These people are monsters and they dont treat people with human understanding. They are vindictive and this company only looks out for its pocket book and how to make things cheaper and there pocket books larger. dont live here if you want to be treated with human respect and kindness.

(This review is only about the Maintenance team and not my overall experience here at Waterford)5 Star Maintenance by none other than the best, Lorenzo! Ive lived in the complex coming up on 5 years & Lorenzo has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure any issues are quickly resolved. Most recently, I was out of town and needed the mirror closet doors in my dining room replaced. Lorenzo replaced the mirror doors and moved my dining chairs/table back into place!!! The Waterford community is fortunate to have someone like Lorenzo on their team. There have been tons of other maintenance workers that have come and go, but no matter what Lorenzo has been here without fail.

I have been living here for the past 3 years and I absolutely love my apartment!! Any time I need something fixed, the maintenance always come very quickly. Caroline at the office is awesome and really cares about the complex.

This place is awesome. Caroline the manager takes great care of the tenants and Lorenzo in maintenance along with the entire staff make sure everything is working and you get what you pay for.

Lorenzo did an amazing job fixing the stove, the shower, and the thermostat he got on it the same day I went to the office. The a/c is blowing freezing cold now. Thank you Lorenzo🙏

I’ve been here 8 months and I have no complaints. It’s fairly quiet here and if I ever need something fixed, Lorenz (maintenance guy) always gets it done for me quickly with efficiently. He’s super polite.The office staff are really sweet and understanding. I’ve spoke with property manager Caroline a few times and it’s always a pleasure.

My master bedroom ceiling fan fell down on June 20th, 2021. Im still waiting for it to be replaced and just keep getting the excuse that many things are backordered. Its been almost 1&1/2 months. Us tenants went through 2020 with all amenities closed and no compensation for them. Then in 2021 we were inconvenienced with them painting the complex and little to no notice to clear off our patio/balconies and that people would be on our patio/balconies. The painting project took almost 2&1/2 months and no compensation for our inconvenience. It is a very quiet complex with multiple BBQ and an outside fireplace for entertaining and pleasure.Update: the master bedroom ceiling fan was replaced immediately following the response from management along with repairs to my upper balcony that was causing leaking from my master bedroom ceiling. Thank you for taking care of this problem. I still believe that a compensation for the majority of the amenities being closed due to covid-19 should have been done like many companies did such as auto insurance and other businesses. Thats just good business practices to help everyone through such a difficult time. When amenities are closed for repairs its understandable that is just part of maintenance.

Just updating my review. We have lived here now almost 4 years and its a great place to live! Also the maintenance guys are the best! Lorenzo has been here since we moved in and he is the most friendly guy ever! He and Tony always take care of any issues we have. They are the kind of guys that get to know you and look out for you!! I have never not had them wave and ask me how its going!! They make living at Waterford great!!

Lorenzo -Maintenance Supervisor is Prompt, Courteous & knows what he’s doing. He installed new light fixture in dining area- amongst other things over the course of 3 yrs. I will continue to ask for him for any repairs. He wears his protective mask without me asking and gets work done quick. I work from home and his work is not disruptiveGreat Job Lorenzo!

I recently moved into Waterford Place Apartments. I have a nice one bedroom with a fireplace on the ground floor. I can see it will be most helpful on cold humid days and evenings. The apartment is nicely laid out although the inside doors are a little narrow for me and will not be accessible to a walker or wheelchair. I am a big man so I have found this to be a problem before. Nothing that can’t be overcome. The bathroom is nicely laid out. There is a part of the counter in front of the mirror for those who need lighting for putting on makeup. That is quite uncommon in many apartments I reviewed. The bath and tub are separated from the counter and sink area by a door and has its own ventilator to keep moister down. The tub is full size and has a shelf for soap, shampoos and such. Nice. The counters in the kitchen although nice to look at, are not well built, and there is not a lot of counter space. There is no guide for the drawers and the cabinets have half shelves. The appliances are in new condition and are good quality. The patio outside has a nice view and are accessible from the living room and the bedroom. I was disappointed to find no privacy railing. The staff are top notch. I really appreciate all the help they have provided and the service is excellent. Kudos!!

