Called to see if they could squeeze me in to fix one nail. Got told to just walk in and they would take care of me. As I walked in I was told there was a long wait. Needs to be ran better because I didn’t call to waste my time going up there to wait after being told I wouldn’t have to.

Asked for a manicure for my daughter but they did not do one. Im sitting watching. Just filed her nails and started painting. I asked and he lied to my face that he did one. Thats fine. I will never be back. They give more attention to customers of certain races. So sad but true. And the way the man stands over everyone! Just terrible! Last week my daughter asked for white polish on her toes after her pedicure and the lady took it upon herself to just give her a French to hurry her out.

They do superb work, but I dont think I have been treated fairly because I am black. No one wants to do my nails here, though I dont ask for much just a pedi and fill in. I use the same color on my feet and hands, but they always send me to the beautiful lady who no one ever goes to for service, yet she is talented. They serve patrons spirits as well, but never offer me anything. Not even a bottle of water. I do feel unwanted here. Honestly I do, so I did respond by leaving the nail tech a $30 tip. And havent been back since. Though I must say, this is not the only nail shop where I have been treated this way ..and though I dont ask for a big job to be done my total is always 95-120. I like having groomed hands and feet, but I am starting to find interest in doing things myself.

First time here . Came in for a pedicure . I enjoyed the pedicure and the ladies here are super sweet !

I went on a Friday evening for a full set and a pedicure without an appointment. They were super busy and the tech was a little rushed. When I got home and in different lighting the imperfections were seeable. Everyone said it looked fine but I just wasnt satisfied. So I went back the following morning (less busy) and they literally gave me the best manicure I have ever had. I had to tip because they refused to let me pay. Very sweet people and pleasant salon! Only advice I have is make an appt.

I love this shop. They always do a good job on my pedicure. I am more selective about my nails because the newer technicians don’t do as good of a job. There are about two techs that I love.

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM THIS PLACE !!!!! My husband purchased 2 gift certificates for $50.00. When I went to get my nails done, they took $10.00 off the top for some bs reason....so they ended giving us $80.00 worth of service not $100.00.

Mai did a beautiful job. My pedicure was very soothing and my nails look great. Dip nails last 3 weeks! The o ly reason I have to redo is because my own nails have grown out too much. Great salon with professional staff

Got a powder dip on Friday and they have already started chipping! Don’t get a powder dip here! My cuticles bled I paid before the service was completed and wished I would not have now! Very disappointed especially for the price I paid!

I have been going to Royal Nails for 19 years! (They opened in 2000). I love going there and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly and professional. If you’ve never been there, you should go and check them out. You won’t be disappointed. 😊

The girls here are great. The old man...not so much. At least all he does is take your money.It was my understanding I should have gotten a glass of wine, but none was offered. Is it only certain times of the day?And my chair didnt have a control available for the vibrator; the second main reason I go for a pedicure. :(But did I say the girls are great!

My first time going to Royal Nails. Lynn was the tech who did my nails. Super sweet and she did an awesome job!! Clean environment, welcoming atmosphere!! I will most definitely be going back!!

I do like to come to this salon. But the quality of service is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great and amazing! Sometimes i feel like I’m just a head of cattle being herded thru the process. They do offer wine for your enjoyment, when they have time and the staff is usually nice and thoughtful!

Sam and his wife have done amazing job with this place. Ive been going here for 20 years. I love the upgrades and the quality of work they do. I always recommend them.

I really hate to rate this place one star. But if I am honest Its the best I can give them. I have been going for a few years here. The last three times, usually once a month, I went in to get my usual shalleck done on my nails. The lady did not get my whole nail, leaving the edges with nothing on them. I have naturally long nails, but not anymore. They broke off because it was not done proper. The time before that, I got Lisa, she did a good job. Wish I had stayed with her doing them. It is so hard to find a good nail salon where I do not have to drive an hour away. The older lady broke my nail while taking off my regular polish, so I know not to get her anymore. I really do like the people there, just wish some would slow down and do it proper. Now I am looking for another salon.

