I love living here my apartment is huge and beautiful! Randy and Yolanda are the best, they always answer all my questions and am grateful to have such an amazing team where i live! Maintenance is always on point cleaning up, filling the pool, and making sure it looks great! Thank you staff at the Glen for giving me such a great living experience.

I like the unit Im in and I dont mind the rent. Other than that, theyre always shutting the water off. At least once a week! Also, the power goes out every week or every two weeks. Ive never lived somewhere where the power and water is constantly being shut off. Also, there was alot of maintenance that wasnt done before we moved into the complex. Holes in walls, the blinds dont close, the sliding closet door track is busted, drain in bathroom didnt work, and half of the outlets didnt work.

(UPDATE) $25 being wasted for trash valet that hardly happens ( my trash will be properly sat out and it’ll be sitting for days smelling up the whole walk ways; I’ve brought that to the office staff’s attention and they continuously fail to handle the situation, but I have to pay for it anyways because it’s in the lease.) Water shut offs every other day, rent & utilities go up every month, and gym is bolt locked on holidays, when I have a “key” to “use at my own convince”… NOT! Furthermore, I’ve realized that most of the office staff are a bit dishonest when issues regarding maintenance or other service they say “they offer” are not able to be utilized by the community. The more I explore my complex and the longer I stay here, the more disappointed I get with it. Please do as much research and use good judgment when considering living here. Thanks.

I would like to say that I am a low maintenance tenant. I will pay my rent in a timely manner and not give property management a hard time unless Im greatly I convenienced. Hi there, color my highly inconvenienced! I reported that my dishwasher wasnt draining properly on 6/24/19. On 7/3 I came home to a maintenance sheet on my dining room table signed off as fixed. I looked in said dish washer and saw 2 inches of water and debri...... I ran the dishwasher and it didnt drain. I reported to onsite management that it was definitely not fixed on 7/8. The nice lady told me about the 6 cases of air conditioning issues and advised that my menial dishwasher issue was low priority. Ok, understood. Its August 1st and I havent had an update or maintenance visit!On 7/28/19 I stepped in a puddle and realized that my ceiling had a pocket of water between the ceiling and paint. I submitted a ticket and followed up with onsite management on 7/29/19. The very nice gentleman checked in with maintenance and relayed that my leak was likely being caused my a condensation problem with my upstairs neighbors hvac so the priority was pretty low as the maintenance workers were dealing with real plumbing leaks.Alright fast forward to 3 days later, its 8/1 and there is no sign of a maintenance worker having visited my unit. The leak is now happening in two spots and when I get home from work the secondary leak has now caused a stream of water reaching my carpet! And lets not forget; I still have a dishwasher that doesnt drain!I have emailed Priderock Capitals corporate office. I have submitted yet another maintenance ticket with local property management. Lets see how they rebound from this!They still get 2 stars because I love my apartment. Its a little outdated but the sq footage is good and I know it was luxury accommodations in the late 70s. It has this awkward little wet bar that Im sure was a draw back then. Rental rates prior to me going month to month at my July lease end was just under 1k per month. Now that I am month to month (with a 204.00 a month fee) I am considering other options. For the most part, I like the local management (except for that Ellen Barkin look a like as she is very condescending and rude) and it pains me to leave this 2 star review but I really need them to get it together!

Overall, weve been pretty pleased with living here. Management is friendly and while maintenance can sometimes take a while to get back to you if the issue is not the current top priority, they are helpful and friendly as well.Our biggest issue is really just the size of the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen (random, but its hard to fit everyday kitchen things).

Gentlemen that works in the front! Very very very rude! I’m not even resident yet! I call about app and was helped by maribel. She was all nice and said she was going to approve my app and she talk to her manager said it was all good to go. I sent over what was need. First off they never answer the phone or it says phone number is not in service. Than the maribel stated she called but never did. It was a huge mess and just went around in circles. Than the gentlemen also advise if I didn’t like the customer service I should rent somewhere else!

Been living here for a few years now and the new management has finally hit there stride after about a year. They have been upgrading things left and right, from interiors to plumbing to grounds. The apartments are extremely quiet and have some nice features.The Assistant Manager Jeremy is always a friendly face and on top of everything. Also of note is Alonzo, a wonderful maintenance man.

