It was a rough start but the change of people at this location has completely changed. Front desk is always respectful and patient which truly makes a huge difference Veronica is a breath of fresh air. We had only one maintenance person for a while Christina. She is amazing but doing all the maintenance herself wasn’t realistic. They have a new person and his work is amazing as well. Carmen helped fix three things and it took less than ten minutes. Thank you all so very much makes me much happier to be here seeing the difference the staff is doing to bring the community up.
Such a beautiful property and the customer service is amazing. Armando was so very helpful and knowledgeable. There should be more people like him.

You know its a good place when the maintenance staff is always there for you for any issues that may come up, Christina is very professional and knowledgeable. And willing to fix or repair as well as explain rather then ignore you for as long as they can, thank you Christina for all your help, its a great feeling knowing someone cares and takes there job serious.
Having been here for a while now I came to renew my lease and felt a review was in order. Armando is one of the friendliest employees amongst past experiences at my previous apartments as well as the rest of the staff on this property. He always has a smile and is very helpful with getting any maintenance service in a timely matter. I look forward to being here another year and will be enjoying my stay. Something I couldn’t say before.
The manager, Armando is a professional young man! He was very personable and polite. He was very welcoming and warm as soon as I stepped into the office. On top of that he was very patient, as he replied to all my questions, defiantly putting to ease any concerns I may had.

I have only been here for 3 months now, but so far so good. Marci and Annie at the office have always been professional, friendly, and very helpful! Also, Eddie in maintenance is very kind, and quick to get the job done.Of course these are still apartments we are talking about, so sometimes the noise from stereos in the parking lots gets to be a bit much, a few small maintenance issues, and other things related to apartment life, but so far I can actually see me staying here for a while.
Favorite part about Reflections at RedMountain is their respective management and staff team! I loved the energy and vibes while working with Annie, Myesha, Christina and Carmen to get my beautiful apartment I have now! Very genuine and understanding people. I did not think I was going to able to live in such a beautiful home, but is was the professionalism of the team and their experience that really helped me! It is so peaceful and homey here. I made a great choice!
Will raise your rent a crazy amount Every. Single. Year. Dont plan on living here long term. It has gone way downhill the past few years. Very poor communication between management and renters. If you live downstairs you will hear every single thing your upstairs neighbors do. Everything. Smells carry between apartments as well and the odors are horrible. Dont walk away from renting here - run.

