Brandon is a huge scammer. Do not rent here or from rvshare.com they will screw you over. I was set to pick up my rental the next day and I get texts from Brandon saying that we only rented for 3 days. So we had to re verify that it was for 4 nights. Then, he asked if we had insurance on the trailer. The extra fees of insurance or needing our own insurance was not mentioned in the listing. It was not mentioned until the day before our trip that we would need an extra $125 for insurance which we did not budget for. We had to cancel our camping reservation. We are now out $364 and have to file a claim or possibly take Brandon to small claims court. This has all been extremely upsetting and emotional taxing on our family during a time when stress is high as it is. Thanks brandon, for everything.Not to mention, the day before the trip he also said there is added costs such as the generator, a weight distribution hitch, and the insurance.

Great customer service! Brandon was extremely nice and offered great service when we had to cancel due to some monetary issues and really helped relieve some serious stress after I had been going through a hard time. I would absolutely recommend their services based on his customer service alone.

Trying to help the next person so you won’t get scammed. Please read. In summary, we rented a toy hauler from these guys in March 2021. I should’ve gone with my gut and not rented from them. It was all sketchy since the beginning. Never got a formal contract nor inspection sheet. We did go over the “upgraded” toy hauler and found some minor details. Upon returning the rental, we were being charged for those minor details. Never got our deposit back because we didn’t have an inspection sheet showing those issues prior to us taking it. I’m pretty sure this is how they make their money. They know they won’t return the deposit and they get you by asking for a lower deposit than the rest of the other rental companies and then not returning it. Not only that, they charge extra for the generator and for the insurance, which they don’t mention until you are there to pick up. The supposedly “upgraded” toy hauler was for our 4 door Rzr which didn’t fit. We called and they told us that they couldn’t do anything about it. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS. Save yourself the hassle and go with the next ones because these guys are scammers!

Cant say enough good things about Brandon and his team, always great service, VERY accommodating, wide variety of equipment from boats, to UTVs, and camper trailers, and at a very reasonable price.This company has been my go to for the past several years and I will definitely continue to keep it that way - looking forward to the next adventure.

Rented out 2 sideXsides for a bachelor party weekend and the service was great. When one rzr wasnt working when we picked up, we were upgraded to a nicer machine without added costs. We had an issue with one while out in the desert but we were able to swap it out at night for a different one to stop our next day from being ruined.All in all I highly suggest this company for rentals. Great service and great machines.

I have rented two, large RVs from Brandon. I will be renting his newest one (a 2018) in the near future. The pricing is untouchable as the business is run at a home with acreage - especially considering the per mile (nobody is lower). I checked Cruise America first and was disappointed by their service and pricing. Brandon has spoiled me! You are not nickel and dimed when you bring the unit back. They are fair and understand service is what brings back their customers. I highly recommend them! And do book early as the word is getting out.

I highly recommend BTR. This is the 3rd year my family and I have rented an RV for our annual camping trip. We rented from a place in Mesa the first two years and had horrible experiences. I dont recall how I found BTR, but glad I connected with them. Reasonable prices, RV was in great shape and the owner was extremely nice. Looking forward to renting from them next year.

I’ve rented from Brandon twice now and have had great experiences both times. Easy pick up and drop off. First rental was one of his Rzrs which was a blast for our family. Second rental we took one of the toy haulers up North and had a great time. We really appreciated the heater on the cold mornings! We rented a trailer camper and a truck to tow it for about 10 days and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the service that Brandon and boys toys rentals gave us! Literally every encounter, chat, and question was straightforward and answered.Prices were the BEST that we found, and pickup location was great as well! There were no crazy added or hidden fees, and the whole process was so simple and easy!They went above and beyond when we arrived - truck already hitched, fridge cooled, and they even let us borrow extra lawn chairs, bike locks, and tarp for our trip! Don’t waste your hard earned money here!I should have a seen the red flags- lesson learned. Upon reservation and collection of deposit, there was no formal email confirmation and or contract sent. I did let Brandon know I never got it. He sent a text saying I was good to go on said date and that deposite was collected.Since there was no contract presented until the day of our reservation, I had a few questions which were answered after multiple calls and texts. Hard to get a hold of.The day of, Brandon did take the time to show us how to start the boat and even showed us that “it worked”. What we didn’t know, and he later shared, was that he had the battery charging with another battery at that time.We get to the river and the pontoon does not start. When I called, he shared he had the boat’s battery charging before we took it out and asked us to “jiggle the wires” or find someone to jump us...After backing up the docK for longer than allowed, we find a kind man who helped us charge the battery for one hour.We were advised to not turn off the boat the entire time on the lake- which we didn’t in fear that it would again not run.If you made it this far, you should know this boat had candy wrappers, empty cigaret packs and other trash in place of where missing cup holders would go and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years.When I reached out for a refund, Brandon said he has to consult his brother. Days later, I reached out to him again.. I was told that he waved gas ($35) and a cleaning fee for chip crumbs in the carpet ($40). Unlike some of the reviews, I now read, we did get our deposit thank God. He did offer a 30 percent off our next rental. We will not be renting again from here, ever.

