Nasty place to live ! The sidewalk has been flooded for 4 months now due to irrigation . So instead of properly fixing it the add caution signs . The water is full of mosquitos and algae . My daughter fell trying to carry groceries in the rocks . It’s complete garbage and against multiple health codes . To get them to fix anything takes months . There pool light was out for 3 months last year and I told the manager multiple times . That’s a huge violation with the Health department someone could het killed in a dark pool . The grounds are covered in cigarette butts but hey it’s non smoking . The front always looks good but if you venture to the back is a slum . Broken down cars, sheets in patios, poop everywhere . When choosing any property I would always go to the back and look around you will see another side .

Ok, Im gonna start with the staff. We do anything we can for any residents and try to keep them happy as far as we can. Were sorry yall cant understand what we go through on a daily basis trying to upkeep a 676 unit property with literally 3 addresses. Were short staff in office and actually only have 2-3 service techs,including myself, who try everything we can to help out then get bagged on like in the other reviews added in this section. Trust me people, i live here on property and have no problem at all with getting issues taken care of. Anyone i know on the property that knows us can vouch for everything im talking about. Its those who dont want to pay their rent and expect everything to be free that say bad things because theyve been evicted after the pandemic rent thing, which i actually think was bull because our staff worked straight through without any issue, also paid our rent. All in all, we are a great team here and will keep doing our job. If theres a perfect place out there, please let us know.

So today, I received above and beyond service from Jesse at Lakeview at Superstition Springs! He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable! Although I was not able to find what I needed due to timing and availability, Jesse did everything he could to make sure I could get the relevant information I needed.I wish my family and I could live here knowing that someone Jesse like Jesse, competent, personable, and professional, is on staff!Thanks again Jesse!

It’s been about a month since I’ve moved in and let me just say I’m really impressed by how quick maintenance showed up to fix our guest bathroom door and got pest control out here the day after scheduling! (They were little black beetles that show up near lake areas so not alarming) and all and all this community treats my family and my cats with way more respect than *cough cough* Level 550 apartments. That and all of my appliances are clean and don’t make anything smell! Big plus since the last place didn’t care about...anything really as far as “clean” go. Glad to be here

The place is the home away from home . And is up kept as so . People are humble and kind, the pool is in great shape. As well as the grounds and it seams that the Family members that live there are very content with there nice apartment complex. They have no complaints they are happy there .

Dont move here, the staff is awful and the apartments are all on their last leg. Worst living experience Ive ever had. The gates at the entrance are extremely useless considering the fence doesnt go all the way around the complex so anyone can just walk on in. As well as pretty much any 4-digit number will open the stupid gates. Seriously get it together Lakeview.

Staff will nickel and dime you for all you have, do not care about the residents and management berates staff openly in front of potential prospects/residents. There is consistent Cockroach issues and water damage, aside from the townhomes units are small and overpriced for a 20yr old property. both the assistant manager and manager only care about lining their pockets and it is prevalent in how they not only treat their staff but most importantly - their residents. Everyone deserves to live in a place that they can truly call home, and this is NOT it. Encourage you to GOOGLE LAKEVIEW SCORPION INFESTATION my neighbors had the news come by due to the lack of diligence on this properties end and collected over 80 scorpions inside and around their back patio within a 2 day time frame when staff did nothing about this they were forced to reach out to the news. it speaks for itself.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! If you want a place where you can enjoy life this is not the place! Management is sneaky and will find any way to get money out of you. If you have a problem with your apartment or neighbors being loud, or any other issue don’t bother reaching out. They will only feed you lies to make you happy right then. If the people above you take a shower watch out the ceiling leaks water. If your AC goes out oh well, they will give you a portable unit that barely cools one room. Oh no the neighbors used the other bathroom and water is leaking from the ceiling there. Next the hot water heater goes out and they make you feel bad for asking to have it fixed. If you pay rent on time every month and then Extend your lease for two months telling them you will be moving out then, they will still make you pay after the time you advised them. This place doesn’t care about your well being or you at all. They will do everything they can to screw you.Thanks lake view you absolutely suck!!!

Staff is a joke, they lie, they dont give you all the information for anything, the model is about a thousand percent better than what youll actually move in to, but they wont let you look at the unit you want to move in to. They will charge you fees for literally anything you can think of and the amount will be outrageous. Im not someone who will ignore being lied to and because I wont stand for it most of the time the office staff wont respond to me and will pass my emails or voicemails to the property manager who still doesnt reply in a timely manner.

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and always email or call back in a timely fashion. They were very professional and transparent about everything with me and my girlfriend when we decided to check the place out. We have a view of the lake and the pools are awesome as well and kept super nice and clean! Very quiet and nice area right next to the freeway for easy access and bunch of great places to dine nearby. No noisy neighbors no complaints what so ever! I only had one maintenance request for my sink and they were out here the very next morning and fixed it right away! I would suggest this place to anyone honestly so far so good guys check it out :) Erin and the other gentleman in the office (sorry forgot his name) are both very professional and friendly and made the move in super smooth. Definitely 5 stars from me!

Im happy to rate Five Stars to Rob, at maintenance team. He fixed the wash machine, water heater and central AC in a prompt manner at my apartment. He is competent, friendly and quick. The guy is genuinely caring about helping the resident. Thank you for the great service provided Rob!