I dont even know where to start! The service I received here was absolutely spectacular! Ive been touring apartments for my mother who is looking to move from Southern California, and decided to stop here on my journey. I was taken on a tour by Alexia and she was AMAZING!! Hands down, the best apartment tour ive ever been on! She was so thorough, patient, accommodating, and beyond sweet! She answered all of my questions before I could even ask! if youre looking to take a tour here, Alexia is definitely your go-to girl!

The air conditioning went out in my unit on June 24th while it was 110 degrees out. Maintenance rigged it back up and it broke again 4 days later. As of today on July 2 I have been without AC for 5 full straight days. My apartment is almost 100 degrees inside. Maintenance left a small portable ac unit that does absolutely no good trying to keep an apartment cool with 12 foot vaulted ceilings. Its basically a fan. The AC unit was probably here since the 80s when this place was built. I was kept completely in the dark as to the status of getting this fixed. I left a polite phone message to the office and never heard back. I had to stop after work to try and get an update. I am told a new unit will be put in on the 7th of July. I. WILL BE WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING FOR APPROX 11 DAYS IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS AT THIS POINT. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 110 DEGREES OVER THIS WEEKEND. Management offered another small portable unit which does no good whatsoever. I politely asked for some sort of rent credit and was told no. Possibly after it is fixed they said they will talk. Im fairly certain at that point my chances of being compensated for my inconvenience and being extremely uncomfortable for so long in this heat will be about zero. Its actually dangerous and management has made zero effort to help me with the exception of a glorified fan to keep me cool. They should be ashamed of themselves for not trying to display a more compassionate approach to a fellow human being during these challenging times. Its all about the money I guess. If you are reading this management please dont waste your time responding with your template style responses. I can wait for the new AC unit but you should have been more polite and helpful when I stopped in today. Ive been here 8 years and will most likely be leaving after my lease is up. Disgraceful.YES I SEE MANAGEMENT RESPONDED WITH NO RESPONSIBILTY WHATSOEVER. MY FAULT, THE AC COMPANIES FAULT, IT WAS A HOLIDAY ETC. I WASNT INTERESTED IN AN ADDITIONAL PORTABLE UNIT. THEY DONT WORK AND I ALREADY HAD 1 UNIT RUNNING THRU MY WINDOW TAPED UP WITH DUCT TAPE AND CARBOARD. THAT IS HOW YOU INSTALL? MY ELECTRIC BILL IS OUT OF CONTROL. The Price per square foot is unbeatable. Amazingly soundproofed, I always think my neighbors moved out months ago, nope still there, i just cant hear them, in an apartment that is truly a rare thing. Those 2 things make this place amazing. everything else is a minor gripe.

We have lived here just under a year and are going to renew our lease for another year. I am VERY pleased and satisfied with our apartment. The maintenance team is awesome: fast, friendly, and professional. The office staff is great as well. The one time we had to struggle with paying our rent and faced possible eviction they were honest about the process and how long it could take. Fortunately we were able to get it paid and yes, there were late fees but that is to be expected.The apartment itself is large and the layout is great. My only complaints are that my large balcony faces the sun most of the day which makes it almost impossible to use during the hot summer months and the water pressure has never been great but that is something I have learned to deal with.The appliances are older and dated but they work and that is all that really matters. They have hook ups for a washer and dryer and we were able to lease a set for under $30/month.The grounds are clean and are landscaped daily.There is crime that happens occasionally but we have personally never had any problems at all. And crime, unfortunately, happens everywhere.Overall, these apartments are amazing and our (almost) year here has been a pleasant experience.

This place is one of the nicest places that I have lived in! The maintenance staff are always on top of their work and Mark always holds to his word when he says he is going to come back or get what he said done. Very present person to deal with. Professional and polite!! I highly recommend the complex and if you ever need anything maintenance You can always rely on Mark!!

I recently submitted a maintenance request because the refrigerator stopped working. I thought it was going to be a hassle to replace but was pleasantly surprised with how fast the issue was resolved. Mike and Gary made it look easy carrying the fridge up and down the stairs. They did a great job and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you!

I had a water issue in my kitchen, and placed a maintenance request online. The next day, a staff member followed up on this, and scheduled a service call. The technician who came to do the repairs, Peter, was fantastic! He was courteous, professional, efficient, and respectful. I am very happy with the services! 5 Stars to Peter and Staff!

