Been here for about 3 months now and so far everything is going pretty good. Maintenance can use some help because Ive been waiting for a work order to be completed since i moved in and have had zero communication with follow ups, other than that, not too bad!
The only reason I am giving 4 instead 5 stars is that it took 4 weeks for someone to show up and fix our dryer. Ryan was the gentleman who came to do the repair. He was respectful, efficient and friendly and even took care of another issue we had while he was there. The dryer works like new. Thank you again Ryan!
The management at this place is horrible. My son moved into an apartment on August 5 and in his contract it states he has a working washer and dryer. The washing machine doesn’t work. He filled out of work order on August 12 and still no help a month later. He has stopped by the office four times, to be treated very rudely.The last time he stop by he finally was treated with respect and the gentleman told him someone would come out the following day, but of course no one showed up. No one ever picks up the phone when you try to call!

I moved in the 16th of April. The front screen is laying on front porch, with rips and holes in it. Pretty embarrassing. The bathroom toilet has been running since the day of move in. Sad part, my kids has not used that bathroom. Two of windows have duct tape on the screen to cover the holes. The porch light has been out since the day of move in. The apartment was not completely cleaned. Oil on the counter top next to the stove. I have burners on the stove and extra set in the dishwasher. Management should be required to do a final walk through every apartment to make sure it meets expectations.
I enjoy living here, I love the space of my apartment. Somewhat quite but a lot of dog poop!! I love seeing kids play outside that’s how I know I’m am a good community.
I’ve had a great experience so far. The apartment is very spacious. The office staff are super helpful, they answer all questions and go above and beyond.

EXTREMELY unpleased with the application process at this property! I was approved but then decided to back out due to the lack of communication. They provide minimal information on important documents and when it came time to start moving in they told me that I could not bring my SERVICED animal even though I had his ID and a letter from a doctor. They definitely need to reevaluate their application process. Also when I emailed the property to cancel my application they ignored me and didnt even respond and yet to refund me my security deposit!! AVOID THESE APARTMENTS!

Initially I had written a good review at day of move in. Since then I have not been able to use my oven once because the door fell off when I first opened it. I told the front office this and wrote it on the move-in inspection list. 16 days, 2 emails, and a phone call later... still no oven. It is nearly impossible to get an email or call back from them in regards to this. As I read other reviews it seems to be the trend. Additionally, there are three stray cats who basically live on my front porch who I can’t get to leave. I really wish there was more efficiency here, it sucks to have to beg for your oven to be fixed when you’re paying over $1000 a month.
He was real informative, he was able to fix it so we could still use the dryer until the part came in .About 3 months ago Camacho came out and fixed our air for the night until he could come back the next day or 2 to see what was wrong with it .The workers are very friendly and helpful.
Its a nice complex in a decent area. the staff is very nice and professional. the inside of the unit could use some updating though...
We moved in a year ago and really like the location. It’s very convenient. The apartments are a little dated, but worth looking past, especially at the price. Also, it’s very dog friendly which was huge for us, as we have two dogs.
Wonderful spacious apartments compared to other locations around the area for cheaper price. Quiet area along a wonderful canal and maintenance are excellent help when needing things fixed!
Giving one star, as lately there seems to be security concerns, anyone can enter the community and knock your door. The car gates are open and no one prevents anyone from entering the community walking .
Jim came to repair my sink and dishwasher. He did an awesome job. He was courteous and professional. He also is trying to get me new knobs for my stove. The numbers have worn off and they’re tough to read. Jim is awesome.
Gabe did a great job. Came in and fixed the door. Cleaned up after himself! Then asked my wife if there was anything else to fix while he was there. Very pleased!
All I can say is the new team is most excellent. Been here going on three years and was here during the transition from old to new ownership. The office staff and management is wonderful and Nicole has been great to work with. Always pleasant and friendly. The biggest area of improvement has been in maintenance. They do a great job. Mario aka Super Mario is epic and a great person to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly good at what he does. Charles is his new assistant and he worked in my unit on his first day! Very friendly and helpful. Great hire. This is a great team and as a resident I could not be happier. Great job team
I’m new to this complex! I was extremely hesitant about apartment living again, but I love Lindsay Park. The complex is kept clean and is super quiet! The apartment itself is large! It’s a one bedroom and is more spacious than the 2 bedroom that I use to rent at another complex. The front desk is wonderful! I highly recommend Lindsay Park!
Great location in Mesa, great activities offered, fair price to pay for cozy living! I would highly recommend living here if youre looking for apartments of great quality, especially if youve got a good roommate!

