WORST Service I have ever seen from a company! I was referred to them from a friend. I bought 2 loaders from this place. The first loader they decided to deliver my unit with no fluids. YES NO FLUIDS after it had supposedly been serviced. They had a fluid truck come put fluids back in and wow now all I have are leaks. After 6 months they still couldn’t figure out what the issue was. YES it has been in and out of the shop repeatedly for the same problems and they couldn’t seem to make things right. I get told several times it’s an over flow issue. They finally send out a tech that is knowledgeable and he figures out the problem but Titan won’t fix it. All I want now is the loader returned but my lawyer can’t even get a call back from these people now. What a joke!If you want a machine I highly suggest not even dealing with these people. Go somewhere else. They don’t back up there product or there customers.

A helpful staff makes for great customer service and great customer service leads to loyal customers. The direction from the service dept. to help me get my skid going was greatly appreciated.