Viewed these apartments and theyre amazing. Theyre HUUUGGGEEE and have so many pools and even a 24 hour fitness center. The leasing staff is super friendly and I love that theyre a pet friendly community. The grounds seemed nice and clean, lots of flowers and trees everywhere. Definitely on the top of my list!!!

I have been living at the Moorings for almost 2 years and I cannot say enough of Supervisor Ozzie. He is always very pleasant, professional and is always helpful even when I have no requests for Maintenance Services. I have casually mentioned of my health problems that I cannot sweep the front of my unit because of pain. When he is able and his work requirements are not as pressing, althought I know that they are, he comes to sweep the front of my unit when he is able. He is most friendly all the time, very considerate and a gentleman at all times. I give Ozzie a total of 5 stars with much pleasure. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Since the new management has taken over it has been horrible. The outside is not kept clean like it use to be. Everywhere smells like pee outside and no one cleans up the remains of their animals. If they do pick it up then the trash is not collected and it’s spilling over. Anytime I try to contact the office they do not respond by email or call. I often have to go down and find someone because no one is in the office when you walk in at first. I never had any issues until the new ownership started last month. We also had a guy pull his gun on our neighbors because they were talking on their balcony minding their own business and my car has been vandalized multiple times. I have made complaints to the office and nothing has every been done. There is a trash can sitting inside of the hot tub that has been there for god knows how long. I can’t take my kid swimming because they stopped taking care of everything

Under new management this place is worse than the old management! Ammenities are not accessible. The new workout room is permanently closed, the pools are beat up with broken gates. Trash is all over the property constantly. There are potholes throughout the property. Maintenance staff -- friendly but not prompt. Their follow up is terrible. The rents keep going up when people in units still have issues. I have lived here for a long time and I am seriously thinking about moving. Truly, the property is declining fast!!!

Unbelievable! This apartment complexs cleaning person threw away my sons retainer case this evening with $300 in retainers while they were swimming. Is this employee that dense that they mess with peoples stuff while they are there? Who does that? It was sitting on a table next to a can. The trash was immediately emptied so my son and his friend couldnt even dig for it. This employee should be fired. $300. Its $150 for each retainer. As soon as I find out who this is man. Do you realize how difficult and expensive it is to replace retainers? Thats enough money to pay all utilities and a phone bill.

When i lived here I had a horrible experience and it was so ghetto. the office did nothing about the threats I would receive from my neighbors because I would complain about their kids hanging out all around my apt and digging holes in the grass at my front door at the time I was pregnant and it was so stressful. They told me I could move to a different apt with a large transfer fee but pretty much did nothing about any of it. I hear its under new management good thing because IMT management was horrible and hopefully the new management made some new changes for the better.

Gary came within a day and fixed everything and was so nice! After having a horrible time at my last complex with getting anything done, its nice to know you guys care about your residents.

It’s really disappointing to have to give this review since there are a lot of things to like about this place. But having to live with a pool of water in your carpet and under your linoleum tiles for over two weeks makes it hard to enjoy the good aspects, and makes it impossible to feel at home our own space. And not being able to get anyone over to fix/repair the problem despite multiple calls and even personally going down to the office ourselves to ask for help has become very frustrating. The flood is in our kids room. The carpet smells horrible and stale. The wall beneath the AC is damp and discolored. The hard floor feels soft and cold. The carpet is literally soaked almost half way into the boys room. It squishes between your toes when you step into it. I can’t believe these are the conditions we are expected to live in. I really hate being the guy who complains, and I won’t even return a sandwich at a restaurant if was made incorrectly but this is our home. Our very young children sleep in that room. Every time we call someone promises that “someone will be over in the morning to fix it” but no one ever comes. Last night we FINALLY got someone here to look. And as usual, he says someone will be by in the morning. It is now just about 3:00PM and I have very little confidence that anyone will be over at this point. Very frustrating and disappointing.Additionally, there is still water damage that remains unrepaired in the guest bathroom and in the master bedroom wall/carpet from the previous leak. There is still a hole in our ceiling where the repair man stuck his finger into it when the ceiling was soggy. He told us they would be back on a Monday to fix the damage. That was a few months ago and no one came. We called for weeks, but eventually gave up calling, because at least the leak was fixed, and the walls eventually dried and stopped stinking so bad.It even took weeks to get someone over to even repair a doorknob which was less urgent but still rather frustrating just because of how many times we had to call before someone came to fix it. After he finally fixed the doorknob, he didn’t even clean up the mess, leaving half of the broken door knob and metal shavings all over the sink.I feel bad writing bad reviews but I am just so frustrated and confused why we can’t just get someone to help us. We pay to live here. We have never had such an poor experience with apartment maintenance before and since we can’t seem to get anyone to help us I don’t really know what to do anymore.