We were in a tight spot moving from Indiana and the apartment we moved into was not what we expected and Terri did such an amazing job at understanding our situation and finding something for us. All the ladies in the office were great working with us through the application process. We were lucky to find this place! Quiet neighborhood. Clean environment. Gated as well. Very satisfied.
Waited 5 days to have maintenance look at the water dripping from air conditioning vent. I understand Covid restrictions made it difficult to service my request. Thank you for getting it done.
For the most part Ive really likes living here. I have a really spacious 1 bedroom on the bottom floor and my parking spot is right in front of my apartment. Most of my maintenance requests have been taken care of pretty quickly. I keep my place really clean so I dont have any issues with bugs. The only complaint I have is I can hear every sound from the unit upstairs. The separation is very thin.
Great place to live, I am in a 3 bedroom it is very spacious, it has vaulted ceilings, a huge patio for outdoor living, and a huge storage room. The only downfall that drives my mom and I crazy is that our apartment does NOT have a coat closet or linen closet. We have nowhere to store our towels, blankets, coats, vacuum, etc. I also wish the maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. I have friendly neighbors they are not loud, on the weekends some people play music but it doesn’t bother me.
Very quiet community and neighbors. Its a privilege living here and I love thats its not an extremely crowded apartment complex like some others Ive seen. Any questions or requests Ive had theyve met and exceeded what Ive asked thus far. Super grateful to be a resident here.
Gabriel is an absolute perfect person to have for a part of your maintenance team..He knows his job and it made the situation easier to deal with..Im going to be requesting him from now on..I like to deal with one person vs some one else showing up and I have to explain the whole problem all over again..Gabriel needs to be given a promotion or a raise cause he had the job completed within 30 minutes..What a wonderful employee you have😇
I was the easiest move ever!!!! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone including familys with small children. And there is a park for the kids.
Miss you so live here. Maintenance would ever fix anything! She moved out as soon as I lease was up and they were trying to offer to fix things then. 6 months of needing repairs is asinine! Totally in violation of the Arizona landlord tenant act. I told her she should have complained to the government about them.
I have lived here since 2017. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, very professional. This is a very large complex. Serious needs are taken care of as soon as possible and routine things within a few days. Grounds are kept up and always look clean. I feel safe living here. This is a great place to live!
So a couple of things.. You signed a lease it says the guidelines and just follow the rules.. they give you extra time. Rent is due on the first and they give you three extra days already.. I have been there going on two years and The office staff sometimes changes but they are the best by far I have seen or have deal with in Arizona. .... It even says the late fees and when it needs to be applied.. I dont understand how someone can put the place down if it explains ion the actual post that YOU ARE LATE>>> Accept the late fees and pay whenever but it does explain ALL OF IT!!!!And for the office respond.. You guys are awesome and I wouldnt be worried about the negative responses.. We love you !!! and honestly, these people signed the lease and apparently an issue because you recognize by a post who it is. And maybe you could get someone else in there that pays on time. Makes life happy for everyone involved and other tenants that do pay the bills on time.Have a good Day

My mom and I have lived at The Village At Lindsay Park Apartments for about four years. The office staff is very nice. Briana is particular is very kind and considerate of all of the needs of the tenants. We are glad that she has been placed in a management position. She deserves to be in charge. But I just wanted to take some time to recognize some excellent employees. Jose and Cecilia work on the maintenance crew and are amazing! They are hard workers and always do the best job possible. If you can get Jose or Cecilia, have them work on your apartment! They are quick, efficient, and awesome at what they do.
The apartment complex was nice when I first moved in but they did change owners the last two years we lived there. The maintenance was poor, and the landscaping. They were not citing the renters who parked their vehicles who were backed in. They seemed not to do much enforcement of the rules. Expect the paying the rent. The apartments were nice and quiet, lots of space and great location to many business. Thank you for working with me and giving me a place to live for a couple of years.
We moved in here on the first week of December and so far this place has been great! We need minor things done in our unit and they have been working on them in a timely manner. Thanks so much for everything, the staff is awesome! Very nice place to make home..

