Dont do it, save yourself the time and trouble and money. I just wanted my nails done, and my regular spot wasnt open on a Sunday but Geesh I didnt expect to get bamboozled

Pedicure was half done, toes not painted right, manicure was half dne and I was over charged.Never going bk there again.$30 for a manicure and didnt massage my hands.... never again. Wish I couldve post this with no stars...

The nails that I got, the acrylics were burning on my fingertips and burning my nails. When they were finished They charge me $60 For a mess

Git my brows done and liked it but pedicure wasnt so good.

Came here for a Pedi and dip.. took 2.5 hours and they kept taking walk ins before me.. finally got the pedicure still have remnants of old polish on my feet.. then they tell me after I’ve sat another 30 mins they aren’t doing dip.. I confirmed they would when I first arrived and was told yes. So I left with naked nails and toes.. they still charged me $50!

They do a good job with manicure and over charge on the pedicures. They are like my last option when my primary salon is packed, not to mention they are very rude. Also, instead of soaking nail off they remove with fake nail causes real nails to chip. When asked yall dont soak nails, lady respond take too long. Customers pay their money though. Like I said its the over charge for me and they are my last option..

Full set nails was ok not perfect or should I say not worth $40. Lumps, bubbles, streaks in paint. Didn’t paint all the way up to Cuticle on pinky nail and nail wasn’t shaped as others. Customer service wasn’t good far as timing they do pretty good considering the number of customers they have. I believe if she would have took her time painting the nail it would have came out a lot better. Oh and yeah Africa American male needs to dress more appropriate it kids that come in no one wants to see his private area through his tight sweat pant 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I come on the weekdays where it’s very calm and I can actually have a conversation with my technician. Nikkie is very sweet and her dad as well. Been coming for years and I’ve had my good and bad days but they treat me and my wife so well. Very satisfied

Will definitely be going back! They made sure every customer was tended to as quickly as possible and I got exactly what I wanted!

You can obviously tell by the other reviews who is new comers, I have been coming in since the new owner and the receptionist is very sweet. She told me the new precautions and it’s even signs posted everywhere. You should obviously read before getting service. I had my apt handed very well, with the new prices.. it was very affordable. I take my daughter here all the time, good prices..the shop is not in the best condition, its been there 20 years and it looks like it.

I usually never write reviews but during this time I think I should. The daughter of the owner and the younger technician made me feel so comfortable when I came in. They made sure I was signed in and I got the services I needed even tho it was a long wait but to top that off, everything was so precise and clean. This was my first time coming and I will definitely be back!

Got recommended by a close friend and I love my nails. Dip stayed on for a month and I come back always on the weekdays when its not as busy. They are very friendly and nice. very affordable and great quality.

The prices have changed and it’s a bit expensive now but I have no problem with paying for quality work and good customer service. I always tip and they are super nice.

Before getting serviced the employee pointed the temperature thing in my face without asking or telling me what he was doing. I told him that I wanted French tip on my toes and nails and he said that they weren’t using any regular polish. I got my nails and toes done by 4 different people. Different employees were giving me different prices. They tried to charge me more money after I had already paid. I asked for a refund because my nails looked horrible. I don’t recommend them at all. Terrible customer service!!!!

I go to no other nail shop now. I only go here now since they have very timely and customer friendly service. I just recently had my first pedicure there and I was very pleased with it and the French tips done as well. I also always get compliments on my nails. I just highly recommend this place:)

There are precautions being taken which is very understandable but when I first walked in I was being yelled at workers holding things up to my face which I understand why they are doing it but I would have liked some to one to explain to me what you are doing ( talking about them taking my temp ) so I sit down n I was not aware of the fact that they were only doing shaliac and gel nails and the prices were outrageous in my opinion I was yelled at and my nails are denting after 5 days my shaping is not great at all I could tell the employees had attitudes .

They rarely mess up, and when they do they are apt to fix any mistake properly. Prices are affordable. I recommend coming here to get your nails done.

I normally goes to Lisa’s Nails, but lately they have been giving poor service . This is the second time they have done my nails uneven . I waited patiently like any other customer, then they rush you with an attitude.

I went to Lisa Nail for a manicure and polish only when she finished shaping my nails they looked as I did them myself I was so disappointed I didnt even get the polish she asked if I wanted lotion NOPE Im good I will never return

I was a regular customer every two weeks. For the last 4 weeks my polish chips three days after every time and I gets shellac which it doesn’t suppose to do that. They half do nails. They do good when they want to. Smh now I have to find another shop. Do not go there

I’ve been a regular here for the last year and a half. They have really good color options for polish and have a really cool jelly pedicure option. A lot of reviews say something about rudeness but i’ve been there on multiple occasions where other customers are rude and try to get away without paying or try to get a discount period. the family that owns it is really friendly and my pedicure is always really good. The younger lady who works there always helps me and is really nice. They’re open 7 days a week.

Been going here for a year and will not return... They change prices once they done with the service. One time they charge me $54 that was including (full set,pedicure, and eyebrows) then I went back a couple weeks later and they charge an extra $10 for the same stuff I got they go up prices and never tell you they also charge if you use a debit card they never done that to me before until today and never told me until they already charge me so they lost a customer I wont return

Lisa the owner is very unprofessional! Shes very disrespectful to her customers. They do not want to fix what they mess up. They act like they dont understand English when its a problem. If you dont have a little Jesus in you, she will make you want to knock her ass off like I wanted to do today! She was very disrespectful and unprofessional because I wanted the guy to do my nails. I will NEVER take my business there EVER again! Ill keep my lil ass right over in Cordova where Im satisfied and treated like a customer! Unprofessional Bitch!

I have never seen such poor quality of nail service. My nails would have looked better if I had done them at home. When I went back less than 24 hours later to get them fixed or get my money back I was told no refunds. They fixed two of the worst nails and there are still bubbles in them. When I stood up for myself, the male owner threatened to kick my ass. I will never go back again. Tomorrow, I am going to another salon and starting over.
