Waited to write a review about Bella Victoria Condos/Rentals. This place is very nice and the grounds are well maintained. Family oriented yet very quaint. Two gorgeous pools and a dog park that is clean and maintained nicely. The pictures online dont do this community justice. The office staff is friendly and courteous. They made my move pleasant. Would recommend this community to anyone.

At Bella Victoria, Lacey and Shawnelle are awesome. They are quick to respond to your emails or phone calls. The Maintenance crew are always courteous and very efficient when they come to take care of a repair or just changing out the air conditioner filter.

Love it!!! Its quiet, gorgeous and the floor plans are awesome. The front office staff, Lacy and Shawnelle, are super sweet and will do whatever they can to make sure your move-in is seamless and peaceful. I love that I have an attached garage and extended driveway. I have a patio and I sit outside when it cools off with a glass of wine and chill. Enjoying everything about my new home!!! We just moved in here about 3 days ago. Usually I wait about 6 months but there’s no need here. From the first time I reached out to Lacy on inquiring living here, absolutely EVERYTHING has been extremely AMAZING! I told Lacy about the road blocks we were having on getting accepted in other places. She listened, walked me step by step how the team works and other ways they can help if we don’t get accepted. Let me tell you, I never had an experience like this. The communication with Lacy never stopped. She was on it! I wrote, she responded in minutes. She was just phenomenal and with her hard work, we got accepted. I trusted her so much I didn’t even bothered looking at the place. When we received our keys, HOLY COW! This place is just stunning. It’s beautiful, clean, amazing staff... just a beautiful, peaceful place to call home. The pools are fabulous. The kids park it’s covered, which I love. Pet friendly, absolutely!! We can step out for my fur baby to do his business with shade throughout. The rocks are not tough on his paws like many places. The dog park, is HUGE! Grassy... I’m just in love ❤️ My daughter finally sleeps through the night. There’s no rude neighbors slamming their doors or shot guns during the night. I’m happy and at peace we found our safe Haven.

The management team (Lacy and Shawnelle) are absolute dreams to work with. Everything was as promised, and the environment was extremely clean and well maintained. If not that we were able to purchase a new home, we would have happily extended, as I could not imagine a better place to rent! Very family oriented and an extremely friendly community.

I moved in here November of 2020, the process was very easy. They allowed me to pay my deposit early which was great. Move in was easy, and the ladies in the office have been amazing. They help me withe everything I need and QUICKLY. The longest Ive waited for an email reply is 5 minutes. The ladies are on top of things, its a quiet CLEAN complex. No dog poop, no loud noises. The quality of the apartments are worth the price, and all the neighbors are so nice. I will update my review after living here longer but so far, I love it.

My wife and I absolutely loved living here! We had the three bedroom and it was a great size and the amenities were amazing! Dog park outside the back door, a playground for the kids and pool/gym just a small walk away. The best part is it was a smoke free environment!!! We didn’t have ANY issues with other residents and the staff was on top of anything we asked! We only left because we needed more room with three kids otherwise you really have no reason for leaving this great community.

Moving in has been a breeze at Bella Victoria! The staff is amazing, the neighborhood is so quiet and clean, and the property and interior are just beautiful. We almost feel like were on vacation living here compared to our previous apartment complex. Living right off the 60 and 202 is really convenient as well.Parking for guests might be a little difficult in the future but definitely manageable.

I just want to say that this was the best apt place in East Valley. The staff and the mangers are great. Also the maintenance crew devin, geno, and Carlos are the best working people around the clock to make sure everything functional around your apt and the property. I would stay longer but I found a home for my family. Once again thanks guys for your great support and services. Bella Victoria is one of the best.

I would never recommend this place. The surveillance is horrible when someone steals from your patio as well as if an incident occurs verbally or physically with other neighbors. Their excuse is they have other things to do besides look at surveillance all day. You are asked to call and file a police report but when you do, you get penalized even if its not your fault. The maintenance people were great but front office staff were horrible once you have an incident occur even though it isnt your fault. Also, there is alot of pot smoking in and outside the homes and the smell is horrid. I have never been in a situation where I was denied an apt for loud noise and not being written up for it. The front office did that which caused me to lose my holding at an apt i was applying for. Dont get on their bad side and watch your back an every move.

