Got a dip manicure with tips and they look beautiful! The lady doing my nails took her time and really paid attention to detail. Definitely will be back!

Tiffany gave me the best dip manicure ever. She was gentle and used a soft technique. The ombre colors turned out great. I love it. I definitely will return to this shop again and again.

Went to Jen at Snappy Nails on Colorado and got Dip nails done. I wasnt sure what I wanted & normaly feel I pick plain neutral colors but wanted something more fun. She suggested we try ombre & I LOVE it!SHE was AMAZING!! Love love love the color and shape! It doesnt look overly dark but it has some sparkle and Pizzazz yet still looks classy .She also super nice and friendly. GO SEE HER!

My daughter got her nails done here. Super thin and broke within two days. Nails not smooth either. Left the area around cuticle unfiled. If I was at the salon with her, they would have redone them. When you do a long set, you must build the apex to make thicker where they would break more easily. I have knowledge and do nails myself. I will have to fix for her. Idk if we will return.

This is by far the best salon i’ve ever been to and i’ve been to a countless amount of nail salons. I feel very safe during this time (Covid) with them taking many precautions. This is the only nail salon that has actually done exactly what I asked for and she gets it spot on every single time. Everyone loves my nails! I will never go to anyone/anywhere else.

Im sure everyone there is great! But my girl Jennifer is awesome! Always does a great job! My nails always look natural! Tiffany is also awesome! I had my pedi today and Kim was great! The only place I go!

After adding the acrylic powder onto my nails the tech was using the dremel machine to smooth out the surface. He nicked my skin on my pointer finger, and of course I jumped a little showing he hurt me and said ouch. Didnt get an apology or anything. Went back to work, and he nicked me again, this time breaking skin. Being in this profession you should be more careful and apologize if you hurt your client! Plus my nails are not the same length and some are crooked. After being hurt twice, I decided to not say anything and go somewhere else to get them fixed. I used to go here all the time, but I probably wont come back after this experience. This was the first time in 9 years that I have been hurt while getting my nails done.

Great nail salon for a fantastic price in Highlands Ranch. I usually get an appointment but Ive been able to get in without an appointment pretty fast in the past.

Been here many times and all the ladies are nice. But today I got this lady called Jennifer. She was horrible. She hurt me twice while doing my nails.When I told her to be careful, she told me nothing happened. I told her she hurt me and she laughed and said there was no blood and that she did not hurt. I asked her why she is laughing and that she could just say sorry. She laughed again and told me that I am tensed and I was scaring her. She told me this is not the first time I am getting my nails done and that I should relax. No sorry once!!!!!! . My nails look horrible too.

They were so rude there. they didnt even paint my nails the colors I wanted them or asked what the shape of my nail would be they just automatically made the shape circular which I did not want. They did it so fast it looks so sloppy.

If I could rate with a zero I would. WORST customer experience ever. Two of my daughters nails broke within 2 hours of leaving their salon and they did not look good. We called and they said they would fix them but when she came in they talked about her in Vietnamese and blamed her for the nails breaking. Refused to paint the side of her nails if they had to file, which the nails needed to be filed. Finally agreed and left one hand without painting sides or top coat and was careless so she had nail polish all over her hands. My husband who was waiting with her came inside to complain and the owner shrugged her shoulders when he told her we would post a bad review. We have never been treated so rude by a nail salon. There was no reason for their attitude. They may have some good reviews but my experience as a business owner is the bad reviews are the ones you need to read because it may happen to you.

I’ve been going to snappy nails for three years and never been had a problem with any of my nails. I love this place and I recommend it strongly.

Have have gone here many times and have had mediocre pedicures. Mostly do a good job, they want to get yo in and out as fast as they can. If you like a relaxing pedicure you will not find that here. But do not bother making an appointment. I have made one each time I go and still sit waiting for anywhere between 10-40min. Today called at 12pm and made two appointments for 330. We both got there at 325pm, not one employee acknowledging we were there. Finally after about 8 min of waiting someone asked us what we needed. Come 4pm still sitting there waiting. I understand they were busy, but what is the point of having to option to make an appointment...? Called another nail salon close by and left.

Jennifer and Tiffany have always been great nail techs for me. My acrylics come out perfect everytime. Haven’t found a place that does my nails as good.

Worst pedi ever. $26 for no communication. Asked about a toenail and she didn’t understand so blew me off. Had to remind her to do cuticle trimming in right foot. Barely a massage! I won’t go back 👍

After walking in one day, this nail salon has become my favorite one in Highlands Ranch and Littleton. All of the technicians are thoroughly knowledgeable and assertive. Excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Their prices are on point, very professional and they offer a large variety of services.

Great job on a pink and white gel set, I went to Jennifer and she did it all by hand without using the metal form and it looked perfect! Plus the girls joke back and forth in English so theyre a good time. Im never going anywhere else. And theyre decently priced!

Ive been going to Snappy nails for 6 years now. Use to live in Highlands ranch with my parents but i moved to Littleton near South glenn mall with my boyfriend. I try to find other nail salons closer to me that I like but never can. So I make the drive to Snappy nails with no hesitation because I know Ill always get the best full set with them. They dont raise prices like other salons do. They joke with you, and talk to you. And will always be gentle with your nails so they dont pull or cut you. They work fast, but still have great quality. They put their employees where they belong. Like Tiffany and Jennifer are the best with acrylic nails. But Lyn is awesome with pedis. Best nail salon around!

Came here with my little sister 7/11/2016.We wanted mani pedis. We were seated in the chairs fast and waited while our feet got wrinkly for 45minutes waiting for someone to attend to us. The water even became cold. Then when we finally got service my sisters gal put rubbing alcohol on her injuried toe after she said not to and my gal rubbed my foot so hard during the massage I ended up having to go to urgent care due to a sprain/fracture in my tendon. And if thats not enough we got our brows waxed... Over charged me for my brows making me pay $18 for brows and my sister only $5. Do not come here!!

I’m here right now. Not a great experience. If you were too busy I would have rather you said that on the phone rather than say come now. My feet sitting in cold water for 20 minutes while I waited for a tech was not comfortable.

Horrible! Nails broke within a week, went back had them filled and fixed and one hour later another broke, went back the next day and was told I would need to wait 30 mins and pay for it to be fixed, I walked out and will not be back.

Horrible service went for a gel polish change, she ripped it off with cuticle pliers then slopped polish on my feet and toes 1.5 hour later toes look like my 3 year old did it . They now it was horrible they said you not pay us so sorry .. Dont go here waste of time and money