I would’ve given them one star but since my nails look decent I gave them two. First time customer and it will be my last time as well. A nail salon on a Saturday should be at full staff levels. 3 techs for 10 chairs isn’t enough. I was told upon entering there would be a “little of a wait” with 2 ladies in front of me and a little girl. Every other salon I’ve ever been to, they go through the wait pretty quick so I stayed. Big mistake. I sat in the waiting area for a little over 5 minutes before being seated in a chair with the water going. I sat there in the chair until the water was cold and my back was hurting(I ended up sitting on the edge of the seat bent over) and the lady beside me asked for hot water in hers since he chair had turned off she’d been there so long...before I knew it so did mine. After over an hour in the chair I finally got a tech to come start on me. She did a pretty good job except I ended up coming home and finishing the foot smoothing part myself since my feet were even more scratchy than before. My toes look good, hence the 2 stars not one. I was in the salon for a little over an hour and a half before I was offered a beverage (and I think it’s only because 2 ladies came in and the owner-I’m assuming- asked them if they wanted anything so I looked straight at him and he asked me too and I said yes) the ladies on both sides of me had glasses of wine from the time I was sat down...so I guess maybe I just wasn’t spending enough to get a drink? There’s apparently different kinds of pedicures too(maybe I’m wrong) but I was never shown a services menu or asked what I wanted so the opportunity to upsell me was totally missed. A $29 pedicure(plus $5 tip) and it took me just under 2 hours. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. I don’t know if this is just a bad day for them but goodness, they won’t last much longer if the service speed/quality remains the same.

Nice shop. Prices may be a little higher than other places, but atmosphere is quiet/soothing. Wine with pedicure and you can buy a card where you will pay half price for the pedicure for a certain number of pedicures.

Very unhappypedicure went fine Saturday 2/16/2019 but manicure went all wrong.The lady used a dremil tool on my cuticle area and I have real nails then barley pushed back the excess.I took the polish off Monday because my fingers hurt and now I see why, I have indentions in several of my fingernails.I called this morning to speak to the owner and he was less then polite and told me it was my fault I took off the polish and the cuticles had grown back......two days later OKAYWONT GO BACK EVEN TO GET THEM TO FIX THE BOTCHED JOB

This is the first time I’ve been here in years and I probably won’t go back. I asked for a French manicure and was done in less than 10 minutes. The towel they used on my hands smelled musty, therefore my hands now smell musty. There is even leftover polish on a few fingers that they didn’t fully get off before they started painting. I had to file my nails myself when I got home and do my own top coat to make them shiny. I can’t believe I paid full price for a half-job that they did.

I went and asked for an ombré French manicure set and it looks nothing like the picture I showed them. They redid them afterwards and they still look so bad. I definitely will not be going back, I didn’t even get a discount or anything for how bad they looked.

I REALLY wish I could give this place a good review because the salon has a great atmosphere and the staff is so sweet. Unfortunately, I cant. My last visit was pretty uncomfortable as I waited in the pedicure chair for 20 min next to a drunk woman. Apparently, this woman had come into the salon drunk and the staff still served her two more glasses of wine. Now, I have mysterious blisters on my toes. EWW! This is the second time I have come away with some weird skin issue after getting my nail done at this salon.

