Front office gal was uninterested in assisting us. Gave us the condescending look. No acknowledgement that we were even there. Back office personnel were nice.
Sundial could be better, but they definitely could be a lot worse. I live in Glen Court and my manager was Salina at first, and lately there has been some confusion about who the manager currently is. Salina is very kind and helpful and I enjoyed having her as my property manager. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. I like the apartment and my neighbors are great. Rent prices and deposit amounts are fair for the quality of the apartment. I also like that they are flexible about offering second chance rental opportunities for felons.They advertise their properties as non-smoking, but the ground is littered with cigarette butts and trash and no effort was made to enforce cleanliness until the landlord was trying to sell the property. It is VERY difficult to get ahold of anyone in their office, which was the main issue I had while living here. I did have a few issues with staff being unprofessional, but no issues with rudeness or harassing behavior.
Its alright, just dont expect to get a dime of your security deposit back if you do rent through them. [Expect to owe, they charge you high dollar for anything.] Had to wait a whole year until they finally replaced the broken toilet. They were prompt with every other issue so thats a plus. Not the WORST place to rent from but certainly theres a lot better places to throw your money away at.
Make sure you get your deposit back, they forget to give money back unless you keep asking. Also they keep charging us because of autopay even after we moved out, and still we have not received the money back after more than a month.Wendy was nice but unavailable on weekends when we needed her. I liked the apartment we rented. Price was reasonable, neighbors very nice. Hot water running out quickly was the only issue, they tried to fix it but it was not effective.
I saw a video of how they treated and talked to a friend of mine in the office, cussing him out. All he wanted was his leaking roof fixed and has been waiting almost a month with no response. I have the worst anxiety just watching the video and how they treated him. I feel horrible for my friend and how he must feel. I dont even live there, but can tell that they are the typ of people to get mad when they dont have answers, and they way she cussed at him was just jaw dropping. Blond older lady. And the other lady was a brunette with a tattoo on her arm. Horrible people.
They never came out to fix anything and they use very cheap flooring. Otherwise it was good.
A few hiccups when I first moved in but they resolved things quickly & havent had problems since.
Well these peo people are PrejudiceThey dont care about their tenden .They call the cops and lie about everything and lock up your doors when you are supposed to get your stuff out So theyll call the cops on you and say that you did something you didnt do.the people in the office is very rude .these people need to loose there jobs or shut down there office .So do not rent from there unless you want them to steal your money and take you to court .They steal your stuff to . First id like to say- Im upset i had to leave any stars for this review. THIS COMPANY is the worst company i have ever in my life worked with. I wouldnt wish this company on my worst enemy! The owner of the company Diana & Hailey are the most disrespectful women i have ever encountered in the rental space. Sundial accepted our application, sent the lease agreement for 12 months (they made the lease) after we signed the lease agreement and moved in about 4 days after we were FORCED OUT... ONLY 4 DAYS AFTER GETTING KEYS. HARASSED. to say the least. Hailey and Diana both misunderstood their job and in returned blamed us for the issue to sublease the unit. They installed cameras right outside the units to watch our every move, along with the owners of the property coming by the property almost daily to watch, and harass the lease holders. We were threatened with SEVERAL 10 day notices to leave the property on behalf of their mistakes. Some of the 10 day notices we got (Ex. leaving side gate unlocked, having more than 2 people visit your unit, smoking outside in the back yard, noise, etc) which none of these are correct but this is the way to get you evicted from the units. Which they are very unwilling to work with you and correct the problem. We were threatened to be sued and taken to court. Diana said If you dont leave the property like we are asking, we will keep sending 10 day notices and in Arizona law thats grounds to evict after you get two of the same notices. Im not sure if race had taken part in this companies actions toward us, but it definitely felt that way working with Sundial Real Estate LC. The harassment was next level if you can go rent elsewhere... PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! Which is why this company is a 2.0 star rating, PLEASE check the other reviews as you can see every reviews on this company is below average rating. Save your time, money, and energy by finding another home.