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy to be honest. At first when we moved in everything was great, then our lease was ending and we decided to transfer to a two bedroom for a room for our son and then we experienced the worst communication Ive ever seen. We chose an apartment, then they gave it to someone else and I only found out when I called them about an inspection that didnt happen. They told me they called me and left a voicemail, but I NEVER got a call and I am one hundred percent certain that they didnt try to call me and they were lying to me. From there it was problem after problem. We chose a new apartment and was dealing with the property manager for a while, she lowered the rent for me as per demand, but she never told us when we would be able to sign the new lease online so we ended up doing it the day before we moved. Then THE DAY we were moving I saw two $50 charges for renters insurance for the days our lease on the old apartment was extended, which made no sense to me because the insurance never lapsed and it is law in Arizona that the insurance company renews it when the policy ends. I asked them about this and they told me on the letter of renewal it says that our insurance has to cover bed bugs and they told me that ours did not. They said this policy was new, but they hadnt told me anything of it and the letter did not include any mention of this whatsoever. So instead of going in to pick up our keys or spending time packing and moving, I spent half the day getting new insurance! Then when we finally got in to the new apartment there were so many things wrong with it that are VERY noticeable and hard to miss! Theyve patched up the ceiling and wall in the master bathroom shower where there is obvious water damage, there is what looks like it could be water damage to the floor in the living room area and kickboard, the cabinets seem to be peeling and the floor boards in the kitchen dont stay stuck because theres nothing for them to stick to behind them. The kitchen sink leaks slightly underneath. Everything that has been patched is only a temporary fix and they probably only did it that way so they didnt have to spend money. No point in a maintenance request because those requests have never been promptly answered for us. They have charged me $45 for patch painting even though I got some paint from maintenance and patched and painted things in the old apartment thoroughly myself, there could have been something I missed, but $45 worth?! I dont think so. I feel as though the lease agreement doesnt actually matter, there are people who smoke here on the property, there is a constant smell of marijuana in some places around the property, including IN OUR SECOND BATHROOM. We dont smoke and Im certain that someone either upstairs or on the other side of us is smoking inside their apartment. I HAVE A ONE YEAR OLD CHILD FOR GODS SAKE. We were told when we moved in that residents have to walk off the property to smoke, but that is obviously not enforced. Noise hours dont seem to matter either, there are constantly cars with loud music playing going through the parking lot and one white Dodge Charger that comes through the parking lot burning out their tires and random hours. Nobody in the office knows what is going on and for the most part everything reported seems ignored. If you need anything from someone in the office, youre better off not calling them. They charge you a $50 fee if your rent payment doesnt go through and they tell you its a charge from the bank, which is a lie because I called my bank and asked about it and they charge no such fee! Just another way to penny pinch and get more money out of you while youre here. Once our lease is up here we will not be renewing. The outright lack of communication is absolutely incredible. The model apartments may look great, but trust me every apartment here is trash except the models. Added a few pictures of the damage to our apartment before we moved everything in.

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs now and have ZERO complaints. If I need maintenance they are quick to respond. The property is well maintained and it quit lovely to walk around the lakes. I love the location as its close to everything.

Would not recommend this place. I know someone who lives here and theyre apartment infested with cockroaches! They are everywhere and are in everything- ie appliances! Plus the flooring and bottom of all the cabinets has major water damage. Its so bad that the wood is rotting away. They throw some paint on the cabinets and hope you dont notice all the damage. If you value your health find another apartment!

I lived here for 2 years. Not bad I suppose. Living by a lake is overrated. It causes a tone of humidity and there seems to be a lack of care for the lack so the humidity smells like sewage. Along with that it causes mold that management doesnt seem eager to help with. I wouldnt move back. I dont recommend it for anyone else.

The apartment complex looks good from the outside, but the winding driveway makes it hard to locate a specific apartment, hell I even got lost

The central AC is needed to be addressed in my apartment. The temperature is at 80 degree at night and spikes up 87 during the day.Justin, a supervisor of maintenance department at Lakeview Apartment @ superstition springs does excellent work. He fixed the problems at the same day per emergency repairing request, knew exactly what to do, and cleaned up all debris. He is polite, patient and sharp.I am very pleased with the whole process. Thanks again Justin for your very productive work!

The office staff treats the office as there personal play ground . They are terribly rude and lazy.Theres not enough parking . The units are old and in the end they try to steal your deposit. Save yourself a headache and rent some where else .

Inconsistent and incompetent leasing agents who fail to provide clear and accurate details on apartments and their own location is what youll find here. Not only do they lack the skill to help prospective clients but they blame errors, misleading information, and lack of knowledge on their colleagues. Unlike every other apartment facility, they charge more for longer leases to promote short-term leases so they can increase the monthly rent every time you renegotiate your lease terms.Why would an apartment complex require pet insurance when you dont own a pet...... thats because one may magically appear or visit. What a joke.Stay away from Lakeview at Superstition Springs

Decent apartments for the price and location. Overall content with living here.However, I must voice one complaint - I pay my rent on auto pay every month, I have never been late. I was 3 days late in uploading my new renters insurance policy and was charged a $50 fee that they will not waive. I never lapsed in renters insurance, just 3 days late getting the new policy to them. I spoke to someone on the phone who claims they left me a voicemail to tell me ahead of time that I needed to upload the documents but I NEVER got a voicemail. I am appalled.

