After nearly 2 weeks of communication I was charged 49.40 over what I was told was the monthly rate. Only to be informed that they cant make changes and it needs to be passed on to the next person in charge. This along with the extremely poor condition of the apartment that I was not allowed to see prior to my move-in date leaves me with nothing but regret for signing my lease. I would rate the craftsmanship of the work done at a generous 1/10. If I were you Id keep shopping.

Since this seems to be the only way I can get through to anyone!! Stay FAR from these apartments. I currently live here and have for almost 3 years. The last month has been the biggest nightmare of my life dealing with not only the maintenance guys, the office staff, but Trinity management as well. In the last month I have put in over 12 work order request as EMERGENCIES. Water flooding into my apartment through the front door and front window, AC vent leaks onto the floor from the vent in the hallway, and no the ac unit is not cooling down but runs 24/7. I have requested help through the portal, called in to the office as well as going into the office myself to ask for help. And I get nothing but the run around. I have a 7 year old living with me and I constantly am worrying if we have mold growing in the walls and floor due to the water flooding in. Due to the ac unit not functioning properly we cant cook in the apartment resorting to eating out, due to my apartment conditions. Now our electric bill is going to be super expensive this month. I am highly disappointed. I have requested that the manager reach out to me a total of 7 times and have yet to receive a call back.

When I toured their model, which is their “platinum” model, I was told the unit I applied for would also be fully upgraded, minus the washer and dryer. I wasn’t able to see the unit before I signed my lease due to the hours I work. That was a mistake. The unit I signed for has chipped and busted cabinets, the front door doesn’t shut unless slammed and dead bolted, my bathroom door had no door knob, and there wasn’t a microwave in the unit. when I was showed one that had one and was never made aware their “fully upgraded” unit didn’t include one, but did included broken kitchen cabinet doors. This is my first full month living here. We pay for pest control each month. While I was moving in i noticed if you stand outside in the evening, you will be absolutely ATTACKED by fire ants.Not to mention I had my debit card stolen after I paid august rent. It was paid before hand but took about 3-4 business days to post from my bank. My card was stolen in that window and I had to cancel my card and am now waiting to get those funds back into my account. I called the front office to see if there was anything that could be done, as the last 3 places I have lived have offered a one time fee waiver up to a certain amount, or some sort of flexibility, especially due to the pandemic. Not here though. They will continue to charge you $10.20 every day it’s late regardless of circumstance and then splint “it’s fair housing law.” Uhm incorrect. You may not be able to remove late fees for one tenant and not the rest, but it is your property managements CHOICE to not allow anyone leniency. $1100 for something less than 600 sq ft. The rental market is tough all over and this was the cheapest place I could find within a decent distance to my work, and was already at the top of my price range. Property management companies and landlords all over consistently raise rent, but offer nothing in return but “new paint,” (which has already started to peel) in a “fully upgraded” unit. It’s an absolute joke.**EDIT** They replied and told me to email them so they could address my concerns. 4 business days later and I still haven’t been replied to. This community absolutely does not care about its tenants. Does the bare minimum to “update” a unit, charges an insane amount, and doesn’t reply to concerns.

If you are thinking about renting from these apartments I would highly recommend you don’t! I have lived here now for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but issues. Current issue I am dealing with is the sprinkler right outside my front door is broken. First day I noticed the water had flooded into my apartment, I called right away. Of course the office was closed so I got the off site call center they got maintenance on the phone and I was told she needs to stop worrying sprinklers only run for 4 minutes. I have put in 3 maintenance requests as well as going into the office. Every request says it’s been completed. Not to mention the maintenance idea of fixing the issue was putting a pot of rocks on the broken sprinkler. Which did not help. This is now day 13 and the sprinkler is still broken. Every time the water floods into the apartment. I have requested a call from the office manager and have gotten no response. So over it and can’t wait to move!