So far its been pretty easy, the ladies in the office are friendly and respond asap. Moving sucks but happy to have a new home. Its close to family and work and seems pretty quiet which is what I wanted.
I have lived here for a little under a year, and I can honestly say that this is an amazing place to live. First, the office and management staff are amazing. They go above and beyond their duties to help the tenants of the community, even more so than is expected or deserved. The maintenance is amazing...all work orders are fulfilled with 24 hours. The community is quiet at night. Neighbors are friendly with one another. All and all, it is a great place to come home to each day. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to live here.
I enjoy living here and the location is very central to everywhere I like to go to. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The one issue that I really have is that parking is very limited. Its hard enough for me to find a space for my second vehicle, but its even harder when I have guests come over.

Ive lived here for a year now. The new management group has done a great job listening, and responding to needs (especially Lore :)). Maintenance work is done in a timely manner. Ive never had an issue with noise, and other tenants have been kind to me. Keep doing good work, and I look forward to another year here.
Asked for a simple change out on kitchen facet so it doesnt spray every where. Carpets were supposed to be shampooed TODAY . (HUGE) Stain that didnt get done. I mentioned my window blinds didnt close. She never mentioned if it would be done soon or in a day or even a month.I would like the same respect as you all, you ask for papers filled out within 24 hrs. I got that done.Hidden costs that were not mentioned.Respect goes both ways

I have been living here since November 2017 and for the most part have been loving it. My only issue is that I can not get a maintenance request that actually fixes the problem to save my life. My mailbox has been broken since I moved in, which I notified the office immediately of and multiple times since. My a/c broke about two weeks ago and they still have not come to get the fan they gave us to use until it was fixed. Also, since they “fixed” it the a/c has been making a very annoying buzzing sound about every 10 seconds when the air is on. I noticed the noise immediately and called the office (two weeks ago) and still have not heard anything back about that. My washing machine will not run with cold water. I called about that and the maintenance guy left a note saying it was the timer that was broken and they ordered a new one. That was a week and a half ago. I called the same day multiple times with no answer so I left a voicemail informing the office that the timer was not what was wrong with the washer and that it was an issue with the cold water pipe leading to it. Again, that was a week and a half ago and still no response. Hopefully this will get someone’s attention.
Moved here last year to be closer to my elderly parents. The apartment staff made my move effortless. I appreciate all there assistance. It is a great place to live.So that review was when I first moved in over 2 years ago. Since then the apartment complex has gone down hill fast. Maintenance here is a joke, they fix nothing. My work orders I told them about would be closed before any work was done. Staff changes often, not for the better. Not priced for what you are offered.
Overall Im very happy living here. Quality of life has been decreased since the swarm of people moved in above my apt.All things considered, I am amaze how close this location is to everything. It seems nothing is more than 5 miles away from my home.The people running the place get moved around a lot, but all in all, everyone is very cordial.
Great apts and great staff. Stuff gets fixed! Only thing that is a huge down fall! There’s no PARKING FOR YOUR GUEST! I mean there is in the back like 2 spots. Also people park in your covered parking! I rented a extra spot for $15 bucks a month for our 2nd car! Someone parks in it! It shouldn’t be my job to call a tow truck to move their car! If this company can fix the parking issue! Place would be a 5 star! Until then it’s 3star! If you have a car you’re sol! No spot to park and someone probably is parked in your assigned spot!

