I have to say this property is immaculate. As someone who’s looking for a nice place to live for the next two years this property is the only one in the area that truly caught my eye and felt like home. The staff is very friendly and outgoing and the property manager Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable and made me and my family feel welcome. I can honestly say it truly felt like home

Rating low for a few reasons.Lived at SP from Dec 2019 - Aug 2020 with my husband and 2 sons.We loved out space at San Posada, our neighbors and community were incredible. Great location, was a good price at the time.During the pandemic, it was offered and even encouraged to tenants to break their lease without penalty (or something along those lines) and we opted to take that option following my husband being laid off, rather than staying there, not paying rent (since the moratorium didnt allow for evictions), and later falling victim to eviction once the moratorium was up and being in debt over our heads. We felt we were doing the right thing for SP and for ourselves. We still stand by that decision.SP Nickel and Dimed us for every little thing upon leaving - to include normal wear and tear on the stove, stains they found under the carpet that were there prior to our move in - which we had pictures of and submitted the day we moved in - and an odor of an animal we had in our home - a black lab who was bathed regularly, and did not have potty issues. Regardless, we covered the costs, and didnt make a big deal about it.We felt from the beginning that management had it out for us, when they blocked my husband from being allowed to chat in the community chat, because of how straight forward he is. They were friendly and helpful to our faces, but behind closed doors, not as friendly.A year later, back on our feet, we applied for a new apartment, and SP gave us a bad reference because we broke the lease.... but SP gave us that option, and even encouraged it. So why did that look bad on us? We paid what was owed, took care of what was asked of us, and we were not bad tenants - but they made us out to be.Highly recommend against this particular MT property - but we will be encouraging our friends and family to avoid MT altogether.Do your research, read the lease in detail, and be prepared to lose your deposit, regardless of amount.Again, great community, features, location, and homes, not great management.

I lived in San Posada from July 2020-Sep 2021and while I enjoyed much about the property, there were neighborhood issues and issues communicating with the San Posada team.While the apartment was beautiful, there were issues with the smart panel they had when we moved in. Our panel (which connects the wifi through Cox) was supposed to be an easy thing to activate, but that was farther from the truth. It took over a week just to get them, multiple Cox workers, many calls back and forth just to get it running.Other pros to the neighborhood was the pool was gorgeous and always well maintained. The gym had good equipment, but they frequently were low on sanitizing wipes to the point I started brining my own (because almost no one wipes the machines down). Being close to Winco along with lots of food options was a big perk to the community. The Community also brings in food trucks at least every 2 weeks.The most difficult-art about living here had to have been getting Maintenance in. The neighborhood uses an app called Henri for community updates, maintenance requests, and has a marketplace. If you put in a maintenance request there dont expect to be heard. You are better off calling the front office. Frequently we would put in requests, wouldnt hear back for days, ask for specific days and times (as my partner and I both have work from home Zoom meetings periodically), but it was impossible to ever guarantee when or if they would come.Our ice machine broke at least 3-4 times in one year. The washing machine became unstable to the point it actually barricaded the laundry room door, but at least they arrived promptly for that issue. They adjusted what they could, said they would order a new part to help, and then we never heard from them again...If you are looking to live near the front just know you will have to hunt for parking as I regularly would go all the way towards the back just to find a spot. Some guests have even left their extra cars (or broken ones) and motorcycles sit in a spot for MONTHS, but the community doesnt do anything abut it.Management has changed quite a bit since we moved in and in all honesty, customer service has gone down A LOT as a result. It might be a good idea to keep tenants happy when you want to increase rent over 25% each year...

This is a great place to live. I moved in 8/2018 and just moved out this past weekend 7/9. My entire time the staff and community has been great. In 3 years I had no complaints or bad experiences. I loved how the grounds were upkept and the 24hr pool. I highly recommend living at San Posada. Thank you Luis, Michelle and all the staff for all over your assistance and friendly interactions.

My wife and I were getting married, we were searching and searching for the perfect first home together and we toured San Posada with Luis in the leasing office. We immediately fell in love with the apartment and community. We have now been living here for 2 months and we are in love and thoroughly enjoy our experience. Living here makes me so happy! We are located right next to the pool and office, super convenient! Amazing property, so well maintained, the pool can get loud sometimes, but not a big deal to us. Free use of gas grill, giant porches, open floor plan, tons of maintenance on site, security walks through, play ground, dog run, I can go on and on!We havent lived in an apartment for so long prior to this, and were scared about the cost, but not for one second so I think our rent is being wasted on anything! The change out you light builds in a very speedy manor!!Highly recommend to anyone looking for carefree living!!!!