The service was mediocre, i might be returing. Tbd. People were decent looking could use a haircut. My nails have never looked better. Will be back.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS!!!This place does not even deserve the 1 star Im forced to give. I went there as a recommendation from my mom but did not have the experience she informed me of. I called on a Thursday about 6pm to see if they could provide a shellac and pedicure service and they agreed. The salon only had a couple other people when I arrived. My first issue is that I was not put in the pedicure chair while I waited on my shellac to soak off. I had the old lady manicurist and she could not paint worth anything! My shellac would not stay on even after 1.5 hours of this service and two other technicians had to come and take over. My paint job still looks a sloppy mess. I ended up not getting a pedicure because at that point, its late, Im irritated and been at work all day thinking I could come to the nail shop and unwind but that was not the case. So I asked them to paint my toes but that took me three times asking. Then a random guy ran through the back door after being chased and scared the whole nail salon. Seriously felt like I was in the hood. It could have been a shoot out or anything. Why was the door not locked?! They end up locking the doors, the clients go dry and then we are rudely rushed out of the salon as the technician comes and aggressively cuts off the drying machines and tells us we are dry. I get home and polish is chipped. Thats the short version. I will never return to this shop again.

If you don’t have an appointment they’ll rush you out & not do as good of a job with your nails. I’ve tried going there several times but won’t be returning anymore. The owner is rude to customers / certain employees

WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN, Had to leave my 12 yr old dog to pick up my car very quickly and I told the front desk guy this, before I left. He asked my daughter multiple times was he going to be paid after I had already told him I was coming back! They also screwed up my daughters polish and manicure thin king I was going to pay they 20$ just for them to put on a nail polish. The most part is I really dont appreciate him questioning my daughter about his financial status. Lets just mention I am a woman of color!

Horrible place. I have went there for years and they were good back in the day. Now, they rush you in and out and do a half job for what they do. If you are not a regular that comes weekly or have no appt, they treat you like trash.

They did a great job, the staff was very nice and friendly, and the facility is super clean and well-kept. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were understaffed and I was in there for a very long time. Got there at 10:40 AM for a mani/pedi and didnt walk out until 1:15 PM.

Nice clean shop. I asked for white Shellac, things went as expected until my cuticle was cut a second time in the same spot. When the top coat was applied, the white took on a yellowish hue, I asked if it would dry clear, it did not. The manicurist had the nerve to ask another customer is SHE saw what I saw! The manager got loud with me as I tried to discuss my complaint with him privately, so much so that other customers could hear him. It was only after I in turn talked loudly that he took $10 off the botched job!

Wonderful salon. Took my 93 yr old mother in wheelchair and they did a wonderful job with mani and pedi. Great, friendly staff. Highly recommend and will be returning. Very reasonable prices.

Racist against African American customers. White customers got the red carpet treatment, but I was rushed out. The tech Lisa handled my hands very ruff, and I had to tell her too slow down twice. It took a tech an hour to change the polish on toes and fingers of a White customer, all while she (the customer) was texting on the phone and talking very loudly to another customer. The guy employee there even gave her a prop for her cell phone. I saw another African American customer getting rush service too. The guy employee seemed to be trying to make conversation only with White customers. I went on a Saturday and there were only two African American customers, me and one other person. My service costed more, than three of the ladies in front and behind me, most were getting basic manicures and or paint change, and it took way too long. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN. Trust the reviews, because I would not wast my time writing this. I only stopped in there because it is close by home, but never again.

I love this place.....it is under new mgmt and they are very Customer oriented. A real bargain......the massage of feet and hands alone would be worth the price.

Really good costumer service but they do a crazy job on nails they made mine all thick and way off of my cuticle like in the middle of my finger nail and then shaved down my nail to where I couldnt get them fixed for 3 months!

Royal nails had top notch customer service. They greet you immediately upon arrival (not just screaming from a work station) and they make it a point to know your name as well as get to know you as a customer. The extremely neat organization of their polish and cleanliness also won this OCD customer over. And my nails and toes ALWAYS look amazing! I dont make technician requests but always seem to get Mai and she is awesome! I just took my husband with me yesterday for a mani/pedi and he really enjoyed it! Thank you for treating your customers like royalty.