The main reason I moved here was for affordability, cleanliness and fast communication. It’s nice they have a back up call center so I know my Qs will be answered. Happy to be calling this my home and haven’t had any problems.

I moved in less than a week ago and it will take an act of god for me to even consider renewing my lease. First of all, my AC didn’t work night one. There were so many things broken or not working in my apartment that I wonder if they even cleaned it before I moved in. Now I’m trying to do laundry and literally none of the machines work. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Noe has been super helpful and has answered all of our questions. Apartment was in great condition. Maintenance was fast with our AC. Overall great experience.

Been here for a year and had the worse experience of my life the staff is rude and never answers I had people pick at my locks trying to break in first month here had to to change my locks neighbors are loud and knock on others door an party all the way until 5 in the morning I have hobos who sit outside my window almost every night and now the only reason I’m writing this is because someone tried to break in last night they took my screen off my window and realized my window was locked. I would not recommend this place to anyone !!

If you are feeling lonely and want to live with roaches, this is the place for you! They come in all shapes and sizes, and they love laying eggs on all your furniture. This was the biggest of my problems living here, apart from everything else. DONT MOVE HERE. I had to get rid of all my roach infested furniture when I moved out and they charged me for every little thing, this place was a nightmare, A NIGHTMARE.

My parents live there.Have for years. I never seen a roach, nor have anyone in my family. The pool is very clean the staff are friendly. People are pleasent.

The new management under Michael is great. Super responsive and understanding. The girls up front will literally just spit corporate lines and say what theyre told to say for their $11/hr. But Michael will take care of you.

It’s been a month but I regret signing a year lease. Maybe I’ll improve the review with time but jeez. Apartment has so many light switches that don’t do anything and there’s no lights in the bed or living room. Bathroom shower is the worse, the know for temperature is the cheapest plastic and you can’t even change the temperature without almost breaking it. Oh and there’s no plug for the bath

Been here for almost a year and I only have beds no furniture in the apartment. AND ITS HORRIBLE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Have called and emailed paperwork back for weekly pest control. And have only been to my apartment one time.. does not feel like home and I’m glad I didn’t get furniture. Also neighbors downstairs Smoke inside and it all comes upstairs to my apartment. Called the office said they couldn’t do anything about it. Gate is never closed. Someone broke into my truck.! Cost more then 5,000 to get it fixed. And wouldn’t even help me to see the cameras..

Finally, they sent someone who knew what they were doing. James Veal came on time; he was polite & professional. Not only did he fix my microwave, but he went out of his way to replace our light in the kitchen. Which I had placed an order for about a month ago, & the previous maintenance guy couldn’t even do it. Thank You Mr. Veal!

This is a newly renovated apartment complex, I’m not a resident, but I’ve taken a tour, and it’s pretty impressive what they’ve done with the property. I was really impressed that they completely ripped out the old pool and put in a brand new pool and really nice lounge area with gazebos in the pool area, and they converted what used to be a tennis court into a soccer ball field, really interesting! I’m impressed with these renovations!

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!Renew one eleven will sweet talk to you on getting a lease with them but when it comes to the end of your lease it will be a nightmare. The apartments are infested with cockroaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment they will ALWAYS be there!!! And once you’ve moved out you will receive a bill for whatever they’re reason, even the smallest detail as someone picking up a small piece of paper from the floor that you left when you move out they will charge for that up to $300 absolutely ridiculous and you will never get a hold of the manager they don’t want to speak with you they will send you to collections immediately

To begin with i had to call FIVE times in a single day just for someone to pick up the phone. The times before i was put on hold for 10+ minutes. Ridiculous bc if they aren’t answering in the leasing office you know they will not be reliable if you live there. They knew my availability date before I booked my tour. Drove all the way out there just to walk in and be told the availability is a month out. So annoying. Waste of time. Parking sucks too