I have lived here for a little over a year now, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from the front office staff to the maintenace guys. Recently, I had a couple minor issues in the apartment, and the prompt service that was delivered was comforting. Richard the maintenace guy and his associate are very courteous and polite. They also take the time to make sure you know what they are doing or will be doing. Its a relief to know we are taken care of like this!!

The property feels so safe and I feel so comfortable walking around at night. No disturbances, PLUS the interior is beyond lovely. So glad I moved here.

Been here two months..park in uncover space near building 14. Come out in the morning to go to work and there was a dent in my bumper! People hit my car and left. Alot of cars are speeding in here! People here save space with their motorcycle. Sometime they park there for weeks and not move. When move in told we have a garage and one cover space. Later we was told only the garage is our parking space. False information. Our blinds was not clean when move in. Floor have alot of scratches..Refrigerator have dents and scratches! They have plenty of times to get our apartment ready! We paid alot to live here!

The reviewers mention parking issues, lack of management professionalism and poorly run properties with rather dishonest tactics, yet the responses are rather sarcastic and ask, What can we do? Well, theyve told you pretty consistently what the problems are, just fix them. Why do they persist?

From the first Mark-Taylor property I visited I knew I wanted to live at one of their beautiful properties! The rent prices of luxury and the service of a slum. I have not had a relaxing night of sleep in months. For reasons that escape me, the management will not take ANY action to a very disturbing and unhealthy situation with my upstairs neighbors. Very slow to respond to any messages and love to pass the buck to upper management who will ignore messages and never respond. Living here is like being legally trapped in hell. Avoid at all costs.

All around terrible experience. There is never room to park your vehicle. I left out of town for a few weeks for work and they towed my car without me knowing. My license plate and vehicle make and model was on the lease I signed but they never contacted me about it being towed. I would recommend moving some place else. Staff is awful.

I’m only giving it one star because I can’t give it zero.I’ve never been so appalled at customer service in my life and that’s a lot coming from me.The staff seems to only be competent enough to take your money but have no clue on how to return it when they make an error.I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE rent from here. Nice apartments visually but the ethics of the company is something I can not support.

I stayed here for a Year. The maintenance team is awesome. Mike always took care of everything I asked and was supper quick about it. Nadia in the front office was always there to answer all my question and concerns. Yes everything wasn’t perfect. The gate brakes down way to much and people don’t always pick up after there dogs. But the office did there best when I was there. Thanks for the good 1 year Mike and Nadia. 2018 staff and managment was awesome but there gone now. So if you want to stay here go into office and ask for Nadia.

For a one bed apartment, their prices are fair enough. Im the first to live in the apartment they gave me. Its a new complex with good one car garages. It is $100/month for the garage, and thats not too bad. The only problem is that one time I had stuff stolen from my car in my garage! Even though the gate is closed and only residents could open it. Other than that, its a good place.After being there for a year, I would say expect the gate to not work sometimes as well as the doors to the pool.The girls at the office are nice and friendly to actually solve your problems if you have any. Nadia helped me personally 👍.Maintenance guys are good not to forget.

My experience was great when I walked in I was greeted right away even though they were busy. Which is a big plus for me, as i had been looking at other properties and got ignored the first few minutes I walked into the offices of the other properties. Rebehka was awesome she showed me a model apartment and took me around the property. Answered all my questions and told me about all the cool features. Through the whole process of getting the apartment I spoke with different people everyone was so helpful and nice. Ive been here about two weeks and I love it.

The original price for a two bedroom was 1400 on website and when we talked with the staff. When it came time to process the paperwork they said the rent had increased too 1600. I paid the addtional amount added to the rent due to the need for an apartment at that exact moment feels, like the managment staff took advatage of my situation. When we called and asked why the addtional charges were applied theyve advised due to a courtyard view. The view from out window and balcony was pigions pooping on the neighboring building. Well I thought to my self we they most deffentialy got me, at least at the end of the high rent lease Ill get my deposit back after cleaning my unit and leaving it in great condition. To say they find anything to get more money out of you is an understatement. They have to replace the fridge door due to magnet scratches, repaint for no reason, and replace carpet that had no pets or stains. Why would I owe on something return in great condition because San Posada doesnt want be responsible for paying back its tenants deposits. P.S if your apartment has two cars good luck finding a parking spot on a Friday night if your cover parking is already taken.