Really nice place, with great staff and very well maintained. Enjoyed all the amenities and the sunsets were great! If you dont like this place, its probably because you didnt follow the rules. We always felt safe in the security of a gated community.

From start-to-finish, this was the best relocating decision I’ve made. I’m a traveling nurse (AZ-CA) and Bella Victoria was more than accommodating with my needs. The community manager Lacy is an absolute pleasure to work with. The communication I received while traveling was stellar. Lacy spoke with my sons, and she provided them clear instructions as they helped fill in the gaps during my absence. I have a lot of unpacking to do but I feel at home and an overall sense of security within this gorgeous community.

Over my years I have lived at many properties... but to be honest, none of them compare to Bella Victoria. I moved across country to come here and didnt view it in person, so at first I was a little hesitant going off of google reviews and seeing the website. But 7 months in, I love it here. Very safe community, the ladies in the leasing office are great and very helpful! The maintenance crew is very good as well, anytime I make a request on the website, they make sure to make it a priority. I normally try apartments out & If I dont like them just move to another one after the lease is up. Can definitely see myself living here for a while. I recommend this place to anybody!

The bird nest was removed, but all the bird “Poop” is still there, so all the ants are also still at my front door!!

My family and I lived here for over two year and we just recently moved out. I absolutely loved my stay at Bella Victoria and was highly satisfied! These are extremely nice upscale apartments that are very well maintained. The best part of living here was the excellent leasing staff. Lacy and her leasing team Shawnelle are superb and exemplified true professionalism and outstanding service to current and prospective tenants at all times! They made both my move-in and move-out process as seamless as possible with minimal stress. This is one place I truly regret moving from because of the leasing office and maintenance staff. They are literally the best Ive experienced at any apartment Ive ever lived in and that is a true statement! I would recommend this place in heartbeat to anyone! The apartments themselves will draw you in but the staff is what makes you stay!

Lacy and Shawnelle and the entire maintenance crew at Bella Victoria were some of the best to work with! I lived there for 2 years and they handled everything with class and were kind and professional and felt like family the entire time! My apartment was awesome and one of the best places Ive lived at! The apartment was inviting, clean and comfortable with awesome appliances and a gorgeous kitchen! It was the perfect home for me. I will miss it very much!

The apt is new and nice staff is super friendlyUnfortunately there is room for improvement when it comes to the pool at the back of the community. There is constant late night partying at the pool. Which unfortunately the pool is 24 hours so this goes on a lot and it’s primarily one family with loud music and they bring lots of guests.. They are out there drinking all day into the night and kids screaming until one am in the morning playing in the pool.This is to be expected in an apartment complex to a degree. But being the pool is 24 hours that is a issue. You can even hear them with all of your windows and doors shut, We pay very high rent and we should have set hours at the pool. We have let management know and they advised us to call the police do to the noise which I feel law-enforcement has better things to do than to police a pool that should be shut down at a certain hour.

I recently just moved out of Bella Victoria after 3yrs, because my lease ended. The management team is PHENOMENAL especially Lacy! Because she really takes care of the tenants! And she also gives it to you straight and direct. Especially in a society where most people are actually fake, it’s nice to get someone that can just be fully honest with you. If you have any questions concerns or needs in regards of living here she will give you the best information as honest as she can be. So there are NO surprises, that’s the one thing I really appreciate about living here. Honest Management.

This was a nice clean place to live! I loved having a garage and the staff is nice. I only give 4 stars because of the thin walls and overpriced rent total due to the ridiculous amount of low quality direct tv service mandated, and the maintenance is quick to reply but doesn’t actually fix anything until you leave. Other than that it’s great, I wish I could’ve stayed another year but the price is that of a mortgage.

I loved living here this past year! This place felt like home to me! I never felt like I was living in an apartment. I would highly recommend Bella Victoria to whoever is looking for an amazing affordable place to live!!