Im nearing the end of my 1 year lease here and let me just say it could not come any sooner. When we moved in, there was no door on our oven, our refrigerator was not plugged in, two of the burners on the stove didnt work, and one of our doors were missing. Great start! It took about three weeks into our lease to get these things fixed. Our dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, stove, washer, and air conditioning have all broken in our time being here. This wouldnt be a huge problem to me if they got fixed in a timely manner- but they take about 4 phone calls, 3 trips and 2-4 weeks to fix things. There was a rainstorm that left hole in our ceiling from the water damage, it took them a month to fix it. When they did finally come to fix it, they got paint all over the carpet and MOVED THE RUG TO COVER IT UP (I kid you not, my rug was moved about two feet as if I wouldnt notice). I called, furious, and they had someone come clean it a couple days later who was very apologetic. After this incident, I didnt allow maintenance into my apartment without me there unless it was an emergency. I have way more maintenance horror stories but Ill spare you. Mark is the only cool and helpful maintenance guy I have encountered so pray that you deal with him. Our building also had a spider problem for a month or so and we keep our apartment very clean so we know it wasnt from lack of cleanliness on our part. The front office staff are usually condescending and rude but a few of the current ones are nice. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the floor plan is spacious (2bed/2ba larger floor plan), the patio is large, and all of our neighbors are friendly. The community is pretty safe and its gated which is a plus (except when they left the gates open for 2 months straight). You still couldnt pay me enough to stay here another year.

New management has really started to turn things around and Lindsay Park is now a pretty nice (albeit budget) place to live. Shout out to Dan the maintenance man who was efficient and friendly in getting my lights replaced.
I wasnt very happy when we first moved here but since theres been New Management three times its getting better.

