Beautiful, clean, safe place to live for seniors.

It was time for me to leave my daughters nest, and get out on my own. Encore was the best thing that happened to me. My apartment is beautiful and comfortable, the whole complex is very well maintained and every one I meet are friendly and fun to get to know. Your privacy is respected by everyone, which is nice. Also my children are confident and can relax knowing Im in a secure building in a wonderful part of Mesa.

This is a great place to live. I feel safe, great friends and I’m really close to my grandchildren. Awesome.

What a wonderful community. The apartments are really nice, spacious and well maintained. The people make the community and the people at this one are absolutely top notch. My family sincerely appreciates all of the love an compassion they showed my brother Mike.

Great place for Independent living. Good Social Community. Very close to Mesa Arts Center.

Lucked out when I applied ...summer of 2016,..wait list short & my view etc is great ....

This complex is a fraud! My senior aged mother wanted a new home and gave them a deposit. By the time the office (Kimberly) responded she said our time was up for her to get the deposit back. She didnt get the apartment or her deposit. The people who are running this place are a fraud.