We’ve been living here for just over 2 years. Property is pretty and well taken care of, landscapers are here weekly it seems! The maintenance guy, Lorenzo has been very helpful! He’s very knowledgeable and gets thing fixed quickly and correctly! The people in the office have changed a lot since we’ve been here but they’ve pretty much all been very nice and helpful.

Id like to publicly thank Lorenzo for his quick response and work that he provided for my family and I. My A/C went out and I notified maintenance through the portal this morning. It wasnt any time before he was knocking on my door and had already taken care of the problem, not to mention bringing two additional filters. He also took care of some minor things that we needed done and it was an overall pleasant experience having him take care of our needs. I appreciate you. Thanks for your help!

Called two days ago to talk to the manager about getting my security deposit back. No call back at all.Lorenzo is the only good thing about this place. I want a call back regarding my security deposit. I have videos after move out and everything was good with the apartment.

We love living here. The pool area is dope, the neighbors are good and Lorenzo is the best apartment maintenance guy I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. He always fixes all of our stuff so quickly and with such a friendly attitude.

My A/C stopped working last night and Lorenzo came out and fixed it first thing in the morning!! I was so happy and pleased with how fast he got it done. The maintenance staff is really awesome here and Michelle in the office is always super nice and helpful too!!

I’m currently moving and have been living here for almost a year and I have to say that my time here was wonderful as this was my very own first home. And the pool was always in good condition and yeah I wasn’t able to experience the clubhouse amenities cause of COVID but in all respects the experience was great. Maintenance in general took some time to get to me but when it came down to it the person who I looked up to and relied on and could trust was Mr. Lorenzo. He always In any situation went above and beyond and this place would not be the same without him. Thanks Waterford apartments and thank you Mr. Lorenzo for caring so much for the residents.

I have lived here for a year and a half and the people in the office are kind. it is a quiet area to live. Mr. Lorenzo, in charge of maintenance, is always available to help at all times and is very quick to fix anything in the departments.

The grounds are well maintained and apartment maintenance is prompt, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Lorenzo is great guy. Low points are that the area could be better, ive had things stolen from my car in the lot, police have been around the complex a few times. Lots of mature foliage around the complex looks great but it invites in so much land maintenance noise its hard to work remotely or sleep in sometimes. Theyll show up with leafblowers on your patio before 7am in the summer.

I put in a work order yesterday for my toilet to get fixed and Lorenzo came today and did a great job he was quick and very nice love the maintenance here compared to my old apartments they would take forever just for a simple fix here they come next day which is great. I’ve always had problems with maintenance but glad I don’t have that issue here.

This place is way over priced. They also do not include water, trash and sewer in the rent price. So, you are paying a mortgage bill to live in an apartment. They only allow one person to build credit, not your spouse. It feels like cops are in this complex almost daily. People dont clean up after their dogs most of the time. I only signed a short lease thank God, because Ill be moving out when its over!

Our toilet kept leaking and Lorenzo was very quick to fix it. Hes always in a great mood and very professional. Huge thank you Lorenzo for always getting our needs met so quickly!!

I have lived here for a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place, the grounds are perfect, I have a renovated 1BDRM, no pests ever and if I have any maintenance issues Lorenzo and the staff always always repairs it right away, the longest ive ever had to wait was 24 hours. I definitely recommend this place

So my bathtub was pretty bad from Quarantine and Lorenzo did the best job I’ve ever seen a apartment complex do before it looks brand new whenever my place needs a fix up on stuff Lorenzo always makes it a Priority to get it done most places arnt like that and that’s also another reason why I love Waterford I appreciate you Lorenzo ! We are newer here but since we have moved in, the neighbors, staff and maintence crew are super kind and very willing and happy to help. Brenda in the office and Johnny in maintenance are very good. Quick, effective and on top of their games. We are impressed not only with the unit, but community and employees here too. Johnny is quick to be here, timely and kind. He is very detailed oriented and great at what he does. When we moved in, Brenda knew exactly who we were and had our keys and packet ready to go. Hassle free environment!