Let me make this very clear. I have never rented from Sun Dial. I was actually declined to move into one of their residents because of low credit. Upon posting my last review they sent me an email with an article about how they could sue me for deformation. (See attached images) Sun Dial also publically brought up my low credit score in their response to my review. Which is ironically deformation on their end. They also said in response to my review that I lied on my application. Which I didnt. When I came in to apply the front desk girl was not polite. I did not have every thing I needed (money order or pay stubs) with me at the time but I came in later that same day with it and they could not find my application. My friend I was trying to move in with came in earlier this week to sign a roommate release form and was told they had not processed my application because they did not think I was serious even though I provided my social security number and money order for the processing fee. The ONLY reason I considered moving into this place was because I do need a place to live and anything is better then nothing. My friend who does rent from sun dial has had many issues with them. They have not fixed things that were wrong with the apartment from before she even moved in. Her bedroom window was broken and it took them a week to fix it. The places they have their apartments are not the best.If you write a review choose your words carefully. I am not saying any of this with malice. Only to inform.
I am not even sure where to begin with the terrible land lord Courtney. On move in day, the house was an absolute mess. The doors were broken, the AC unit was broken, there were broken windows, trash in the house, the electrical system was broken, refridgerator was full of mold, yard full of trash, and Courtney refused to fix any of it until we threatened to sue. When she came to the home to inspect, she literally removed a light fixture, resulting in a hole in the ceiling, and made us pay for a new one. The very first day we were able to move in, the house was broken into. Courtney then proceded to YELL at me saying it was my fault and then refused to respond to many phone calls and emails. Courtney should not, under any circumstance at all, be allowed to have the job she has. A monkey could do better job and would be friendlier about it. Do yourself a favor and do not move into a Sundial Real Estate property. You will save yourself many headaches and literally thousands of dollars in repairs you shouldnt have to pay caused by this company. All photos were taken 9 days after the day I was supposed to move in and start my lease.
If I could leave negative stars I would. The management company is useless. They refuse to take responsibility in any capacity or help the tenants in any way. Julie Yancy is the most unreasonable and disrespectful woman I have ever spoken to. In no way should this woman be dealing with customers. Her emails are illiterate, she’s defensive and rude at every turn and offers no solutions whatsoever. Her boss Diane is no better. Take your money elsewhere, trust me.
Just signed our lease for our second year renting a home with Sundial. Julie has been amazingly responsive, every maintenance request completed, including big ones, within a day or two every time. Even middle of the night requests, mid vacation etc. Circumstances dont matter, Sundial and Julie have always taken amazing care of us making it no question to stay another year.The home is in great shape and has been, the rent is far, but the quality of service and support has been above and beyond the entire time.If you dont want the hassle of dealing with unresponsive, unhelpful, trouble with getting requests fixed, etc, all the issues that plague so many other companies are no existent here.Sundial is a great choice and an easy one for us. You wont regret it!
Am I ready to duplex from them it was great but when it came back to you no end up like certain things when I first moved in the side of the stove was dirty and the bathroom was dirty and I guess nobody live there in a while the dust and dirt in the bathtub and sink but the actual stove was signed at the store with older than she said she coming clean and I told her oh no dont worry about it I got it but when it came time to leave me and my daughter washed the windows inside and out the house was scrubbed and I had they said I needed a cleaning fee so I dont know someone broke up in the house after we left or what happened but I got charged like a 470 $475 cleaning fee and I told her the place was spotless we truck we scrubbed it inside and out a whole day me and my daughter and move the stove we move the refrigerator cant figure out what was dirty in there but apparently something was $475 worth plus my regular cleaning deposit that I left that they took out was I think that was 200 so there you go but it was a great place to rent
I have not an issue with Sundial, all personnel is polite and answers all my questions, I have lived in two of their properties, both times were good.Of course some issues may arise, but they were right on it. Thank you Sundial.

