I dont even have to say whats wrong with these apartments cause everyone below has said it. Lets start with no hot water for days at a time and in summer not so bad but try winter. Almost once a week I find hypodermic needles in parking lot by our car oh and broken glass and bottles. My mail box has been broken for like two weeks now like legit has no dam door and still not fixed. People steal you amazon packages. Takes maintenance a few days to come out to fix stuff the only thing I can say is the office lady is super nice.

Don’t move here. ROACHES The water is off at least once a week, when it’s on, it’s not hot. Every time they come to “fix” the AC it’s starts leaking literally 2 days later. All they do is vacuum it out, It’s not fixed if you have to keep coming back! The roaches are the main reason I’m ending my lease. Pest control came two days ago I’m seeing even more roaches than there were before! This place is disgusting, never again.

I’ve been living here for 2 months now, all I experienced is constantly problems. Management is very unprofessional. Haven’t had hot water in a whole week. My car got hit, scrapped up. Management turned water off without a notice for hours at a time. My sink has been leaking and management came to fix it, and it was still leaking. My heating was never working. It was raining, finally and my ceiling was leaking and a window seal.

Roaches INFEST every apartment. Water always gets shut off sometimes with any notice. Hot water goes out randomly for days or weeks at a time. You can hear all neighbors around you. Nobody picks up their dog poop so there’s poop in all the grassy areas. I’ve lived in 2 different units that the air conditioning unit sounds like it’s going to explode any minute. Management won’t fix or replace the unit. Worst experience of apartment I’ve ever lived in. People steal things off patios and again management does not care.

Roaches everywhere, the water will go out with an hours warning at most, and the staff dont wear masks! Furthermore the manager is indeed rude and the walls are paper thin, plus theres visible cracks around the doors. If you want a nice apartment it isnt here.

The manager is rude and not considerate at all! I would not recommend anyone move in! I lost my job due to the COVID 19 virus and I was making payments to keep my appointment while the previous manager was comprehensive and understanding the new management is not! They don’t care about people or life happening! They are a horrible property management company!

I would give zero stars if that was possible, never in my 10 years of renting apartments have I ever experienced such a lack of caring from management! Weve been here a year and they have turned off the water at least 20 times, most of the time they dont even warn you that they are going to do so. On top of that youre lucky if you even recieve hot water, you will go days without it! A new experience we had TODAY was they turned off our electricity at 5am-7am and again at 10am-11am, also with NO WARNINGS!!! If you call, expect no answer for hours! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Paying about 1,200 dollars for ridiculous living conditions!

I have been renting apartments, trailers, and homes, for the past 30 years. This place is probably the worst. That includes the trailer in college with a plywood door that anyone could just kick in. So I just moved in and we are on day 3 of no hot water. No letter from management, no email, nothing. $1,200 is too much for this hell hole. The call to maintenance we were told wed get hot water this morning......nope.Dont even get me started on the dryer and there is NO VENT, so your dryer is just blowing hot air and lint into your apartment.

My experience with this apt complex and new management which took over after two years living here was not pleasant. They kept changing their decision about their late policies in which I ended up going to court and in the verge of homelessness if you don’t have the money to pay your rent after the 15 be ready to be kicked out and sent to court! I never had any issues with the previous management they allowed me to pay late with bunch of Late fees but I never was at the edge of being homeless! Also be ready to deal with roach infestation as I was told from this new management it comes from sewer and underground pipes and they had no control over this!

Do not live here, the water is constantly turned off! We haven’t had water in almost 3 days.They tell you they are trying but with no worries either way.All of the wonderful upgrades don’t really work. The fan/light are not programmed right so they turn on randomly. “They have no way to fix it.”The dryer exhaust is not placed properly, so it goes back into the apartment enjoy that in the summer.The worse place I have ever lived

Diana, Tony and Herman are awesome. God! I’m glad that other lady is gone. She’s not very friendly but now that she’s gone, oh wow. Changed my review from 1 star to 5 star. They are so much better now from 4 managements ago lol. people are nice, community is better than how it was 3 yrs ago. The area is well lit at night. Friendly neighbors, but lots of dog poop around though. They need to be strict about pets.

When we moved in there were wholes in the walls and floors. We were told our apart would be well cleaned and ready for move in. It wasn’t. Also only one light worked we were told it would be fixed right away but no one came.... Ever. A couple days in we realized that all the neighbors had big loud dogs against the breed restrictions as well. This is the kicker... Roaches started coming through all the drains we complained the second we saw them and asked some of the neighbors they all had the same issue!!! We were done!! We moved out after 2 weeks of no sleep and discomfort. They refused to break our lease.

