BUYER BEWARE!!!! Please do not use this company this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any small business. They sent me out on a broken jet ski and then threatened to charge me over $1000 when I brought it back. They ended up taking a $400 deposit, and one of their employees had the audacity to crack a joke about them taking the money. When I first walked into this business I had a terrible feeling and I should have trusted my gut, it was a dirty office with boxes everywhere and smelled horrible. I promise you do not want to use this company for bike or jet ski rentals. They stay in business charging damage fees on their 10+ year old equipment. They have pictures on their Yelp and website sending out the same jetskis from over 6 years ago. Whenever one of their at home repair jobs doesn’t hold up they just charge whoever had the ski last. It truly is just an unorganized and unfair business. There is a reason that multiple reviews just like this exist.

Had an awesome experience with the ABC team! We rented two jet skis today, they came fully loaded and were in excellent condition! We so appreciate how flexible the team was with us and we enjoyed a wonderful day on the lake!!

Do not come here! very dramatic lady only talking about how understaffed they are and forced to pay 1200 dollars for no damage at all (skid marks that were already there because the jet skis are all messed up). Worst jet ski rental in the valley. This is company is looking to rob you. Do not trust them. We almost got stranded on the lake on the jet ski and they tried to charge us 1K for damages but just took our deposit for a scratch on the bottom.

Its been a few years since Ive rented jetskis from this facility. (Lived in Tucson for a bit)They have moved across the street to a bigger place. Still super friendly. They are really easy to work with. The skis are still in great shape. The prices are reasonable compared to others. The shop is really close to the water that makes it easy to get to the lake. Always a fun time. During the week is the best time to rent from them. Cheaper prices plus less boats on the water. Rented a ski this past week. Went to Saguaro and had a blast. Looking forward to renting 2 from them next time. I do ask you take care of the skis when you rent them. It is the way they make thier livelihood and also I definitely plan on renting skis from them atleast once a month this summer. They are really easy to tow, put in and out of water and a blast. The skis give you access to the whole lake and not just a crowded beach and a full parking lot.Note: I have left a good review for them before this. I had to erase it to leave a new one. So this is my second positive review of this company. Any of the bad reviews Ive seen from this company I have not ran into. I have rented from them for a few summers and now this is my third summer renting. Not one time have I had a problem at all with them. I will be back in June for more jet ski fun.

Great customer service. We rented skis for the weekend, one failed on the first day and they delivered replacements within 2 hours!

We showed up with no reservation or call ahead on a Friday afternoon. It took maybe 20 minutes to do the paperwork and a quick safety brief. Everyone was super pleasant and friendly. They gave us tips about the lake and hitched the skis for us. Zero issues with the jet skis, those things MOVE!. We had a blast at Lake Saguaro. We brought them back a little late but we called ahead and they were really cool about it.

This place is filled with rock star employees and the ownership is even better. They offer a pretty nice variety of bikes for sale as well as offer water sport rentals that come with everything you need to hook up and go. Process was simple and easy and they have a before and after opportunity that leaves no question about damage. The skis were a huge hit for the family, they all ran great, and zero problems with the trailer!!! Must must try!!!

Rented a jet ski for my birthday June 24, 2018. Ran perfect at Apache Lake! Great prices and the BEST customer service from Christina and her staff!

We rented a jet ski to take with us for a long weekend and everything went well. The jet ski and trailer were in great condition and they supplied us with life jackets, spare trailer tire and an extra gas can (jet ski already had a full tank of gas). Christina was available through phone/text all weekend in case of any questions. Rental and return were easy and we had a fun weekend enjoying the lake!

We had a wonderful experience here! It was our first time renting and they walked us though everything we needed. We were even able to get a Tonto National Forest pass from them! Their staff was kind and helpful, we will definitely be back!