We’ve rented from Brandon at Boys Toys multiple times. Each time has been a great experience. I’ve referred several others to Boys Toys also. The operation runs great and the equipment is always in great condition. Deposits refunded in a timely manner. Best rates around.

We had a terrible experience with Brandon. Our trailer was a piece of junk. It was so run down. The awning was broken, water heater was broken, trailer braking system was broken, and the RV battery would not hold a charge. He never addressed any of our issues. Never asked us about our experience. He failed to follow through multiple times on communicating with me. He asked my mom to bring her RV rental back early so he could rent it out again, but didn’t refund her anything for it. My sister also rented a trailer from him and the trailer furnace did not work. We are all very unsatisfied with our rentals and with Brandon’s lack of communication and professionalism. We will NEVER rent from them again.

Rented from Brandon in mid-Jan 2020 for a trip down to Rocky Point. Put down a deposit a couple months in advance to hold the rental and Brandon followed through. Originally rented a smaller pop-up camper, but when it was returned (by the previous renter) the lift mechanism was busted. Brandon was able to get us into a nicer camper (little bigger) at no increased cost; that was great customer service. Pickup was easy and Brandon hooked me up with a different hitch ball (mine was too small). Camper performed well, no issues. Drop-off was easy and Brandon had our deposit refunded within a few days. If you are looking for rentals you should definitely consider Boys Toys!

We rented from Adventure Rentals for the first time earlier this month. The checkout process online to reserve our trailer was very straightforward and prices were good. Pickup was easy and drop off was simple. This was the first time I’ve used a travel trailer and I had a couple questions. The staff was very knowledgeable and I was able to get everything that I needed. Will definitely rent from them again.

Boys Toys Rentals is a very professional and friendly establishment. From the first call with Brandon inquiring about rental options and booking a travel trailer, the customer service was exceptional. Due to the unforeseen circumstances of COVID-19 and working in a hospital, I had to cancel the trip. I am greatly appreciative to Brandon for his understanding and going above and beyond by reinbursing the deposit I provided. I would greatly recommend Boys Toys Rentals and will be utilizing them in the future.

I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I reserved an RV through RVShare - this company was listed as the owner. Someone named Brandon contacted me 1 week before saying I would need to pick up the RV a little later in the day. By 7pm the day we were scheduled to leave, he finally responded to my frantic messages to say that I should look at other options. He then disappeared for 2 weeks - would not respond to my calls and message. He also did not respond to RV Shares attempts to contact him. RV Share refused to refund my money (over $3600) until the owner could approved it. I called RV Share every other day for 2 weeks. It was finally resolved after I threatened to contact an attorney. Suddenly they were able to get in touch with the owner. I do not think this is a legitimate business and the public should know before they have their vacations ruined. I am a single mom who worked extra shifts for months to pay for a vacation for my 2 kids. We were all extremely disappointed and I was unable to get refunds for many of the RV sites I prepaid for. This company never even bothered to apologize. You should be ashamed of yourselves and your company!

Brandon, I’m assuming it’s him as he never gave his name... has been the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. When calling his business phone number, he answers “yup?”... that’s the first read flag. After booking a month in advance, trying to get a hold of him two days before he finally calls my wife the day before to work out the pick up and insurance details. At 5:30 am we get a text and the trailer isn’t available. After reading reviews from the last 3 months or so we were afraid we were going to get a lemon. We called another business to see if they had last minute availability and they said “let me guess... boys toys rental? You’re customer 8 in the last two weeks...” I don’t know what has happened to your business sir, but it appears as though you are spiraling out of control. It may be time to get help with that problem you seem to be having.

Great place to deal with. He even let us use his personal RZR when the rental was unavailable! Great to work with always answers his phone and willing to help. Very reasonable prices. We will be back!

Rented from these guys for Burning Man 2018 and they were outstanding.Fair prices, solid equipment, and great communication, but what really set Brandon apart was the customer service. He helped us get set up, let us grab a few lawn chairs that he had laying around, gave us an extra gas canister for the generator, and then threw in a free 12 pack of beer because someone had returned the camper with it.Overall, great experience and I would gladly rent from them again.