While i understand that Covid has changed things its really disappointing that no-one is ever at the office to answer the door. No-one ever answers the phone and we are often left to wait more than 24 hours for a call back or an email. Ive ( along with others) waited over 30 mins the last 2 times i have gone to the office to pay rent even after confirming that someone was indeed in the office.The Covid cleaning that was supposed to be happening to the pools stopped happening shortly after it was established. The Pool is always a disaster. The hot tub hasnt worked in months. Overall its just been a really disappointing experience.
Weve lived here about 8 months now and love it. Staff is great, parking is a breeze and the complex is always very clean. Weve only had to call maintenance one time and they were there within the hours and fixed the problem in minutes. Living here has been a great experience!
I have friends that live here Its a fairly nice apartment place. Its very dog friendly. So if you have a dog or you just love dogs this might be a place for you. They dont really keep the pools to clean but theyre still nice to go in. From my experience the apartments dont have a microwave in the unit so thats something to also keep in mind.
A very nice shopping plaza, set up just the way you like it. All of the stores are nice on the inside and out. From the fresh cut lawn and manicured gravel to the trimmed trees it couldnt be more of a relaxing trip. Once inside the stores are always clean and well kept. They have a host of friendly staff waiting to help you on your next big or little purchase! A+ in my book.
LONG STORY SHORT: This apartment is not worth the money and will lie about rent prices. Not prompt with responses, or they just wont tell you when they receive something. Renovated apartments are not any better than the non-renovated apartments. DO NOT TRUST THIS APARTMENT NOT WORTH THE PRICE.I have lived at this apartment complex the last three years. At first, this apartment was great! The staff was wonderful and all of our work orders were promptly taken care of. We transferred apartments (loss of a roommate) and it was still nice with the management. However, they switched management mid-lease and that is when everything changed.This apartment from that point on has been a literal hell to deal with. Upon signing a new lease, they bait and switched us. When signing a new lease for a bigger apartment (we were going to get another roommate) they said the apartment was a certain price. The day we signed the lease, however, they jumped the price by over $400.00. The apartment was still within our budget, but they failed to advise of this price change until AFTER we moved all of our stuff into the new apartment. We would have went somewhere more worthwhile if we had known that they would jump the price for the apartment. They blamed the apartment price on the fact that the apartment was renovated. There renovations are bs. The only thing different from the renovated apartments and the non-renovated apartments is the flooring (fake plastic wood that they literally use to cover the old flooring - I watched maintenance renovate our neighbors apartment when they moved out) and the poor paint job. The paint did not have a top coat and was poorly painted on with paint on the ceiling, the baseboard, and even on the other walls that were not painted. Handles were falling off of the doors, cabinets were painted without a top-coat which caused the paint to literally chip when you open cabinets or on its own. The dishwasher doesnt work, the tub/shower area did not drain and our apartment even flooded with no action actually taken by the maintenance crew. The pools are poorly cleaned and the landscapers blow all of the leaves into your pack patio or on/in your car without a care in the world (honestly, Im not too upset about this. It was mostly just a little inconvenience).I have received emails stating I owed a balance to them. Then, once I confront the fact that my portal doesnt show I owe a balance, they reply and say the email was sent in error. This has been, by far, the worst experience with an apartment complex I ever had. The apartment is definitely NOT worth the price so save your money. The management doesnt care about their residents nor are they prompt with their replies. They did not advise that my 60 day notice was received until I had to ask if they received it. When asked for documents, they take days to respond.I will never be returning to this place and have written a formal complaint to the management company itself regarding the specific management here. I HIGHLY recommend you go to a different apartment complex - this one will take every last penny you owe unnecessarily and then lie about whatever they please later. Do not waste your money and your time here - they wont follow through with anything they tell you.
WORST PLACE TO LIVE DON’T MOVE HEREEven though I live here because I don’t have a choice we have had countless things wrong with our apartment air conditioning being out and having to stay in the model and it taking almost a month to fix. We still have a window that needs a new screen put on so bugs will stop coming in and we have been waiting three months now for a new one to be put on and still hasn’t happened and now having roaches we have lived here for 8 years and never not once had a roach problem and now we do I don’t like this new management team I liked Becky a lot better she would never let this happen she was always on top of her job as manger and the only Maintenance guy that knows what he’s doing and how to do his job right is Mario

I have lived in this Apartment for almost 9 months and I have little to complain about. Im on the second floor and I can see maintenance cleaning the pool more than once a day, even now, with no one swimming. Every time Ive had a maintenance request, admin was there to assist. Compared to the complex I used to live in, Reflections at Red MOUNTAIN is a breath of fresh air.I have had little issues with pests (roaches, spiders, etc) and the office staff are amazing. We get community emails to keep us updated on what is going on. I just want to thank everyone at RRM for making me feel at home.

