We just re-sign our lease and have lived here for about a year now crystal and Stephanie are amazing people! The maintenance team really takes care of the property I always see them cleaning the pool almost every day in the morning and cleaning the lawn every morning as soon as I put in a request they came within 1 to 2 days they really care about us! The apartment is really nice for the price that you pay and I’m so happy that we found this place when we did!

I moved in recently and I have to say... What a great place to be! The space has a great modern feel and the apartment is a good size apartment. At move in the apartment was spotless and ready to go. After being handed the keys I had a few more question and request for the office and I have to say Hands down, Crystal/Stephanie, the manages they are amazing. Crystal the manager has been very professional, answers all questions, reply’s to email requests with in 24 hours of receiving my email. She has been one of the best manager that I’ve ever had at a community and its clear that she really cares about her residents. With any place, you will find things you dont like and here is no different. However when they hear or see something that isn’t right they FIX IT! Oh and when the phone rings they answer it! They are always happy to help.The community is also excellent, people here seem to be friendly.The property and pool is always clean and kept up with witch is really nice to see. My neighbors quiet and a pleasure to know. What more could I ask for!?

We have not moved in yet, but were approved! I am very impressed with this property so far, clean, large, courteous staff, Oodles of amenities!! I cant wait to move in, and will update my review after I have been here for a bit, But I do hope and think I am going to love it!!! Mesa, here we come!!! :)

This is my first apartment and I must say that I really love this place. From the office to maintenance, these guys are always on their A- game. I’ve never had an issue with this team. They are welcoming, awesome and solution driven. This is home and I recommend this place to friends and family. I appreciate the help I get from the guys in the office when I have questions. Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews! People must not get their way and then cry about it behind a keyboard. The community is so nice! The place is always picked up and clean... the new manager in the office is SO sweet and is on top of things. I’ve been here a few years now and this new manager is really making the place great. I’ll be renewing my lease for sure. Come check it out! It’s a great place to live!

Being someone who works in Online Reputation Management I understand the importance and necessity of reviews. Generally I do not take time to write them as I feel most of my experiences arent worth sharing. This would be an exception. I noticed that they seem to be somewhat active in responding to reviews and are curious if they will notice this one.I am a new tenant (as of 8/10/19) and was instantly in love with the place. In fact, as I get more and more unpacked and settled I find more to love. However, there have been a few instances that have more than put me off. First and foremost the apartment was not cleaned in the slightest prior to move in (unless you count a fresh coat of paint on every surface cleaning). The bathrooms were yellowing on the ceiling, tubs still had dirt stains and water marks/calcium build up. Behind the washer and dryer has obviously never been touched. Cobwebs abundant around the entrance and the patio. To add on top of this their walk through paper work asks you to sign stating that you found the apartment clean, livable, and pest free. Well it certainly wasnt clean, and I have more to add about pest free...Within the first 15 minutes of getting the keys and walking through the house I found 3 beetles (possibly baby cockroaches) and multiple spiders. I instantly reported it to the front office and was told they would put my name on the list for the weekly pest service. Fine, I get it, its Arizona and we have bugs. I had certainly not expected this many however... They are in every room and to date I have killed at least 20+Now none of this would normally be enough to get on my nerves. What I am about to state is the straw that broke the camels back. This morning while I was at work my Girl Friend (who is also on the lease) called me to advise that we received notice about our Animals. Claiming that we are not allowed to have them as we did not pay the pet deposit, pet rent and we have more than 2. Normally I would understand that, except both of us had turned in our service animal registration, meaning they cannot deny us of our animals nor charge for them. When asked about the notice they claimed that they never received the paperwork (even though we have emails to prove otherwise) and that we have received complaints that we do not clean up after our animals, which is why they took action. Funny, seeing as my girlfriend and I take the animals out together and have our own bags with which to clean up their droppings which we deposit in our own personal garbage. Would they like me to start providing evidence of my clean up by bringing it directly to their office? Even more ironic is that this very morning I stepped in animal feces that had not been cleaned up and in fact smeared all over their sidewalks. I took time out of my work day to address this with the office over the phone. To which I was met with an antagonizing tone and accusations.As stated, I personally love the space in which I live. So far I am not a fan of the people running it. They have lost paperwork numerous times already and seem to be rude/abrasive/whatever adjective you would like to describe them with. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 simply for the property. Maybe I could be swayed to update the rating later down the line should situations improve. I look forward to their public response to see if it is another generic copy paste about how they care about my input and are sorry for the negative experience.Sincerely,Will

Ive lived here a while now and wanted to thank MEB now that they are in charge. Maintenance is fast and fixed the first time. Rent price is very good and they are making many improvements. The Team in the office is awesome and the maintenance team is awesome as well. Safe nice clean place to live.

