff, was so helpful and patient. Thank you for a wonderful and most memorable experience. My daughter did not stop smiling all night long.

I was at DClass for my cousins wedding and it was so beautiful and modern. Its a great place to have your weddings, baby showers and any other events. The staff is great, they are always attentive to every detail to make your special event stress free and so you can enjoy your self

I attended an event here, at first glace I was extremely interested in obtaining information to host an event myself, the banquet hall was really nice and looked clean. However, once the event started, I was extremely disappointed. They didnt have anyone passing the appetizers around, the bartender asked the guess to hold on to their glass to reuse, they only had one server so it took long to serve the food, by the time the food came out it was cold and we never had our water glass refilled the entire night. It is a shame, because they could have gotten additional business, but after that experience, I would never consider hosting a party here. Hope this comment helps them improve their service.

Recently I celebrated my babyshower in this Banquet Hall after having visited more than one looking and looking which was the one that most suited for me and I can tell you that I could not have made a better choice, everything was perfect just as I wanted, the food was exquisite, the decoration spectacular and the treatment of the employees for my guests, better impossible. Yisel, the girl who helps plan your event, pleased me with everything I was looking for so that our celebration would be unforgettable and without a doubt it was, unforgettable. We were very pleased and delighted with the service they gave us at DClass Banquet Hall. Super recommended !!!!!!!

* Way understaff! 2 people attending the party, one server and the DJ. For an event of 50 plus people, how does this make sense? And the 1 server had an ATTITUDE!* food was served late and cold* liquor was definitely cheap totally bottom shelf (way bottom)* table center pieces falling down on their own Throughout the event* dessert table was out as we walked in.desserts should come out of kitchen area after dinner and far from the bathroom*one of the tables next to mine, The center piece top fell And there was drinks spilled on the table I noticed one of the guest wiping her phone. I looked over again and noticed it was at least 25 to 30 minutes before somebody came over with napkins and placed it on top of the liquids and walked Away!!I would say this place really has earned its name D Class I give it one star only because it looked nice as we walked in before sitting down and noticing the flaws

My parents have been married for 25 years and want to celebrate with family and friends. I found that with Dclass Banquet Hall we can have everything we need. Everything I wanted was available right here. These guests all had a great time and I really enjoyed watching everybody have a great time. This was a great party a blast and a fantastic choice of banquet hall. Thank you very much again for all your help.

My friend had her 15s they decided not to give out the food that was included they wanted to keep things that they brought they can’t be doing that and the bartender was not doing a good job they need to be more professional

I will put -5 but it doesnt allow me no apataizer served also the bread was like a week old cold and hard. The liquor was 3$ plastic bottles only one type of beer Busch. I had to go and buy my own bottle to be able to drink of how bad the liquors was. Very bad service, also the apple cider was horrible I couldnt even cheer of how bad it was.

I am really glad that I chose Yisel as the one who coordinated my event, everything went as expected, I would say better than expected, everything went smoothly so everyone was happy. I was very satisfied. I would do another events with this company with no doubt. Thanks Yisel.

My husband and I attended an anniversary party a week ago and unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with this banquet hall. At first glance everything seemed beautiful and we were excited to have a good time with family and friends. Sadly, our impression of D Class Banquet Hall drastically changed. The white couches located near the bar had dirt and leaves, which was really odd and some of the ceiling panels were warped. About 50 guest attended this party and I was completely shocked that one person was attending to all of the guest. The only other person working with the guest was the DJ. Half the guest didnt know that the appetizers were out, so one of the party guest actually walked around with a plate in each hand to offer food to the guest across the room. The floral arrangement that served as our center piece fell over and knocked over three cups full of liquid. When we informed one of the workers we were told that that happens when the table is moved too much. When we asked for a new table cloth we were told to wait until he finished doing something else. Which was fine because again there was only two people attending the guest. After realizing that he wasnt coming to our table (10-20 minutes) we asked the other person working there for some assistance and he brought over two cloth napkins. He picked up the wet charger plate, placed the two napkins down on the table cloth and put the wet charger plate down again. Since three full cups of liquid were spilled during this incident it didnt take long for the napkins to soak up the liquid. The whole night I couldnt lean on the table of rest my hands down because our table was wet. Other then this, the bread and the food was really cold, cake was only served to the people sitting at their seats and the waiter had a minor attitude the whole time of the party. Luckily, we were surrounded by great people and regardless of where we were we were able to have a great time. Long story short, I dont recommend DClass Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a place to host their party/event.

