A lot of bad reviews on here but Ive had a great experience before even moving in. The office staff is very pleasant, we were easily able to apply, all community fees are very upfront in the lease, the 3 bed 2 bath we are getting is stunning, spacious, and definitely best out of all the 3 bed 2 baths weve seen for the same price. The community was exceptionally clean and we are very excited to lease here.

I just went to check on my apartment that we move in on the 8th of August. It takes 10 days o get ready. The lady at the office said it has not started yet but will be ready. I hope so I have a lot of people on the hook for moving and setting up. Gates are always open so I can go and check anytime. I am more worried about what I am being told that everything is on time when it does not add up. What is it going to be like if I have a major problem and need maintainer. Are gates going to be fixed they say yes. It has been 3 weeks and gates are always open. I am moving there for the gates and security. Gym is still empty. I am starting to think this place is broke or over extended about to go under.

This place is honestly not worth your time or money. Cheap builds. No communication. Im almost half through my lease idk when my stuff is going to be fixed from when I moved in. When I put tickets in I get no email about when they come so usually they come when Im gone and just leave my filters outside. Im not a mind reader and non of your other customers are. When the pools shut down you might get the email before but probably not, same with the fire pit. Good luck trying to swm in peace too during the day its nothing but kids so thats cool the days for kids but at night its the same drunk out of their mind people.

Please steer clear of these Apartments! They are cheaply made and very overpriced for what they are. My wife and I have been here for 3mo now and already highly regret moving in here. They have a problem with basic maintenance and have all sorts of hidden charges on top of the $1,600 a month for a 1bedroom, 1 (very small) bathroom. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. We are moving out the second it hits midnight and our lease ends!

I found myself in a tight spot last week and needed a home ASAP! I am still elated that I was able to find my home here for myself and two kids. Cody was and absolute LEGEND in getting me approved and in record time. He helped me out with the entire process and made it a lot easier than I expected under my circumstances. I dont know their names, but the maintenance staff is amazing as well. They turned my unit upside-down and it looked better than anticipated. Especially since they only had a day to prepare it for me to move in. I signed the lease before even seeing inside a model or another unit and have no regrets. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. I cant stop bragging about my new home. I love it! Its perfect! Thank you!!!!!

They dont tell you when you move in but your paying for the pool and facilities up front. Its like an extra $200 on top of the $1600 your paying for a 3 bed. Then they raised the rent so the one bedroom is now like $1700. Theres issues with the stuff inside but when you call to get it fixed they dont fix it correctly and they dont come back to make sure its done. The neighbors are rude and if you have more than one car they block the spots in front of your apartment so you have to park all the way around the other side if there are any. The office towed our car after we had to park in a different spot due to someone taking ours. We come out 30 mins later and the people are gone and so is our car. They are supposed to place a note giving 24 hour notice before they tow but they didnt which leads me to believe they set us up to be towed because how could the tow truck have gotten there so fast and were did those people who were in our spot go.

Dont rent from them. They refused to take my sons military orders. I had to force the office manager, Karen to take them. Then when a letter from my son was sent, asking to be removed from the lease, he was told he would be. This was over a year ago. Today we found out that my sons credit was dinged by them for a lot of money. Thanks to Karen, he is not allowed to rent a place.

Very nice place to live. The apartment is brand new,energy efficient and quiet.Lavina is amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I moved here from Connecticut and picked the apartment just by searching on the internet. its close to the highway and shopping (even Urgent Care if you drop the toolbox on your toe 😀). I am very happy with my decision to live here.

First, dont trust the office staff, they are not honest in their dealing with residents! We needed a short term rental while waiting for our new house to be built. This was one of the few complexes that would do a short term lease so we chose it, although they charge an extra $200 per month on top of the already high rent. We had numerous discussions with the staff regarding our departure which was prior to our lease expiration since our house was completed. When our house was completed and we moved we discovered that they had lied about letting us out the rent obligation if the unit re-rented. The office staff should be able to advise a resident on questions regarding their lease, not lie to them just to clean out their pockets! This is not ethical behavior and as a former Realtor I know they are supposed to behave in an ethical manor. Dont rent at Hampton East!

Nice places but during the pandemic we are not allowed to use the grills, pools, and other amenities, but are still being charged for them even though we cannot use them. They would not drop the extra charges even after we explained the situation. Also we barely moved in and there are cockroaches.

Moved in a few weeks ago and I truly love living here. The units are single story and bran new with stainless steel appliances, beautiful hardwood flooring and very modern style. Plus, their energy efficient and the air and heating unit can be controlled with your smart phone. Also, management is warm and kind and is always readily available. Best place in Mesa to live!!!

Was one of the first residents here at first it was ok but a couple months in we realised the apartments are full of crickets and other bugs we are not sure how they get inside but its pretty bad every night there are about 3-4 crickets in the living room. Even outside there are obnormal amounts of crickets just chilling.