Instead of writing a long review, which I planned to do, just know everything you read is true regardless of what they want to fire back at previous tenants. DO NOT. I repeat. Ive been calling these people about one of their rentals since last week and both receptionist said they would take my name and the woman would call .. its almost the end of the day and still no call... I dont understand how you can be so unprofessional... If someone is calling saying they have the money for move in and interested in 2 of your homes why not get back to that person .. Im going to report them to the better business bureau...

I have not moved in yet, the place I like is being remodeled. Mindy has been amazing to deal with, and never gets mad or annoyed by my questions or bugging her. She always replies in timely manner and is nice. I have seen a lot of bad reviews for Sundial, but I personally have not had a bad encounter with them. I saw that a lot of people said they dont like to speak on phone so I only email Mindy because I know when busy it is hard to be on phone a lot, so I only bug Mindy via email which is totally fine with me because I hate speaking on the phone haha. Once the remodel is done, and I sign lease I can update my review. As of now I give 5 stars because shes been timely, understanding, and very helpful.**UPDATE a month later after previous rating** So I am almost all moved into this place, and the water heater was bad and pilot light wont stay lit, which is something they wouldnt without someone moving in, and turning on gas. Let me tell you that even with all that they have been AMAZING! My previous landlord when it came to requests was not so hot and it took forever. They are on their A game with this, and I will say that the bad reviews I dont think anyone should trust because I have dealt with Mindy, and the other women in office and they all have been wonderful and treat me with respect.I will update again later on so you have a review after living there for a few months.So far I will tell you I am so happy I went with my gut and didnt let these negative comments push me away from this beautiful home.
I moved in a year ago to a unit in Scottsdale. I was breaking an old lease and needed to find a place ASAP. I came across the property, contacted sundial to view it, and I believe I put my deposit down that day not knowing if I would be out of my old lease or not by the deadline. Julie with Sundial was super helpful and patient with me considering there were many others wanting to lease the same property. She also has a quick response when communicating which is always nice.My unit was recently updated and everything looks nice. The building is older, the grounds are kept up enough, and I lucked out with nice neighbors. I really don’t have anything to complain about for the price.There were some things not working upon move in but nothing major. I just noted them on the move in sheet and took pics and videos. I’m sure maintenance would fix them but I am usually not home during the day.Sometimes the water and air go out (just like any other older building) but are fixed quicklyRent is easy to pay online. No extra fees when paid with an e-check. They also give a 5 day window to get rent paid. Super helpful if your pay schedule is weird like mine is.The only con I have is that I never received renewal paperwork until about 15 days before I had to renew. For me it ended up not being a problem because my rent did not increase. Had my rent increased significantly this would have really put me in a bind because then I would’ve only had 15 days to find a new apartment before move out.I look forward to the next 6 months with Sundial and hopefully more.

I honestly haven’t even gotten approved for the place but I feel like people are upset that the management is responding but I mean you can expect to talk to somebody nasty and for them to respond polite. So far every question I’ve had has been answered in a timely manner and everybody has been respectful and knowledgeable about the property. Hopefully I get approved and I cannot wait to reside at one of their units
Do not rent from sundial real estate bed bug infested will steal your deposit and then try to charge you even more money after you have to clean the entire place when you initially move in and out my fiance has done a full repipe up stairs in the attic he had to work on this building because nobody would come out to do the plumbing work months with the ceiling leaking on us the living room part fell in and so did the master bed room closet ceiling that needed to be repaired he also put and installed new faucets throughout the entire rental put new blinds up was told that I could not put a cover over the outside of the blinds so they melted so theyre charging me for the blinds that I purchased theyre trying to double hit both me and my fiance for the same charge trying to get double the money from both of us on our credit anywho please do not rent from this company you will only see hassles from them and again biggest problem is bed bugs along with the horrible paint job inside the property trying to hide all of the bed bug poop they moved me into an apartment locked me into a lease when I was 8 months pregnant and brought in some tweaker guy to spray the apartment while I was pregnant drenching my brand new mattress in Poison my son was in the hospital for 60 days in the hospital could not figure out why he was so sick..... Coincidence I think not.....we also purchased a new stove for the apartment because theyre 1960s or 70s model that they had in there caught on fire we also left that there for them we also left them new fixtures for other bathrooms for the other tenants figuring that they might like new faucets we also installed a new RO system in the kitchen and they are still trying to charge us money in a time that we stayed here not one time were we ever late with this company we kept a clean property we were quiet tenants did everything right I spent hours cleaning that place they had the audacity to send me a picture of the refrigerator saying that I had to be charged for it because it was missing shelves whats funny is that was how we received the refrigerator and I also could not replace it so for almost two years I had to live in a place with no shelves on my refrigerator melted blinds horrible plumbing being eaten alive by bed bugs and yet these people want to charge me more money. Please dont run from them its a waste of time and your hard-earned money.