I moved from out of state and needed a place to stay before exploring the area and I could only find this place to do a short term 3 month lease. I though this place might be okay since it has 3.9 star rating, but wrong!Cons:- More than anything to me, this is a low income place, so your neighbors are probably going to be noisy. Even at 2am at night, I can hear the guy below watching TV and then early in the morning again (and all day). Pretty much ruining my sleep. You might also have neighbors gathering to drink, smoke, and play music with their friends right outside your door from time to time.- Yes, there are lot of roaches- Upon moving in, I let them know my window cannot be locked.A work order was filed and it has been 10 days but no one has come to fix it.- There is a smoke smell in the apartment and also the carpet.Previous person must have been a smoker.- Counter tops, bathtub, sinktop are painted over instead of being replaced as part of renovation. So this might toxic for your body.- Weatherstripping on the door corners is not so good as cold air leaks in at night. Gonna try to buy some foam tape for it.- My lease ended up being 3 month and 20 days since they it has to end at the end of the last month (which is BS), so its almost a 4 month lease.Pros:- Washer/dryer in unit- Plenty of parkingI am paying $1100 a month for a 1 bedroom. I just wish I had paid more money and rented in a nicer place.

In April 2020, we moved from our fully renewed 1 bedroom unit that we lived in from July 2019 to a partially renewed 2 bedroom unit. I’ll start off by saying is definitely worth it to sign to a completely renewed unit - there are way less issues. Living in any of the buildings closer to the management building will give you better quality of living. I don’t think this is a horrible place to live, just be cautious of where the unit is on the property before signing.The 2 bedroom unit we live in now is closer to the south pool. There is a lot of noise at night and cops are constantly coming for numerous (not necessarily noise complaint related) complaints. Take that as you will. I’ve included photos of what true apartment community and conditions of the property are like. My unit hasn’t had consistent hot water since November and complaints about smoking, the dog poop in common areas, and really anything else is never taken seriously. My mailbox has been broken into twice and when reported for them to at least fix the lock, their solution was to complain to the post office because the mailbox is federal property. It is now permanently ajar, even when locked it can be easily pulled open. Rent is affordable and besides the hot water, I don’t really mind being here. Just fearing for my safety and well-being every time I step out (to whatever surprise my neighbors may leave for me right outside my doorstep!!) and walk to my car.

Absolutely disgusting cheap place. Crawling with roaches everywhere. Maintenance is terrible and unhelpful staff. Often hear people play loud annoying Spanish music with bass, sometime even in the middle of night.

The location is good, and you can tell they put effort into maintaining the property and amenities, however, the automated payment system, while very convenient, is a bit annoying just because they will try to charge something every now and than that you have already paid for. I dont mind paying something I owe, but I do mind paying something I dont.. and lately (probably because of the weather) roaches have decided to start making a appearance.. all in all its not a bad place but you have got to keep a eye on your ledger on the resident portal app and even when u keep your apartment clean, the bugs still come out.

As some of the service was slow to respond, we were lucky to be blessed with a hard working, understanding and determined employee. Shar not only helped us feel wanted at the complex, but rapidly increased the process by taking into consideration the severity of our situation. We appreciate that a lot! Would definitely recommend her in the future!

This is a great place to consider. My experience was excellent. Unfortunately I need a 3 bedroom. Customer service was on point! I spoke to a few people but one person stood out the most and I think her name was Char. Super friendly and informative. I will refer others to this community!

Horrible management. Was without ac during the summer 3 different time. The first two times I was given no portable ac & was told they were “contacting maintenance” for two days. The last time(3rd time) I was given a portable ac that was taped to the wall & maybe lasted an hour before peeling off. my ac went out on a Saturday morning they came Monday afternoon to fix it. (Mind you I have a 1 year old son & this was in the middle of August). Management is rude & does not care about their residents.

Its convenient location wise but I am not happy with how the amenities are not consistent on when they are open and no notice to tenants..like the pool is supposed to be open at 8 am per an email sent and many days its not. Laziness on maintenence to just open it. Secured community but the front gate seems to have issues consistently.