Fast and friendly. Actually fixed the problem and saw another piece of the toilet puzzle that was very close to failure, so he fixed that too.

When we first moved in over 2yrs ago we had no problem getting things fixed right when we put in a work order.So I but a work order in. It was for the dinning room light fixture.The light did not turn light on. So I wanted the problem fixed promptly. So I began analyze the system and discovered it was only the pull switch.It was badAnd really I did not need maintenance taking 3 days to problem solve.So when maintenance does show up he carrying two 4 foot light bulbs.At least he shows up ready, for whos work order. I do not know And states it could be whole light and he will check and be right back. That was 4 days ago. maybe waterford Place Apartments should find closer retail company to get there parts from.Iam sorry there is no score under 1 star.So great place to live if you do not need anything fixed.Plus you will become friends with the bug guy who we have come weekly just to keep roaches down.

I been leaving at Waterford for years and never had a problem with neighbors or the management staff, it saddens me to see the reviews that are only 1-2 stars when it has exceeded my expectations. The maintenance staff is nice as well as tentative:the complex is clean, the management is welcoming, not to mention nice and professional over all a great place to live. I must say the neighbors are nice mostly keep to themselves, I dont see a lot of people moving in and out

A nice complex the property is well managed and they really help us get an apartment for me and my girlfriend. Great location near the US 60, plenty grocery stores and other small business.

The management here does a great and is very respectful with every issue if you are reasonable. Definitely appreciative of Brenda who helped my brother get in here quickly when we were in a pinch. The property is also very well kept and I have plenty of space to take my dogs out!

Went there today to see if they have any apartments available..Michele S just hand me a paper with 2 apartments available in September and October and said I should walk around and see where they are. Wow..! She didnt offer to go and show me where they are located..So I went to another place they show me the availability and walked with me and show me around..

Its an average apartment for the area. Maintenance was good if they were contacted.

I love the new renovated apartments. I used to live here and I’m back again and it looks like the second time around is even better than the first. The office staff including autumn made the whole experience stress free too!

People seem to be very friendly here the maintenance guy so far has been very awesome ! I just recently moved it about four days ago and I have to say that my apartment wasn’t as clean as I felt it should’ve been. Behind the stove in the fridge the side very very dirty I let management know right away about how dirty it was they said they would send somebody the next day which would’ve been a Monday today is Thursday and still have not seen anybody come and clean. I even sent an email to remind them and ask them when I would expect someone to come. No reply as of yet.the laundry closet very gross stains on the carpet. Back of toilet was a bit dirty, Lights in kitchen had lots of dead bugs. Patio had lots of stains. Including the outside closet. So far I am not too satisfied with the way my move-in was especially the way the apartment was cleaned. So I have a year to go will see what happens from here.

The staff always attend to maintenance requests immediately. Always pleasant, both office staff and very friendly courteous maintenance crew! Love and enjoy living here. Quiet serene surroundings.

The front office staff were awesome and they worked really hard to get the apartment ready for a quick move in.

I really like living here. The Waterford family staff always takes care great of us. Thank u to the maintenance crew. I feel very safe when I take our dog out for walks. Altho, I wish other people would pick up after their dogs NOT COOL people. We ALL live here lets make sure we keep our community safe and friendly. Thank u to Michelle and Breanna (sp?) who do an awesome job in the office.

The apartment manager AUTUMN WRIGHT is not a professional woman. She will make a verbal agreement and go back on it and last second you on things she previously agreed to work with you on. If you make any agreement with her make sure you get it in writing because she is NOT a woman who honors her word! Maintenance is very inefficient, you will not get your issue resolved for at least a week after you call about it maybe more. Do not move here until there is new and BETTER management.

Honestly! Filled out an application and got approved the same day. Kelsey in the office was so nice, helpful, and absolutely gorgeous tbh!!!! All these reviews are from straight up angry people, I am beyond excited to move in, these apartments are gorgeous and I saw no evidence of anything sketchy or bug-related going on. They even have 24- hour amenities, not to mention the fitness center. Absolutely love!!!!!