These people, their customer service, and their jet skis are incredible.They take their time explaining everything in detail, all the charges in detail, provide the lake passes to you so you don’t have to worry about having one when you get to the lake, provide life vests, and a towing hitch, etc.we didn’t have a truck but really wanted to use them since their prices were sooooo affordable! I called around everywhere and they beat out all the competitors on pricing around the Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert area!They were so amazing and we will be using them always!

Byron & his wife have been nothing but helpful! I took my Yamaha in to get serviced. They told me flat out we are booked to the gills but I still took it. It did take longer than I would have liked but they were up front about that. I decided to work on it myself...Byron walked me through a few key tactics to maintaining my runner & gave me some parts that I needed for free!This is the all American Ma & Pa shop that should be supported! It took them about 20 min to change a flat tire, while we checked out all fancy be bikes. Loved the tandem bike but didnt feel comfortable charging my cc $4k when we ea have a perfectly fine bike!

Must read this before you rent anything in Scottsdale! We were looking for a place to rent Jet Skis for the weekend and every where we went tour was someone’s house except for this place! Christina was the only one that had a location to go to and actually see a business. There is to many scams out there now a days to give a credit card to someone that doesn’t have a shop, office or location.The whole process was very professional. They took our reservations and let us pick up the skis the day before to have a whole day on the water. We have rode and owned skis before and the two Yamaha’s we rented were in great shape and ran great. There was no issues with any maintenance or returns. I would rent again from this business and Christina. She had great customer service and made the whole process fun. Don’t be scammed and rent from someone who can’t give you a business address or someone who doesn’t have equally as much to loose as you do.

Worst place ever to rent a Jet Ski. They patched the jetski with bundle so when you take them to the water it will como off and you have to pay $100 every inch the needs to be fixed. Thas how this people make there Money.

I searched for a while and read a lot of reviews on a lot of companies before chosing who I was going to rent a jet ski from. I found ABC to be the best. This was my first time renting a jet ski and I have to say Christina made this experience amazing! She was very clear up front on the phone with what to expect out of the rental process. She let me know the rental prices, the deposit and how long the process would take when I picked the jet ski up to include the paperwork, watching a short video, picking out life jackets and inspecting the jet ski. Christina was very cheerful and put me at ease. I rented the ski for 2 days. I never had any issues with jet ski, it ran amazing the whole time. It came Sunday night and we were having a really hard time getting off the lake. There was a line of people trying to get on the lake and line trying to get off the lake. We were running a few minutes behind schedule to get the jet ski back. We called Christina and let her know we were running late. She understood that sometimes that happens and didnt hassle us for being a couple minutes late. When we returned the ski the process was quick and easy. I would hands down recommend renting from ABC. Good, honest, hard working people making sure people and families get to have an amazing time outdoors. I will be taking them donuts in the morning to say thank you for helping make my weekend awesome! I will definitely rent from them again in the near future.

EXCELLENT experience. I easily placed an order for rental over the phone in just a few minutes. It was no hassle picking up the jet skis (other than there were a couple of other customers who had damaged their watercraft that were refusing to pay the damages, which did slow down the process. However, it was the customers who were taking up my time, and I realize it was not the shops fault for that). I rented 3 jet skis, they loaded everything for me, and they were fair about pricing and made sure I had what I needed before I left. When I returned the jet skis it was quick and painless. There was damage to one of the skis - someone in my party must have hit a rock or cliff, etc - and she was super understanding and fair about the pricing for the damages. Truthfully, I should have paid more than she charged, and I am grateful that there are businesses and people like Christina and Byron who care more about satisfied customers than making a quick buck. I will ABSOLUTELY be going here for all of my future jet ski rentals. 5/5

My brother and I found this place to be the best place to rent jet skis. When we went there to pick up Jet Skis we found the staff to be very friendly, informative. The staff generally cared about our safety out on the lake by explaining everything in detail. The Jet skis performed well, fast, and best of all didnt break down. The price was right, and we had nothing but smiles on our faces the whole day. we will be back to rent again.