Recommend 100% friendly staff awesome maintenance,i really felt like home here it was sad that i had to leave for personal reasons. but over all my stay was great!

This place Sucks Do Not move here !They will not forgive a single penny ! If you late on rent you better believe they will take whatever cash they are legally able to.I’ve been here for nearly 2 years and ran into a short financial bump and they were not having it 😂 not even 1 penny .Just Payed 1/2 my total monthly payment in Just Late fees. You can do the Math

Lived here for just under a year and I thought it was great. Management staff are friendly and prompt also switched recently and are no longer GreyStar. Maintenance staff repaired things quickly.Never had any safety issues on the property. The amenities are nice. No hidden fees like other complexes. Parking is free and first come first serve (never had any issues).Property is always clean and well cared for. I would def recommend this place to my friends.

I love this place, never had one problem with them. Ive lived here for about 8 months now and if I didnt have to move, I would definitely re-new my lease. Maintenance literally took no longer than 10-30 minutes to show up at my door if I ever had an issue. And honestly, the only issue that I DID have was my AC freezing up during the summer. Most likely because I ran it non stop. Otherwise, nothing. Office staff is nice. Workout room is open 24/7 which was perfect for my schedule. I never once saw a single bug in my apartment. I have zero complaints about this place. Definitely the best apartment Ive ever lived in.

Since the moment I walked in, I was ignored and felt I may Not want to live here. But gave it a sevond chance, which was wrong. Thru claimed my app was denied and my bf was good, thru called him the next day stating he was denied. I even stated if satisfying the debt, will allow an approval, I was told it has to go through another approval. Lmao YOUR NOT IN SCOTTSDALE SO DONT ACT AS IF!! And learn HOW TO GREET PEOPLE AS THEY WALK IN -SIMPLE STUFF GOES ALONG WAYS!!

They’re misleading for one on terms and conditions! Ask question before apply! If that’s how meb runs a business I wouldn’t want to live in their community. Very nasty rude manager too.

Usually when you have to call because the company cant post how much the price range is. Too much. Previous poster was right on the money. Im just trying to find a place that wont break my budget. Apartments get with the program, potential customers will not call usually, nor will they rent from you if you dont post layouts and price ranges. Common sense 101 when trying to sell your apartments to potential customers.

My son in law lives at this complex. We have a pet sitting company. So we set up a table in the office during one of their events to let people know about our services. The staff are polite, professional, and on top of everything! They even have events whereby residents donate items for the needy and hold a raffle for those who give.

Minor move in issues but Nick at the front office was down to earth, and friendly. Maintenance well can be poor depending who they send. All around clean, quite, nice place to live.

I moved into my new two bedroom two bathroom apartment on February 15 had a couple things that needed to be fixed the maintenance crew came in and fixed everything perfectly they were absolutely awesome professional and friendly this apartment is beautiful the neighborhood is awesome and it feels like home already beautiful place

This place is home. Im a person who cant stand bugs of any kind and if you are similar, this is the place for you. The cleanest place Ive ever resided in and on the rare case an issue should arise, its fixed in good timing.

We are pretty happy here. The maintenance wait can be pretty long at times but other than that, no complaints. The office staff is very friendly

I´ve been living here for over a year and I can say is the best place I ever live. The office people are so nice and always responsive, have never had any issues with neighbors and they keep the place clean. The only bad thing is the managment of our dumpsters, that is on the neighborhood, people leave the trash everywhere so it looks so bad for the place. But other than that great apartments!

I had a very difficult time here when trying to get things fixed. Id waited a week for a water heater and their solution was to walk across the entire complex to shower in an empty apartment with no shower curtain. I ended up bringing one myself. My AC went out in the dead of summer and I battled with them to fix it and they would come charge it up, it would cool for a few hours then quit. It took 4 times to try fixing it before deciding it needed replacing which took 3 more days. It should have been done in the first place. There was mold where the water heater was and nothing was ever done to address that. The drain on my patio didnt drink properly and when it rained would flood. When the water heater failed and started leaking, it fills the patio and flooded my master bedroom. There were tenants continuously throwing cigarette butts in my patio from the parking lot. The final nail in the coffin was when the unit above me was being made ready for tenants and constant noise and mess thrown over the rail, landing right in front of my patio and whatever they did caused a leak bad enough to food my master bath and caused a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen. The pool closest to my apartment was not open a single time the entire year I lived there. There were never any concessions made regardless of the fact I was never late with rent but Id bet theyd be at my door if they didnt get paid on time, yet I had no recourse for not getting the things that Id paid for. Id had it with the staff and maintenence not taking any interest in any problem seriously and there was no sense of urgency by anyone. I moved out one month short of my lease end and they threatened me that I didnt have the right to move regardless of the problems. Needless to say, they didnt get the rent for the last month, they sent one threatening letter and I sent 4 page letter back to them with my own threats. Id been taking pictures over the past 12 months of all the issues Id had and a resolved date if any and Id never heard from anyone again. Ive heard theyve done some remodeling since then, but the with the tenants noise, smoking everywhere, leaky irrigation around the entire place, it would need an entire rebuild gutting it and starting over. The location of this complex was quiet and seemed secluded but due to lack of tenant control and no security, it got worse every month. By far the worst place Id ever lived. Parking spots were designated but not even close to my unit. Who was the genius planner of that?

