I came in today with an broken nail she didn’t really want to help she said “I’m only taking appointments”, but when I showed her my nail she told me I could soak it. She was able to tell me what had happened to my nail but because of the fact you allowed me to even soak my nail with no charge because she seen my pain (I’m assuming). I’m giving 4 stars.

I have been going to Kathy at KTs Nails for 15 years. I have never been disappointed by either her or the staff. You are not going to get the fluff at an expensive salon but you will receive a thorough pedicure and manicure that will look great and last.

Worst nail place every it looks nice but does every bad nails.... it was a guy doing my nails an i told them i dont like it he got mad a turned his light off....a lady redid them an they where still ugly....but i still had too pay i would never send anybody there..... i will never go back myself😡😡😡😡

The owner continuously shows favortism towards specific customers. The excuse is they have appointment... you will be waiting at least 1-2 hours just to sit down in a chair to receive service! There is only one nail tech that really does a great job and provides great customer service!!!!Thanks Demi!!!!!

Kathy and her Crew do a very good job on my nails and feet. Awesome work!!!

Only one lady working. Very very unfriendly. Had to wait 50 minutes after I was done so she could do my friends nails.

I did not care for the way my nails was done, the technician did not do what I ask I dont know if she didnt know how or if she was simply refusing to.

Had an appointment at 430 and it was 45 mins til they decided to get to me. And the pedicure was terrible. I had to redo it myself wen i got home. I will never ever go back.