Sundial is the most honest rental company in the Tempe area. No hidden fees or scams. I was not in a rush to move, so I spent my time looking for a property to rent in Tempe. Sundial was the only company that posted what the actual monthly rent was in their ads. I found most other companies in Tempe I contacted said the price in their ads did not include: binding fees for yard upkeep, non-refundable processing fees, taxes, 1% add on fee, month and a half deposit, first and last months rent, washer & dryer rental fee, irrigation fee, etc. The realtor representing the property for Sundial was courteous, enlightening, professional, and punctual. Sundials property was the only property out of the 20+ properties I viewed in Tempe that was move-in ready and fit for human habitation. Submitting an application with a deposit, signing a lease, and move-in was the easiest rental move-in I have ever done in my entire life. Sundial has an online portal where you can pay your rent, make maintenance requests, and other things. While I have been renting from Sundial every emergency situation on the multi-unit property, that I live in, has been handled immediately and professionally. I highly recommend Hailey from Sundial. Hailey is ambitious, efficient, straight-forward, with a great team behind her. Thank you, Hailey, for your innovation and making moving not so stressfulUPDATE: After 1 year of renting from Hailey Creason at Sundial, I wouldnt choose to rent from anyone else in Tempe. Really great rentals that often don’t show up in other searches. Courtney is an excellent landlord and overseas the property i am currently staying in and will take the time to get back to you on maintenance issues. Not sure about the other reviews, my experience has been that as long as you pay your rent there will be no issues with this company. One small issue is that the management company (not Courtney) uses an online bill pay company that charges a large convenience fee. Mine has been about 26 dollars when I pay rent online.Edit: I got really busy during the corona virus and forgot to it rent till the tenth. I talked to the beautiful and wise Courtney. Courtney said don’t even worry about it. Just pay when you can online. No need to get a money order. Courtney is the bomb.com

I am a current resident of Desert Villa I WILL NOT be renewing my lease and have already begun looking into ending my lease early. Grounds not kept up and no one picks up after their pets. Parking lot + sidewalk lighting is non existent, it is not safe and maintenance requests go unanswered. A young lady had her phone snatched from her hands while she had her key in the lock at her door, and nothing was done to upgrade or increase lighting. Parking is unassigned by management however people will come knocking on your door asking to move your car if you park in their spot? UNACCEPTABLE! Would not recommend living here unless you own a firearm or know self defense to protect yourself.And Courtney is the rudest leasing agent ever. Still cant get work orders completed worst management company ever. Save yourself some time and dont rent here.

Sundial.... instead of management reaching out Friday or Monday today you choose to communicate via a review. Unprofessional once again. Then throw out these accusations. Dissatisfaction and frustration is not a threat. Back to what should be addressed WHEN AM I GETTING A STOVE??? Your agents weren’t there when they came and broke the stove nor were they when the electrician came out so stop stalling and address the issue.

Be careful renting here, management does not care about your safety.Ive sent them an urgent email last week about a crazy tenant that is threatening to hurt other tenants at one of their properties. This guy is not even on the lease here and is a former felon. As a mother I fear for my life and my kids lives everyday and Ive brought this up to Sundial real estate management but I guess this isnt important enough to resolve.hmmmm maybe I should bring it up again when rent is due on the 1st? Or maybe hire a lawyer to get out of my lease because I fear for my safety.We will see.....