Unfortunately this has been my worst move in experience in my life. When we came here we were only allowed to tour the model unit and not see the unit we would live in. After we got to move in, there were countless issues including our tub sinking and they need us to vacate the apartment for at least 24 hours to repair it. Numerous things were broken and a huge hole behind the washer and cockroaches in the bathrooms. Our mail has been lost countless times and getting packages is horrible. Im told i must pay for a 3rd party mail service just to get a package and drive across the street but even these people cant locate my packages. I solidly regret moving here and wish i knew what i know now and i would have never signed a lease here for as expensive as it is to live here.Absolutely do not move in unless you can tour your apartment first and get the broken stuff fixed before you move in. If not, then dont even consider signing a lease. Dont even apply for the lease unless you get to see your unit.

This review is focused on the staff (one particular staff) and not the complex itself. My wife, and I, went in to look at an apartment. The gal that helped us was very, very nice. She took us around and showed us several units and was, from what we could tell, a genuinely nice person. However, while we were in the office talking with her, another female (we later learned was the assistant property manager) came out of her office and started scolding the other worker about a check left on the desk. Her tone was condescending and rude and she took that tone while she had guests at her desk and while we were there. The manager then left the building. While we were out touring apartments, this same manager re-appeared in the lot in her vehicle and was on a phone call (with windows up but on speaker). She pulled up next to us and we could her her yelling at whomever she was speaking with. We finished our tour and went back inside to fill out an application. While sitting at an empty desk, this same manager again came out of her office and started barking orders at both ladies. Telling them they better get x amount of work done before they leave, and she already did twice as many as they were being asked to do, etc. Her tone was again demeaning and derogatory. I could tell the one lady was embarrassed and we were embarrassed for them. One of the gals started with a nervous laughter and the manger said, Are you listening? Im not talking to hear myself talk As if she was speaking to her children. It was sickening to hear how she talked to them, especially in front of strangers and potential new residents. I can only imagine how she speaks to and treats the staff when no one is around. Her behavior was so off putting that we closed our application and left. We decided to find a place somewhere else as a result of her behavior.

We are pleased to have had the opportunity to live here for a year. Sad to say we are departing with the complex due to finding our own home. We have made some great friends who work here. Richard is our guy to call when we have any issues! He is always on top and has worked hard for us since day 1...literally! Along with Tony and a few of the other guys who are in the maintenance crew! Gerald is head of maintenance and runs around the building so many times, he is a busy guy. Recently we worked with Meredith in the front office and right away she became more than just a secretary. She is a friend. She helped us a great deal and we love her for everything she did! Kim, head of the front office says she is sad to see us go but it was a good time. We will definitely be back to visit and appreciate all of everyone’s help!

The office staff is horrible. They dont want to deal with you over the phone so they tell you to come in and then when you try, they make you stand outside when its 118 outside and they still cant give you any answers! They do not know how to run a property or do a move out settlement form correctly!

They have been helpful and polite on getting us moved in. Jay in the office really came through for us and is professional and friendly. Its been a smooth move in and the complex/apartment is nice so far. Got a follow up from management to make sure things were good too.

There is often no hot water in the house.

Just make sure you get everything in writing and signed off. The management is new and literally have no clue what they are doing. I was told my last months pro rated rent and it was wrong. Charging me $50 fee that they said was from my bank and that was a lie. They also explained how Id be paying my last water bills since they are back dated and I even asked if they knew for sure or were just guessing... well they were guessing because my bill suddenly doubled. Be weary. The staff is new so they will use that excuse at your expense.

My husband and I lived here for a little over a year and really wish we had had a better experience at Lakeview. If this review was based solely on the maintenance crew at Lakeview I would give them 5 stars. They were always very prompt, polite and friendly. Our biggest complaint is the office staff and management. To sum it all up, our move out was a huge nightmare. Over a month after moving out we were notified by a collections agency that we had an outstanding balance with Lakeview that needed to be paid. Erin, the staff member who helped us with the move out paperwork copied our forwarding address incorrectly so we didnt get notified of the payment until it had already gone to collections. The bill we had to pay listed an Insufficient Notice charge on our account. This seemed impossible since my husband and I had to meet with Erin 3 times to fill out the move out paperwork because Erin messed up our paperwork the first time and they were initially going to overcharge us significantly to live in the apt for another month. We called Lakeview multiple times to have the Insufficient Notice charge explained to us and all they could come up with is that we had turned in our keys a day early so we were being charged. This is after we had clarified with them 3 times that we could turn our keys in the day before we moved out. No fee was mentioned all 3 times that we spoke with Erin. After several really frustrating calls with Lakeview and the collections agency we were able to determine that the bill was labeled incorrectly and that the Insufficient Notice shouldnt be listed as a charge on our bill. It was such a hassle to get this all resolved and we felt taken advantage of during the whole process. Unfortunately, I would have to say that the customer service from Lakeview and MG Properties is by far the worst my husband and I have ever experienced. In the end we were able to resolve everything and the staff was polite and understanding but we are extremely disappointed that we had to spend so much time and energy dealing with them almost two months after moving out. What a headache!

This is the best apartment complex in the Mesa area! Very clean apartments, and beautiful grounds and lakes. Some of the most friendly staff you’ll ever find. We were very fortunate to find them. Cassandra is excellent, and so are the other ladies! One of my favorite parts about the application process is the deposit to hold an apartment is refundable if you should choose not to rent from them. The maintenance man is quick for repairs which is hard to find. Love this place!

Jackie is amazing. She’s so helpful and always wants the best for us. We call her, she gets it done. Definitely worth living here because of her!!

Lived here 2 years. Units are way over priced for what you get. The unit you receive will be nowhere near as nice as the model they show you. They charge a home owners association fee, to lease an apartment. Front office manager is one of the rudest people Ive ever met in my life.