We have lived here for about 5 months and are already talking about releasing once the lease is up. We love the office staff, the complex, and the people around. The neighbors are friendly, quiet, and helpful. In addition the maintenance is within a timely matter, and they are constantly working around our hectic schedules. Great place for a a great price!

Autumn and Brenda. Great mgmt team. Really taking care of the complex and keeping it clean. Fynactivities at the clubhouse which I didnt get too often. Nice neighbors I had too. But it was time to go as retired but if anything ever happens I would definitely move back to Waterford.

If you do not like the smell of cigarettes this is not the place to live. I signed the lease because the lease states smoking should not be a nuisance. I signed a year lease. I didnt have neighbors above me for 2 months. As soon as smokers of cigarettes/marijuana move in. My place smells like second hand smoke and marijuana. I addressed the office about the smoke smell a few times. I have a health condition. I gave them a doctors note stating I get migraines from second hand smoke. The people do not care. I was basically told sorry, they pay to smoke on their balcony. I pay to use my balcony and not smell second hand smoke. I still smell smoke in my place but I have to suffer and not them. I do not speak lightly of these apartments.I tell people its not a good place to live, they say thank you for telling us the truth. I have to open my windows, use my energy to air out the smoke smell. The people that run this apartment wont do anything to the people that are smoking in a building that is suppose to be smoke free. I ever called the Fire department, 2 of the firefighters stated it smells like stale cigarettes.

We moved in last night and so far, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable signing the lease and to make sure the apartment is absolutely perfect. I’m in love with the kitchen, the bathtub, the master closet (oh my god the closet!), and the view from our patio. 😍

Within my 3 years of living here the most hardworking & reasonable worker here is the Maintenance Man Lorenzo. He puts in work Fast & EFFECTIVELY!! My 5 stars is for the Maintenance I’ve received from him while living here

Do not move into this community!!!🤬🤬🤬 12-8-18 we had to move into a unfinished apartment with some of the appliances not working. Far from being Luxury the doors handles looks like orginal hardware, paint on the handles, hair painted in the ceiling in the bathroom, more technician turn over than used car lot sales department. The lack of skill, professionalism and training is embarrassing. In the last 2 months weve had maintenance and outside vendors 5 to 6 times working on the Air conditioning system and its still not working properly..... Stay away from WATERFORD PLACE LUXURY (NOT) APARTMENTS!!!!!! DEC 2019 CANT GET HERE SOON ENOUGH!!!!!

We moved in on March 2015. We were told that the apartment is 100% ready. I can to inspect the place and nothing was done. On top of that this apartment was burned once and the management did not tell us anything about it. The lady who showed us the apartment lied to get us in and said that everything will be done within 48 hours. It has been FOUR years and we still have issues. This place has been through FIVE managers and only two were actually get things done and cared about the tenants. One of the managers (male) and he told me to give him a month before I go with any issues that I had regarding my apartment. Shortly after, he was fired. The company added a CAM fee of $29. The apartment manager said that this is like association fee for cutting grass and fixing things around the property. I never heard anything like this before and I asked around and no other apartments around the area have such thing as a CAM FEE. The parking lot became a mechanic shop and dog shift is all over the place. Another idea that the owners came up with, is to get more money for the tenets. They built a mail room in order for FedEx or UPS to put people’s packages after hours in the mail room and we have to pay a monthly fee to have access to the mail room. For the amount of money that we pay, we do not get a quality of service from the management. The only thing that is good right now is the maintenance crew and they get things done.Since two weeks ago, we had two shootings and I saw too many police cars and a helicopter circling over the property. The last incident was on December 3rd, 2019 at about 10:30 pm. This place is becoming worse and worse every day. Waterford is not a Luxury apartments.

Ive been here for a year and half now I love the that its a quiet place, and that it feel safe. The Maintance are great guys and work orders are quickly completed. Kids love the pool and the play room where they have pool and ping pong tables. They have done a lot this year to improve this place so I know they care.