The management and staff promote the abuse of animals. Poisons, encouraging children to throw cats off balconies, evicting tenants if cats are fed or helped. Awful place, news has been contacted.
Worst Apartment Homes Ever.Ive lived in apartment homes damn near all my life. If I could give it a lower rating, i most certainly would. Without a doubt, terrible management and community. The management does a fine job of pretending to be kind enough to do their job, yet once moved in, fail to follow through. When told renovations would be made in a few months we were ecstatic. However, oh look, management fell short. When appliances failed, the management were kind enough to lend dusty, worn down scrap metal. Even the simplest actions the managers are meant to do, they falter. The safety gates at the front of the establishment are anything but useful. They are constantly broken. Unsurprisingly, when I had gone to speak professionally with the manager, she insisted I wait so that she may speak and gossip along with a co-worker. Moving on, the community seemed lovely. There was beautiful scenery, a pool, children playing and even a playground. Unfortunately, once moved in and given more time to explore, it was revolting. The apartment playground had satanic, ritualistic like markings in the dirt. It reeked of urine. A good third of the people at the apartment smoke cigarettes and marijuana. During the day the children play amongst cigarette remains and ashes carried by wind. Once night falls, the odor of the strongest of marijuana floods the apartments. Not to get into detail of the obvious drug deals happening 20 feet from the children we hold most dear. A majority of the people who live at Lindsay are intolerable and rude. They curse like sailors directly in front of children. They are up all night causing a ruckus. Unsupervised preteens use the gym center as a jungle gym during late hours of the day.Anyhow, be sure to go over ever single part of the contracts/agreements. They will do all they can to withhold information and manipulate the hard earned money from your hands.UPDATE: To no shock whatsoever, with more inspection, the community is aggressive and hostile. Numerous houses are covered with cigarette remains. I have had the misfortune of being in the presence of a woman who was in the midst of teaching her dog to attack the youth, our children. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NO PLACE FOR CHILDREN.UPDATE (JAN 2018): We have recently received a notice taped to our door of Patio Violations. If you plan on moving in, please be aware of what you can and cant do in your home/patio that YOU are PAYING for. The notice has included the following:• No holiday decor.So, if you plan on making your home your own with decor such as lights, for holiday reasons or not, it is apparently a violation.• No In-Door Furniture. Only ehat the office management deems fit will be allowed.• No sheets or blankets or foil are permitted to be seen in window areas. That is an utterly ridiculous request. What you choose to do in your own home should be up to you.There were a handful of other ridiculous patio violations however, the ones I have listed above stood out. If you are non-compliant as they noted in their letter, you will be fined over $50. Not to mention they only gave 24 hours for the removal of your own belongings.
Please stay clear of the false ratings! Property management is the worst; theyre slow with communication and seem to have no care in a world about the property. The security gate is always broken.Theyve shut off our water without notice and let people park their broken cars anywhere. The false reviews will give you hope, but the management team makes you pay more then what the lease says. Ive met tons of people whom worked and left the management company within a year, because theyre afraid of being personally sued for what the management team have them do.
THIS IS THE MOST SORRIEST APARTMENTS EVER. IT LOOKS AND SOUNDS GOOD BUT ITS NOT NOTHING!!!!! THEY ARE GROUP OF SCAMMERS WHO ARE TAKING FAMILIES HARD EARNED MONEY WITH NO REMORSE. THEY EVEN MAKE YOU PAY A DISCOUNT THAT YOU NEVER REALLY GOT.
The gentlemen that fixed the problem was professional, polite, and fast. I feel bad for them that they have to constantly pick up after the teenagers that trash the pool. It’s also frustrating when my apartment smells like pot and cigarettes because the young adult downstares is obnoxious and inconsiderate of others blasting music being loud; however the management at Lindsay park apartments are amazing !!! And pleasant to work with on issues. So I give all the maintenance workers and staff 5 thumbs up if I had 5 thumbs haha
Broken shower for 2 weeks after moving in. None of the power outlets would work. Dryer has been broken for 3 days now and management has been incredibly rude when dealing with them. Absolutely would not recommend living here.
Terrible, absolute nightmare! I applied and was approved for an apartment and was immediately told the carpet needed to be replaced so they were going to offer me an upgraded unit for the same price. I eagerly accepted and immediately paid my deposit and signed the lease which I should NOT have done until I actually saw the unit in person. As soon as I walked up to the apartment I had a terrible feeling I had made a mistake as the neighbor was smoking 10ft from my front door. I walked in and casually walked around making a quick glance as one of the office managers was accompanying me. She left and upon further inspection I was absolutely disgusted. There was still someone nasty clothes in a hall closet- old balloons and trash on shelves. There was mold in the shower that was covered by caulk in an effort to conceal it. Then there was the kitchen....the fridge didnt close, the drawers were falling apart as I touched them, cabinets were falling off. One drawer didnt even open because it hit the dishwasher. The dishwasher didnt open because it hit the oven door, there was leftover food and what appeared to be dried food spilled in drawers....it was beyond disgusting and unacceptable and it should have never been offered to me in that condition. I emailed them that night to have someone call me first thing in the morning, which was not done. I had to contact them the next day. The property manager, Jamie was very nice, very apologetic and offered me another unit but she couldnt give me a date it would be ready. So, i asked for her to revoke the lease and refund my deposit. She said she would revoke the lease but would keep 250.00 because I wouldnt allow her to fix it. After she literally just told me she couldnt tell me how long it would take to fix. I paid for an apartment NOW and expected an apartment NOW. She couldnt provide that so it seems unfair to keep a portion of the deposit when I never recieved what I was promised. Over the next 11 days I sent 2 emails simply just asking for confirmation that the lease was revoked and that she recieved the keys back. I also wanted a timeframe as to when I could expect my refund. She has yet to respond to me OR send me a refund and I plan to leave feedback and reviews about the way this place conducts business on every social media account possible. I also have pictures and videos I will be submitting to Channel 3, because of their lack of urgency to this matter. Its unacceptable and very unprofessional!!!

Steer clear from these apartments. Ive been a resident here for 5 years now. Things have only gotten worse. Maintenence and management are horrible. Work orders are repeatedly closed before they are ever touched or they take weeks to get to them. You have to constantly escalate work orders to manager in order for them to get done right. They are quick and ready to charge you a late fee for being late on your rent but hesitant to accommodate their residents if theyve had horrible experience. Save yourself headache and money. You can find better apartments for the price to rent here.Update: Do yourself a favor and steer clear from these apartments and any that are managed by Highmark Residential. Local and corporate management is a joke.
This morning I called the office at 10:37am explaining to one of the girls that I had called yesterday stating we need either new garbage disposal or it needs to be repaired and then our AC went on so we need one of the maintenance workers to come and fix both appliances. She said she would try and have someone here within the hour. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I know how front office works they are completely incompetent. I called back at 1:05pm where she explained that there was another emergency but she would get back to me in 15 to 20 minutes. It is now 2:15pm and hour later and I have not heard back and no one has come to resolve these issues. We are in theMiddle of summer. This is unacceptable. I try to deal little with the administration and maintenance since Ive moved because we have had nothing but problems. My roommate has been a loyal tenant for about three years and when she moved in there was no security deposit but as soon as I moved in we switch to a two bedroom from a one and all of a sudden there is a security deposit. They then told me they switch companies when our currently new neighbors one of them work for the company said that they did not switch. It was like all three girls in the office were telling me something different. Two weeks after we moved in we were waiting for our internet box to come in so we went to front office to see if it was delivered. Kiley said that nothing had come in so we called our internet provider and they said it was signed by Kiley. I am fed up. These girls are not properly trained... AND I NEED MY AC WORKING AGAIN.