I do NOT recommend this place.But first, I do want to say how awesome the maintenance guys are! Anything I call about or email, they are ON IT within 2 days tops. Theyre also very nice and informative.Ive been living here a little over a year now, the apartments themselves are very nice and clean, love the upgraded units. However, the STAFF IS AWFUL HERE. Management totally sucks, their communication is terrible, and they will charge you over the top costs for rental fees that they WONT give you a breakdown of.Ive lived at different apartments in Arizona and California and Im pretty low maintenance and calm when it comes to apartment complications or whatever; never really had an issue anywhere Ive lived. But THIS PLACE.I alternate vehicles depending on weather - I have a car and a motorcycle for when its good weather out. They have a policy where you HAVE to move your vehicles every 72 hours or else theyll tow your vehicle, without calling you at all or trying to contact you. I cant see my bike every time I go outside because its in between huge cars/trucks and its small. So I didnt notice for a few days when they towed it! I registered all of my license plates with the front office and they still didnt try calling me to move it.So then, I decided to rent a garage for my motorcycle so it wouldnt get towed again. I put some tools and an extra table/chair in there, etc.. and one day I came outside and WOOPS they accidentally rented MY GARAGE to someone else! SOMEONE moved ALL OF MY STUFF out of MY garage and put their stuff in. I dont know who just allows someone to move another persons motorcycle and belongings, but thats NOT okay. It took them about a week to try and figure out what happened. Some of my stuff was just GONE and I never got it back. They said I guess file a police report for your missing things??They also charge late fees when THEIR online payment system doesnt let you pay rent on time. Saying their system was working the whole time, check other reviews for this, sounds like its not that uncommon.P.S. The front gate is broken and open 80% of the time. So much for a gated communityBottom line: The staff is rude (except for Nadia) and doesnt even care about what youre going through, they just want to charge you for anything they can and then argue with you about it instead of calmly talking about something. Severely overpriced for the value.

Their customer service ends after you move in. They will be the most polite and helpful people when they are trying to convince you to rent their property, once you move in, you are just a number. They will lie that they called you back when in fact they did not. For the price they charge, its not worth it!

Have lived here for about 6 months and wanted to give an update. Maintenance staff is great and fixes any issues promptly. Pricing is high for the area, but moving from another state we didnt know at the time. The Pool has become an issue. When we first moved in it was amazing, loved it. Now the pool area is over crowded, full of visitors and left a complete mess. If the pool environment doesnt change we will move sooner than later.Update: After living here for 1.5 years I only have positive things to say about the staff, they are wonderful!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The security gate is ALWAYS broken and stuck open! Which one of the many times it was open, my motorcycle was almost stolen, my sisters truck tires were STOLEN right off her truck, in the parking space! When we told the front desk, they could care less! What a horrible 3 month experience!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Apparently i paid my rent late so they slapped a 5 day notice on my door to pay 2 DAYS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE POSTED. So I found out I was “late” with only 3 days to spare because one of the women in the front office were to lazy to give it to me on time. Not only that but after i forked out +$900 ($1400 in rent JUST TO THEM) i check the Henri app and now I’m +$200 in rent. I mean I’m glad I’m getting money back but Jesus Christ what is going on down there? I can’t wait to move out of this place in November.

After moving to arizona for 7 months and know nobody here..This place has been the most horrible place ever! we dont feel safe anymore since they said they always close the gated.. which they never did for over two weeks. and things has gone for worst! they let the theft into the property and stealing/leaving damage also tires has been stolen off our truck and our motorcycle alarm went off /the motorcycle covers was off! threw on the ground..

Very nice apt. If it wasnt for my annoying upstairs neighbor with her barking dogs and baby walker rolling across the floor, sounds like a hurd of elephants, it would be great.UPDATE now its my second year here and I come to find out I am in a smoking building which I was never made aware of. So I went from annoying dogs to an annoying smoking neighbor. My kids have allergies so this turned out to be a nightmare. Make sure you ask if you move in here.

