I have called 4 times to get access to a safe in my home, each time told Joey, their safe person would call me to schedule and never called. We even had an appointment for yesterday but he never showed. When I called they said their person would call to tell me where I am on their schedule. What a HORRIBLE, disorganized business!!! Do yourself a favor and go to another locksmith!

Some times you may need to wait. But its because there awsome and everone uses them. Have been using them for years and will continue to.

If you need any kind of key,keyfob,lock or anything that envoles a key this is your place . They are super knowledgeable so knowledgeable that when i needed a new master key for my gmc truck and all i had was a warn out key you had to shake to get it to turn over. He was able to make me a new master key just by looking at mine and knowing what cut it was and it works beautifully. These guys know their stuff. I highly recommend.

Easy place to find on Jenks off 98E in Panama City. Friendly & knowledgeable. I had lost my Master key & I walked with my valet key & another that only opened door & glove box but could not drive with it. I had no appt & within minutes they made me another master key that worked on all. Thank you guys!!

Called at 3:00 p.m. drove over,waited about 20 minutes, rekeying done less than $20. Prompt and courteous service. They even offered me a water while I waited.

I waited for 2 days for them to come out and key 2 locks. They never showed up never called. When I called them the 2nd day they said they were “down a van”. I would never use these people.

I have received exceptional service today from Michael. He went far beyond his job today to help me with my key. I respect this employee because he made sure my expectations were met. He treated me the way customers are supposed to be treated. Its hard to find good employees like that.I am also impressed with the prices. I have one of those keys that has to be laser cut and talking with people I heard you could easily spend $50 or more. But I walked out of there today spending less than $50. I will definitely recommend people to you guys.

Are they knowledgeable regarding safes? Absolutely.Would I have bought a safe from them if their manager Joey hadnt insulted my intelligence with his attitude?Absolutely.I asked what the largest fire resistant safe was that I could purchase given the dimensions of my house hallways, floor type weight limits, and the reality that two people would need to be able to haul it up three flights of stairs (the spacing buffer for safe hauling equipment up the stairs was one area that I was not knowledgeable, which is why I asked the question and made it clear this is why I was asking). This guy proceeds to waste 30 minutes of my damn time not only explaining things that I clearly already knew but did it while showing me all safes that exceed the weight limits and dimensions that I ALREADY stated were my concern. He did so in a very patronizing manner the entire time. I kept saying yeah, I get that in a progressively irritated tone because I was getting tired of Being A. patronized B. shown products that I clearly couldnt get in my house. I eventually got so frustrated, I just said look, I just need to know what the largest safe is that you guys have that I can reasonably fit in my house given the constraints I gave you. He responds by saying, Just defer to him (points at my husband), he gets it, regardless of the fact that my husband said very little up to this point and I had been the one reiterating I get it. So then the wasting of my time made sense: He wasnt listening to anything I said when I first arrived because clearly there was an assumption I was too stupid to get it in the first place. I wouldnt say it was overt sexism (he didnt say quiet little girl, let the men talk) but my husband and I definitely felt that he was being very condescending to me because I was a woman asking the questions about a purchase I was going to make.To the owner: If the management of your company fails to treat the person making the purchase and asking the questions (regardless of their gender) with respect you will not last long in an economy where there are many other options for safe dealers (online and locally) that deliver a quality product AND provide good service to people regardless of their gender. I suggest hiring new management that better represents your level of interest in the success of your business.

Very rude people. There was one young guy that seemed nice, but thats because I think he was stoned. Bad attitudes and ridiculous prices. I guess they dont realize there *are* other lock-service places in town.

We had bought a camper and the dealer didnt have the keys to it and didnt seem to care if they got them and the guys here fixed us up with both keys and it took about 20 minutes and they had to make both keys great place to carry all your key problems. I would have given a 10 star if I could.

If zero stars was an option, I would choose that. I had them make two keys for me and neither worked. I called to tell them and was told I was out my money. They dont guarantee their keys work, and if it doesnt, you dont get your money back. Bad attitude. Rip-off.