I have lived here going on five years now (since 2013). Maintenance is horrible since the new owners took over. It takes about three days now before anyone comes over to look at your complaints. When it was the moorings it was much better for maintenance calls. I got locked out on my patio of off the dining room because the door is jammed or off track. I had to crawl in through my window that is right there. I was told that there are other emergency and they will get to it when they can and I called at 6:23 last night. They put in my work order at 10:30 today so we will see how long it takes to get fixed this time. I am also still having issues with my dishwasher after 3 bottles of cleaner that they brought me. I have now refused to call them because I dont know how long it will take for them to fix anything now.

The place has gone downhill, they no longer take care of anything kids walking up and off of your porch and throwing rocks on it, people cooking out and cussing while these kids are out there, and worst of all their apartments arent worth the 1000$ pay a month you give them, in mine we have this old stove that we have repeatedly asked to be replaced due multiple eyes not working and broken glass being in the bottom drawer thing, we have lived here for over a year know and have only replaced the washer and dryer due to them not working at all but they still have not replaced the oven, long story short used to be a nice place now its just vulgar and ghetto with lots and lots of stray cats around. o and another thing the pictures or at least the ones you see when you search up the place are basically liesTLDRthe place was nice now its ghetto and full of stray cats and vulgar adults

Maintenance is so slow. We have been waiting since June 21st to have my dryer repaired. 3 visits later nothings been accomplished. Property is filthy spider webs everywhere under balconies under carports. Trash everywhere management dont tell certain individuals to clean patios or keep clutter to a minimum. We submitted an order to have our stove burner replaced and no one has come over thats been going on 2-3 weeks now. Keep putting in work orders for the same thing and nothing. Very stressful and hard on my mom since shes a single mother who is caring for me and my siblings.

This used to be a nice place to live. But new management took over and now I would highly advise you pick somewhere else to live. Maintenance used to be out cleaning up the same day after storms had passed and were always putting down fresh paint. With the new company Ive had a fallen tree blocking the walkway to my apartment for an entire week now. Made multiple complaints to the office and nothing has been done. Dog poop bins are constantly full, the pools are gross, and the on site gym is never even accessible due to the short operating hours of the office. Look elsewhere

Apartments have cool layout on the inside, and the property is definitely unique. But everything was outdated: fridge, oven, carpet wasnt replaced before we moved in. Our place was burglarized and ransacked and the guy lived in our place for a number of days while we were out of town. and the broken door glass was taken out of our security deposit, as well as some other damage done by the criminal. Nobody expressed the tinyist concern about how that impacted us, especially having 2 kids under 4. After over 2 years it was a very disappointing exit.

First off I never give reviews, but today I had to share my experience. My 5 stars go to the maintence team - here at Glen at Mesa.Ive lived here for 2 years, and occasionally, I run into the usual maintenance request, however, last night was different. I was expecting out of town guest and in the late hours of the night, my pipes under my bathroom sink burst.... WATER WAS EVERYWHERE!!! It was to the point that I was ankle-deep in water. Towels and buckets couldnt put a dent in the flood - literally. I managed to call the after-hours maintanence line and within 5 mins, I had a call back. Within 10 mins, two maintenance members were at my door, with equipment - in hand. Total time spent at my home - (turning off water, cleaning closets, and the entire floor in the master bedroom) was 35 mins. Not to mention, the neighbors downstairs unit were taken care of, as a result of the flood damage. Eventhough I was soaked from the whole ordeal, my guest werent inconvenienced at all. It was like it never happened!To the gentlemen who work here. Truly thank you! Ive had plumbing issues before, with other rentals, in the past and not once, have I had such a pleasant experience and timely turn around.I will definitely be renewing my lease for another year!

DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT APPLY HERE! very crooked do not even apply here . We applied and paid the fees totaling $480 . They came back and said they would require a deposit of $1500 plus the first months prorated rent . This totaled over $2280 they also said they can not push back our move in date any longer . This forced us to cancel our applications . Because we canceled we also lost our $480.from the original payment . Integrity is not in the discription of this place.Michelle thank you for responding but this was my short experience with the moorings . We were lead to believe that even if a higher deposit were required it would exceed 1x the monthly rent i expected this as I know my credit is bad right now . I lost everything do to bad medication with a health issue. We are in a rebuilding phase of our lives . I knew the application fees were not refundable but the other fees are. This is your choice to keep them with knowlegde of the scenario. This still does not change the fact that we lost $480 to a standard practice just like my review of my experience is also standard practice in business . I think the buyer should be aware of this practice and heed the words of your sales people . They knew our situation we were very transparent about everything and very excited about residing there . New management took over about 5 months ago and the place has just got bad the new people in the office are horrible strangely the two hold overs are great but the worst part is the new maitnce men takes them for ever to get things done with the old management it got took care of usually the same day here it takes literally weeks the place is dirty when the old crew kept it spott less and the. Ive lived here for 4 yrs and since Priderock took over this place has become a horrible place to live. Cant get maintenace because they are short staffed. Office mgr is clueless!! The complex was so much better when it was The Moorings! So since my post i was served a 30 day notice to NOT renew my lease at 8:15 pm on May 12th. So instead of talking to me they get butt hurt and not renew my lease. Huh? Goes back to the clueless ofc mgr. 4 yrs been a great tenant! Your ppl dont have time to do maintenance but they have time all night to serve ppl notices. Hmmmm . . . priorities would be something to think about.

This place is under new management, so of course everything has gone down hill. Weve been here nearly two years, but Im thinking its time to start looking somewhere else. It used to be really nice, the maintenance team was responsive to requests, it was clean, it was quiet. But now, I dont know what is going on. Im wondering if the management team is overwhelmed or something (they are repairing piping in every unit), but Ive put in like 3 maintenance requests that have gone entirely unanswered. My unit has broken lights, broken light sockets, a running toilet thats leaking water and an infestation of two different types of ants! The next step is to send my husband to the office to cuss them out, because at this point, what else can you do? Except maybe pursue legal action. Were hoping to leave early next year.

The place is okay...we have been here for about 8mths now and everything has been great up until this month...we paid for pet fee a month ago and the Tall/skinny blonde guy at the desk in the lobby filed our checks wrong...so we got a 10day notice to vacate or pay a $400 fine for not having our pet registered...went up there did all the paper work we had 4 differend people tell us 2 different prices for the pet, we had a $200 and a $400 for pet...they are not on the same page....so I asked for a legal Copy of where it says their prices the guy pulls out a sh**y paper not even legal and says this is all we have but once you PAY for it it will be legal...and the Manager is no help at all Michelle told me via email that they would not send a noticed till after our re-register of our pet that Thursday if we did not show up, got the noticed Wednesday emailed her again and now saying we have to pay the fines or they will lock us out...SO WE ARE PAYING FOR HER EMPLOYEES MISTAKE!!!...i would not recommend this place at all unless you want to live next too drug dealers and have random cats on ur porch crying...but i hope if you do you enjoy your stay and avoid bringing a peg and enjoy unsupervised kids roaming around till about 10pm...weed smell everywhere....aggressive dogs jumping at you when walking by....and im sure we have mold in our bathroom and also pipes breaking and the low pressure in the showers and ur water smelling like sewer in the morning than this maybe for you....enjoy employees and managers are no help the maintenance crew is AMAZING they should look for a better place to work but then again this place is falling apart so they might like that they have something to do each day

Stay away from this property!!!Since Priderock has taken over management of this property the service and property maintenance has gone to HELL! When IMT was managing the property, the grounds were maintained daily, service calls were handled timely and professionally, they options on how to pay rent that had reasonable fees or no fees. Since the new management company came in, the grounds are not maintained, the grass and foliage are overgrown, blown trash isnt picked up daily, painted areas are not painted, service calls havent been on point, notifications dont go out or not in a timely fashion. Apparently there was a water bill notification, but I did not receive one and now my monthly rent payment went up.Stay away from this place!!! Im getting out at the end of my lease. I have been here for 8 years and I cant get out of here fast enough. Had IMT stayed I most likely would have stayed, but since they have left I have been unhappy with everything!Dont waste your time!

