I am speechless! I took my car for a Radiator swap and ended up with an overheated engine as a result of a loose hose. I have reached out to management and they are avoiding all liability in spite undebatable proof of their negligance.

Radiator and radiator cooling fan both FAILED less than a year of purchasing. Manager said if I bring in old parts so his guys in shop can pressure test that he would refund my money.I said, Okay. Ill bring the parts and the receipt from less than a year ago in later today so you can see for yourself...and Ill bring the AAA tow bill too.He immediately corrected himself and said that hed warranty exchange only.Even the smokin hot girls in the office laughed out loud when I asked him how he could forget something he said less than 15 seconds earlier.DO NOT BUY anything from this BAIT & SWITCH group of rip-off artists that have ZERO integrity.

Don’t buy parts here!!!, these people claim to have warranty on there parts but don’t specify for how long and for what parts, we have a account with these business and have spent over thousands of dollars and when I went in to get a warranty exchange for my Chevy they end up telling me that the part only has a month of warranty, when i had just bought their defective compressor in April of 2020 not even major selling car parts businesses offer a month of warranty for a 330$ compressor!! And also didn’t appreciate Javier (manager at Chelsea location) telling my boss that we aren’t doing our job right when his associates are selling defective parts.I would like to talk to the main authority about this issue. This is a great place when you need your radiator replaced. Left our car late that evening was ready by next day. Got new radiator and fans put. Customer service was great and helpful. The communication back and forth was perfect. Would so recommend this place!

I bought a battery in october last year in march this year stop my truck due corona 3months, later today not run the battery dye, start jamp, go to the chelsea store, talk with Oscar after l remove the battery he said no replacement the warrant is limon extremely carefully, does not buy this place!!!

I spoke to one guy over the phone and he gave me one price, next day i went to buy it and they gave me another price, so i told they that that was not the price they told me over the phone and he asked me what price they gave me, i told him the the price and he said ok..when i was there another customer came into the store and same story they told him a price and the guy said that is not the price they gave me over the phone and same story they said what price they told you? And they gave him that price.So, prices change? Or are those guys on commision? I ending buging but that will be first and last time

Horrible customer service. I called and they gave me a price on a radiator and when I went in, it was like $60 more. The said they would call me when the vehicle is ready, it would take about 2 hours. 5 hours later I called and they said yes its been ready. I said well you said you would call and the gentleman said you need your car you call

They sold me a broken radiator a while back and told me it was my fault it wasnt working cause I installed it and wouldnt even look at it to verify. Dont go here they just take your money.

The purchases were made in 2014 &15 for a 2000 BMW 740iL, 2000 BMW 528i and a 2003 BMW 530i. I was asked and did purchase lifetime warranties at an additional cost of $6 each. It seems that a lifetime warranty is worthless at Frontera, the radiator for the 740il started leaking after the top hose cracked and broke 24 months after the purchase. I took the product back and the manager on Chelsea stated that the radiator would have leaked sooner if it were a manufacturing problem. So I asked why do you sale a lifetime warranty, He stated that he would not honor the warranty and walked away. Ill never purchase anything from this company again. !!!!!EYE!!!!!! I took my Challenger to replace the evaporator to get the AC working. I left the board LOOSE, in addition to CABLES OUTSIDE the board. The work was for approx. $ 5000, in other workshops they charged me $ 3500, I left it on border radiators because I assumed they would do a better job, but it was WONDERFUL. Later a problem arose, as the heating did not work. I went again with them to give me a guarantee, to which they replied that they were independent things and that it was an actuator, that the replacement would be $ 1700. After looking for tutorials I was able to find the piece DAMAGED I realized that THE ACTUATOR HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED to charge for that it did not work.