Great area. Terrible management. My girlfriend has been staying here about six months now. She called the office 2 weeks before rent was due and asked if it was okay if rent was a couple days late and its never been late before so they said that shouldnt be a problem and would get back to her with a definite answer. The office called back the day rent was due and said she needs by the next day or there will be over 200 dollars in late fees. She woke up today and they said she had to have rent paid in 15 min or she will be charged the late fees. That is kinda impossible when she has to drive 30 minutes just to go borrow money because management told her 3 different stories and now has to pay for thier inconsistencies. Do Not Recommend.

Worst apartment I have ever come across, lets get started with the illegal drug deals and activities that happen during the day and continuously through the night . Did I mention robbers ? Be sure to lock your car and park it near lights, after hours sketchy suspects appear to be checking everyones car hoping its open, so much for security lol the staff is unprofessional and Im surprised no ones reported them to the BBB until today . Signs posted everywhere saying no reverse parking but that doesnt stop management for breaking the rules, how are you going to enforce something you dont follow? On top of that, be sure to move your car every two days or youll get a towing sticker saying your car will be towed if its not moved because its being used as storage? Who on earth let you guys run at apt complex ? Ive seen more than half of these cars parked with spider webs and dust but yet no one gets a sticker on their car . Seems to be like discrimination ? Ive already reported this to the BBB and Im talking to a lawyer .
Im a very picky person had trouble finding the right place to call home until I found this place.Never had a problem while living here. The staff where great and maintenance was always on time. The property is very well maintained my guest would always tell me how nice and clean the place looked. The parking was somtimes tough but atleast I had an asigned spot. I honestly didnt want to move out but with a growing familly I bought a home. Very recommended.
This place sucks balls! The office never answers their phone nor does the maintenance get to their job on time, my washer has a foul odor smell that I have called about and its still the same, nothing has been done. My A/C is leaking water, office and maintenance is aware but still do NOTHING at all about it considering the price I pay for rent. Its horrible! Dont live here, go else where!
I have been here 5 years and I live by the playground. I dont ever have problems with noise due to kids running and playing at the playground. I think that if you expect to hear nothing from kids then you need to live in a community where kids are not allowed. As for parking I would have to agree the parking spot is on the other side of the building but I live on the grassy side of the building where no parking is so yeah I have to walk to the other side of the building. If you want a closer parking spot maybe you should live in a house with a garage so you are right at your door. As for the water bill yeah it fluctuates month to month but no matter if you get a house or live here your water bill will fluctuate. As for bills upon move out you must give a 60 day notice not 3 months and if you read your lease before signing you will also know that you did not have to scrub the apartment because everyone gets the cleaning fee because they have someone come in and clean. As well as for the paint it clearly breaks that down for you too in the lease. I transferred apartments and was still charged these fees but I do pay my bills and what ever fees I may have because I am not living at mommys house where fees dont apply. I dont plan on moving anytime soon.
Nothing but awesome things to say about the staff I gave them a almost impossible task and they got it done and after living here for about a month I really enjoy it very quite and theres a decent school right across the street for my daughter
This place is a mess. The first day we went there the office staff had no clue what she was doing. I had to find the unit my self on the map to show her were is was. Then they call us and tell us we are approved for the Unit to go head and get everything set up and I did. Srp, renters insurance, CenturyLink. We waited for two weeks for the unit to be cleaned and carpets replaced. They said it would be ready on 7/20. Well the day before they called and said we didn’t get it. Because of a Repo I had when I fail on hard times. But the point is they wait two weeks to tell us that we wouldn’t be getting it. Wasted two weeks sitting around think we were moving in. Took our children the the play ground that was right out front. They loved. Then the Office hangs up on me and told me the manager is not there when I come back from a different number he answers the phone they are very unprofessional at this complex.
Maintance crew best had some issues needed to be fixed. I work grave they came and fixed everything while i was asleep never head anything real respectful of my apartment . I woke up and everything was repaired. And in timley mannor thank you for your your respect and courtesy. Thank you cecila for your professionalism
I have been living here for 4mos. The staff is very rude, except for Julius he is very friendly. I hate going to the front office the two women are into themselves, they have no manners, always making mistakes. I will move as soon as my lease is up .I have lived in other complex always friendly, always for the customer. Here it is terrible. Never will recommend for anyone to move here.