My sister and I have rented from ABC Bicycle and Jet Ski Rentals three times now, and will continue to rent from them forever. We obviously love the service, the jet skis, and the price – otherwise we would not continue to use this company. They make the entire process so easy and even conveniently allow you to pick up the jet skis the night before if that is more conducive for your schedule. We have also never had one mechanical problem with their Jet Skis nor and have we ever run out of gas – they are such high quality and high powered. It is hard to find good quality jet skis that are well maintained and that can be rented for a very reasonable price. Please take the time to try them the next time you go out to the lake!

This is a great place for jet ski rentals! My family and I rented 2 and took them to Canyon Lake for the day. They have a very friendly and courteous staff that was very helpful. I liked their services so much, I think I am going to have them do a make over on my sons bike!

Me and some friends recently rented two jet skis over labor day weekend. All in all, it was a great time, until the end of the trip when a large boat came through the no wake zone and cause one of our jet skis (along with about 6 other peoples) to hit the underside of the dock, causing damage. Christina was great and reasonable with the price to repair the damage. Unfortunately, even though this was not our fault, we still had to pay, which I understood. Christina was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be renting from her again

My trike was picked up on 3-1 I called a week later, no record of my trike. It was found. Returned to me 3-8. Nothing was done! Called on 3-11. Finally picked up again on 3-13. Returned on 3-19! Was told need need bearing, didn’t repair since we didn’t talk about it! Really! ABC was highly recommend to me! I am sad to be so disappointed.

Great customer service very thorough with explaining everything you sign, they took pictures of the skis and then told me I could too. The skis ran great on the water, no problems with them at all. When we got back we had no issues checking the skis back in. Will definitely be back for another rental!

Great experience renting jet skis from ABC. The skis were in good condition and we had zero problems. The service we received was awesome as well. Very accommodating and even provided us with an emergency cell phone number that we were told we could call even if we just had questions with the skis. Couldnt beat the price either! Overall good place to rent from. We will go back at least once more this summer and in the future. We will also recommend this company to our friends and family.

We had a great time with the jet skis we rented. We rode all day on Canyon lake with not one mechanical problem. The skis ran good and steered strait. The staff at ABC Bicycle and Jet ski are real friendly as if we known each other for years. The riding orientation covered rider safety, AZ boating rules, equipment operation and the cost of repairs if needed. Unfortunately, I did end up doing some damage. We werent treated any different after the damage by them. We had a real good experience and will be renting again. The location is great for going to either Saguaro or Canyon Lake.

These are REAL people. They are so friendly and accommodating!! I called and same-day, they went out of their way to arrange for us to reserve 4 jetskis 2 hours later, and they stayed after 30 minutes so we could drop them off same-day. We will DEFINITELY be coming back regularly this summer! Thanks guys

My friends and I rented 2 jet skis a couple days ago. The atmosphere in the store was extremely friendly and very helpful to any questions we had. When we got into the water the skis ran like a top and had zero issues. In my opinion there is no better place to rent in Mesa.

This place is great! Incredibly helpful staff and fantastic customer service. Posting my review a little late, but we made a reservation for a couple jet skis back in August. There was a mixup and no jet skis were reserved for us, so Christina went out of her way to make additional arrangements to ensure another set was available. They made for an amazing weekend at Canyon Lake. When we got back and realized wed broken a mirror on the drive home (all those hairpin turns on Rt 88 got us), they were incredibly understanding and even discounted what we owed them for it because we pointed it out when they didnt notice it. Second time renting from there.... Super nice and friendly....process was easy..... Jet skis are maintained well and have had no issues on the water when I went out..... Skis seem to be 2007 Yamaha VX skis but are super reliable...saw newer skis breaking down and again never had any issues with them on the water last two times I rented them..... Would rent from here again in a heartbeat.

It was a great experience! The JetSki performed very well and we had a great time. Didnt realize that I could pick them up the day before. Next time Ill plan out ahead a little better so I can be out at the break of dawn.