Very nice and welcoming crew, went there for a tour and we had an issue with one Of the customer who walked in after me for a tour, he got very upset because he had to wait and start attacking the employee ( Siana ) she was very nice and polite to him though he was very rude and interrupted our session, did not understand that she was busy providing me with informationThank you Siana for the Pleasant experience and I will definitely keep the property in mind :)

This place is great. Some of the older apartments need a bit of a refresher (appliances, cabinets, lighting, etc) but the landscaping is well kept and the staff are incredibly helpful.

Management and staff have been helpful and accommodating of all needs so far. overall transparent experience. handful of concerns with the apartment upon move in but nothing they havent been made aware of and assured me theyd take care of!

I like where I live, its been pleasant so far. I have had one or two issues with items getting replaced. The one thing people should know is that every month your bill will fluctuate. There are cam fees that apply and are not set and this includes the water. So the base rent is fine but after the amenities it could be over a hundred dollars more. My experience with most communities now a days. Maintenance is very pleasant, most of the neighbors are too, and some people in the office are great. This area is getting costly so before you sign keep that in mind.

This place has came a long way. Beautiful landscaping. I love my apartment just perfect for my family and I. The office staff is helpful and nice.

I had to get 23 stitches because they didnt maintain the front door and the sheet metal they had on there cut open my heel. Asked them to replace the door but instead they sunk some more screws into the rotting door and then painted over it to make it even more of a safety hazard. They have a sign in front that says We love our residents however they seem to do everything they can to anger and insult them.The washers and dryers they have do not work and they know that. They tell you they cannot do anything to fix them and due to size constraints they cannot replace them. They dont really do anything to fix or replace anything around here. I needed the track on the closet door replaced because it was warped and bent when we moved in and the doors couldnt operate. It took them 3 months and 23 stitches for me to finally get someone to hear me and fix it.Security and safety are major issues here. The sliding glass doors are not installed up to code so the doors can actually be removed from the outside even with the locking mechanisms they have in place. It would take roughly 3 minutes (and it was demonstrated to me by a former contractor) for someone to get the door off and to put it back on. someone could easily break in and then leave and no one would know from the outside. They do not maintain their facilities well which causes a safety hazard as referenced above with the door. Even something as simple as replacing a lightbulb on the staircase outside is a troubling task for them. (It was told to them move in night that it was burnt out and 4 months later it is still not fixed.This place could honestly be a nice place to live however the management and maintenance crew do not do their job to satisfy or serve their residents.

First impressions in March 2017:Very nice property manager (who is no longer the manager here), who did a great job at getting us settled in and fixing any problems we initially had.Floor plans are very nice. We got an upgraded apartment that was discounted to the price of a non upgraded apartmentGrounds are nice and really green. Location is good, close to almost everything you could need.Flash forward to January 2018. My roommate left mid lease and didn’t pay her rent, management basically told me “too bad.” Didn’t really do anything to try to help out, told me I could move to a 1 bedroom for the remainder of my lease for $200 plus my rent plus cleaning fees on both apartments.Since around November, this community has become MOSTLY not the classiest families with many, many children. Their kids play in the grassy area in front of my apartment and scream all day long, unsupervised, climb on the soda and water machine, break the lamp posts, destroy the grass, leave their trash and toys outside, etc. People leave their dogs out 24/7 who will bark and whine at everything. Don’t expect to sleep during the day if you work night shifts, this is NOT a quiet community. The complex has a bad cockroach infestation, and in the winter time, we had a HUGE ant problem. There is very limited visitor parking in some areas of the complex (where I lived). If you have 2 people/2 cars, you’re on your own. Be prepared for extremely rude people to park in your only assigned covered spot. Or for trucks to remain parked in the few visitor spots for months on end.THERE ARE SO MANY HIDDEN FEES.CAM fee is $30+ and goes up at random. Water/sewer/trash runs at about $75 a month. Water is not metered. Expect an additional bill of at least $100 per month for these utilities, CAM fee and mysterious other “service fees.” They don’t accept packages at the clubhouse anymore, which is absurd. If you want your packages delivered to a safe location, it’s $7 a month. Otherwise, they’re going to your door where your neighbors will probably take them. Also, even if you pay the $7, it’s a 50/50 chance that the packages even get delivered to the locker room. On a scale of 1-10, the walls separating me from my neighbors are like a 7. Sometimes I hear them sneeze. The windows and the exterior walls are like a 2, literally nothing blocks out the sound of children screaming bloody murder. Do not move here.