This complex maintence used to be amazing. This place was amazing to live in. There were cops around and someone backing up into my car but thats going to be the same not matter where you live. Since August when the new company has taken over it has been awful.On August 5th there was a really bad monsoon and it took out the awning my neighbors and I park under. I reported it as soon as it happened, it is still not fixed. For the first few weeks all they did is block it off with cones. When I complained I was told that parking spots are a curtesy but they were working on it. I warned them it wasnt safe for the kids that play outside and the manager said it looked fine when she did her rounds in the morning but shed look at it again. I came home and there were wooden structures under the structure holding it up and caution tape. I still cannot park under it.Then theres the stair saga. I reported my stair as cracking, put in a request and checked in on it 2 days in a row before it finally got fixed where they put concrete over the top of the stair and called it good. Fast forward to today the stair fully broke into pieces. This time I went into the office with pictures to show them. They got it replaced quickly BUT LEFT stone stair pieces AND THE METAL BARS behind. I was in and out all day and have to still go clean it up because again there are kids that play outside and the last thing we need is a kid to get a hold of one of these.I was going to try to stay here one more year till I finished college but at this point I do not think I will be renewing my lease unless they really start improving. I dont feel like its worth the money I pay anymore.

To whom this may concern, this situation has occurred on Sunday Sept 2nd 2018, please keep in mind I have a 5yr old daughter. I came home to my apt smelling like weed, now this isnt the first or second time this has happend. But the third time, I am allergic to the smell let alone my whole home is now filled with the smell, I had to sit outside in the heat because I couldnt even sit inside my home, as my step mom shows up with my daughter I have to tell her that my daughter cant come home because it reeks of pot. This is child endangerment, mind you at this point I had already called the complex and spoke with alexia/Alexis and she stated that theres nothing they can do. That I need to call the police and have them make note of it, that way if it happens again then they can proceed legally... I also let her know that I have had the police come out before and that I have filed a complaint before with the police and the complex when it was mesa moorning cove. But Im guessing when you take over the complex all complaints get shredded...so that its less paperwork to deal withNone the less the police never came and the situation wasnt handled. Just becareful please make sure to read and question the paperwork. T.I.A.

If I could give a ZERO I WOULD. My a.c keeps going out and they wont fix the problem! Its way to hot to be in here and they want to come back in an hour? Uhm!!! And on top of being SUPER rude!? Well excusssseeeee me! How about you come sit in here. Also, mold keeps seeping through the walls. I have children and animals with me and they expect us to live in this? May I mention her response was,well I dont know what to tell you. Its the maintenance peoples problem not mine. Then hangs up on me? Okay then. LAW SUIT. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYBODY. Not even my worst enemy. It may look nice but its following apart, drug deals left & right, child molesters, dirty needles in the grass that never get picked up, etc... very unsafe... very disgusting. On the plus side my sister says that Mark (the maintinence guy) is kind of hot.

If you want bed bugs and floods all the time this is the place for you. Management has no sense of urgency, since of course its not effecting their lives. They dont keep anything up to date( our fridge and dishwasher look like theyre from the late 80s), weve had mold a few times and they seem to just not care. Im surprised this place is still standing, theres always a problem with cockroaches and theyre always booked fixing tenants water pipes because its so old. Now theres a huge bed bug infestation and all they can say is we have to wait for the pest guy since he only comes out on Fridays, news flash bed bugs dont wait. I wont send my worst enemy to live here. Live here at your own risk (and health).