I only have two good things to say, Richard the maintenance guy, is amazing! Super helpful, super friendly. Does great work! Hes awesome. And Devon the asst. Manager, shes awesome. Love talking to her about whats going on. They are the only reason for the 5 stars. Other than those two people, I really dont have much good to say about the place.

I am a current tenant and I promise you, you can find a much better apartment complex for probably cheaper. The property management staff are the worst customer service reps I have ever encountered. And I’ve worked retail for 10 years!! It’s absolutely appalling. When we first moved in, they lost all of our paperwork, so we had to redo literally everything. We got there at 9, and couldn’t even start moving until 1 PM. They only accept money orders for the first payment??!!We were told there would be no carpet on the bottom floor of our townhome, and when we first walked in, what did we see? Carpet. This was an issue because our sidewalk is slanted towards our door and the drains are clogged, so when it rains, water floods on our doorstep and leaks into the house. Finally got it replaced, I will admit the maintenance staff are far superior to the management staff. Much more communicative and on time.During the walkthrough we noticed quite a few things wrong with the house, that we now have to schedule time out of our day for them to fix. The hot and cold water is backwards on two sinks......The landscapers like to blow all the leaves and branches into the grass and come back the next day to pick it up. So all of the grass is covered in brush for almost two days.This company is obviously more here for the money rather than tenants best interest at heart. The amount we pay for our townhome is far more than its worth and I would expect exemplary customer service and amenities for what I am paying. The recreational room has been “under renovations” for the entirety of our lease now. The fitness center is okay, nothing really special. And the pools are adequate.I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for apartments. The lakes are nice and all but not worth the price and the poor customer service.

Moved in two weeks ago. Our move in experience was very smooth and easy thanks to the Lakeview staff! We did have a problem with our dishwasher right after move-in however the wonderful maintenance team had a brand new one in and running by the next day! My family is very happy here!

Renters Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! If it looks to good to be true it is!First month in this place it is heaven. This is how they suck you in. Then you cant pee in your own toilet without receiving a complaint. They take your deposit and claim you do not have one on file. They come thru to check your apartment so often you might want to set an extra plate at the table. This is not your home its like you are renting a room from your in laws and your afraid to turn the television up or the light on. There is no privacy at all. I heard every movement from upstairs, I have not slept in a year. They tack on so many fees when you move out you might want to save up a mini house deposit to cover it. They got 60 days notice from me and I still paid over 2000 dollars in the end. I am thankful for one thing. I no longer have to rent this apartment !!!

I moved here 6 months ago with my son from a different state sight unseen and I do not regret it for a second. From the start Cassandra and the ladies in the office have been on point, understanding, and open for communication. Whenever paperwork or clarification was needed they reached out, and provided flexible means for providing proof of income and insurance. After a few months of living here I got neighbors from hell.From the first complaint filed, and throughout that whole process Cassandra and Ashley were again, right there working with me through the process. I am so lucky to have had these two and the other office support to help me through that difficult time.The property itself is stunning. The landscaping team works hard to maintain it and it shows. Maintenance does take a while for some things, but when my washing machine flooded, Robert was there within 10 minutes of me filing the work order. The whole staff works well together and clearly works to make myself and my son feel right at home.It is a very quiet community, lots of retired and working professionals, which we love. The property tends to be quiet around 8:30 pm, but is still friendly for nighttime walks. There are many pet owners that stroll around the lakes late at night. It is very safe and people really like to talk and get to know each other. Many people around me have lived here for a long time, and it is nice to find a place where I feel I can set down for a while and feel right at home.

Ive lived here for nearly 4 years. Ive had several maintenance requests recently and Richard is hands down the best. Very polite and always double checks if everything is taken care of before he leaves. Robert has also fixed things here and there and hes very polite, as well. The ladies in the front office are always super nice and understanding. If the review was based solely on them, I wouldve given this 5 stars. However, the maintenance manager, Gerald, is rude. Ive had two floods in my apartment within about a year of each other. After this most recent flood, I requested the carpets be cleaned. Initially, Gerald accepted the carpet clean but two days later he denied my request. After complaining to the staff and carpet company he finally allowed the Arizona Carpet guys to clean the carpets. I thought my request was understandable considering I had to deal with a second flood, the carpet guys were already here, and especially after being told itll be taken care of. Aside from this particular incident, its a nice place to live.

We have lived at Lakeview for several months now. It was quite the transition since we had lived in our own home for many years. The space of apartment is excellent. We have enjoyed the amenities especially the pools and walking trails. The people who work in the office are super helpful. We have had a great relationship with Cassandra. She helped us with our move in and making sure we were all set. When weve had an issue the maintenance men have taken care of it within the same day or the next day. Everyone is so friendly. We will miss them when we move.

I just want to voice my opinion on one of your office staff....Joyce Villani is absolutely the greatest! She was such a delight to work with when I moved in in March. Since then, she has been just incredible at helping me with anything I need! I certainly hope you realize what an asset she is to your company! She has a way of making me feel Im so special, and valued as a tenant. Great job, Joyce!!

Apartments were amazing when I 1st moved in.However the only thing that is great anymore is the maintenance staff.My apartment had a beautiful view.That is now turning into a major eyesore because they are installing a bike rack in front of my patio.Not to mention pool chairs had been broken and stacked up for more than 2 months. A handicapped area was turned into a appliance dumping ground.They are spending money on unnecessary things instead of fixing the issues already in placeI loved living here until this past year

Made me stand outside in the heat to be waited on and I’m a tenant. Guess they’re still scared of covid apparently. Apartments are of poor quality, overpriced and small. Their stagers and photographer did a great job however.