It was pretty rough when I first got here about a year ago but it has significantly gotten better. I would recommend due to the cost compared to other places. You have to understand that you get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxury but expect affordable!

Just moved into renew one eleven. Levi and Allison have been such a great help. My move in was easy and I couldn’t be happier to be moving into such a great community with great people!! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you Rob for making sure my apartment looked wonderful before move in.

Levi is absolutely THE BEST leasing consultant you’ll ever come across! I was supposed to move into the community but because of personal reasons and a timeline that the property wasn’t able to work around (again not there fault) I wasn’t able to stay and make it work like I anticipated. Although I wasn’t able to reside here I would recommend anyone else to DO IT. The rates are affordable, the staff is caring and truly try there best to make what you need happen so you can be happy and comfortable with your stay. This is the 3rd time in the last few months my water has turned off completely while Im getting ready for work- no warning or anything.This is the first time Ive lived in apartments where this happens so often.Not only that but office staff has a common tendency to be rude Ive noticed this at the sister properties as well.There are roaches abundant year round that have ruined a few of me and my roommates art pieces.Im happy to be leaving this place next month

Have you ever moved 24 hours away from home, with a 2 week notice and a lot of anxiety. Not to mention a derecho hitting my hometown the day before I leave. Moral of the story I have called them Hal way across the country bawling from stress anxiety. Yesenia not only took all of emotions and stress and relieved it she also got me acquainted with AZ. Going from the mid west to Arizona is a huge change but I’m glad she walked me down the path I needed too. ALSO this apartment complex is beautiful, can’t wait to swim in the pool!!

Lived here for three months I can honestly say that my time here has been great. Levi and Allison was wonderful. Kelly and Robert has made the transition to move out very smooth. Lindsey also had answers to all my concerns. Travis and Edwin always patrolled the grounds and kept them clean. I highly recommend this place

While living here the plumbing went bad. Couldn’t fix toilet for a few weeks luckily the best maintenance worker on the property. Super friendly .. very knowledgeable... and easy to talk too thank you so much Edwin G for being the friendliest and coolest maintenance guy....

We are so grateful for the wonderful management and maintenance staff here at Renew One Eleven. We just moved in within the last week and it has been a great experience so far. Getting into the apartment was a breeze with Levi, and he was so helpful as we did our initial walk through of the apartment before moving in. Levi, Arron, and Alan were great. Levi was super helpful through the entire process and made moving in easy. I came from out of state and needed a few extra things but they made sure it was no extra work. The apartment is nice and it was one of few I could find available on such short notice.

I just rented here after having an awesome tour with Allyson who was so sweet and upbeat. She showed me around the whole community and even introduced me to her maintenance team Rob, Travis, and Adam. It was so crazy I never have ever even met my maintenance staff at my current place. While I applied in office Alan and Levi came out and talked with me and were very helpful as I had some questions about move in. I also was able to meet Kelly the manager who was the most welcoming manager I have ever met! Super excited to leave my current place to move into this lovely community with the best people you could ask for!

I moved into Renew One Eleven May 31st 2020, from June 21st 2020 until today June 26th 2020 I have been having roaches inside of my apartment. I have made several complaints & submitted maintenance work orders & tried to reach out to the manager but never received a call back or email, nothing. Maintenance has came out to patch cracks & exterminators has came to spray but this is not solving the issue. I am not happy at all & I wish I would have signed the 3 month lease or not moved here at all!!!!! Unfortunately, I signed up for the 6 month lease & I pray every night that the days go by fast! I would not recommend these apartments. This is disgusting & I am Paranoid!!!!! This does not feel like my home.