Currently live and going into my 2nd year. The three people that I come in contact with) Yesenia Diana and Tony are excellent to deal with. I wouldRecommend anyone looking for a very nice complex to move into to check this place out

I used to work for this company and most of the positive reviews are fake. they use employee accounts to try to combat the mass flood of bad reviews from actual residents. don’t be fooled.guys, these reviews are obvious and cringey. please don’t embarrass yourselves anymore

Staff were very helpful with the move in process, everything went extremely smooth. My remodeled apartment looks great, and so far I havent had any issues with it.

I had the pleasure to speak with the new property manager Yamileethe. She is a sweet young lady. very Professional and well groomed.

My husband and i wouldnt change this place for anything else! We are both happy here and we are both very pleased with Herman, Diana and Tony. If their is ever any problems, we go to herman or diana or tony about anything, and they have no problem helping with any issues. As far as anything that needs fixing or replaced they are ALL on top of it! Tony is the best, we are so very grateful for him and everything he does! Wonderful staff, couldnt ask for better ppl!! This place is one of the worst I have ever lived. The manager has changed/been fired at least three times so I am on the 4th one since I moved in almost a year ago. Maintenance is a joke, minimum is done and very slowly, and pest control is terrible with roaches everywhere. Tried to fix it myself but they were coming through the walls from the rest of the building and maintenance wouldn’t fill in the gaps and holes. The office staff is incompetent and couldn’t care less about the residents and have made it clear on several occasions that they really would rather you not come in to talk to them about anything for any reason. And lastly, one of the biggest issues is the construction and water shut offs as a result. Construction happens as early as 7am with no regard to the tenants in the surrounding units. The water is off AT LEAST once a week, usually more. They even shut it off THANKSGIVING WEEKEND! When asked what was going to be done they said it was an “emergency” and they wouldn’t have news until the following Monday because none of them would be coming in to work due to the holiday. How nice for them since they had running water!This place is a joke and scam. They charge you crazy rent, do hardly anything, and push you out so they can get someone else in who will pay more. Don’t live here.

I moved into a new remodeled unit and and I loved how it gives me an LA vibes. It makes me feel at home, and the location is just a bonus.

So two days ago the stove in my apartment stopped working. I went to the leasing office to let the staff know, and later that day they sent one of the maintenance staff over to fix it. When they werent able to, they replaced my stove with a brand new one. Big thanks to the Tides on Broadway staff for allowing me to cook again!

The good reviews on this place are fake. If you look at the first two from 2 months ago they reviewed 2 different properties as if they live at both. Do they actually live at either? And another one of the reviewers (Maricela Zavala) is actually an employee of the owners. She works at their new location, Tides on Mill, in which I actually do live. It’s not surprising though considering the kind of company they are. I can assure you the tenants at this Tides have had nothing but a terrible experience with the owners since they took over this property. They don’t care at all about the happiness or well being of their tenants and have showed that over and over again. Although the office staff is different, the management is the same, so I’m sure this property is ran in the same poor way as their others.

First I can say that this is the coolest studio apartment in the worst complex. I moved in July 23, 2018 in to a remodeled studio. I had an August 1st move in but it was changed by Yesenia the Property Manager to July 23, 2018 because they wanted to make one more weeks worth of rent. I had a couple of items in my new place that needed fixing and it took over 30 days to get them fixed. The entire complex is being remodeled and I was not told that upon moving in so currently all three units around me are being remodeled and construction is random and has started as early at 6:20 am with saws and drills going. The construction crews blare loud music and leave messes. I have been embarrassed by Yesenia when I was in the front office asking for instructions on the special handling for the stack able washer and dryer in my unit. The complex is also not a nonsmoking place. The people who have lived there before the new owners took over can do whatever they want. I have a heavy smoker next door to me and my apartment smells like a stale Las Vegas hotel room. I have tried candles, air freshener and essential oils and nothing helps. The water gets turned off weekly due to the construction and normally we get last minute notices for that as well. I have spoken with Yesenia and the Corporate Office various times and they dont care. They said they dont have to give us notice of construction and by the law they can start as early as 6 am. The included cable/wifi is ridiculous. You have to get a separate access number for each piece of equipment that you need to have on wifi. Also, it is so slow that I continuously get kicked off the TV because the wifi has a slow connection. I am very sorry I signed a year lease with this complex because it is not a happy place to live. I have asked for some consideration and nothing has happened. I just keep getting the run around and referred to different people. I also read the other google reviews and two of them wrote two reviews for both Robinson Properties within a few months. Do these people even live at the Tides at Broadway? I love Diana and Tony on the property and Diana is the reason why I moved into the apartment. So sad that the owners dont care about people that are moving in. I was very excited when I first moved in because I thought I was getting out of a bad situation, but this place is worse.

Well they dont have security on that property . They blast music all hours of the night and cause a disturbance. And manager doesnt care money is more important .

There seems too be excessive music blasting in the south west lot of your property at bldg 5. Please put a end too this matter .