I have lived in multiple apartments (currently in a town home) and as a single mother of three kiddos, a full time job, a full time student, living in a comfortable and safe environment is a priority. I have to rave about the staff and maintenance workers, they are so helpful and friendly and fix everything so quickly. The pools and gym are awesome and the walking paths around the lake are serene and beautiful! The staff is always concerned that Im happy and taken care of. When I renewed my lease just recently Cassandra was extremely friendly and quick to put together a new lease and was laughing and joking with me the whole time. I would whole heartedly recommend living here if your searching for a great area with easy access and super friendly staff!!

Awesome place to live. Would have never moved if I didnt need 4 bedrooms. Great office staff and Maintenance guys! In the heart of everything you need or want but still has the quiet neighborhood feel. Would definitely recommend for the single person or family.

We recently went to lakeview hoping for a new apartment closer to work and family. They happened to be our ELEVENTH apartment complex of the day and let me tell you we are IMPRESSED! We met Joyce who was a joy to work with and very sweet! She worked hard to get us the apartment we were dreaming of and answered all of our questions in the process. We saw a few residents while we were there and they all seemed happy and excited to be living there! Cant wait to see what the future holds there! :)

I have only lived here a month so far and I already love everyone in the office. Especially Shania. She has been super sweet and helpful from the beginning. I moved from Wisconsin and she was helping me every step of the way and made my transition a lot easier. Even though she was in a completely different state she made sure to call and email me. She always has a smile on her face and Im greeted with a hug whenever I go to the front office. And if you have pets, even better because she shows the same amount of kindness when they walk through the lobby door. Of course the area and complex is gorgeous as well and I look forward to my next year (or more) living here.

The only big issue I have with Lakeview is that theyre making it a completely smoke free (all kinds) complex. While thats nice for some people, its going to end up making other people, new and existing residents, look elsewhere. (This caused the 3 star rating)Other than that, the office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are friendly and do a good job maintaining the pools and buildings.

Ive lived here 16 yr. Ive seen good management and bad. The team they have now is awesome. Especially Joyce, She has done my lease the last 3 yrs with no problems. They have done a lot of improvements and still doing more. This is a clean, Safe, Friendly place to call home. Ed and the Raiders fan guy are the maintenance crew. They do a great job when I need something fixed. Very quick and efficient.

Cassandra was instrumental in getting our blinds fixed 1 day after we moved in. The blinds did not close and we are on the first floor. After 2 days of unpacking we had people looking in the apartment and waving while we were trying to relax. We had zero privacy. Thanks Cassandra! You are awesome!

I have lived here for almost 3 years . .the area is safe and the location is perfect and its close to almost everything you need . the office staff is amazing and very very friendly especially the manager Ashley Moore. she is always there for us to make sure that we are happy with their service. the maintenance is great and they are available days and nights they even work on Sundays. I would highly recommend these wonderful clean and beautiful apartments to everyone.

I was with a friend who is thinking about moving soon. We stopped in to see what this complex had to offer and were very impressed. It is a beautiful community and the staff was very friendly. Especially, the sweet girl we talked to. KC Merritt was very helpful, energetic and extremely friendly. We were super impressed. Thank you, KC.

My boyfriend and I have lived here with my daughter for four months now. It is a beautiful apartment and we have a beautiful view of one of the many lakes. It has four pools, which is great for escaping the summer heat and it is in a great location around restaurants shopping and a movie theater. It is slightly on the pricy side and we have had some issues with the dryer in our apartment, but they have been very quick to take care of it all and in a timely manner which makes what you pay well worth it. The staff here are amazing courteous and kind especially Joyce and Cassandra. I would recommend Lakeview to searching tenants.

Cassandra greeted me, and was extremely friendly! And more than helpful and understanding! Gave me an amazing walk-through of the community, and gave me a great deal on a two bedroom two bath apartment! Shes working with me and my husband with our credit being not that great, and went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this to anyone

Janice is an energetic amazing person with excellent professional customer service. I moved from Florida to Arizona and her outstanding assistance made my move here very easy. Gerald and Shania went out of their way with their professionalism in assisting me with vacant parking spots for my PODS container making it very easy to move into the apartment. Casandra went above any beyond assisting with my inventory condition sheet getting important issues scheduled right away for repair. Thanks to everyone for their professionalism and customer service.

Worst place to live!!! Im not exaggerating. Our first problem was that we had an ant situation. So we called the front office and they told us that an exterminator would come by on Wednesdays. But the next day the ants appeared again. Which attracted the SCORPIONS! We would find them everywhere in our apartment. I even got stung by one. No matter how clean your place is, there will always gonna be a scorpion problem. So when our lease was up and we moved out and we found 7 dead scorpions.Scorpions wasnt our biggest problem. We lived on the second floor. So living under us was a cranky old cat lady. Who would leave cat food outside her apartment. It attract cats all over the apartment complex. It started too small like cat pee all the time. She was our biggest problem because she called the cops on us because we were being too loud. We just became first time parents. Of course we talk to the front office and they couldnt do anything!!! But when she had a problem with us. We would get a call from the front office. We couldnt have visitors because she would bang on the ceiling. She WAS OUR NIGHTMARE!BUT I will say this. There is a gentleman that works on the other side of the apartments. I think the building is called the business center. His name is Angelo (dont remember his last nam). He was truly a kind person who threw awesome pool parties. Thank you Angelo.

