This is my second time coming here and I’ve been very pleased both times! Great workers and they do an amazing job!! Definitely recommend.

I would disagree with the 4.5 rating.The people are very nice, but they run late often and I have been displeased the last few times I have gone in for service. I thought Maybe it was just because they felt rushed with then over booking themselves and walk ins, but I just think its the quality of work.My sisters nails were not dry and they smeared after they told her they were dry and to wash her hands, before she could come back to show them they had already seated someone else and wouldnt pay any attention to her.My nails were supposed to have been leaves and it looks more like some form of fire... I had asked if they knew how to do a leaf but I dont believe he did. Had he told me he had never done one I would have chose something different...Not to mention half way through getting the paint on one foot from my pedicure they ran out of the color and started to paint my other foot a different color of blue...Over all our grand total for our nails that we were unsatisfied with was 217 dollars with our a tip!!!!!Im not sure how two pedicures and two full sets Equal 217 dollars but I will not be returning. ( pedicures were the 33 dollar pedicures for both) ( full set was dip with matte and we were told they were to be 45 before disgn) our total should have roughly been 156 dollars somewhere they added in quite a few extra dollars for unsatisfactory nails for both of us. And I never did receive my nail design on my toe as requested.Hope this is helpful.

Nice nails i’ve ever had. This place is in the mall. They did a very good job, nice and clean. Really happy with that. I’ll be back and see them again for sure. Can’t wait…

So ive been coming here for years and they are all amazing very professional. I used to see Brenda, but have been going between the manager and his wife. Her name is Tee. And they are both very nice and good at what they do. I also have pictures of her work. Over all Im very satisfied with the over all experiences. This is top three places of mine in Greeley. I’ve been going to Professionail for several years, and quality and customer service has always been excellent. Today I had both nails and pedicure — both wonderful as always.I had ombré color on nails done by Tee. Thank you for gorgeous nails! I just highly recommend this salon.

My friend and i went in to got pedicures and our nails done. they wouldn’t let us get them done side by side, fine whatever not a big deal just annoying. I selected the sea salt pedicure, which is an up charge from the basic, there was no difference in that one compared to any of the basic pedicures i have gotten anywhere, again no big deal, except in the description said “mask” i didn’t receive the mask and was still charged the additional even after confronting it. two people kept switching on and off doing my hands. they really pushed for me to get gel, which i never do. “polish will come off on a couple of days” fast forward 5 days, my nails are beginning to fall off. IN MY SLEEP. i’m not breaking them they are just falling off!! i thought he said the polish only lasted a couple of days not the acrylic set i paid $50 for. quality nails don’t fall off in your sleep. i’m highly dissatisfied and don’t even know if i will even use them again to fix the mess they charged me for.

This was such an amazing experience. The workers were very accommodating, they were more than amazing. I understand that salons get busy and are limited in space, so when I arrived they were a little behind, but they got us comfortable with the pedicures pretty quickly. The employees were fun to be around and were very welcoming. I came in with a acrylic set that I knew would take a long time, but the employees didn’t hesitate at all to keep my friend and I for 2 hrs after the mall closed. The environment was cleaned and sanitized. At some salons you can tell when they don’t sanitize their tools. Well, at this salon I saw them rip open fresh packages of materials that were used. It was over all one of the best times I’ve had in a while! Thank you to the hard workers of this business, you all work hard and made it a great place to be!

I had a wonderful 1st experience here. My nail artist was Tee, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work. I got a new set with a marble design and she nailed it! The shape is perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

I had my nails done here a few months ago in the dipped acrylic, they broke easily and were expensive. I tried to go again and get a set done in one of their basic choices and it was going to be $75 - I good my daughters nails painted in simple gel polish and they chipped in 2 days and cost me $17, not a good experience

My service was good but could of been great, the problem is they try and get to many people in at once, while I had an appointment made at least a day in advance other customers, were calling wanting services done within drive time to location, and when they arrive and have to wait a few minutes for customers who made appointments they are rude and demanding! Lack of planning on there part doesn’t constitute and emergency on mine nor should it the business!Manager should stop this ASAPI feel sorry for one woman the guy doing her nails kept answering the phones, talking to the oncoming customers, take of the clients you have now and make sure you give the outstanding service before you start losing customers! I got one will not be back!

I got my nails done here, and it’s the second place in Greeley I’ve gone to. I tried to do a walk-in close to closing time on a Sunday, and though they weren’t able to serve me, they did allow me to make an appointment for the next day. I came in for my appointment, and while I had to wait around 10 or so minutes to be served, it was well worth the wait. The person who did my nails was one of the woman with blonde in her hair, she was great! Had great energy, was very meticulous and paid attention to detail, which i really appreciate im a manicurist. My nail appointment took about an hour and a half, and came out to $60 for an acrylic full set, with considerable length and a french tip. I will be coming back! Also, they’re playlist was very nice to listen to the whole time!

Tee was AMAZING i came here for my first time i have not liked the nail salons i previously tried but i did like this place and Tee did a beautiful job she took time making my nails just perfect and made sure i left Happy i will see here again thank you professionail!!