Honestly, the apartments themselves are pretty nice. There is carpet in the bathroom except for the small part with the toilet and shower, which I think is pretty stupid. If you have a bicycle DONT LIVE HERE. They dont let you park it outside and dont even let you have it on your balcony. You have to keep the bike INSIDE your carpeted apartment and then they told me they would charge me for any tire marks on the carpet. Asinine. Also, the hot tub NEVER works. And dont mention it to staff because well that is an extra amenity, if we wanted to we could get rid of it. The maintenance staff are awesome. Most of the front desk staff are awesome.

Firstly I have to say this is NOT a luxury apartment but it’s not a terrible apartment.The area is a tad bit shady and you get people dumpster diving. There a stray cats every where and even though you’re told not to feed them people still do and never get in trouble for it even thought the cat food is right at their front door. There is also a huge pigeon problem and bird poop is everywhere.The entire year I lived there the hot tub jets didn’t work and I caught someone doing some unmentionables in it late one evening also the pool was rarely cleaned and people would just smoke in it.The apartment itself looked ok. It was plenty roomy enough for myself and my bf. We kept it clean and were never charged anything for repairs upon move out. We would get some nasty pest though. We would get those big cockroaches that would come through our drains eww. And always had an ant problem in the bedroom closet for no reason. We lived in an non renovated apartment and it was very outdated we had appliances that looked to be from the seventies and the fire alarm was glued to the wall so you couldn’t get the battery out to change it. The entire downstairs apartment smelled and felt like living in a basement. And was not worth the $900 we paid monthly. We also had a few awesome neighbors and a few who were rude and played loud music all day.My biggest issue however was with the water bill! We were in a one bed one bath with 2 occupants and paying over $150 a month in water because the split it with the entire complex. This means your being charged for everyone’s usage and for them to water the grass 5 times a day (not kidding) and then they added the $25 cam charge to keep the property looking “nice”My parents also lived in this apartment and they moved our early because of their bad experiences. They had someone who smoked weed under them and made the entire apartment stink. Also the two bedroom isn’t really a two bedroom it’s just a loft with no doors or walls. It has vaulted ceilings which made the electric bill outrageous and they could never cool down the apartment. They were paying over $300 a month for electric and the water bill for them in a 2 bed 2 bath with four occupants was also running them well over $200. They moved into a renovated one and it had a ton of minor issues like knicks in the floor and walls and the door put on backwards and cracks in tile on fireplace. The move in and out of the two bedroom on a corner is also extremely difficult as the stairs are extremely narrow and are not straight up. You cannot move big furniture into it or out of it so don’t even try.In the year I was there we had 4, yes 4 different apartment managers! And we had like 3 different leasing agents. On the bright side the last manager there was extremely awesome I think her name was autum or Amanda. She was always helpful and the only reason I give this place more than one star.However I do advise to look else where if your trying to stay in this price range cuz they aren’t worth the price.

Please do not move in this place. Waterford is not Luxury apartments. How can you be Luxury when you have plexy glass windows, which cause your electric bill to be 10 times normal, they also over charge for water you will be paying for waterfalls with dead birds in them . The upstairs bathroom doesnt even have a exhaust fan, and the steam from taking a shower has nowhere to go but to mold up the walls and floors. Maintenance will slap paint over the mold and when you move out yes they will charge you to repaint over the mold and repair water damage. Please do your research on these apartments good apartments dont have bad reviews!!!! If I can save some people with my God awful experience, please dont do it. At best these are 4 to 600 dollar apartment s no where near luxury. I also want to point out that most of the reviews with 5 stars are fake the apartment management has current residents write fake reviews and staff so please read them you will be able to make a educated decision. Bottom line management will lie to you just to get you to move in and then your screwed.....update I broke the lease the manager told me it would be about 3 to 4k to break it, I was thinking ok I can pay that,(mistake) not a problem, well in the end they added lawyers fees 5k on top 8 thousand dollars is this leagle what the f@#$$ . Jesus help me . Thats almost double what the apartment charged for breaking the lease . Im putting this out there to help people, please do not keep making this slum loard rich, every one that lives here would never move back.