I am currently a resident at the Lakeview and I have to say that Shania is one of the reasons I ended up living here. She is so AMAZING in what she does and really cares about you. She knows the residents and has created a personal, but very professional relationship with us and is on top of everything when you need something. With a great smile and positive attitude, she truly goes out of her way to help you. Make sure that you ask for her help if you are interested in living at the Lakeview. As far as the community and complex, I have truly enjoyed living here. The maintenance is on top of everything, the gym, office hours and the clubhouse make your life so much fun easier :)

Dont be fooled by the flashy outside appearance! Myself and my fiance looked at many places and loved the look of here. The apartment walkthrough and the scenery of the lake was what got us but it is so not worth the money. We lived here for one year and couldnt wait to leave.The only Pro about this place was maintence men...talk about above and beyond great guys one even helped jump start my fiances truck at one point.The Cons: There is basically no storage for any of your things! If you have a family good luck trying to find where to put all your things. We had small, narrow cabinets in the kitchen and only two cabinets to put things in our 2 bedroom. We had to store most of our belongings at a family members house because of the lack of space for your things. The renovations are a joke pure laminent that you could basically peel off. When we got our apartment it reeked of cat smell and when we told the office about it all they did was say they could do a carpet clean again which if that was done to begin with then what good would that do? Within a week of living there set in stains from the carpet appeared all over. There is also hardly any communication from the office about updates nor do they do anything for their residents.Depending on the area your at in the complex with our area no one seemed to pick up their dogs poop, there is bird droppings covering some sidewalks from the trees, kids play and leave messes of their trash.Office staff is constantly changing so you really never know who your talking to.That pretty lake you see....yeah you pay monthly for the upkeep of that.There are also gnats flying around a lot in the summer from the lake. Oh and if you dont tell them way in advance that you will be leaving they will automatically enroll you into another lease.Honestly not worth it whatsoever of what you pay to live there. I recommend highly looking elsewhere in the east valley.

Just moved in and everythings great! Maintenance has been very nice and quick to fix or replace anything we needed.. I beleive his name was Richard or Ronald he was great!

So my A/C went out last Sunday. It got up to 87 degrees in the apt when I got home. I was thinking I was screwed until Monday. Luckily, the office was open. They were able to dispatch Jesse and another gentleman ( Sorry I cant remember his name) I seriously had my doubts that they were going to be any help, but they got my A/C unit apart and found the problem. It was a part I cant name. They replaced it and my A/C was back on! I have never lived at a place where a maintenance crew actually came over the same day, let alone could even fix an A/C unit. I dont know what they get paid, but it should be better than most places. Im withholding my review for the office staff until the end of my lease (except for Joyce. Love her!) I can definitely give 5 stars to the maintenance staff!

Love living here! Its mine and my husband first apartment together and it couldnt be better! Cassandra at the front office is the bomb! Always super helpful and cheerful! They are also always so fast with maintenance, usually same day or one day response time!!

Cassandra is super nice! The lakes are super nice to walk around and is a great place for dogs. I am a student that moved from out of state and they helped me every step of the way making sure I was moving into an apartment I wanted!

I have been in my apartment for almost one year with my husband. Cassandra has always been delightful and most helpful in all our needs. She is patient with me which is a plus and answers all my questions and concerns. With her happy smile and positive outlook it is a pleasure to always have her helping us. I moved here from NJ so I couldnt just show up and see the place prior to moving. Joyce is an absolute doll. She answered every annoying little question I had with no delay. She knew what kind of stress I was under to make this move, especially not having seen the place. Her fantastic attitude and willingness to help me anyway she could assured me that I was making the right choice. After driving cross country for 4 days with 2 dogs, we were tired! We arrived at the office and were greeted with smiles, water & dog treats! Joyce and the other ladies knew my dogs needed to go for a walk before we did anything, and they waited patiently to show me the apartment and do paperwork. They even gave me a welcome gift basket! The apartment is exactly what the pictures showed and the property is beautiful. I look forward to my time here.

I left the apartment even cleaner than when I got it. Eventhough they agreed that the carpets looked just cleaned since I didnt have a receipt from a company staring that they clean it they took $55 from my deposit. I asked them if I can turn in the key before the end of the month since I had finished building new house and they said I could but I had to pay utilities until the last day. They were going to remodel the appartment and wanted for me to pay electricity for them to use it. One more thing the apartment was on the first floor and smell musty pretty sure mold is growing in the walls.

I have been at Lakeview at Superstition Springs for 9 years. First of all, this is a lovely place to live with lakes and walking paths, and a convenient location, near shopping malls, groceries, and movies.I have to remember that for the owners, whoever they are, this is a business and they must make a profit. Making a profit in a business means that unlike the federal government, you cannot print money. The owners have to be careful about how money is spent. This means that I, as a customer, a rent payer, sometimes have to try harder to get things done in a way that is reasonable. I have been able to do this, sometimes with some resistance, but when I think about some other businesses, this has been a breeze. At least I dont have to talk to someone in another country to get something done, and so I have enjoyed this facility.Howard Cohen MD

Ive been living at Lakeview Apartments for some time now and I cant get over how lovely this place is! The ladies at the front desk, Shania and Joyce, are incredibly helpful and made moving in a breeze! If anything ever does break down, maintenance is out to fix it within two days. Never before have I lived somewhere and was given such excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to move into a new home. Plus this is a great area located next to superb dinning locations!

Lakeview seems like a great place to live. Went in with several questions and received amazing customer service from Erica. If I decide to move here, I feel like I would always be able to reach the staff and get the help I need. Im still looking at other complexes before I make my decision, but so far, I havent found the same great service anywhere else. Thanks!

