From our first year of experience, the new management is a well-organized, honest and thorough company. We are happy to renew our annual agreement with them. There are only 28 units of good neighbors and a very clean environment. You will always receive a prompt reply and answer your request accurately. After being reported, the problem will be resolved quickly. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable.

I love this complex and even broke a lease after 6 months at Mesa Royale to move into it. I have now been here 2 years and never regretted my decision once. My apartment here is bigger and less expensive than the other one, and I have earned back my fee for breaking a lease in the first year.Not only are the Apartments modern with tile floors and cathedral ceilings, they are like small homes with both front and back doors.Trash and water is included in the very affordable rent and because the small complex of 28 units is family owned and not by a corporation, they are more interested in keeping their over 50 tenants happy and permanent rather than increasing the rent each year and forcing them out.

My old lady friend lives here. She likes it, and says its nice and quiet.

I called them to ask about apartment rates, I was told there are none availible then hung up while I was trying to ask about later dates of availability. This to me is a very bad sign of how their management and customer service is ran.

Called front dest to ask questions about apartment I get hung up on first time, I call back the sob tells me Ive got the wrong apartment complex just to not have to answer my questions