If I could possibly give this company 0 stars I would. I rented from them for a yr and had nothing but problems. Theyre shady and try to take advantage of the Tennants. I paid for a company to clean professionally to get my deposit back and they lied and said it was dirty and they kept my money anyway. I have video proof of my apartment and it was spotless. They try and make sure they do not have to honor the lease agreement and I dont recommend renting from this place, EVER!!!! Hailey is a disrespectful and extremely unprofessional manager and she needs to be fired!!!!
I have had the best experience with Sundial Real Estate. They were always quick to respond to any work orders, they had a landscaping crew that came once every week or so to keep the grounds kept, and it was just a pleasant experience overall. I want to give special thanks to the manager, Hailey, shes the best! Any time my fiance or I emailed or called her she would always follow up and see things through. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a pleasant rental experience.
Sundial was very patient and encouraging in the moving process, Hailey walked me through the paper work and I am now on my 2nd year in my apartment. She made sure that I was alright when I moved in. BEWARE. Do not rent from. Reading their responses to tenants should tell you enough about the type of personalities in this company.. trashy. Asked for pet deposit and carpet professionally cleaned on move out yet still took security deposit for dirty carpets that they would legally have to replace anyways how does that make sense?As stated on another review, the house was quote left disgusting which is not true. Its obvious thats there scam go to justification. The house they rented was old and disgusting and after 2 years a tenant it was even more wear and tear.Months after move out they stole rental amount (1500) from our account and then blamed us for not taking autopay off. So you would have just kept our money?They took the entire security deposit based on bs, and had the audacity to send random pictures (some of things there when we moved in). They did no initial walk through but we did ourselves and took pictures. Seeking legal action.
Ive been living in one of Sundials properties since 2016 when I actually decided to move out here to Arizona, I have to be totally honest I havent had any issues with this Management company, every issue with the home that Ive had has been fixed in a very reasonable time frame, and also in my dealings with management any questions I may have someone always gets back to me with a answer in a very timely manner, and last but not least rent has been fair in the last 3 years Ive been here, I would recommend giving them a opportunity to fullfil youre housing needs.
I moved into my apartment at the end of May and love it! Fast service when repairs need to be made, great maintenance crew, professional and great office staff. Its quiet, peaceful, and very welcoming! I recommend anyone who is looking for a place go to Sundial Real Estate!

These people dont even deserve 1 star. Very very rude!! They dont like to come on the phone to speak with clients. Receptionist is very rude that dont let to speak with manager. When I finally speak to manager Courtney (who has no managerial skills) was talking to me as though I comitted a crime by applying to their property. She literally was talking to me like I am some kind of a criminal and I am asking something for free. The place I lived there made some errors and told her that I am still under lease. Then after I spoke and took care of everything. I told Courtney that it has been taking care of and it was just an error. I called and left two voice mails, but Courtney wouldnt bother to call. I will never ever rent with this agency, nor recommend anyone. Be careful everyone!!

We switched to Sundial Property Management a few years ago and can only say we wish we would have found them sooner.The people at Sundial are available to answer any questions and promptly make repairs to keep our tenants comfortable in their homes.Julie always makes sure the monthly reports are available in a timely manner and provides receipts for every purchase. We never have to ask for invoice copies, because they are always supplied at month end.We would recommend this agency to anyone shopping for a property management team.

Best real estate and property management company in AZ! We have been working with them for a while now painting there properties and there tenants all have great things to say about them. They like to keep there properties updated and are always having work done to them from painting to flooring etc. Buying a home soon and I will definitely be having them help me with that, thank you Diana and Team.

Courtney unprofessional as it gets. She lacks any concept of customer service. She attempts to make you feel stupid while on the phone with her. She does not say hello or how can I help you today. You ask her a question and her response is yes. That is about all you can get from her. Its alarming she still has a job. If she does not want to interact pleasantly with the tenants who pay rent on time on a monthly basis she needs to make a career switch. Looking forward to meeting her in person, maybe she just does not know how to converse by phone. Courtney if you read this I hope you will attempt to do better and place yourself in the shoes of the hard working people who pay rent to your company. After all that is the reason you have a job and receive a paycheck.

I have lived all over the country, this is the worst management company I have ever worked with. All you have to do is read the responses to the comments left here. They are so rude they should be embarrassed, not sure why they allow those responses to show online........ Even their employees have commented here. Be smart and go somewhere else. I read more responses after posting this.....wow this management company is a joke.
So far, so good. This agency does a fantastic job of maintaining rules to keep parking in check, and no clutter. The apartment is very nice and theyve always been quick to respond when I called.

Communication was always horrible with them. We rented from our landlord for 3 years, 3 months before we moved out he started using Sundial and it was a nightmare trying to get our whole move out process done. Every time I tried to contact Diana she was not in the office or she was busy and I was told she would call me back. She never would. Usually after calling again I would get a text from her that said the response would go to her email. Super inefficient way to communicate and answer questions but whatever. So then when we started going through the process of turning our keys in and having final walkthrough done did Diana communicate to us what needed to be done and how to go through the process? No. That would be too much like doing her job. I had to call, be told she’d call me back and she didn’t, then call again, then get a text answering maybe 1 of 3 or 4 questions. Then when I tell her communication is horrible she says it’s not because she answers my questions. First of all that’s not communicating. You should be telling people what to do and what to expect before they have to track you down multiple times and ask questions. Just do your jobs. Overall a horrible experience and everyone I talk to about them has a very similar experience.
Feb. 2018 will make 10 years since we moved into our apartment. We have a great relationship with our Supervisor, Courtney and have no problems to speak of about her, Sundial Real Estate or with the property. Any maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly and correctly. We have no plans to move from the apartment that has become our home. Thanks, Sundial!