Late Saturday night I noticed my AC was not working correctly. The temperature in my apartment was rising and I decided to call the emergency maintenance number, not expecting anything to be done until the following day since it was after 12am. I received a call back within a couple minutes and maintenance was at my door within 20 minutes. He had my AC up and running within no time at all and I was able to sleep comfortably. I cant thank the Bella Victoria staff enough for this. I have lived in other rentals before and have never had such a quick response for situations like this. Great staff and great service!

The Bella Victoria management team is fantastic! The property is beautiful and the units are spacious with upgraded appliances and flooring. I couldnt have asked for a better community to live in while transitioning from one home to another. The staff is incredibly kind and diligent which made my stay comfortable. FIVE-STARS to Lacy, Shawnelle, Gino, Devin and Carlos for their compassion to keep the community pristine and the leasing process seamless. I will be forever grateful.

My move in was seamless from the time I decided on Bella Victoria to the day I moved in. I relocated from Georgia and Lacy was attentive, responsive and patient with me during the entire process.

I have lived at Bella Victoria for nearly (2) years now and have been incredibly happy with my time spent here. The management has always been incredibly nice and has handled any situation I have ever brought to them with professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this property for anyone in search of an apartment in the Mesa area.

We lived here for 3 years and for the most part the expierence was really good, ladies up front were always nice and it was a nice community. Just there was NEVER any parking. If you have to work late you are out of luck cause there will be nowhere for you to park. The price was the main thing that pushed us to to moving out. It was so darn expensive that we just bought a house to save several hundreds a month. I get it, you are paying for apartment and amenities but truth is youll never use them. We just couldnt live comfortably with covid going on it cut our hours so it wasnt working.

Weve been here one month, and the service request response time and work quality have been excellent.

Each time we have a maintenance request the folks at Bella Victoria respond quickly and efficiently.We are very pleased to be living here.

I emailed the office in regards to getting a new refrigerator filter and a light bulb for the outside front porch light. Lacy was on top of everything and had maintenance drop off the items to our front door right away. We were very pleased.

The Staff has been a great wonderful blessing. They have worked with at any given time that I needed it. I have given them a 10 stars for excellence and awesome attitude and behaviors. I loved being here and showing off the beautiful new place to my family and friends. They liked the home so very much that my roommate doesn’t want to leave. This apartment is top notch. It is well appointed and very clean and well kept. FriendlyManagers are readily available if you have a question or have a request.Maintenance department responds quickly. The location is very convenient.Bella Victoria is the place to rent.

We needed a short term apartment while we waited for our house to be ready. Not only could we stay month to month, they also had a furnished model so we could put everything in storage. The garage was a plus and included a charger for our electric car. I would stay here again!

This is by far my favorite place I’ve lived at. The apartment itself is beautiful and completely upgraded. And as far as the staff goes Lacy at the office is always amazing and super nice and maintenance as well! Not that I really needed anything. I think I used them once. Definitely recommend.

Lacy and Shawnelle are GREAT. They made my transition from Texas to Arizona as smooth as possible. Great living community, great amenities and great people. This quite, luxury community will make you feel at home for sure. Neighbors are friendly, courteous and helpful too. The maintenance staff are amazing. Very knowledgeable and understanding as well (Devin’s my fav).The rent is a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for, literally. Had I not experienced COVID-19; I’d still be resident today. It was a great year living at Bella Victoria and I so wish I could have renewed my lease.As far as the other reviews, everyone’s entitled to their own opinion and all experiences won’t be the same, but sometimes we have to try things ourselves to be able to formulate our own opinion. Lacy and Shawnelle are the epitome of individuals who would go above and beyond for their residents (within reason). In a time when they should be bringing the community together they think that it is better to push them apart when utilities are making sure that their customers have necessities MEB thinks that your car should be towed and lose your job if you dont get laid off from a pandemic

