My husband and I love our apartment so much. I love this area, it is so peaceful and calm. Management is so sweet and helpful if you ever need anything.

I only lived here for 6 months until I lost my job. I cannot say enough good things about Vicki and Craig. She found a resident to sublet and offered to help me in any way she could. The absolute best thing was the neighbors! People I barely knew came knocking on my door to ask if I needed help. Before I knew it I had 5 people that just jumped right in loading my trailer. They worked for hours and asked nothing in return. I will be forever grateful to all of you! ❤

Ive been a resident at Copper Point for 3 years. It is safe, quiet and friendly. Vicki and Craig are awesome. Craig fixes whatever issues you might have very quickly and Vicki is very kind and cares about her residents. Management is up to par on making sure it is a safe and clean place to call home.

I started looking for apartments in this area because I got a new job close by . Commuting from an hour away isn’t very fun so I was eager to get in the Mesa Gilbert area right away . I found these apartments online and wanted to overlook them due to the reviews but the floor plans spoke for themselves so I gave it a shot and planned to come look at them . The day I came by the one bedroom one bathroom was ready after being completely remodeled and renovated. I fell in love. I only came to look and ended up bringing a security deposit and application in the next day to get approved . The grounds seem safe I wish it was gated however you can’t have everything you want in an apartment. Almost everything I required was all jam packed into this beautiful apartment. A decent location, a unique lay out, a decent price, a garage, and upgrades . I’m thankful to have found this place and will update my review after moving in at the end of this month .

We lived at Copper Point for almost 2 years. The last 9 months we were on a month-to-month lease due to the fact that we were looking for a larger place (4 of us in a 2 bedroom) and didnt want to have to pay to get out of our lease when we found something.We were so excited when we found the perfect house to rent with everything we required (kids high school, extra space, yard, etc.) UNTIL . . . we received an invoice to replace the carpet.According to my husband, Vickie, the office manager, and he had agreed prior to our move that she would make arrangements w/ the new tenants to have the carpets cleaned. We had not rented previously, and found this to be helpful and not unusual necessarily. In addition, I knew the new tenants, so I could make sure everything was followed through with regarding the carpet. Instead, Copper Point-MEB took the opportunity to replace the carpet w/o attempting to clean it or notifying us of the change.I HATE CARPET, so in the short time we lived in this complex we cleaned the carpet in the living room twice (once w/ a rented commercial machine) given the fact we have two dogs in a small space. Had we had the carpets cleaned ourselves, Im positive everything would have been acceptable. Instead, we get an invoice stating that Copper Point-MEB decided to replace the carpet THROUGHOUT the apartment and we have a balance due.Honestly, we enjoyed living here, but this experience was souring. My suggestion, should you decide to make Copper Point-MEB your home, clean your own carpets when you leave and avoid the help.

We rented for two years with this managment. Vickie and Craig did an outstanding job facilitating our needs and welcoming us home . More pros about the place is naturally lit high ceiling positive vibe apartment, high pressure water is always hot and the Garage is a bonus too for the toys ;). Theres no gym or park but it still made me happy to call this place home while our lease lasted.

Quiet, friendly, clean environment. Management is very good. Vicki cares about the residents here.

The Manager Sharleen is very racist. Its incredible to believe that anyone living in the 21st century is so closed minded and racist. She said no one with out a legal status could or would live at Copper Point apartments even though the person on the lease is legal and well capable of paying the rent.She also commented that Janet Brewer would not allow the Obama Deffered action to pass and even asked if the person without legal status jumped the border. How is that her business? If I would have know that the person managing these apartments was so racist, I would have never even bothered to look into moving in to them. A deposit of $200 was given to reserve the apartment until it was ready to move in on September 1,2012 and on the day of the lease signing she said no one illegal person could live there and even though the lease was not signed she did not want to return the deposit for the apartment. Of course I will sue.