I have been here almost 2 years and really like living so close to stores and in our community. The maintenance staff are great and the office staff is super, they all do a fantastic job. Shania has been working with me since my first lease signing and really done a super job on our new lease problem, thanks. I and my family really feel safe here and it is beautiful, dont plan on leaving any time soon.

Updated: The office has since handled the issue that left a negative rating from me before. I wish it had not taken a negative review for something to be done in the first place or to feel heard for the staff, and I think the staff in the office could have been more helpful when I went in for the issue. Overall, the apartment has been good except for this one major issue.

Leasing Agent Cassandra Parsons was very supportive patently explains in details the leasing contract requirements. She makes it easy to understand by International student. She is also extremely polite and has sweet smile and mouth. Her supporting continues afterwards. Thank you.

Richard really came through today. I was in class and he was able to come through and fix our tub. Dont let this guy go...in fact pay him more. When my ac was broken a couple of months back, it was Richard who came through after, a couple of the other technicians, said the problem was fixed, and he found the problem and fixed it with 45 mins. A true diamond in the rough and a genuinely kind man. Thank you, Richard, these words would mean more if Lakeview will give you bonus or pay increase.

I NEVER wrote review on internet. This is the first time. Because right now, under my feet is water! Yes, rain water! I ordered this apt before I got here from out of the state two months ago. Everything was fine at the beginning. The first thing was the dryer, there was no heat at all. I reported to the leasing office when I found it; however, it was not fixed until I really could not hold my frustration and reported again online. It was nearly three weeks after my first report. This was the NOT worst. Last month, there was a huge rain here. The rain leaked in through windows to my kitchen and living room!! That was another huge leak right in my BEDROOM close to the window! The floor near the huge window door in the living room was flooded! I had to use a trash can to get rid of the water on the edge of the window in my bedroom, and used paper towel to clean up the floor in the living room. YES, I REPORTED the next day. This was about THREE WEEKS AGO. Today, a heavy rain hit here again. SAME THING is happening!!! I just cant believe why I pay almost $900 a month to live in this place.

The staff at Lakeview are great! Whenever I had an issue or concern it was immediately addressed and resolved. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Shout out to Cassandra who always went out of her way to ensure we were happy with our aapartment. I have literally never seen her without a smile and her willingness to go out of her way to accommodate her tenants is much appreciated!

Have lived at Lakeview for 1 months now and its been a great experience! Had a maintenance issue and John came promptly and was super professional and thorough. They are under new management now and I can tell its making a difference from what Ive heard and read!

Nice place but all kinds of little things they trick ya with; small damages throughout new apartment ( little things add up) and got my car towed from here because they though I wasnt registered. No refund for that either! They have a contract with a towing company to do that! The only person who was a great help to me was the First Lady who I met here and then they fired her.... Probably for being nice

Apartment #2223 in Building 54 available June 10, 2018. Awesome corner location on 2nd floor, private entry, quiet, close to parking and pool. Bright and airy, wood floors, very clean. Feel free to ask me any questions about the unit. The leasing office has always been helpful and knowledgeable and made the first year of med school for my son a positive experience living here.

I was moving from another state so rented my apartment here online. Cassandra, Shania, and Erica in the front office were always friendly and available to answer my questions and helped at every step of the process. Theres a lot of steps to renting and they answered all my questions. The good news - when I arrived everything was in order, I was able to move right in after two long days of driving, and the apartment and complex are wonderful! Not only that, on my move in day, a Sunday, the a/c was not working and maintenance came within minutes to fix it. In the following weeks, the office staff and maintenance people have been reachable, friendly, and responsive. Im enjoying living here - its a great mix of people and families of all ages. Its quiet and pleasant but with all the shops and services nearby that you could want.

I have lived here happily for 9 years. I have a beautiful, Peaceful lake view for a great price right in the city. You just cant beat that! Over the years i have seen a lot on new owners and many faces in the office but one that stands out is Cassandra! She takes care of people that walk in the leasing office like their family and not just a number. Come get you a LAKEVIEW from Cassandra!

This is a great place to live. The management is very quick to solve any issues that may come up. A month or so ago there was a barking dog from a neighbors place but the management was very quick to handle the situation and now I havent heard the dog bark much at all. I highly recommend living here.

We lived here for 7 months before we got wrongfully evicted based on so called lease violations such as smoking on the property which we dont even smoke. Our whole section moved out at the same time since Ive believe the apartment complex just likes to recycle their tenants to get more money in fees. When the constable came to the apartment we moved out and had to make an appointment on when to move the rest of our stuff out.. When we were assured by the head manager on site that our stuff was safe in the apartment, we ended up coming back to our two tvs stolen, and when confronted the manager said in a very nonchalant way call the police then. No disregard for the fact that their incompetent maintenance staff was the one who stole from our apartment, that is truly a disgusting way to do business. If this place thinks that is how they get their collateral for the late payment of rent? I dont think so. Living here wasnt peaches and cream either.. The apartments have zero closet space, there is a cabinet that goes from the hallway and accessible to the master bathroom so theres no privacy in the B4 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plan, ant infestation that was never actually taken care of. But when it came time to wanting more money, they were extremely persistent. We got eviction notices even when we paid the rent on time for any reason they felt they were in the mood for at that month. I have to say leaving this apartment complex was more of a blessing since the the events had me with a continuous knot in my stomach. Ive had my fair share of experiences in the past with apartments but this place was the icing on the cake.