Hands down the nicest apartment homes I’ve ever seen. They take apartment living to a whole new level. Not only can you choose from a duplex or a stand alone but you get your own backyard. I love that they’re energy efficient and the overall layout and style is perfect. Not to mention Levina is amazing! Go in and see her!

Very expensive for what you get. Another greedy property owner trying to nickel and dime its residents. These places come and go. I would recommend management learn from The Aviva luxury property. They provide a fair market rent for high level amenities.

I moved into these apartments in December and I liked it at first. Throughout the last few months the quality has gone downhill. I can smell the trash all day and the evening and nighttime is filled with people screeching their tires and doing burnouts at the entrance. The pool space is always filled with trash. If you want to sleep in, good luck, since there is always construction or repairs being made. There has been a new manager now for a week or so and for some reason the front office is always locked during normal hours when I try to speak about a billing concern. Speaking of billing, be ready to pay for “common area” electricity and gas and add on 30 dollars for a valet trash service that’s not optional. I won’t be renewing my lease here and I am sad that I waste my money here every month.

We moved in May 09 2019 into our new stand alone home in the community! We Love it!

It very expensive getting by day by day... this July and now send me bill from April.. for pool light and gas bill... also Trase bill... and you would be sprice that $100 pulse for one moth Tras and Pool light and Gas bill... and we don’t even used the Pool seen we moved to here...she saying that every once have pay that pool light and Gas bill.... it smoothing like more then $30 for Tras bill for one month... I spend 2 year in Mountain Dist.. app.. and other place but max.. $5 for Tras... no pool bill I ever had... this Land lord wanna make money in short time what he spend.... it saying luxuries appartment on their logo and flyer... in advertise with out Gym and kid Play ground.... No Gym Guys... And No Kid Play ground... so please look some where else before u search this place out... their so many other good next to this place are better then this...I would give 0 star or Negative if is option... but their isn’t....this place is Most expensive and paying less to stay...

2nd Edit: I contacted the management team as THEY requested below in the response. That was two weeks ago and I haven’t heard from them. As I mentioned communication here is sorely lacking! 🤪Edit.* Now here talmost wo years and cant give it a higher rating. The apartment itself if 5 star!! I love it!!!! The community and management team- 1 star. Ive had the same experience as many of these others. I just dont find them to be available or responsive to community concerns. The primary communication is in email blasts to the entire community about errant children or poor pool behavior. But, they really never come our of the office or tour the community. Once a renter is in, you are pretty much free to do what you want - have extra people move in, ignore animal restrictions, feel free to park how and where you would like. :). Also, the restrooms at the pool are not available for use and are always locked. Im not sure where people use the restroom, but I overheard one child tell their friend to just go use the spa thats what mom said EWWWW!6.9.21 update - I always thought that you had to ask for a key to use the restroom. Just found out today when I was told by the manager, Karin, no that I could not use the restroom at all as she was going to use it herself. There is literally nowhere near the pools that community members or their guests are allowed to use the restroom. I feel like this must be a health hazard, because without a doubt I have seen families down there for hours with small children never leaving. I fortunately live very close to the pool and can just walk to my apartment, but I know that’s not the case for most people using the pool. They are literally USING the pool 🤢. Swimmers beware!Pros: Apartment is beaurtiful and quiet indside, private space of your own, close to hiking and outdoor activities, nearby amenities and lots of choice, in a stand alone you will never hear neighbors or noise with windows closed! LOVE that! Energy effiecient - my personal energy bills are VERY affordable.Con: Manangement team, poor communication, not really luxury, but very nice, unreliable access to amentities- spa breaks down often and is out for a week or more,, recent pool closure for two weeks, securtiy gate often stuck open, overflowing garbage, no public restroom at pool, unsupervised young children (bikes, scooters, skates) all throughout complex and parking lot. Be careful!!!Overall I like living here - the apartment itself is lovely! It’s energy efficient and quiet. Backyard is amazing if you are a pet owner! I would like to see an improvement in the management communication and comminity involvement.

My name is Tommy Mann and I moved in 2 weeks ago. 3 Main reasons. Levina,the property manager was Proffesional, well-infomed, and extremely pleasant. The units are brand spanking new. The units are all 1 story, and the 2 and 3 bedroons have no adjoining walls. Totally pleased.

Very cheap construction!

Nice pool no heater for winter. Nice hot tub. Make sure and ask to see fire pit turned on during your walk through it is amazing what it looks like when turned on. Especially at night. But make sure they show you during walk through. The gym has a great deal of room to workout also make sure and see how spacious it is. It is on the left side of complex when you come in the gate. Bring your own equipment they have the room. Courtyard is well maintained walk the property and see for yourself. Maintenance is very responsive and does a great job.