UPS delivered a package to my apartment and when I got home after 3 hours of it sitting at the door, the package was taken and is now missing! I wrote in the community portal to advise all of the residence that my package was taken, so everyone can be aware that thefts apparently happen here.. SanPosada removed the post within a few minutes of me posting it!! Which brought me to Google! I dont appreciate the way this was handled one bit! At that, I cant even see if anyone seen anyone near my apartment or advise people this happened. Says a lot about this community and management thats for sure!

Let me tell you guys something looking to move I San Posada. As a local Google reviewer, the negatives reviews for this place couldnt be more accurate! Theres nothing luxurious about this place. Its just a facade. You may as well leave somewhere where the rent you pay matches the service!This place is aweful and management is the worst of its kind! Whats wrong with Mark Taylor having luxurious properties but no quality people to manage it?The rest, oh my Lord expensive!! and you know that upfront and I had no issues with with because initially the aesthetics of the place drew me in. What gets me is the incredible amount of miselleneous fees that you were not let known upfront that gets me. How dishonest of them. Expect to pay $200 or more tops above the base rent you were quoted.Lets dive into management and their lack of customer service or lack of courtesy of the residents who chose this property to call home. Initially, when I came to check out this place, I met with Nadia the assistant manager and she was pleasant and sold me well that I couldnt wait to move it. That was when her customer service stopped. Shes stuck up, rude, shes pass right by you and wouldnt open her mouth to say hi! Shes sit in her little cubicle if no one I there as if you are a gum under her shoes and not come out to offer help! This my friends, is San Posada!Phone calls, they never answers their phones. Expect to call at least 15times and hoping you get lucky and one of them answers the phone! You are nothing but a number once you move because in their words, we are understaffed or busy showing the property to future residents because you no longer matter. Oh, dont think about leaving a voicemail because you call will not be returned and they will claim to have never got it or infact did return your call. Nothing but lies. What a luxury to live in the, Beautiful San Posada!!The gate, always broken and lately it has been for weeks! Whats the point of a gate if its always broken? Initially they blamed it on the holiday. Whats their excuse now? Because the holiday has long be gone! They lack the most common human decency of courtesy and are argumentative and never takes responsibility for their actions when concerns are brought up to them. Their response to negative reviews on here are nothing more than a farce! To make them look good. Most of the time resident are not that unreasonable and would have leveled such concerns numerous times before coming to Google to leave a negative feedback of their experience!My advise to future residents that are looking to move into this property, dont be fooled by the aesthetics. There are many gorgeous properties around the Valley where you actually get your moneys worth! Do your research, read the negatives reviews. People who dont know each other cant lie about the same thing! Be deligent because you dont want to worth that hard, pay that much rent and be unhappy!

I lived at San Posada from 01/17 to 11/17. Really late on the review but Im glad I waited. First of all these apartments are beautiful. Theyre new, and they maintain the cleanliness well. The neighbors are respectful and peaceful. Prices are on the higher end for a one bedroom. However considering it was for a shorter lease (I rented for 6 mos and then month to month) and it really was a luxurious aparment experience for me, I found it to be fair.Occasionally there was dog poop by my unit. San Posada provides bags so they are not at fault with that.Parts of the laminate flooring by the kitchen sink started rising. The maintenance guys said it was a common occurrence in the community. They were quick to respond and I was never charged fixing fees so this did not bother me.Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind, except one. I called today and asked to speak with a Sandra from collections to clarify my move out charges. She was frustrated from the second she started speaking with me. Who gave you my name? Where did you get this number from? Why did you call that number for billing?. If you can stop cutting me off and let me speak I can tell you. It was around 0930 when I called, 30 minutes from the office opening. Not a very pleasant way to start both our days. She then continues to tell me she had already spoke with me about my charges and my account is closed. Now that I recall, this was months ago and I dont remember her to be this disrespectful then when I was still in process of paying my fees at the time. As a travel nurse I meet lots of people over the course of months, so if you are irrelevant I will not remember our exact interaction.Anyway, the others (especially Nadia and Gina) have always been amazing, understanding and they gladly assisted me throughout months of me living there.Stores such as Winco, Costco, Walmart and Frys are all conveniently down the street. Theres even a Popeyes in front of the community. My guests never had a problem finding parking. The gym offers weekly classes which I thought was nice. I did not receive any unnecessary move out charges. My jeep was never broken into, and I received all of my packages without damage. I never felt unsafe living there.I would consider living at San Posada again if it wasnt for the negative interaction today.