The property management company that runs this place is absolutely the worst Ive ever dealt with in terms of attempting to extract unnecessary and unwarranted fees both during your tenancy and upon the expiration of it. Example 1: if you finish the term of your lease and rent month-to-month, youll pay a $100 month-to-month fee (specified in the lease) PLUS market rate rent (nowhere to be found in the lease). Example 2: if you move out after less than 12 months, youll be sent a $300 collection letter for repainting the walls (whether they needed new paint or not), shampooing the carpets (whether they needed shampoo or not), and cleaning the apartment (even if you took the time and effort to thoroughly clean it thoroughly yourself). Yes, the company that manages this complex, AMC LLC, will actually bill you for these services once you move out—regardless of how well you prepared the apartment for the move-out inspection. Strangely enough, the lease actually states that, unless there are damages exceeding normal wear and tear or there is additional cleaning of the unit required, none of these fees apply. When you ask the property manager why these fees were assessed when you did everything necessary to return the apartment to its original condition yourself, she will shrug her shoulders and tell you that this practice is “standard” for her company. Standard? This company doesnt seem to have any standards.
If you have choices steer clear of these apartments! This place is a joke, Ive been a resident for about 4 months and have had nothing but problems with my unit since day one! Work orders get pushed out weeks on end, maintenance doesnt follow up with residents or try to accommodate them! As far as office staff there okay but again depends on the day! Parking is a disaster, trash cans are constantly over flowing, very disgusting considering the price they charge for rent and utilities.

I have never given a bad review before so just to get one thing straight I am not a negative person who doesnt have a life and just sit at home trying to destroy companies. I am trying to save people the headache of ever dealing with these apartments. I just moved here from washington I walk into the office were a little skinny girl sat with here legs proped up to here chin, didnt smile didnt say hello, nothing very unproffesional I have been a leasing agent and if I ever looked like that or even acted like that I would have been jobless, but non the less I sat down and asked her about specials they advertise on there web site 1br. 1 bath for 620.00 a month she told me that that web site is wrong and they go for 690.00 ok I said now tell me about Deposits she told me 300.00 refundable for a dog and 300.00 non-refundable I asked here why so high, mind you this was not the first place I had been to. she told me thats just the rate and everyone is asking these kind of deposits she is very sadly mistaken she really should do her home work of the area or maybe managment should because after doing my research all or all I have been to rates for pet deposit is 200.00 refundable and 200.00 non. So the leason here is little girl new managment or not remove false advertisments from your web page and 2 dont argue with new prospective tenants. you will never lease a unit.
Its been 9 months now since we moved, response from the owner was they would contact us directly, we are still waiting. Whoever is signing in as owner and responding to these review is lying about follow up actions.

Horrible place to live !!!!! Office staff horrible they dont like to return phone calls!!!! huge rip off with late fees and painting fees ! no one ever answers the phones when calling the office . The new manager is clueless and the assistant manager is an idiot !!!! the rent is costly and the apartments are not upgraded .Parking is terrible !!! horrible mistake living here! dont rent here !!!
I find it high in cost the refrigerator broke they gave us a smaller refrigerator liggts that are fire hazard broken they tell us we cant renew or lease we ask why they refused to give a reason i find that very disrespectful makes them very not caring i would not recommend this place for anyone cause they will screw u

The place is kept very clean and the staff is very friendly, but I have had a continuous problems with the maintenance in my apartment since I got here . It’s an older subdivision and needs to be upgraded .