Bella Victoria, nor MEB Management, cares about the health and well being of their tenants. The only thing they care about is the rent check.I have had an on going issue with my front door leaking. It took three months the first time to get fixed (mid Jan 2019 - mid April 2019). It took two months the second time (11/22/2019 - 01/28/2020).On 3/11/2020 the door started leaking again. Property manager took some action that day but I havent heard a peep since. I wasnt offered a fan to dry the trim to prevent mold growth from happening AGAIN. I pay a lot of money to live in a luxury apartment complex and shouldnt have to babysit the office to make sure a health and safety maintenance issue is fixed in a timely manner.I voiced my concerns about mold growth from the water intrusions during the first round and they were ignored. During the second round when they removed trim there was obvious visual evidence of mold that they consciously tried to ignore and hoped I wouldnt notice. They consciously were going to put my apartment back together with active mold growth and do nothing to contain it or clean it.I reached out to MEB Management but that ended up being pointless. Obviously, a business needs to make money but when youre willing to sacrifice the health and safety of your tenants to pad your profits, you have ventured into very ugly territory.BV lied to my face almost the entire time that there is nothing they can do about warranty issues and their hands are tied because of that. That is 100% NOT true - put in a 5 day request for repairs and they absolutely have to make sure the warranty team completes the work. It is the law. The fact that it even get to that point is ludicrous.The mold might have been making my dog extremely sick. There is a chance that is not the case (still doing tests) but he had episodes that resembled seizures on 11/22, 1/4 and 1/15 after water intrusions and mold being disturbed. It could be a major coincidence but we yet dont know. All I know is he wasnt sick before that.Why not move? Why should I have to? Not only does MEB own a ton of complexes in the area moving to a different complex wont guarantee I wont go through the same thing there. I also have incredibly valid/concrete reasons as to why I havent. I am not going to roll over and play dead to a corporation just because they have deeper pockets than I do.No tangible action was ever been taken by BV or MEB to show any legitimate form of remorse for everything I, my dog and parents have had to go through. (My parents are staying with me during their transition in moving to AZ) I was never offered proper compensation that reflected the true hell I have gone through. My apartment was not fit and habitable for 5 months and counting. One could easily argue it never was. I have given them every chance and opportunity in the world to do the right thing and they continue not to.There are a multitude of other issues. The front gates are frequently broken and left wide open for anyone to come through which defeats the purpose of living in a gated community. Most recently the south entrance gate has been wide open for over two weeks - a couple of days ago some dudes drove in here and jacked (in broad daylight) connections off at least two buildings that the fire department would use to hook up their hoses to in the event of a fire. They still havent been replaced.Trying to get rid of me and get me to move out wont stop the door from leaking. The only thing that will change is the person having to deal with / report the issue. Just because I have pointed out problems doesnt mean I am the problem. Treating me as a nuisance and with disdain is despicable. I have been working since high school and almost every job I have has had a customer service / sales aspect to it. Never in a million years would I ever even dream of treating a customer this way or be able to sleep at night if I did. I have more to say but have run out of characters.

I stayed in two different units during my 6-week stay and they were both absolutely stunning. Lacy Hillard, the Community Manager, could not have been more accommodating. I had timing issues and she did everything in her power to assist me!

We love living here!!! The staff here is wonderful and the complex is so close to shopping and the freeway. All our needs are met here and we will continue to be a resident in the future. And FYI... we were the first residents moving in on 8/16.

Sorry if Im wrong on the name I think her name was lacy but she was really nice,enthusiast and very caring. She helped us out with paperwork and made the process very easy and it didnt feel pressured at all. We toured the apartments and got to see the new apartment that well be living in and also the apartment my sister will be also. I cant wait to live here with my sis as my neighbor 😊 my bf and i can see us living here for a very long time! Also the pool is beautiful just everything here is so inviting and family friendly also its a smoke free community very big plus from me 💝😊

I have been in the market for a new condo recently. I toured at Bella Victoria and could not believe how beautiful the property is! Lacy was the leasing agent who took me on the tour and she could not have been more impressive. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every detail you could imagine.She answered all of our questions and is one of the reasons we are choosing to move here. I have been on a lot of condo tours in the past few months and this was hands down the best and most professional out of all of them. The other agent, Shawnelle, was also wonderful!