I haven’t even moved in yet and have been given conflicting information 3 times from their uncoordinated staff. I paid my deposit three months before move in which was scheduled on the 9th of the month which i found odd in itself.. i asked for the keys a day early and was told this was fine. I call in to confirm on the day were set to sign and am suddenly told this is not okay.. now that i have my U-Haul rented, direct tv scheduled and movers ready... the manager is condescending and thinks she knows the maitenance schedules for every apartment complex in the world. She tells me I’m wrong when i tell her i have to out of my current place WHICHMADE ME PAY EXTRA TO STAY AN EXTRA WEEK OVER by tonight... so my two year old and my dog&i will be forced to sleep in the U-Haul tonight with all of our thingsRegretting ever putting that deposit down. Go elsewhere.

There’s always dog poop in the grass there are cigarette butts leading up to my door way and I don’t smoke cigarettes.When I let the office know about these issues they take note on it but nothing has been done. it’s been a month I put in a work order for something it’s took them a whole month to even come out to look at the issue I told them they did not have permission to enter and I wake up to a maintenance man in my apartment.Outside at night time all the lights are broken on the pathways in the complex and it’s sketchy even going outside it’s pitch black outside you have to watch your back and bring a flashlight And these issues are from Graystar and MEB management MEB is the new company that bought it from Graystar and there are just as bad if not worse than Graystar Oh yeah and all the dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash you can’t even put your trash in the dumpster .also don’t let the newly renovated signs fool you all they did was slap smelly brown paint inside and outside of the cabinets One of my cabinets smells so nasty like paint and mold I had to completely seal it off.then thay respond and act like thay care fix the problems then....

Just moved here and on top of a great management team the complex is amazing.

The staff were usually nice, but it took a while to get things fixed. I had a problem with my neighbor play music loud in the middle of the night to the early, early morning that kept me and my boyfriend up. It was really frustrating because every time I would complain or call the security guard to check on the guy and try to get him to turn down his music, no one would show up. So, like others have said, the walls were really thin. I could also hear the peoples TV playing below me sometimes too. I didnt have any problems with bugs except for ants, but the lady who took over my lease (I had moved out of state) said that she started seeing cockroaches. They had a free service though to have the pest company come which is good. Overall, the area wasnt the best but the apartment was decent, just not great for comfort or sound, peaceful sleep.

The community is nice. Unfortunately, someone has vandalized my vehicle while parked here. Maintenance was slow to resolve issues that were posted.

WARNING!! WORST APARTMENTS IN THE VALLEY!!Biggest issues:staff are very friendly right up until you sign their 50 page lease. Then theyre outright combative, argumentative, and hostile.A/C and Heater system are very old, with extremely poor ventilation through the units (theres a 7 degree temperature difference between room and thermostat). I was running the A/C 24/7 and still at 77 degrees Fahrenheit. They came out to repair it seven times and got it better, but not acceptable for comfortable living.Walls are extremely thin. Not an exaggeration. I can sing along with my neighbors when they listen to any music or watch any show, regardless of volume.Constant drug use in the parking lots by other Tenants inspite of security presence.Constant police sirens and pull-overs on your block. Very high crime area.Bottom line: This is every cliche wrong with an Apartment Complex you could want. If you read this and rent here, you were warned...

Just inquired about living here. I have never been treated so rudely by a front office. Overpriced and poorly maintained. I will not live here I suggest you do the same.

I currently still live here and wish i never moved in, since i moved in nothing that was promised to be fixed has been. My AC unit has leaked since i moved in and drips water all hours of the day so i have to keep a towel in the hallway or else it will create a puddle. There is a gaping hole under my bathroom counter that most likely has bugs living in it. There is no door on my roommates closet and the door to his room cant shut all the way because the foundation of this building is ruined and the building leans. I keep my apartment extremely clean yet still have bugs crawling around. All of the staff lies and says they will get things fixed yet never do anything. Do not live here no matter what offer they give you its disgusting and inhabitable.