My mom and I just arrived from Denver and we were exhausted and tired of looking for apartments. We were delighted to find Lakeview. Cassandra was wonderful to work with - she was professional, friendly, and joyful. She answered all of our questions and was incredibly patient with us. She helped us focus on elements that were most important to us in a residence.

Great staff, they were very nice. Cassandra (the staff member who helped us with our lease) was very personable, friendly, and professional. The experience working with the staff here was much better than any other apartment Ive leased with.

This place is a joke. No one who works here knows what customer service is. Its a non-smoking complex, yet I have complained about my downstairs neighbors constantly smoking (cigarette and other drugs) and they have done nothing about it. When calling because my apartment needs maintnence, the workers show up weeks later to fix the problem. The water gets shut off almost once a month for hours with no notice. The pools will be locked in the 100 degree weather in the middle of the day with no notice. Do not live here. Its horrible. How this place is still up and running is beyond me. I have never heard good things from anyone who lives here. If I could rare it with 0 stars I would. Run!!

Moved here from cold States and needed a basic live in the desert education. The Staff has been great and are knowledgeable, professional, helpful.and friendly besides. My son moved in recently and is happy with the apartment. He had 2 problems initially that were quickly resolved by maintenance. The staff are very nice and truly try to be helpful. Would recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! Weve lived here for about 6 months now and I am counting down the days until we are able to move out. This place is INFESTED with all kinds of bugs... Roaches the size of my hand, millions of scorpions, and other nasty little critters. Since living here (6 months time) we have found approximately 9 roaches around the house and 10+ scorpions! Beyond the bug issues, there are plenty of other reasons why this place is horrible.1. The cabinets throughout the house were designed by a complete idiot. None of them are big enough to hold ANYTHING! For instance, champagne glasses do not fit in the shelves, a silverware organizer doesnt fit in the drawers, and regular items like a crock-pot do not fit inside any cabinets.2. The laminate fake wood they have as the flooring is covered in little paint droplets because the people who repaint the apartment when you move out dont give a crap about covering the floors. Therefor, all of your dark flooring has off white paint splatters.3. If anything in your apartment breaks (even if its an emergency), dont expect maintenance to get there for at least 3 days no matter what the issue is. Feel free to save all the bugs for them in little jars too, thats what my neighbor does because maintenance tried telling them that they were liars about the bug problem because nobody else complains about bugs (which is a lie).4. Dont expect the complex to stay clean or maintained, one of our neighbors left about 15 boxes from things they ordered outside in the lawn for a whole week until my husband went to the office and complained that NOBODY was doing anything to keep the complex looking appropriate.5. OFFICE EMPLOYEES ARE COMPLETE CLUELESS AND ALWAYS CHANGING. Dont bother talking to the manager, she will waste your time with bullsh*t excuses and a horrible attitude.Please please please dont waste your time at this place, the price of the apartments looks great and your tour will make it seem wonderful... but within a week of being a resident, you will regret every decision you made. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, IF NOT LESS, AT THIS PLACE.

They never answer their phone or return phone calls. I cannot stress enough that they never answer their phone. When you sit in the office to try and speak to someone there are at least 5 people in there waiting and the whole time the phone is ringing and not once does anyone answer. When asked they said, Well we are busy.The staff in the office are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They never have the paperwork that I have already turned in on file. They are not interested in helping their customers and not interested in getting the appropriate answers. Important emails are not disseminated timely until after the fact.The parking space is given to you when you rent an apartment from them and it is yours. We are never able to park in our spot because someone is always parked in our spot. I have addressed this several times with MG Properties and have said there is nothing they can do and legally they cant tow. A couple of months later when we renewed our lease they gave us a tow truck that we could call.The community is also a smoke free community and there are signs everywhere, yet there are people smoking pot and cigarettes right on their back porch or on their balcony.The only good thing about this place are the maintenance staff. They are fantastic and are always timely and stop by immediately.

They showed us an apartment and told us we would be getting the same ..on move in day we finally got to see the actual apt. Not even close to what were shown. Had a full moving van and no choice but to take the apt. Now we have been here four months and have had my sons bike stolen and my van has been broken into, stealing over 1000.00 worth of goods from me. I have never HD such a bad experience in my life, just waiting for my lease to end so I can move.

Rent here if u want shared water.. and a $70.00 water bill! Ask why? Nobody knows and no one can provide proof my building that has 8 apartments uses $560.00 per month in water!!!!! But promised its not due to all the leaks on the property....... That is known for sure. ..

I enjoy living at the Lakeview Apartments because they are quick to respond when I have a need. The office staff is incredible and I especially want to send a special shout out to Shania Severs in the leasing office. She has been a great help to me as well.

The propertys manger Jessica is horrible she denied copies of my request forms, yelled at me over the phone. Did not care that I had a new born and that the apartment was infested by scorpions ... I put in a complaint in person a month ago and they never came .. They even want to charge me more for pest control .. The manger hung up the phone and said she would call the police if I came up and asked for my request forms .. They also lie about the rent I am not the only one who has been complaining about it ... Nice area to live just not this complex they dont know what customer service is, I do not recommend this place, they act nice to get you to sign the lease then literally treat you like garbage after.

My daughter and her husband lived here in 2017-2018 and her apartment was heavily infested with cockroaches. She asked for the space to be sprayed 5 times but ffinally had to move out to protect her new baby. The management refuses to speak to her and demanded she pay her rent until the lease was up even though the space was uninhabitable. Disgusting, negligent, over priced. A big NO!