So my disabled sister and I were held hostage at knife point in my apartment for two hours by people who also live in this apartment complex (police knew exactly which apartment by first name only). They robbed us, cut my ear clean off to show how serious they were and then slit my throat and left me for dead after I was unable to give them money I didnt have and fled the scene. I was able to slow the bleeding long enough to get a neighbor to call 911 before I bled out and died. Neither my sister or I can revisit that trauma on a daily basis by continuing to live there. Im sure my assailiant has friends and I fear for mine and my sisters life being anywhere near there. I told the management (15 day notice) that we would have the apartment cleared out and cleaned by the last day of the month (two months shy of the end of my lease agreement). I also provided the case numbers so that they could verify with the police as to what happened. I enlisted family to take care of moving everything and cleaning the apartment while I recovered. It is outrageous under these circumstances that you are charging me $1900.00 because of not giving a 30 day notice and terminating the lease early. I need this money to relocate.If you want to rent from a company without a soul that places money above the morally correct thing to do. Who rents to violent offenders with rap sheets a mile long and dont mind seeing police draging criminals out of their apartments several times a day to arrest them then this is the place for you.If the management would like to discuss my redacting this review and doing the right thing, you know how to contact me. I dont expect that to happen however, Im sure Ill get a smarmy snarky denial like all the other responses Michelle posts to these reviews. Case in point, when the manager Michelle was informed as to what happened by my other sister she blurted out that person doesnt live here after only being told the assailants first name. How is it remotely possible that you know out of the hundreds of apartments in the complex who does or does not live there without even checking a computer by first name only. Were you friends!?!And before saying that your hands are tied and there is nothing that can be done Arizona state law (Ariz. Rev. Stat 33-1318 provides early termination rights for tenants who are victims of domestic violence.My vacant apartment was immediately rented so IMT (owner of this community) did not loose money by having a vacancy.Case numbers for anyone interested in verifying my story. I have lived here for almost four years now. I enjoy living here and have never had any issues with bad neighbors or crime. I really like the tall pine trees, they almost make you think your up north somewhere.There are four pools and four hot tubs on property that are usually available anytime.The staff has always been friendly and helpful and the maintenance department has always taken care of any issues Ive had in the four years I have lived here. As far as bed bugs and roaches? I may have seen one or two in my apartment in four years. My neighbors never complain about an infestations that some of these reviews on Google state. Perhaps the complainers are pigs and draw in the roaches? Yes, clean your apartment and use actual cleaners and bleach if needed.I do agree that the appliances do need upgraded. Im going to speak with the manager about new carpet in my unit.. Its been four years and is ready I believe.I would recommend and have recommended The Moorings to my friends and family as long as they do not move in next door to me! LolPeople, just come in and drive through the property, get out and walk around you will like it here. Then go into the office to view an apartment. Make sure you tell them Ron Sent you in, I want to get money off my rent! ;-) lol

Worst place Ive ever lived and Ive lived in many apartments.It looks like a luxury apartment with the,fireplace,trees,landscaping,large floor plans and extras.Dont be fooled!!!Instead you constantly have to deal with pipes breaking and huge floods and mold problems.And its on a constant basis.I lived here for over four years only because its one of the only apartments in Mesa that accepts large dogs and every few months there was another pipe leak with a disgusting unhealthy mold smell.My husband and I had rashes,respiratory problems and bad health problems from all the mold.Literally a week after they just fixed one leak we went out to dinner and came back to a giant flood throughout the apartment(this was the tenth leak in two years)We spent weeks cleaning up the mess from the flood and most of our furniture and belongings were ruined since they were on the floor when the flood happened.They replaced the back of the cabinets in the bathroom because of lots of mold growing and a few weeks later I found a bunch of mold growing there again.They said they sprayed anti mold spray but it did nothing and grew right back.The whole apartment reaked of strong mold smell for the last year living there.It was the worst living experience of my life and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment!

Since I have moved in of August 2016 Ive had things wrong with my apt. The breakfast bar is slanted at an angle u cant set anything on it because it will slide off. My master bathroom toilet didnt work at all I call maintenence to come fix it they told me thats how the toilets in master bedrooms are they dont flush good at all. They stated they live here and have never used theres because it just doesnt work after I told the office this someone came and fixed it. Then my air conditioning stopped working on a Friday after office hours you call and it says to leave a message on the maintenence line but no one calls you back you have to call the next day and I still didnt get it fixed till Tuesday when it stopped working on a Friday. Now I have no hot water it stopped Friday night since the maintenence do not respond to emergencys I had to wait till the next day which was November 5 not a holiday and there closed for the day I called and left a message with maintenance still havent had a response and the air conditioner that they replaced is not working again. I cant wait till my lease is up they over price the Apts and they have no upgrades at all my fridge is suppose to be upgraded but it looks like they banged it up before they got it into my apt. You do not get what you pay for.