I’ve lived here for the past year and have NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY... Gracie and Thomas are hands down the most personable and accommodating leasing consultants here! Nothing personal against the others honestly all of them are great but to Gracie and Thomas thank you for all you’ve done for me. Whoever moves into 2074 next please enjoy it as much as I did. I’ll miss you guys so much and who knows maybe I’ll find myself back here in the near future.P.S.the maintenance team is awesome! Take care of them and they will take care of you PERIOD. 😉👍🏽
I lived at Reflections at Red Mountain for several years with my children. It was a great place to be with my kids and the staff and management have always been helpful, friendly and professional. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, they will respond quickly and take care of any issues you may have. The complex is well maintained and offers a comfortable environment to live in. Thankful that we had them these past several years and will miss being here!
I have lived here for a week and so far have had to have pest control out twice, the grounds are nice but the apartment itself is a dump! Had I seen the available apartment itself ( not the model). I would have never rented! Not worth the price by any means! At least the staff is helpful
My MIL lives here. They take great care of the property. Had an issue with her ac going out, and they sent someone at 10pm to get it working again.
They advertise the apartment with the new amenities, but rented me an old apartment masked with a coat of paint. The dish washer had a foul smell, the sink and bath tub are always full of roaches. My apartment was broken into multiple times!Its overpriced with sketchy people
Management communication is terrible. We were never given a code to enter the gates after hours. We consistently have to wait for other vehicles to enter/exit so we can return home. We were never given a moving in packet, and we have been contacted by management like they said. I am now writing this because we have bugs throughout the apartment that we have to spray on our own.
I most definitely give this apartment complex a solid 3 out of 5 stars. Like most apartments, common things are out of managements control like maintenances list of continuous issues to fix and taking forever to satisfy a ticket, quality of the apartment complex’s ability to not hear the people that live on top (unfortunately hearing them walk makes some serious creaking noises not the tenants fault.) And inability to maintain every aspect of the properties discrepancies (West gate always open to intruders, brand new bbq grills not being cleaned out whatsoever, lighting fixtures broken or insufficient lighting in both the parking and pool areas.) Regardless, it would be nice to use the treadmill in the gym without having to stare at the people that live across from it that have nothing from blocking the view of their living room, but aside from all this tenants kids playing around the complex makes the apartment complex very friendly until some tenants decide to start yelling and cussing in the middle of the office lawn on a Sunday. For 1300 dollars however, not much to ask from an apartment complex. Mesa was rated the fastest growing rental price in just this last year. I would recommend this apartment complex but only temporary. After only being here for 3 months, it looks like the piping and tubes in my complex are starting to leak and will be submitting a ticket soon.

Zero lights. Not for parking, walkways (which are winding and trecherous), no lights for front doors. Pre-teens and teens alike run in packs and steal, destroy property, scream loudly and verbally abuse anyone walking past. Barking, barking, barking dogs all day, all night. People here are very loud after 10 pm and smoke marijuana right out on their patios despite being against policy. New landscaping people leave bits of grass all over sidewalks for us to track into our apartments. Police action is commonplace here. This place has gone DOWNHILL. If you can rent anywhere else, do!

Just moved in yesterday .And I already love it . I think it’s awesome they have someone in office on sat and Sunday .We already had some fun at the poool !
These apartments are infested with roaches and theyre more concerned about how your patios look but dont care about what the inside looks like i moved into this apartment and there were roaches everywhere management doesnt respond or helps you dont move here

Reflections at Red Mountain staff and maintenance goes above and beyond to accommodate their tenants. Call the office and ask for maintenance help or go online it is not a problem, even getting a football down from on top of car ports for grandkids.
Horrible management horrible maintenance I would not recommend this to anybody and I believe the maintenance people go in your house when youre not there. If your young ladies do not live there.
Been living hear for a year now and have no complaints, the few maintenance issues we have had are usually fixed within a day. Freindly staff and neighbors.

I just moved out a few months ago and thought I would leave my experience. Right when moving in, it seemed great and staff was nice. Only two months into living there our AC unit went out right at the beginning of summer 🙄 we contacted the office and PB Bell themselves and after a lawsuit letter I wrote and doing all I can to learn about landlords and apartments because reflections wouldn’t fix it and my animals would be in there panting because it was 95 in my apartment. Let just say after a huge hassle and THREE MONTHS later we got a new ac. We were without ac for three months and you better believe I got them to take it off my rent and they only took off $200. I have NEVER went swimming here because the pools were always dirty and never maintained. The gym is outdated and missing/broken equipment. The older apartments are small and dark lighting (I had to buy my own lights to save money and see better), hardly any storage, small kitchen and I’m sorry but this apartment is definitely not worth $1000 a month for a basic old apartment 🤷🏻♀️Positive notes: maintenance was nice (Mario) when I was moving out they were just finishing re painting the buildings which looked nice. Awesome and lots of area for your pets to walk.

Ive had a horrible experience here. I thought i would love it considering the fact that Ive had other horrible experiences with other apartments. my apartment has roaches!!!! Ive complained and complained, they would come out and spray and still the roaches. since the move in the sink was messed up but i still took it because i needed a place to live. the staff are nice but Ive had nothing but problems since Ive been living there, my dishwasher still smells like Old boiled eggs and sewer, Ive went out and bought numerous dish washer cleansers etc, still nothing, flooding my apartment and nothing is ever fixed properly !!! This has been by far the worst experience that Ive had in an apartment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!