Customer service and flexibility are the first words that come to mind when I think about BTR. Brandon was more than accommodating. Best prices I could find, everything was in working condition on the RV I rented. They even offer to drain the tanks for a small fee after I dropped it off. I will absolutely be renting from them again.

Rented a trailer for Labor Day. They let us pick it up a day early at no extra charge! When our hitch wasn’t right they made sure we got the right one and if that didn’t work offered their truck at a very reasonable fee. Ours worked out and we had a blast! Deposit returned right away and very smooth process. I can’t wait to rent from them again. It’s nice that they answer your calls and texts and are so flexible with picking up and dropping off.The trailer was clean and it great condition. Prices cannot be beat, we paid so much less (including the deposit) than we would with any other company. We’re renting again within a couple weeks because it was so convenient!

Have rented from many RV places across the country and this place is so good. The vehicles are well cared for and importantly the owner checks them regularly (a good sign - the tires were in great shape). You can tell a lot by the condition of the RVs - something you often find out out on a trip when it is too late. Tyler the owner is responsive, accessible and super easy to rent from. Its not worth risking it with a big company who doesnt care or a fly by night with poor gear. Go see Tyler!

Hello I am 37 years old and have never ever written a review. We scheduled to rent a camp trailer a month ago and at 6am the day of our departure the owner decides to tell us the RV was having “issues” and was no longer available. I had spoken to him the night before and he did not mention issues. He tried to give me another RV but after reading recent reviews stating that the rented RVs had a ton of problems (brakes, furnace, batteries, pump for water, you name it) I decided to not fall for the bait and switch. Needless to say that it is now too late to change our requested time off or rent another RV (we have been looking for hours) Boys Toys Rental ruined the only thing we had to look forward to in the miserable year of 2020. Brandon I cannot put into words how upset we are, you should be ashamed of yourself. You suck.

Had a great experience renting an RV with Boys Toys Rentals. RV was ready to go when we arrived and we were on our way to the Grand Canyon. Just wanted to say, it was a pleasure to do business. Experience was great. Paid the deposit on two machines(couple weeks in advance), unfortunately when we picked up one of them had some much needed work due to previous renters, but an alternate was given and was very happy with. That night one of the machines started to have some unknown issue with no power, so we parked it to prevent any more problems or damage and was able to get it swapped out the next morning to . Overall very pleased, and will be happy to come back for power sport rentals!

As a small business, Brandon was very tentative and responsive. The prices were much better than going with a big name RV rental company. Brandon was very polite and answered all questions. I rented an RV and it got my family safely from Yellowstone and back. RV was fully functional and worked like a charm. I will definitely use Boys Toys in the future for me rental needs.

My group rented some UTVs for a camping trip and our experience with these guys was great. They were very responsive, and since vehicles were available, they let us pick up a day early at no extra charge. Pickup and drop off was painless as well. Brandon made drop off and pick up painless. His process was hassle free and rates are extremely fair. The camper was prepped and ready for the day of pick up which made loading up to head up North stress free. Everything functioned as needed and didnt have any issues with utilities inside. We got a really nice camping trailer for a good price. Pick up and drop off were easy, they even had the fridge cooled down when we picked it up. That usually takes a couple of days. We will definitely use them again.

I rented a 2015 motorhome from Brandon. He is very knowledgeable and was very friendly and worked around our schedule. He took the time to make sure that we felt comfortable in his unit and showed us how everything worked. The RV we rented was beautiful and he had it all ready to go when we showed up. The rates were the best that I found and I would definitely refer him to any of my friends or anybody that wants a great rental for a fair price. We also rented his pontoon boat Last Summer along with two jet skis and my whole family had a blast.

I rented a Razor 1000, Razor 170, and a Suzuki 50cc quad to take my family to the sand dunes. Everything was as promised and we had a really enjoyable time. Brandon was very professional and got my deposit back quickly. I will definitely be using them again.

Everything was provided to ride all I had to do was show up and hook up the trailer to the truck, a easy process hassle free! This was my first experience renting a travel trailer, I called around and this company gave me the best deal overall. I reserved a smaller trailer, on the way to pick it up, Brandon tells me that the one I had reserved was not ready and that he would let me take a bigger trailer for the price of the smaller one. I rented a beautiful brand new Jayco trailer for our annual Memorial Day trip to Lake Powell from Boys Toys. Brandon was very helpful in getting us setup with pickup and drop off times. Brandon was also very easy to communicate with while on our trip which made the rental go flawlessly.

I have rented several RVs from Brandon ..and I have rented a travel trailer and my son has rented a travel trailer as well... I highly recommend using them he has a really good setup he has everything you need as far as rentals and if there is an issue with one of his units he upgrades you for free