Ive lived here since just September, and love it so much!My story-I had signed a lease with an old roommate, things didnt go as planned, and I was on my own for rent for two months. My new roommate moved in, and the management here was beyond understanding. My old roommate removed her name from the lease, and Im signing with the newbie for a new apartment here (less bedrooms). Even through this long and stressful process, Waterford has been so considerate and honestly destressing, to the point where I can call this place home and know I can communicate with them easily (theyre so sweet!!)My personal story aside, the place is really cool. Theres a pool, workout room, even ping pong and more, making it fun as hell on my off days.As for shopping, theres a Safeway down the street, and a frys down another, not to mention the mall nearby.Oh yeah, and a Chinese restaurant!!! And applebees, and Starbucks, and Dunkin Donuts a few minutes walk away 😍Anywho, wanted to leave some positivity and credit for Waterford here, hope your day is awesome and home hunting is going well @whoever is reading these 🌹

The manager lied to my face several times, water is not drinkable and made us very sick. The water has huge amounts of salt and I killed two of our plants made my mom dog and I very sick we would get locked in and locked out of our apartment because the door would get stuck the apartment was not put together or inspected before we moved in to the apartment. The maintenance were nice but would accuse us of lying saying that the door but the issues weren’t real and would move our stuff and wouldn’t put it back. One of the maintenance guys ate one of our candy bars and left half of it on the table which made our apartment infested with ants. Management told us they sprayed for ants weekly but they never came. The contract says you have 48 hours to inspect apartment before signing but they won’t allow you to management does not follow their own contract. I was discriminated against for my disability not being visible to the manager Autumn Wright. Bad apartments and horrible management do not recommend.

I have lived here one year and will move out as fast as I can.They would not let me see the unit I wasgoing to rent,said new counter tops were being installed.Lie number 1,the unit was filthy dirty,a wallin the dining area was slopped with patchwork covering many large holes,unit hasnt been painted in years.My bedroom celeing has had leaks and was poorly patched.That bad rain we had a bout 6 weeksago came pouring in through the celeing and inside the walls of my bedroom and still has never beenrepaired,its a mess.They did paint the celeing in living room after 6 months but would not paint any more than that.The manager told me when I got the keys and saw the unit well you already signed the lease I know,my bad but I needed somewhere to go asap.The water and trash run +- $70 a month,rent with tax and insurance $860 a month.This place has very poor maintenance.Oh I almostforgot the heater/ac unit sounded like a lawnmower when I turned it on.That took a month to get themto replace it.Sleep was impossible if running.So everyone stay away this horror place,if you rent hereyou will regret it later.Hey I just looked at other google revies and the one says great office staff w/5star rating,dont fall for that,that was posted by the manager ( witch )Update 2/01/15 hey good news we got new management,hey bad news nothing has changed.Thisplace still sucks.The punks that probably live here are the ones breaking into the mail boxs,they still wont paint or even fix a leaky faucet,appliances are so old its like living in a 1970s kitchen.This placeis becomming a mesa ghetto.

As an United States Army vet I have live at many places. I can honestly say this place suck, this is the worst place I have lived. Also not worth the money. The area isnt great and the Apts are old.

Fixed the issue within an hour. Super fast and helpful.

Worst place to live!!!! Units are old!! There was mold in the bathroom, took forever to get maintenance in to fix anything broken, management is is always changing and very unreliable, and they screw you at the end of your least. Dont waste your money on this place!!!

Terrible service, pool thats always closed, hot tub thats always cold, front office thats always empty. Dont know where they get luxury apartments for their name cause this is far from it!

This is the worst place anyone can live in mesa it might as well be considered a slum. The staff is rude maintenance takes forever. It is loud at night, there was mold in my neighbors apt and water leaks in apartments throughout the complex. I would suggest living in a box before coming here.