We celebrated a quinceanera this weekend at this banquet hall. We planned the event with Gisele, she was super helpful and very attentive to our questions and concerns from day 1.Cecilia was our party host, she was great. DJ VINNY WAS AMAZING! Everyone loved the music, he was checking up on us, even helping with other tasks that had nothing to do with the music. Hora loca was definitely the highlight of the party. Food was ok but not great. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Very elegant and very well decorated. But as far as a catering facility. They need to work harder to improve this aspect of their business. Appetizers were not passed out. Diner rolls and diner were served cold. Cake was only given to guests that were at their assigned seat . The dj was extremely helpful. Cooperating and helping the waiter. If your still thinking of where to celebrate your baby shower, wedding, 15’s or even work event parties D’class is your place to go to.I just got married on September 1,2019 did both my Ceremony and reception at the banquet and it was just so beautiful words can not describe .My wedding guest aswell as my husband and I had the time of our lives that day and best of all the service and abundance was 100% I do not have one complain .Giselle was my wedding planner she’s fenomenal by the way from my pickiness to the colors,table cloths and many wedding decorations etc.. She catered to all my ideas with open arms and made everything possible .We also had Vinnie as our DJ for our wedding he was probably one of the best I’ve seen, didn’t need to clarify to him exactly what to play music wise he knew what type of music my guest would like and dance to. Also, Cecila the wedding coordinator the day of my event she was awesome from coordination the day of rehearsal to the day of the actual wedding day I can say all went as planned .Lastly, the whole team of Dclass which includes waiter, bartender and just the staff in general where amazing!!Thank you D Class for a unforgettable night we appreciate each and every one of you for making our day so special and perfect.I definitely recommend them,5 star quality.

Attended a party last weekend, visually the place was beautiful, well decorated, we were greeted by the host who allowed us to wait at the bar area. Once the party got started everything went down hill, there were only 2 people working the party so simple things as passing out horsdoeuvres, getting a glass of water took a long time to get. As far as salad it looked as if a fan blew the lettuce into the plate, dinner followed but it was served cold, the only waiter coming to our table did not even take a minute to say hello let alone smile or act like a professional server. Luckily it was afamily event, we had a great time, and everyone went home safe. As a catering business, customer service should rank as high as other aspects of the business.

I really hate that I have to share this horrible experience since it was my God daughters sweet 15s and from the begining to the end it was a complete night mare.It was raining and the Party was supposed to start at 8pm and they opened the doors at 8:45pm.Then they never gave the appetizers.They had 2 servers for 110 people and I had 4 cups of drinks I had infront of me and no one came to pick them up until I had to call a server to clean the table.The food was cold,they served half of my table and the other half was served 15 mins later.

I was invited to a wedding in this banquet hall, the decoration was beautiful, the food delicious and the The Dj and bartender pretty good too. Excellent package, I would definitely think on this place for my next event.

The worst place in the world the servers were all sick everyone in the baby shower caught the flu. We all ended up at Baptist hospital. We will make sure they get back every penny they spent there.This flu will last at least 2 weeks.They are the worst in the whole wide world. My life and my children health comes first. I had a babyshower here. I will be 100 percent truthful. When I walked in for my event the first thing I noticed was the filthy flower vases, I would think that as a professional establishment that caters to throwing parties atleast the equipment and accesories would be cleaned and dusted. This was not the case. Since I was on a time crunch i figured to move on and set up my decorations. The next thing I noticed but disregarded was the fact that one of the servers was sick and the bartender was drinking during the party.. Now i too am in the biz so I am aware that many people come to work sick and sometimes drink on the job. Im not saying its okay but I understood and plus I was having a party who cares right? Well, the last straw was when after the party in between a day or two most of my guests if not all were calling me and texting me that they were sick with the flu and severe stomach issues. Mind you, nobody was ill before the party. It was after the party. The common denominator is dclass banquet hall. Whether it was the sick server or the filthy establishment or maybe unhygienic means of handling food and beverages, all my guests got sick! At first glance this place looks gorgeous and seems affordable but I guarantee you that it is not. To put the cherry on top when I spoke to the owner Brenda with no last name apparently... she was the rudest woman Ive ever met. As if I made this all up just for the fun of it. Called me a liar and an exaggerator and didnt seem to care at all that I paid 3100 dollars or more for an event that ended up with everyone sick with the flu.. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. They name is well suited although I would rate it F class. To be honest giselle and vinny were the most helpful with what they are trusted to do because obviously the owner only cares about getting paid and has other people do her dirty work. I rate this place zero stars but Yelp doesnt give me that option. Made my dream babyshower into a nightmare.

