I went on a tour to this property the other day and I was very impressed. A nice young man named Vassili took me on a tour and he was professional and courteous. He answered my questions and knew about all the amenities and showed me everything with a smile 😁. I loved the gated pool area complete with bathrooms, gas grills, a shower area and a play pool. The main pool is large and clean. They have a gym and a beautiful clubhouse for entertaining complete with a kitchen. The apartment I looked at was very modern with the latest appliances and a washer and dryer! That is a must-have for me, I don’t like having to share a laundry room. Some apartments have garages! Another must have for storage and parking! When I returned to the office the manager And assistant manager were warm, welcoming and friendly. A few tenants stopped by and they seemed really happy with living there which is also important to me.. I had some questions after I left and the team got back to me quickly and answered them with a level of detail I appreciated. I think I have found my new home! ❤️

I love the premiere! The area is perfect! Right next to schools, easy freeway access and many other amenities. We fell in love with the apartment complex and how beautiful the apartments were. Carrie was so helpful in answering all our questions and gave a wonderful tour. We felt confident and comfortable in making our decision. Carrie was so professional, kind and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend living here. Youll love it!

I love the team at Premiere! Ive been through a lot of horror story rental homes and this was my first time dealing with an apartment community and the team has been friendly, patient, and helpful from the start! The apartments themselves are beautiful and the community is well kept and worth the price.

The Premiere at Eastmark is an excellent establishment. The staff provides outstanding services coupled with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Excellent amenities - you just need to visit and see for yourself! Staff is always conscious of property cleanliness for their tenants. The Premier at Eastmark evokes a high end resort with great finishes and aesthetics. You wont be disappointed here!!! I’ve been very happy with the experience with premiere at Eastmark. Facilities are nice and so is the faculty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, quiet place to call home.

Ive been here for a couple of months now and have been so happy with my experience so far! The apartments are all brand new and the facilities are so well kept. The people who work here have all been so kind and responsive, and the communication has been excellent. Any maintenance requests have been quickly addressed. Definitely happy I found this complex!

Everyone was so helpful. I applied to lease an apartment and was quite nervous about qualifying. They went above and beyond to get the application processed quickly and I could breathe a sigh of relief when I was approved! I move into my beautiful apartment on July 1st and can hardly wait. It is going to be an amazing community to live in.

5 stars no doubt! The front office staff was extremely helpful and Janelle who works there made everything super easy to understand and was always very responsive. Clean community, nice pool, state of the art gym, etc. Can’t wait until my move in date!

My husband and I moved in a month after the apartments first opened (October 2020) we had to deal with a lot of issues that we weren’t happy with..One of them being the amenities were supposed to be open when we moved in and none of them were. Also, we had a lot of things broken in our apartment that had to get fixed so we’ve had maintenance in and out of our unit multiple times, too many to count. The parking situation is all messed up when it comes to which spot we are assigned too so that’s quite frustrating.With that being said, I understand things go wrong with construction and it takes time to get things perfect. We do love the area and it’s convenient that it’s right next to the freeway! The units themselves are all modern which is nice! Janelle in the front office is helpful and super friendly! I’m hoping as time goes on things become smoother and more efficient so I can give it five stars.

I’m not entirely sure if anyone even works here. Every single time I call no one ever answers the phone, and no one ever bothers to call back no matter how many voicemails I leave. As much as I want to move in to this complex, I’m going to have to go and look somewhere else because no one here is interested enough to help me out. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone I know.