Holy cow was renting from these slum lords awful. Writing this anonymously because of their predatory tactics in their replies. I rented from these people because I thought I was getting a good deal on an apartment. Boy was I in for a surprise. The first day we noticed roaches. Thats fine, its an apartment we are bound to see a few. Nope. There were more and more every day. The appliances were more dated than Nixons presidency and the management was terrible. Any time you called these people they sounded like you were an inconvenience to them. When in reality, they were the biggest inconvenience to us! Be aware of who you are renting from. Now that I know, I wouldnt touch sundial real estate with a ten foot pole.
Ive read a lot of negative reviews about Sundial but I can honestly say that my familys experience was great. Diana was responsive and helpful the couple of times we needed her. They were very easy to work with. The only negative feedback that I would provide is the girls that answer the phone(s) in the office arent that friendly...they arent nasty either, just not overly eager to help out.
These people broke so many laws. Diana Creason told us which I still have in writing bring me the rent by the eviction date prior to court. 1300 I brought this lady when she intended to still push eviction which I just found out that’s the illegal part. When we first moved in it was filthy never cleaned or maintenance prior or during our stay. Than she refused our checks but yet accepted them plus the check St Edwards. This is the lowest scum of person on Earth I ever met. She thinks I am mad about getting evicted. No I am not mad I am mad that I have to fight this and take time off of work to make sure my name is clear which it will be according to the courts and plus my mama 😉. Never mess with a judges daughter! !
Rented a place for 9 months and moved out the minute my lease was up. Landlords, if you want quality tenants who will pay on time and renew their leases, dont use this company. Paid every month, on time, and got out as quick as I could. On the day of move in I discovered half the outlets didnt work. Also, none of the phone jacks worked and I couldnt hook up internet. The ceiling fan stopped working. The garbage disposal didnt work. The dishwasher backed up every time you ran it. Sundial was uninterested in fixing these things.No one will return your calls. Courtney was always busy and was rarely available take your call. If she did take your call, she was rude and snarky. Forget about a courteous response to an email. I finally got them to agree to send someone out to fix the issues after a month. He didnt bother to show up the day we were scheduled. Another week goes by and he finally came to fix the dishwasher, but just shrugged and said Id have to call the manager again to get the outlets/phone jacks/ceiling fan fixed. Long story short, nothing else ever got fixed. The most ridiculous thing is that Courtney advised me fixing the electrical outlets and phone jacks is the tenants responsibility.I did get all of my deposit back when I moved out though, so great job doing the absolute bare minimum of real estate management.
In 2010, Jeremy sent me a notice that the internet would no longer be paid, but they shut off my electricity! Beware! Also, paid rent by sticking it under their door (why not have a drop box?), they said they didnt receive it, took me to court for eviction!! I had receipt and the court dismissed it! Hoo ah! Hee hee
I needed an apartment within 2 days and David of Apartment Options referred me to Diana of SunDial Real Estate. I spotted a real nice one on their list ..everything went quick..my credit is not the best... I was thankful I got approved.. I LOVE the place Im in.. Its 8 minutes from my work, has a backyard and front yard ..neighbors seem quite welcoming. Wouldnt need to ask for more A++ customer service and quick response from them was worth the visit, I moved in the next day! :)