I’m not a resident...my boyfriend is but he’s too nice to speak up. Overpriced for what you get. Tons of dirt due to construction...which is not the highest quality. My guess is the property management company is pushing to get the units filled and as a result construction is cutting corners to get things completed quicker. Complex looks nice, and you think you’re moving into high-end apartments, but as we all know, looks can be deceiving.Supposedly residents with dogs are fined if their pets poop on the property, but management either doesn’t enforce this, or those residents don’t mind paying the fines...because not everyone is cleaning up after their pets.

I live next door to this living community. Its still being built and looks clean.I dont know much about it but if I had to live there I think it would be fine.

I’ve lived at Bella Victoria for a few months now and have nothing but great things to say about it. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism of the management staff, as well as the building that I live in.I’ve seen a few other comments regarding the integrity of the construction of the buildings, and as a manager on an industrial construction site, I can confidently say that the construction, of at least my apartment, was VERY well done.

They were in and out and didn’t have any issues.

There have been COUNTLESS problems that multiple tenants have stated to the management but have yet to be fixed. The management cares more about getting tenants money than completing construction on units before new tenants move in. Don’t let the employees “pleasantry” fool you. I know some have moved out shortly after moving in due to the lack of care they gave tenants.

The manager the assistant manager and maintenance guys are all very polite and very helpful it’s a beautiful place to live mostly with kids..👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

After returning our move in document, we were notified shortly after confirming our requests for several items to be taken care of. The next day, all requests were completed.

I love this apartment. Everything is new and so pretty. I moved in March 2018. Nothing has broken and everything works great. It’s at a great location and staff is more than helpful and quick to respond.A few downfalls completely out of managements hands. Mosquitoes are crazy. You open a door more than half a second ten are in your home. But we just had storms so..There are also scorpions. We’ve had three since moving in, one which stung my child in bed. The staff did send someone each time which keeps them away for a little bit.The people living here are the worse I’ve had to deal with. I’d have to say they are the biggest downfall. They drive through the wrong way of the entrance gate, which is extremely dangerous seeing as there’s a sharp corner. I’ve almost hit three people. Also leave their trash/recycling out for daysss which makes it hard to come out of my driveway without hitting one everyday of the week.Last downfall is the parking. I have a large truck and for awhile parked outside my unit which there is LIMITED parking. Idk if anyone even parks in their garage seeing as the spots are always filled up. Since I’ve learned to squeeze my truck in my garage, my guest still never have a spot to park so it’s a real burden.As for price, it is very high, but it’s a very nice apartment I’ve enjoyed being here for the most part ☺️

We really love living here, overall. We have had our issues but Lacy is very responsive and helpful. Devin, is beyond amazing and helpful.The amenities are great with two HUGE exceptions.The mosquitoes here have convinced me that Satan is alive and well. I have had over fifty bites on my body and do my best impression. of a snowman when walking my dog.....in this desert in the Summer. I cant blame management but Ive considered never leaving the house again to stop the bites.Seriously, WHEN are the amenities (dog park, tot lot) going to be finished!?!?!?! I could have given birth to a person in the time that we have been waiting for them to chill with the new buildings and deliver on their promise. We were told at move in that the amenities would be done by December 2017. I would take a picture of our beautiful dirt lot but I might get Malaria if I go outside.The apartments are beautful, I love every thing inside EXCEPT the fact that everything breaks if you look too hard at it. I just tell guests to avert their eyes.The neighbors are a mixed bag, like with any complex.If you have kids, think twice because there is no place for them to play, some of these yahoos drive through the street like its NASCAR (no speed bumps) but if you hold on long enough the tot lot will be done about the same time we send in their college applications.For the price, and I pay a pretty penny, this place is WELL WORTH it. I LOVE it. Management is very helpful as is maintenance, they know your name, they wave, and if you can the three bedroom is more comfortable than any apartment you could find. We love calling Bella Victoria home, and will pay anyone who can come kill these freaking mosquitoes with gold. Freaking nature.