Gone here since they opened the doors in 2000. Nice friendly staff. Is the cleanest nail salon that I have ever been in. The pedicure chairs get new lined bags to soak your feet in. You get water or a glass of wine while you are soaking and they finish the pedicure off with hot stone massage. They have become so busy that you really need an appointment. They do accept walk-ins, but yes, you will have to wait if someone has an appointment. They did have an older woman who was in training that is no longer there. I had to use her once because my favorite was too busy and I did not make an appointment. The owner took me aside after my mani/pedi and apologized for how long it took the lady, but she did an ok job with my nails. I have seen customers get frustrated because of the language barrier, but have never seen the staff treat anyone with disrespect. If you had one bad experience dont hold that against them and try again!

Update to my review. As long as you are completely satisfied with what they do and dont ask any questions, the service is ok; but if you ask a question or make a comment that they dont agree with, you are trouble. I was there on 8/8/18 for a pedicure. They have a VIP card that you can pay $50 for and you get 5 pedicures for 50% off. When I purchased the card the man was explaining it to me and he said you pay $50 and then you get the pedicure for $15. I said, Half of $29 (which is what the pedicure costs) in $14.50. To which he answered, Its going to go up to $30 in January. I said ok; but its still $29 in August and they charged me $14.50.The time before 8/8 when I went in it was very busy and on a Friday. The man showed a gentleman who was getting a pedicure how to operate the chair. I jokingly said You didnt show me how to operate the chair, and he went ballistic. I was joking with him because I already know how to operate the chair. Every time you come, you trouble, and on and on. I was shocked and his wife tried to make excuses for him as she did my nails. When I went on the 8th, the girl who was doing my pedicure did not speak English and did not understand me when I asked her if she had cut my toe nails, so, she called the owner, Lan, over and I told her what I had asked. Her response was your nails are long. To which I replied, I know, thats why I asked did she cut them because they are still long; and she didnt use the pumice stone to get the dead skin off of my feet. And then she came out with, every time you come youre trouble. I politely told her that if she wanted to give me my money back, she wouldnt have to worry about me anymore. She said something to the girl that was supposedly doing my pedicure and she took my thong off and I put it back on. Lan said shes going to . . . something and I told her no, dont worry about it, just polish my nails, Ill take care of my feet when I get home. That I was not begging, I was paying and if it isnt right, Im going to ask. If thats what you call trouble, then Im going to be trouble. The problem was: people get a manicure, also with their VIP pedicure w according to Lan. Well, I hope she didnt thing I was going to give her anymore of my money as rude as her husband was the last time I was in there. The only reason I was back this time was because I had paid for a VIP (lol) card. When the girl came over to do my pedicure, Lan said something to her in their language. Probably that she didnt have to do much, because I wasnt getting a manicure and was only going to spend $14.50; and she didnt do much. It doesnt say anything on the brochure for the VIP card about having to get a manicure, although, I had previously gotten shellacs. No more. I have one visit left on my card that I will not be using. Maybe I can find someone who goes there to give it to. There is one you lady in there who is very professional. I dont know her name, but she said, You are the boss, the customer is the boss. She should open her own shop. As for me, Im going to find me an American shop to go to. I dont mind paying for what I get, but I do mind paying for what I dont get and bad service.

Felt uncomfortable like they were rushing me versus other customers in the shop. Made my nails look like they needed a fill within a week; will never go back. Guess because the shop was closing I was the last they didnt do me dry time and told me I had to leave because they were closing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I hate the way that man (the owner I assume) treats the women workers there. I also dislike the fact that I came in and waited 45 minutes. Then when someone walked in and asked for dip nails they were escorted to the chair before me!!!!! Ridiculous!

I went to this nail salon for a while, however, I notice my nail bed was damaged and they became sloppy with how my artificial nails were applied. I was so disappointed, I will never return. Do not go, if you care about your nail bed.

The lady rushed and did my fill in and I was left with clumsy nails. Today makes a week and one nail is already broken off (as in the whole clumpy nail came off!!!!!). $70 for a fill in and pedicure and I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY NAILS!!! Clumpy nails are not cool!!!!
