First time here, I usually go to Kelly’s Nails across the street but their just as good 🙂

I love everything about this place!! When you first walk in it feels like you have been transported to a beautiful beach island! So relaxing! The pedicure options are awesome but my favorite is the Lavender one! They massage salts, creams and lotions all over your legs that smell like this wonderful lavender fragrance and your skin feels so soft at the end!!! They also have fun drinks complete with umbrella and fruit! My favorite place to go for a pedicure!💗

Stopped in with family while in town visiting and I still talk about this place!!! I want to move to Memphis just to have Tommys as my regular nail salon. My manicure was awesome and had great conversation. The salon is super clean and beautiful and the staff was amazing. Youre doing yourself a disservice if you live in Memphis and dont make this your spot!

Everyone was so nice and helpful.I was getting my nails done for my bday and I left so happy. My nail artist and she did amazing. The shape was perfect and look at my cuticles!!!! AMAZING!Will definitely be back

After searching for a good nail salon for a long time, Tommys Nail Salon is the best nail salon Ive been to in Memphis. My roommate and I have been going for awhile now and we just love the service and the great quality of work they do. The owner is so sweet, professional and welcoming! Along with the rest of her staff, who are really detail oriented and truly listen to what you want. My nails have never been more beautiful! Their pedicures are amazing and they give great massages releasing any tension youre experiencing. Plus its in a great location! For beautiful nails look no further, Tommys Nail Salon should be your next stop.

I have been coming to Tommys Nails for 15 years and they have always had good service. They have always treated me like a VIP customer. I recommend Tommys to anyone. So if you are in the Hackscross area this is the place you want to go.

After searching for a salon in Memphis, Ive finally found my spot. Great arrange of colors. Defiantly on the pricey side but totally worth it. The work is quality and lasts longer than most salons work. Theres always a wait but its definitely worth it!

Came in with my girlfriend to get a couples pedicure and had an amazing experience. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming, they catered to all of our request and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend polish to anyone looking for a salon!!

Korean women talking behind your back in their native language used chemical rap nail polish. My daughter and friend girl polish wiped off less than 24 hour..never going back

Every time I go they go up on the price & say they didn’t charge me for buffing the reason the price was lower last time I want be going back again .

Im very picky about how thick nails look with acrylic and sns dipping powder. Seems like I have a hard time explaining how I like nails done. I feel they are perfect here. I love coming here. Great work here!

First time here ...... they switched my nail tech 3 time in one appointment. Nails look nothing alike and all they offered was “sorry” as they charged me full price. Will never go back unless they offer to right they’re wrong.

Decided to try a new nail salon since the one Ive been going to for the past few years has switched owners and now seems like the quality of work is starting to decline as well. I am so glad I tried someplace new because they did a beautiful job! No regrets and a new return customer!

I love this place- super clean, great polish selection and comfortable vibe.These ladies are soooo lovely. Kind, meticulous, attentive and friendly. And they do not rush you. I just got a mani pedi here, and its definitely my favorite. I highly recommend this place.

The service here use to be really good. I will not refer or go to this place again. You ask for one thing, they try to force something else. We need to start spending our money with our own.

Technician is so great. Ive been consistently going here for acrylics, gel, and pedicures for about a year and havent been disappointed. Got my nails too long one time - went back in the next day and she fixed them.

Went in for a pedicure. Wait time (while soaking) a little longer than usual (kinda busy that day). She did a good job but my feet (unfortunately) needed a little more attention than she provided. I asked her to cut out an ingrown toenail that was very painful. She fixed it, it bled a little, she fixed that too & its much better now. This is my usual pedicure spot so I will be back.

The nail salon I would usually go to if I were to get a service done was closed earlier, so I was referred to this salon by a friend who lives nearby. Im glad to have tried this place out and would definitely come back again!

Extremely relaxing environment. The staff was awesome too. I went in with the worse nails and cuticles known to man after a terrible acetone soak off and nail job somewhere else and they turned my hands into absolute beautifulness!!!

I went in today in search of a new place, since my old one was slacking and cutting corners all the time. When I walked in, it was not the snazziest place, but the service was great. They didnt rush through anything and were careful and paid attention to all of their customers. It is very reasonably priced, and I will definitely be coming back.

Diana, the manager is extremely unprofessional. I walked out extremely dissatisfied with not only the service but the technique of the workers. TWO toes were bleeding because of excessive drilling, NONE of my toes were filed correctly, and absolutely no one was willing to do anything about it until i began taking pictures and writing this review. This place is surely on its way to being shut down. Horrible customer service & horrible technicians.

I came to# for a last minute mani & pedi before heading out of town for the weekend. I was really impressed with their affordable prices and OPI color selection from the start and was glad that I was able to get in as a walk-in with little wait time.

Terrible at painting nails! I got an overlay on one of my toes the lady acted like she didn’t want file it then the overlay cracked in about 3 days. The customer service was ok but you would think their quality would match their prices.

Awful. I needed a full set and they started lifting 2 days after getting them done.

The nail is amazing the atmosphere is awesome its quite comfortable and calming always polite would recommend it highly. Very very clean!!

Love this place ! Unlike other places, they stay open late and even give you a free drink ! Besides leaving your nails on point the ladies and gents at this location are super nice and arent angry or talking about you in front of you. So thank you for that !!! Will be back soon.

Theyre very rude and over priced for the service they provide. They move on theyre own time and rush you when theyre ready to get back to theyre breaks. They have a really bad habit of trying to make you choose the color they want for you. Half of those polishes are the ones you CLEARLY see them add acetone to to thin them out! I use to go theyre FAITHFULLY until the prices went up and the customer service went down! And for the employees there, the last guest I brought with me SPOKE FLUENT VIETNAMESE! If you all only knew the awful things they say about even the NICEST customers.... NO STARS

Excellent manicure in a beautiful setting along with great service.

I paid $40 ($37 and left the change) for a mani/pedi yesterday and 5 hours later it was totally chipped off. Went today for them to correct it and she basically said its supposed to do that as if I dont get the same stuff done to my nails every 2 weeks. Then tried to charge me $20. Apparently unless you get shellac they dont guarantee their services. VERY unsatisfied!

Do not. Do not. Go here! They do your nails anykind of way. The tech that did my nails did a very sloppy job. The acrylic didn’t fully cover my natural nail and she didn’t drill around my cuticles. As a result my nails started lifting up and it had just been a week since I got them done. Which is very unsanitary because that’s how bacteria gets trapped under your nail that can cause a fungus to develop. My polish started to fade off as well and it was the OPI brand. They have the nerve to charge 21$ when their work isn’t reflecting that price range.

They are rude, slow, and do a horrible job at painting your nails. They are sloppy and careless with their work. I made the mistake of going to them on multiple occasions and was disappointed each time and also had my natural nails destroyed because of the terrible job they do. I’m convinced they only have customers because of the location around so many other businesses. Do not waste your money. You will leave disappointed.

Dont get your nails done here. I received the worst full set Ive ever seen and I even paid $6 extra to get coffin nails. Me and my sister went together her nails are good but the lady who did my nails did an awful job! I wish I could post a picture !

HORRIBLE. Their staff is low even on busy weekends. This results in them taking unnecessary breaks, moving around, and accidentally putting people in front of you. This has happened more than once and I see why some friends have complained. They also have hidden fees. Its just a slow, amateur shop and I would not recommend it to anyone. Poor Tommy.

The eyebrow waxing service is a 10.. Ive never been unsatisfied with my eyebrows.