We lived here when it was Valencia Crossing and we really wish that it hadnt changed. Our experience with Renew One Eleven was deplorable. If you are planning on moving in, I would strongly advise that you get everything IN WRITING. Back in September when we renewed our lease, we were given an exact amount that we would be paying every month for rent. When we renewed again in April, not only were there missing tenants, who were on our VERY FIRST LEASE with Valencia, they raised our rent without warning. I understand that Phoenix living is expensive, but over $900 for a VERY SMALL one bedroom is unbelievable.When we decided to move out, the manager made promises with us to have some fee removed from our move-out statement, but when we got the outrageous bill, she blacklisted us, refused to return our calls and had her employees handle our statement, who swore up and down that it wasnt never discussed that the fees be removed. In the end, we paid more money that our apartment was even worth.I wish that I could give a place no stars. Their customer service is horrible and their professional demeanor is questionable.If you do decide to move in here, be careful. They may be putting on a nice front, but the minute you let your guard down, they will squeeze out every penny you have.

I have been impressed with the changes that They have done on the property as well and am looking forward to seeing what they continue to do!

I recently moved in here and couldnt be happier. The community is beautiful, and I love the location. Alan Kelly and Ally is always super friendly and always greet me by name and sure to say hi when theyre out and about. Rob in maintenance is always quick to respond and always helpful. Very happy with my decision.

I stopped in here to inquire about renting a unit. I spoke with Allyson and Brittany and they were great. They answered all my questions and showed me around the property. I was interested in local restaurants and shopping and they are both very knowledgeable. In contrast to other leasing agents it was a very refreshing experience. They where very low pressure and just did their best to answer my questions. For anyone thinking to take a look at this property I would schedule with one of these two professionals.

They have done so much work on this property and You can tell they take pride in the excellent improvement they make every day. I just moved in here in April. And I absolutely love it here! The staff is so friendly, I’ve gotten to know them all so well. I always make sure to bring my dog into the office as Brittany and Allyson are always sure to give them a lot of love. And any issue I have either they or Levi and Alan can help. The manager Kelly is always actually out on property getting things done. The maintenance staff Rob, Travis, and Adam keep the grounds super clean and always quick to help with even small maintenance concerns. If you are looking for a place to call home I definitely recommend this place, I even have a friend moving in next month!!

Worst Mistake Ever. 1 week in found a bunch of roaches everywhere. My kids went into panic mode. We are not use to living in these conditions. To the people in the office it must be a normal thing but based on alot of unhappy residents not everyone can get use to dirty roaches. When you call to complain about them all the can say is we will send out an exterminator to spray the apartment. When we say how many times we would have to have someone spray they said as many as we need too. No joke we have to pay to break our lease even if we ran into an unhealthy apartment. Not to mention the amount of homeless people sleeping at the dog park. Definitely will look into legal action! Dont rent here unless you want to have roaches as Roommates

I just moved from New Mexico. I really enjoy it here! It is such a wonderful apartment complex. Levi and Allison in the office are great! Adam from maintenance always fixes everything

The new management has really made this place better from what I have heard. So far the last few months being here is great. The staff is really nice, gets all the stuff taken care of, also the remodel is coming together nicely. I am very pleased!!

I got the lease for 1 year, I really like this apartments. They are not far away from my job & what I like most is that grocery stores & the mall are very close! I don’t have to travel very far for anything! The staff here are very nice & attentive, they answer all the questions you have & if they don’t have the answer they get back to you in no time.. I really like my apartment & area it is in, it is very calm quiet peaceful place!

I have lived in many apartments over the years and this is by far my favorite. The office staff is helpful and friendly especially Kelly! Rob and Travis in Maintenance always come out right away anytime I have an issue. They just painted the outside and it gives the place such an modern look. I love it here and so will you:)

I lived here for almost two years. I had a wonderful experience during my time here. The community is pretty quiet most of the time. Alan is always knowledgeable and very friendly. I feel comfortable walking to get my mail or out to the parking lot at any time of day or night. I would definitely recommend this complex.