I have tried to write multiple complaints against this company, but they never seem to show up on Google. I was a tenant in December 2014 and in that short time experienced 3 water floods in our apartment causing damages to our personal property/belongings and this company shows no liability or accountability for their poorly maintained property. In addition, I filed a BBB complaint against their parent company IMT Residential due to their unethical business practices and frequent water related leaks/flooding, and filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals office for their staffs omission of information to gain a financial commitment for a rental application, holding deposit, and ultimately a lease agreement. The office staff will mislead you if you ask them direct questions about their policies, so please ensure you REQUEST TO READ THE LEASE PRIOR to filling out applications or putting ANY money down. If you visit BBB website you can search The Moorings at Mesa Cove and find 3 other consumer reviews regarding similar issues that I am expressing here, all being negative. This apartment IS NOT BBB certified and they operate with only financial gain in mind and not truly to provide a happy welcoming home to their tenants. I felt like the office manager had more control over my home than we did, which is never how a home should feel when we paid over $800/month to rent OUR home there. Before moving here, I read the Google reviews and chose not to believe them because I owned a pit bull and had nowhere else that would take us. Since being displaced from this apartment, we had to surrender our pit bull to the AZ Humane Society and were homeless living with family for months due to this apartments negligence and inability to remedy these issues.

I experienced 2 different moorings while living here for 3 years.When we first moved in, the office was very attentive. Our neighbors were so quiet. We had no issues in our home. The grounds were well kept. Our parking was tight (very tight) but close to our apartment.After about a year we noticed things were different...the office changed staff and the new staff seemed to care less about the residents. We never caused problems for them, most of the time going out of our way to fix a problem instead of complaining about it to them. Not one of them could tell you my name, or how long I had lived there like before.Maintenance started to get a little sloppy with some of the jobs done. We had a pipe burst in our wall and it took all night for emergency maintenance to get there. The patch job was adequate. With recent rain storms we had a bubble show up by a light fixture on the roof and it took quite awhile to get that patched. Our front door always had issues by not locking properly.We had an issue with the landscapers where they were not careful and kicked a rock into my brand new car window which was shattered. When I called the office they brushed it off saying it wasnt their problem and that if I wanted i could try to call them directly. I went in to the office to try and talk it through and was told the same thing over and over. She was very careful not to say anything other than the 3 lines to me--very rude. I also was asking about their receiving packages. I never got a note on my door from UPS (not the offices fault, i know) But my question to them was if they had it for awhile, wouldnt they call the tenant to let them know? We had been good residents for a long time and the girl looked at me and said, its a courtesy we even take them for you. we can no longer accept them if thats what you prefer. totally rude, and unhelpful.We had a baby 9 months ago and that is when the biggest changes in our neighbors happened. We started noticing that all of the people moving in around us, were loud--had late parties--smoked all the time (making it so we couldnt go out onto our patio for almost a year)--and some even had a bong out on their patio. Weed could be smelled in the air at almost all times of the night. When I was pregnant these smells made me so very sick that I couldnt leave my apartment.The last 6 months that we were in the moorings people started parking in our covered parking space. I would try to be nice and leave a note letting them know that was our spot and they couldnt park there. They would keep doing this. I contacted the office and they said that if it happened a few more times they would put a sticker on their car. :( I was trying to carry a baby and all that goes with a baby across multiple parking lots because people were being inconsiderate. Along with inconsiderate people, once our baby was born our upstairs neighbors decided that they were going to start being loud at all times during the night. As soon as I got my son to sleep, they would hammer something drop furniture, etc and wake him up. It got so bad that I finally started leaving my home to go to my parents to put him down for naps because he couldnt take them at home.I loved my apartment layout. It was very open for an apartment. I liked how close it was to my family, the canal path, and different stores we frequent. I hated not getting to enjoy my patio, how the office staff treated us, the tight parking, the constant smoking, the mangy cats that pee all over your outdoor stuff, and general updityness. Id recommend these apartments to college kids or very recently marrieds, but no one with kids.

This place is awsome..... MINUS the stinky CAT PEE everywhere all the time. It stinks its gross and its unsanitary. I really love cats.. grew up with both dogs and cats. I love animals. But this stray cat problem here is horrible. Its not good for humans or the cats.. One is running around missing an eye.. nose all runny.. a couple of them are mangy as all hell, and others do their meow sex call allllllll night. They just repainted the whole place but it doesnt matter! because its covered in cat pee already. So is everyones tires and vehicles. I had the day off and watched outside pretty much all day and night, cat after cat peeing on everyones vehicles over and over AND OVER again.. cat spray all over our porch and can smell cat pee walking through the neighborhood to walgreens. The office wont do anything about it. Crazy huh? Pure madness to me. I know a few people in this complex who completely agree and have complained about this nuisance also. THEY EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN CATS .. but they are fixed and are NOT part of the problem.
