Good price, worked with me on the total charge since I only needed it one day and had to drop it off the following day. Great vehicle and overall experience. Definitely recommend.

This is the second rental we’ve done through this company. The first rental was very beat up, had a bad battery, non-functional fridge, and a toilet that leaked onto the floor of the trailer - was not a good experience. We decided that must have been a fluke and gave them another shot. This last weekend we again rented a trailer and generator. The generator never worked, so all weekend we had a cold, dark trailer. No lights, no heat. The propane tanks were also low and the generator was empty (we filled it up and still never got power)... Rent at your own risk.

Rented a travel trailer from them for a holiday weekend.everything went good til the first night when the batteries didnt last very long compared to the one my brother rented from them. Had to keep the generator running most of the time. Then, when we tried to take a shower, water came out onto the floor from under the tub. Talked to them when I got back. I guess it was the owner, but he texted me and all he could do is not charge me for cleaning it and filling the propane bottles. Which it wasnt any dirtier from when I picked it up and the guy there said I didnt have to refill the propane bottles. Oh, he also said he would give me a discount when I rented from him again. Needless to say I will not go back!!!

This company is amazing!!! Their selection of inventory is second to none. When we first made our reservation, it was so simple and easy to do. Throughout the entire process, I was able to find exactly what I needed, without any problems.Unfortunately, I had to change my travel plans. These guys were so easy to work with. Even though we had reserved our vehicle for a large portion of the summer, they still gave us a full refund. Talk about amazing customer service. There isn’t another company I would use for my RV travel experiences. You guys have a customer for life. Thanks again for how well you treated us!!!!!

I made a reservation and gave my $300 deposit. Unfortunately our trip had to be canceled. I have made multiple attempts to get my deposit back. The trip was supposed to take place on Aug. 9 so am pretty sure they plan to keep it. Will never use this company again.

First time rental of a side by side and it was a blast. I showed up for pick up and the trailer with toy was hooked up for me instantly. Took the Honda talon out to the saguaro lake are. cruised the rolls and four peaks areas with pit stops around the lake to cool off when it warmed up later in the day. When finished riding for the day. I dropped off the vehicle quick and easy rental. Will rent again soon. Thx

They were very nice to get you going. Then when we were on the trip our razors belt broke. We were told by friends make sure you get an extra since they break. We did not see one and had to spend half our day driving back into town to buy one. Then we needed a special tool to fix it. While looking for the tool we found the belt they did not tells us about when I called, but no tool. Lucky the campers next to us had the tool. We lost almost a whole day trying to get it to run. Then when we returned they charged us for the belt that we use. They did not mention anything at drop off. We returned the one we bought. When we asked friends who have rented they do not get charged when the belt goes out it is a vital part. They will not give us the $200 back for the belt. Not renting from them again.