I do not live here, but I drive by here all the time. I’ve seen Management Companies come and go, the improvements that I’ve seen so far are so well done. I’ve heard that it was taken over again so I just had to see them myself. Allyson greeted me, she is very friendly and welcoming. I am definitely going to recommend this place for any one looking to move and bonus it’s right next to the light rail!

Levi was very helpful and understanding! Lindsey Did an excellent job showing me the property and Rob had my place looking amazing I can’t wait to check out the the gym and basketball court

Levi has been so helpful. We moved here from WI with lots of bumps along the way. He has made this very easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place and Levi as your go to guy :)

I would like to thank the Leasing office for helping me. They have been sooo kind and thoughtful throughout my journey. Levi and Adam was professional and Allyson was extremely nice. I been living here for 3 years. And I witnessed all the great changes.

So I just moved in today! So far so great I had Shar help me the whole process even though I never had to pay for srp or renters insurance everyone was so helpful and explained the whole process. I hope it continues this well because the apartment is the perfect size for a girl and her dog. Ill complete a review when moving out but so far everything is quaint and very well fitted. Excited for ammentities to open (covid)!

I have lived at Renew One Eleven for two months now. Applying was made easy by management and they worked with my family to find an apartment that fit our needs. I have no problem with management but I have had trouble sleeping due to loud neighbors. I have addressed my concern to management and they have given me options to take care of it such as calling the officer that is on call for after hours. I do hope to live here for a year and hope this situation gets better.

After renew 3030 did not have any available apartments for my time frame, Brittany went above and beyond and looked into what they had available for me over at renew one eleven which she did not have to do and referred me over to Allyson and they were super helpful in finding my new home. While on tour, Allyson had introduced me to the maintenance team (Travis, Rob, and Adam). Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to move in here This summer. Honestly, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had during my apartment search. Thank you to everyone!!!

Its under new management.....HELLO! Ive been here for four years with other owners and two other management companies who didnt do or plan to do a thing to the place. Trinity is here now and it looks like we got a management company that cares and wants to take care of the place. Kelly, the manager, actually seems to be a good person and wants to do right by all concerned. Come check it out! As Mr Rodgers said, Wont you be our neighbor?

I’m going on my second year here, with the new management I’m definitely much more happier. I haven’t had an issue since. When it came to maintenance it would literally take weeks to a month to get things done, now it takes a few hours up to the next day. Really happy with the change. Black counter tops definitely have to go though.

I have been living in this complex for a couple of weeks now and it has been pretty good so far. The move in process was very easy. The washer and dryer in the unit work very well and are very quiet. The shower was disgusting when we moved in but maintenance is going to clean it soon! Overall I have had a very good experience so far.

I toured this place with my mom and I remember how this place looked a few years ago and I have to say Renew has done a great job making this place look good The leasing guy Levi was professional and the Kelly was very nice. I loved the club house and pool area The place was clean and the office smelled great

Moved into renew 111 today Levi was gray helping me and my family moved in everything looks great inside my apartment the ground and the pool area looked especially amazing I have a wonderful pool view love it here

Before trinitT took be over i was going to move. BUT the work started and improvements started the maintenance guys were always around (not like the old maintenance guys) . They are available and will get things fixed. They are friendly, respectful. For Kelly and Allen they are very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to Help. There is so much I could say but I am so happy to be able to live here.

I have lived here for a year and a few months. My kids enjoy playing in the soccer area. We also like walking the canal and feeding the ducks. There has been major improvements since new management has taken over. These apartments are very affordable and I like the location. Definitely worth checking out.

I have lived here since April of 2018, and I must say that the improvements made my new management have been stellar. Communication with the community has been amazing and the steps they are actively taking to make this a welcoming and beneficial community for everyone have been extraordinary. They have been making improvements to the office, pool, playgrounds, individual apartments, and staff and maintenance are super nice and helpful. So happy with the progress!!
