AVOID! I called this store about a repair and was told to come in by 5. After driving nearly an hour to get there, when I arrived at 430 the same day, I was told the technicians leave at 330, sorry. Absolutely no sympathy theyd just wasted my time. After loading my mower back into my car I went back in to ask another question and the same employee was berating the guy in line after me... Literally shouting that he should never come back again. The only positive thing I can say is I now know to never buy a Dewalt, Stanley, or Black & Decker product again since they make repairs very difficult and treat their customers like pests.

Drove to the only Dewalt service center in Denver to get some advice and possibly trade up my entire cordless kit. The service was bad, to be honest the guy at the front desk was straight up rude. I will take my business elsewhere.
Terrible customer service! Went in to return something 15 min before closing and guy told me I can’t exchange it because he has to set up alarm for store! And coming from castle rock so driving 45 mins!I couldn’t believe it!
Great Customer service. Was greeted as soon as I approached the counter. Everyone that works there is nice and helpful. Had a bad Flex battery and was replaced with no issues. Thanks for the awesome experience.

Unfortunately a very bad experience working with DeWalt. Chainsaw broke (DeWalt known error) after 2 days of cutting pines. Took DeWalt 8 days to respond and then want to have you mail it in an effort to expire more warranty time.

I lost my wallet a few days ago and I got a call first thing the following morning by this wonderful woman. She told me that I had forgotten my wallet at the counter and she had put it in the safe, to pick it up when possible. Everything that I had in it was there including the money, of course. Its great to know that there are honest trustworthy people working here.
Great store. Kind of weird tho. They don’t have any better pricing on Dewalt than Lowe’s or Home Depot. The used tools are slim to none. Really just hit or miss if they have anything at all.I will say the service department is great. The chuck release on my impact broke. And it was was something they were able to fix right then. I just had to wait a couple of minutes. Thank you guys for not making me come back other day to get it.

If you need services this is your place. Dont expect a fast turnaround. They will take good care of your tools though! Takes 2-5 weeks so plan ahead. Depending on if the need to order parts.

Bought a new DEWALT miter saw about 6 months ago and pieces just keep breaking off all the time. Way over priced! The blade is also more difficult too replace than it should be.

I recently purchased a DeWalt drill through Amazon. Because I had the drill for over 30 days, Amazon refused to take it back even though I had never used it. I then contacted DeWalts Service Center in Denver and was pleasantly surprised that a return to them was no problem. Within 2 days of receiving the return, I received a call Migel at Dewalt informing me that I would get a full refund from DeWalts corporate office within 3-5 days. Ive always been pleased with the products Iv purchased from DeWalt, but its safe to say that they have a customer for life. Thats DeWalt!
Dishonest and overpriced. Dewalt tools are great, just don’t buy them from here. They offered me a “trade-up” if I gave them the old tool with payment. What they didn’t tell me was that they would overcharge for the new tool ($25 more than Ace) making the trade up value ($30) negligible. Dishonest and overpriced.
They have everything you see around the shops, plus sooo much more. They do repairs, exchanges and warranty work in the shop. A must see for a true DeWalt enthusiast!
I took a drill in for repair. They said it would be $100 minimum to repair it but I could order a new one and have it delivered to my home by March 1st. So on Feb 25th I ordered a new drill which was to be delivered by March 1st. By April 18th it still hadnt arrived. I called and they said my drill was in and some time next week it would be shipped out. 2 months to get a drill is rediculous and then to say that it will be shipped out the following week after they received it indicates very poor customer service. I wont go back to this Dewalt Service Center and will buy something other than a Dewalt as a replacement for my drill. disappointed in Dewalt Service Center.

I just bought a Dewalt miter saw DWS 780 brand new (Not refurbished) online (JB tools) . The saw came out of the box poorly calibrated. I called to see if Dewalt would calibrate it for me. I got 2 bad answers. First, take it back to the place you buy it from. When I say that I bought online, the person said: You can bring it here.....but, you need to know that it will take us like 3 weeks to fix it, we have a long wait. It make me think that you guys do not stand behind your products at all. And if you are so back up, either you are selling poor quality products or need more employees. Right now I feel like returning the saw and get a makita or a bosh, I will try to calibrate the saw myself first.

A great experience. When my DeWalt cordless drill failed due to a defective switch, I brought it in. Not only was the problem fixed within two days, with no hassle and under warranty, but the guys also replaced the battery pack that had smoked as a result of the malfunction -- even though their own test equipment said it was okay.Thats a level of service and a commitment to customer satisfaction that I havent seen in a long, long time.Am I happy that I needed to replace the switch? Of course not, but it is a tool and these things occasionally happen. The fact is that it can happen to any tool youve got - and you have to ask yourself whether your tools were made and are backed by a company (and more importantly the people who make up that company) that stands behind them. I own a number of pretty yellow tools because I like their design, features, power and quality. The fact that those same yellow tools also have this type of service backing them up really puts me into the customer for life category.Thank you DeWalt and the folks who work there.

Quick, knowledgeable, and great customer service. Went in with a faulty chuck on my drill under warranty, went out with a brand new model within 10 minutes.
I called ahead to make sure my compressor was under warranty with them and they said bring it on by. When i got there the guy asked where I bought it and that even though it was prearranged through Home Depot to bring it in they said it was covered by Home Depot and they would need to repair it. Needless to say I was not happy since i had just picked it up from Home Depot. Train your people so that the ones answering the phones no what they are talking about. This was not a small portable tool. Needless to say I will not purchase another DeWalt tool ever!!!!!

Dropped off a drill to replace the stripped drive gears, they told me it would be covered under warranty. When it was ready, I went to pick it up and they wanted to charge me $86. A new drill WITH charger, two batteries, a carrying case, and a year warranty is $99. Nope.
Went in to have my Black and Decker Trimmer serviced and now Im getting a new one. Very nice and professional.
I had a 5ah battery that failed in 5 months and so I contacted DEWALT service and they sent me a ups shipping label. I sent it down to the Denver center and 4 days later I received a brand new battery.

I have never been treated more rudely in my life. My favorite tools have always been Dewalt. With people like this maybe its time to look elsewhere!

Took in a couple batteries that went bad and a tool that needed repaired. Got new batteries and they repaired the tool and mailed it to me within a week.

Very lousy customer service. I had ordered a Delta planer alignment tool online, and the item was supposed to come from the Dewalt Factory service center. Two weeks later, I still had no tool, and I called in to the service center to find out when it would be shipped, as it was on back order. The lady that answers the phone seemed lost the question and it was like pulling teeth getting any info about the order. She ended up telling me it was out of her control and she had no idea when the item would come off back order and be shipped to me. Very lousy customer service.