I was nervous to try a new place, as my last experience at another salon across town was not so good a few weeks ago.. but this salon was so welcoming and every staff was friendly and beyond accommodating.. the woman who did my nails took her time and my nails look amazing.. they even took me in last minute and finished my nails an hour after closing. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

I have been in search of a nail salon who does dip nails on my real nail and let me tell y’all this place is it! They are so caring and do an amazing job! I have been coming here for years now and they never disappoint. John and Trong are always on too if it, but everyone who works here does a fantastic job and they always double check on the process before they continue.

I went to get a manicure, it looks like i bit my cuticles off. Yes, they are nice, but the quality of work is poor. These pictures are two days after the service.

Lory gave me an ombre rebase and a pedicure and did a wonderful job. She also painted two flowers on my ring fingers for an accent nail that turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Professional Nails and I am definitely going back to Lory.😊

Wonderful place! Hidden secret in the Greeley Mall. Love how my powder dipped nails have turned out every time and they last a long time! They also have a kids mani/pedicure chair that my daughter thinks is fabulous. 💅

Pedicure was rushed and rough. I didnt feel like I was wanted there. I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrow wax, after pedicure I waited for 20 minutes and had to walk to the front to be completely ignored before finally being told that they did not have time for the wax. It was disappointing to say the least.

I called to make an appointment for 5 people a week ahead because I knew we probably wouldn’t be able to do walk ins with all of us. In total we had three people getting full sets, one person getting a regular manicure and one person getting a pedicure. Once we got there, the address was wrong, and the person who helped us said that the person who booked us only had ONE person down for a full set. I confirmed with the person who I called that there was going to be 5 of us, so it was frustrating. We had to stay at the mall and work around the technicians schedule because someone couldn’t correctly schedule our appointments. The technicians for the most part were very nice, they just weren’t all very experienced. My smile lines on my nails were messed up and I asked her to fix them and she did her best but I wouldn’t have paid $55 for them. Overall I would try another salon before trying here.

Absolutely loved getting me nails and pedi done Saturday. Tu was amazing and the new manager I believe Jon, was just as amazing.

Came here last week with a friend and had our manicures done. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the salon itself was clean as they would go around and disinfect their tables and chairs every time when a customer leave. As for pricing, it is pretty cheap if you compare it to other salons nearby. Overall, very relaxing atmosphere and would definitely come back!

I have been there twice now for a pedicure, and its very quiet and relaxing location. They have an opening into the mall so there is good ventilation and it doesnt stink like a lot of other nail salons do. The employees are friendly, and not very chatty, but they are very efficient. Its a very enjoyable experience and it saves me the hassle of doing my own nails. Highly recommended for MEN and women.

Went here because of great reviews. Place is a bit expensive, and 4 days after getting them done, they either start to brake from the tip section, and lift. Kid you not, i went to get my nails done two weeks and a half ago and one already broke and two already fell like literally lifted from my nail and fell. Without counting i had to get the first filling after the first week and one day. So been there twice in two weeks and a half. SINCE MY FIRST VISIT.

Went in for a walk in and asked for a pink to white ombré. They did an AMAZING job!!! The people there are so kind and friendly! Would recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I was looking for a pedicure on a Sunday and this was close to my hotel. I am so glad I stopped in. They were professional, patient and kind. They were busy and had a lot of foot traffic but did not try to stuff as many people into chairs as they could. They seemed to really care about providing good customer service and taking care of each person as an individual.The store is very clean and does not carry a heavy chemical smell. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back the next time I am travelling through.

The lady that did my nails was FANTASTIC from the jump she said to tell her if she was doing anything I didn’t like. My sisters also got their nails done but the lady that was doing one of theirs did everything very uneven && the guy that was doing my other sisters nails did great! My gel nails lasted 3 weeks before I needed them done again. Normally I can only go two weeks. Tu did them today and she did an awesome job! Highly recommend these guys for nails and pedis.

It was very unsanitary, they mixed used solution and my solution together. It’s only been a week and my nails are beginning to peel off. The base wasn’t filled to my cuticle and sealed. They are also unevenly thick and the coffin shape I asked for is more square. My nails are also uneven in length. It was very rushed for being the only customer for 4 hours. Although hospitable, it was definitely a $25 quality not the quality of $55 that I expected paying for my acrylics. I definitely won’t be coming here again.

Just OK. Definitely did not like all the chating in their language. Had to demand eye contact and respect. Sorry I dont respond to foot taps to raise and lower my feet. Did not feel welcome.

They used to be amazing but now their service sucks ...I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND DONT RECOMMEND. I went in to get eyebrows done and they kept me waiting for more than 1hr even though they said 30 min wait I get an extra 5 minutes but to go in the second time and not be acknowledge until Im leaving no and this isnt the first time its happened

I LOVE this place. First time here and they repaired the really bad job that Eden Nails did. I have the most beautiful nails I have ever had since I having been doing this. Tu is the most intricate and patient tech I have ever had. Thank you so much. I grabbed a lot of cards to share with my friends. Too bad I could only give 5 stars. I wish I could have gave 10.