READ AND TAKE HEED!!! I read the reviews prior to renting with this company and thought it couldnt be that bad, however IT WAS WORSE!!! I rented an apartment at the Arbors in Tempe. Aside from Diana Creason being the rudest and nastiest person Ive ever had to encounter with an equally rude staff, the apartments just are not safe. The windows are made of plastic and easy to break without real locks. The water heater leaked for weeks and I went 3 days with no hot water because she sent her nephew in law to replace it and he never installed a water heater. Eventually she sent her husband. The entire area where the water heater is located is filled with black mold. The company rented an apartment 2 doors down to a prostitute and her pimp and yes I was outside when the police arrested her for it. A few weeks before that the police raided an apartment because they were selling drugs. Do yourself a favor and believe what you see in the reviews. Update to response from management: I m on here to respond because I feel very strongly about this issue because I read the reviews and ignored them! Read all the reviews, the majority are 1 star. Notice in the response she said nothing about the mold, the drug raid or the prostitute because it is true. Also, the plastic windows you can get into with a butter knife are ALL true about the property. If you go visit it check and see also request to see the water heater. I stayed because I have a work contract and I got to work in less than 5 minutes from that location plus I have a firearm. That is it. I did not address the other issues I had with her personally on the review but there are plenty. Pay attention to what people are writing in these reviews also read the management responses- a lot of those are rude and nasty as well. She even told a former resident she would rate them with 1 star. A true testament to how unprofessional the manger really behaves. We all are busy but several of us have taken the time to write about our bad experience to save others from experiencing the same headache.
Absolutely horrible. Will not take your name off a lease then comes after you months later for damages and threatens you. I lived with a roommate. I had to move back home so out of state, my roommate was staying there and moving her cousin in to replace me. I called multiple times to have my name taken off the lease. Diane never returned my calls or got back to me after multiple attempts. And now 5 months later is trying to threaten me and come after me for damages. I took pictures of the place before I left. Recorded every message I left for her to take me off the lease. She keeps you on there and then tries to get more money out of you. Shes very unprofessional and rude. N not respond to her tenants. Flat out does not do her job. Do not rent from her. She will take advantage of you.5 months after I tried to take my name off the lease. You have had my email since then. Why has no past communication been had? You are confusing hostile with your lack of getting back with your tenants .You were in the wrong for not doing your job. I dont believe im being hostile. I am rightfully upset over something that you should have handled over 5 months ago. Anyone in my position would be upset. Instead your trying to make yourself look better. Or you could apologize for your mess up and neglect of your duties and none of this would be happening. And looking at other reviews. 2.7 star review, Im not the only one going through problems with you.
Its quite surprising to read negative reviews about Sundial here.... I have had only delightful experiences with Sundials property management, and Courtney has been quite remarkable in every way! When reading a review you must consider who is writing it - and if youre a troublesome tenant who got evicted for criminal behavior - well, youre going to leave a bad review. Personally, my tenants are happier now than theyve ever been. As a real estate investor for over 15 years, I find Sundial to be the best, most efficient and helpful management company I have ever had and I will continue to recommend them!
Very good real estate cpmpany, fair and nice. Only problem is with maintenance. I dont even call anymore to get maintenance to come over when I need something done. Otherwise they are a good company.
Please do no rent form Sundial Real Estate. They will not fix your issues and will send letters all the time for stupid issues. Then charge you for the letter. Complaints about kids making noise. Upstair unit. I cant do anything if the tenants can hear the kids. Kids will be kids. Customer service is rotten. They dont respond. If you see some of there comments to customer complaints really unprofessional.
Awesome company, prompt, reliable, great value, the Cadillac of Property Management. The staff really care about pleasing Owners, Tenants and people. Diana, Courtney and Nicki and the rest of the Team at Sundial are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In a word theyre Superb!!
I moved into my apartment and the dishwasher started leaking, I called it in to the office and Diana had a maintenance man out there within the hour and bought me a whole new Dishwasher from Home Depot. This was the fasted service Ive ever had. I am so thankful, If you get an apartment make sure you get Diana. She has put up with my stress level and still was sweet to me. Xoxoxo

I had an overall good experience with Sundial. Courtney was a pleasure to deal with the few times I needed her. One of my work orders took a bit longer than expected to be fixed, but most importantly it got done eventually. I would sign another lease with this company had my needs not changed.