So I am currently living here unfortunately just moved in not long ago.... so I want to start off by saying I’m giving the property it self on visual a five star the property is very clean dog waste here and there but nothing crazy.... and the maintenance at these are apartments are amazing mike is awesome I think he is the maintenance manager he is amazing ..... so now you get to the management and the people up front that run the place they hardly ever never pick up the phone you might get lucky if you keep calling but I could say calling everyday out of the week you’ll have the phone answered two times out of ten then there is the manager here myria I’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name she is awful and rude and mean I absolutely love MJ she is a sweet heart and more helpful then any of the young lady’s working up there including the manager to be honest she needs to be the manager she has the personality and patience and seems more like a people person .... then you have the rent they tack on all these random fees they don’t tell you about befor signing your lease on top of what you already pay it’s rediculous so make sure you ask for all fees taxes city taxes every month befor signing .... befor I signed my lease they where amazing upfront and now that I am a resident it’s like I’m gum on the bottom of a shoe when you go up to the office there always in the back you have to ring the bell not office back but back back behind the solid doors hardly ever anyone up front at all times I really can’t wait to get out of here and iv only been here three months but I can say the apartments it self is a beauty and luxury in it self your just not getting the customer service vip treatment we pay for.....

Avoid this place like the plague. I currently live here and CANNOT wait to NOT renew my lease and move out. Although the grounds are nice the women that work at the leasing office SUCK. One example, I was going up front to pick up my package about 15 minutes before close, when I got to the front desk they had the sign up that said they were showing to future tenants so I waited around for them to come back. I was wondering around the lobby for about 5 minutes when a woman with brown hair and pixie cut jumped up from behind the desk. THEY HIDE FROM THEIR TENANTS 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE IN ORDER TO NOT WORK. Anyways, she popped up and explained that I sounded like someone else and thats why she was hiding? which is NOT okay. I also saw a glimpse of her computer and it was on Facebook and when I made a joke about it she claimed she was looking for new leads? LMAO okay. Long story short theyre disrespectful to their tenants. Also when I first took a tour here they tell you that a TV mount comes with the apartment (there was one in the two bedroom model she showed us) because they encourage you to mount your TV and upon move in day there was no tv mount. Not a big deal but they lie.

Ok this is the 4 time our 3 mo the I’ve been living here it said that Maintence can’t properly maintain the pool and hot tub with correct chemicals .i pay to much each month 1800 dollars to always come to the pool area only to be disappointed because it way to much chemicals to bare it so bad it instantly hearts your eyes and make your eyes blood shot red before you even get inside for 30 second it was so bad this last time I fainted and my friend had pull me out of it that how bad it was and burned my skin from chemicals, really Maintence and management really need it this under control I reported this before still same issue . Maintence or pool services should know the correct chemicals and measurements for the pool and hot tub this is out control period this is not the Mark Taylor experience no one should have to deal with

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We are currently tenants at this property and oh my word, these leasing agents are useless. Im paying so much to get treated like crap! They are all smiles when you take interest in their property but once you actually become a tenant they all did a 360 on us. Its the 3rd time Ive been treated so poorly by the leasing ladies at the office. I waited for 15 mins in the office waiting for someone to show up as I had to pick up a package i received. When one of the ladies finally showed up, I told her I had been waiting for about 15 mins and all i needed to do was pick up my package and just said she was busy and didnt know when she would get to me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I was not asking for anything difficult other than to pick something up. Dont let me get started on the parking !!!! If you are a household that has more than one car stay away from this place there is no extra parking anywhere unless you are leasing a place up front. Your other option is to park outside of the community by the back gates which doesnt seem safe to me at all. I should of known something like this would of happened as it was impossible to receive a response from anyone when I was in the process of leasing my lease. Good luck to who ever is stuck with a 1+ lease.

I will never ever recommend this apartment to anyone I refuse I don’t like it here. I’m always being singled out for the craziest things. Read the lease very slowly before signing it. Also read the comments about this place cause it’s not a place you wanna love not be.

Looks like I’m just gonna suffer the rest of my lease cause I’ve complained multiple times no one seems to believe me and nothing is getting done my upstairs neighbors continuously keeps making noise and getting away with it I’m done with this place I can’t wait till my lease is up I’m just tired