Very unprofessional,👎👎👎 1 waiter to serve 54 guests. By the time the waiter went around each table serving the salads and picking up the plates. Then to serve diner. Dinner was cold. . There was only the 1 waiter and the dj helping out throughout the night. Not even to serve water. We had to go to the bar. Very low class, very unprofessional. I just had my wedding on the 25th of May here and it was sooooooooo amazing the food was nice and fresh bartender had a lot of experience he made all kinds of drinks and OMG VINNY is hands down the best dj he had everyone dancing all the way to the end and he was still checking on my husband and I to see if we need anything. I had my daughters 15 on Feb 9. I planned my event with Yisel the Events Manager almost a year ago. Yisel helped me plan my event to the last detail. Yisel is personable and extremly helpful. She made sure everything would be taken care of which is a releif when you are planning such a big event. She is a major asset to this Banquet Hall.The music was awesome thanks to DJ Vinny. He made sure he had all the music prior to the event and even asked us several times if there was anything more we needed. He was extremly helpful.The choreographer Christian Hernandez made this event an unforgettable one. Christian practiced with the court of honor for 5 weeks and ensured everyone knew their steps. The kids brought everyone to tears!! He also stayed in the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. He is simply amazing!!!The photographer Rocfort Photo/Madeline is exceptional. The quality of the photos, the poses, the video was simply perfect. Everyone at the end of the night praised Madeline for a job well done. Thanks to Yisel, DJ Vinny, Christian and Madeline for making my event was a huge success. I will always be grateful for you guys going above and beyondI. I will definitely be booking my 2nd daughters 15s with this banquet hall. Thanks again!!!

From the moment I went in to reserve my date until the actual event, everything went exactly as I wanted it to. The food, decorations, cake, music, drinks and customer service were above and beyond my expectations. My guests were impressed with everything and I received nothing but compliments. A very special thank you to Giselle, Erica, DJVinnie, Frank, the manager the night of my event and everyone else behind the scenes that did a fantastic job. DJVinnie did an outstanding job with the music. He made sure that the music I requested was played that night. I would definitely recommend this hall for any special event.

This place got most of my entire family and friends severely sick and most with the Flu yes the flu. Stay clear from this place it’s dangerous I have two children that got the flu as well and that was the biggest scare for us.

I have no words for my experience. I was at my cousins 15th party and it was exceptional, the food, the DJ, the staff, bartender, all of the people that work there did an amazing job!

I had my daughters quince here. everything was lovely. I attended the 15 last friday 8/3/18 and I got to say it has been the best party I have attended. The service was 5star.The bartender Octavio is the best bartender I have ever seen.He prepares some really good drinks and his attitude is allsome.Vicente the DJ was playing really good music.He is a super nice guy.The food was delicious and hot.Yisels decoration was off the chain.The tables I mean everything was decorated beautiful.I am so happy and grateful for the service that was provided from day one when Yisel showed us the Banquet Hall to the day of the 15 party.Everyone friends family members everyone loved the party.Thank you all so much.If I could give this Banquet Hall 10 stars I would.I really recommend to anyone that wants there moneys worth.

I was at an event last week on the 19th of january. The service of the one waiter was terrible. It wasnt his fault he was soooo busy attending a party of 50+ guests. It is too much for one person. diner was served cold. No waters were passed out. The cake was only given to whoever was at their assigned seat. It was terrible. I do not recommend this place. 👎👎if they want to continue in this type of work they need to better their service👎👎

It was beautiful, dj was great, good music, radical vibes.

If there was a possibility to turn off the lights and give no stars I would leave this place in the dark. An absolute shame in the sense of a business Ill leave the lights off for you.

I attended a 50th anniversary Jan 19 2018 at d class but was very disappointed with this locations service as well as there food. Totally understaffed ( 1 waiter for 50 + guest ). Bartender asking guest to hold on to there cups because they didnt have enough to go around. Cheap liquor, and horrible desserts.

Small banquet hall but very nice. Food was not the best but had a good time.

I attended an anniversary on Jan 19.2018. The place is very well decorated . But the service was not good. There was only one waiter attending this party. Diner took very long to be served.