This place is highly unprofessional and completely neglect their tenants. They also hike up the rent 10 or 20 bucks here and there, every couple of months or so, without notice. Bunch of con artists run the place. Id give negative stars if it were possible.Also, you can see their nasty responses. Perhaps their tenants might respect them enough if they extended the same courtesy to begin with. And youre right, I did leave some of my possessions in the house because I woke up and found my mom dead when she was visiting, so yeah, I had a family emergency and left in a hurry. The fact that youd like to shame a former tenant by posting photos when you dont know anything about the situation under which I left is, quite frankly, appalling. Id have cleaned up a lot better if you werent a complete KUNT the entire time we resided their. But since you werent, I didnt see helping you out as a pressing issue. Sit and spin, lovely. Also, I could care less about collections since I just learned about it from you. So its clearly not bothering me. I gave 30 days notice and you still evicted me somehow, which is a little irritating and something only a CON would do, but Im not losing sleep over it. Tootles!
This place deserves a zero!! Worst place to ever rent from. Roof is completely destroyed and leaking. They supposedly fixed it 3 times and it still has a huge hole. Worst customer service in the world. The girls are rude and don’t care to take care of any of the problems and have an attitude when talking to them. Wouldn’t even have my worst enemy living in this dump. Place is horrible.
Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not care at all about their residents.They took over my complex and everything went downhill. I was added to my friends lease by the prior property management months before Sundial took over.As I went to pay rent in June where we normally would, I was told I have to pay it at Sundial. I contacted Sundial and they had no record of me at all, and would not allow me to pay the rent. As I waited to be added again... of course the fees start stacking up and I got behind. Onward with the eviction.After signing a post judgement agreement, paying them $1000, they still filed the writ and the sheriff kicked me out of my place and again stated since I am not on the lease, I can only grab my personal belongings and had 3 minutes.The staff is very unprofessional and will threaten. They get their kicks off of drama and i am sure they feel great and laugh about kicking peopke out.I will admit that I was late on the rent, and stayed in contact with them, once they dont like what they hear, they will stop communicating.One of the reasons I was late was from heat exhaustion. The ac never worked properly and it was always in the 90s in the apartment. I missed 4 days of tips at work from that.STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Worst. Dont answer phone calls only to eligible residents. They lie about working with people who might not get approved. They take your money for applications. But anyways. I knew I would get approved but still made me waste another 20 on application just to say we arent approved. Thanks a lot.

Great apartments at an affordable price!
I do not blame sundial real estate for what happened to my husband and I, we blame the manager Mendy, because she towed our truck without having any reason to tow it. Now my husband struggles to get to work because that was his working truck and it had tools in it as well when it got towed. We are very upset of the fact that we had to pay $500 dollars and weren’t able to get our truck back. Sundial Real Estate has the worst employers, especially the manager, Mendy, she never answers she is always unavailable. Our only hope is that we can do something about it, because we don’t want this to happen to anyone else. All they care about is money.
Mindy Mindy Mindy, where do I start... well to keep it short and simple, went to go see a property by 26th place and mcdowell TWICE in different days.. neither times was there a key in the lockbox. Even after Mindy told me there was going to be a key in the lockbox the first time around. Come to find out the second time i went the lockbox was empty again. Receptionist (if you would call her that) was very rude and every time I called couldn’t get me through to Mindy. I seriously had to hang up and try again until the call “magically” got through to Mindy’s line. Explained to her for the second time that the key was still not there.. her solution?.. she would give me a call/email letting me know when it would be there. Well more than a day later still no call. Asked Mindy if she had a “manager” she said it was her. Wow. Just wow.Update:Sundial properties,Would you like me to show you phone records and emails sent? I’ll be more than happy to show them publicly with no response thread. Don’t tell me how they “usually” are if they did not act this way with me. And to CORRECT your statement, I went to the property a total of THREE times. And as Of course you will decline, the key was not in the property the second or third time I went.Also, like I said in my statement, when I hang up and called the time I was over 15 min on hold the call went “magically” through to Mindy. I’m sure if you are the manager, you will know about this situation, because I asked Mindy to speak with a branch manager, and she said it was her. So Mindy(manager) nice to know you replied right away at least to this review.
Hailey at sundial made this process so simple I felt at ease through the signing of the lease. I would recommend checking them out I was in and out quick without feeling pressured or nervous. Thank you hailey sooooo much.

I’m glad I didn’t rent with this horrible company. I was trying get a hold of Mindy cano to ask her some questions about some apt. She never got back to me. So email her. Asking her to please give me a call because I wanna ask her some questions about the apt and she rulely said no. That it was better if i just contact her on email. What a great way to to business!! Way to go Mindy Cano!!
Sundial defiantly gave my husband and I chance For some where to live. Diana has been fast at responding and maintaining our needs. Ive had nothing but a great expirence! We really appreciate it!
