I LOVE my nails! I’ve been here before and I’ve been satisfied every visit. Starting from the front desk to the to nail techs. T.O did an amazing job on my fill. He was VERY detail oriented and very professional. My pedicure was amazing too. Thank you for your hospitality!

I am SHOCKED by all the good reviews this place receives. I went here with my friend before we kicked off her bachelorette party weekend and we both received the WORST manicure we’ve ever had. To start, when I showed my nail tech multiple different pictures of concepts I wanted done they repeatedly told me no. I asked for my nails rounded and again was told no. Asked for an extra coat of polish on my nails as they were still very streaky and again by no surprise was told no. Then, to top it all off the tech filed my nails after the gel polish was set and by Saturday they were already peeling off. They were more worried about their next client and talking to them than they were about doing at least an okay job on the client in front of them. I genuinely cannot believe I paid as much as I did for this manicure.I’ve attached pictures of my friends nails and how poorly they held up from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning as I was so upset over mine I couldn’t even act fast enough to take a picture of them before they started peeling off.

Sandy was my nail tech. I have lived in the area since I was born and did not know there was a nail salon in the publix area. I have a wedding to go to and showed sandy a photo of exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she do the nails spot on, she also took amazing time and detail to ensure everything was to my liking. I have never experienced such a great nail artist with precision and professionalism as well as abiding by the CDC guidelines. I will always recommend this place and will be coming back. Thank you so much Sandy, you are amazing at what you do!!!!

I did a mani/pedi today with Victor. Victor was was very Professional and took his time cleaning and trimming my nails to perfection. He made me feel very comfortable as he did not rush the process. I work alot of hours so it felt great to have some me time and feel relaxed and enjoy the process of not being rushed around. My nails and toes look the best they have ever been. I did the cucumber pedi which was very relaxing and smells great. My legs look a 1000 times better than they did before we started. Victor keep up the good job and thank you for a well spend relaxing afternoon with you and Lavish Manors!

It says 9:30 to open. I got there at 9:35 and only front desk guy was there…..the Nailist I got my pedicure showed up a bit before 10am…..terrible. Also my toe is not straight alignment so I mentioned her to put the stuff in between she did but it was not enough and while I moved to dry station it got messed up and she had to fix. They don’t have the toe cushions for pedicure and she said I have to bring my own…..is this really nail salon??? Walking out to the Casher, my nail got messed up again but I just walked out and will never come back here again. Supposed to have a beautiful morning with beautiful toes but my day got ruined with this miserable feelings.

Hands down the best pedicure Ive had in a very long time! Dan was thorough and very professional, he was very nice and excellent all around, he also rocked some amazing hair!. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

I don’t mind when technicians work fast because that’s the line of work they’re in however when you don’t file someone’s nails during a pedicure properly and the nails aren even that’s a problem for me I paid $48 for a gel pedicure for my nails to look like I did them myself. It’s very disappointing

Very bad attention and service, especially from the manager. I will not go again.

My nails look like they were done by a five year old. I asked for square but got round and there is still nail polish under and around my nails. She didnt go to the edge of my nails with the polish and there are bumps in the coat. I also didnt enjoy sitting next to scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner while getting my nails done. This experience turned me away from this place forever, never coming back. My manicure was not worth forty dollars. I wanted to get my nails done for christmas and these are completely embassing, not to mention they are gel and wont come off for 2 weeks. To top it off the employees werent wearing face masks when they came in. If I wanted to go to a salon where employees didnt wear face coverings and kids were running around, I wouldve gone to my sisters and let her daughter do my nails.

I Love This Place. I Go There For Gel Manicures, Pedicures, And Full Sets. Although Not Everyone There Is Good, I Recommend Kevin And MoMo For Everything. They Do Such An Amazing Job Doing Your Nails. It’s Expensive Yes But The Overall Experience With These Two Is Definitely Worth It.

This is a wonderful nail salon! I always go here to get my mani and pedi and they never let me down. They offer a variety of services for your nails and skin. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. The salon is always clean and stocked with fresh packaged materials.

Have been going to Lavish Nails for the past three years. Everyone treats me like family when I come in. Jay and May have both done my gel manicure and regular pedicure and they are fantastic. The owners Jay & Tommy are great to!! Not only do you get a glass of wine, but they also have amazing massaging chairs now during your pedicure. By far my favorite nail salon.

I was not satisfied with my experience today. I got a full set with gel polish. They are so thick and bulky, completely unnatural. They are also uneven. The nail tech was nice. I think her name was Sophie? But I’ve never had such ugly thick nails before. Payed an extra $15 and there not even shiny. She also cut me multiple times while using the electric tools. My fingers hurt.

The only place I trust for my mani/pedi.

I have been going to Lavish Nails for about 7 years and have on the most part been very happy with their service. Today, was by far the worst experience ever. I arrived at my SCHEDULED appointment at 4:45 pm and waited about 5 minutes for my turn to check-in with the receptionist ( who today was the owner himself ) not a staff member. It is now 4:50 pm and the owner tells me, sorry, you are late and there are others ahead of me and I will be unable to get my manicure with Henry as scheduled. I asked was he serious about being late as I waited in line for 5 minutes to check-in. Many times in the past I have waited sometimes in excess of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to meet the manicurist that I had scheduled with. I then tried to call back to the salon and express my disappointment in the way this situation was handled and yep, you guessed right, the owner would not answer the call.Very disappointed and now it is time to find a new salon which appreciates a long time local customer.

I absolutely love this place I have been coming here for years. The staff is professional and very friendly. The Establishment is extremely clean my nails always look amazing. I cant say enough wonderful things about lavish matter :-) you all are amazing! I stops coming for a little while because I was traveling and when I walked in the door they all greeted me like family :-) if you have not been here yet you should definitely go.

First time at this nail salon for fills. Have been twice before but only for pedicures.Tiffany was amazing! A little more expensive I think than other places but my nails look amazing!Jason at front desk was very nice and accommodating. I will go back.

I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone in the south fl area. I have been searching for years for a nice, clean, and friendly nail salon for years and i finally found it. Nail techs are very friendly and very skilled. My manicure & pedicure french gels always comes out nice and neat. Very nice and respectful. My nail tech actually took her time and massage my legs and wrap the hot towel around them. Really a great nail salon.

Giving one start because the lady was very polite while attending me. On the other hand I’m really disappointed that I paid $24 dollars to have to go back in there and finish the job myself. I got there I was told that it was 17 dollars to do upper lip and eyebrows, while I was there I asked the lady to do my chin in which she didn’t tell me that I was going to be charged $7 extra dollars for that. Once I paid and check the job I still had a lot hair on my upper lips and hair on my chin. My eyebrow was not done well so I asked them to use the tolls to do it myself. Very disappointed.

Updated March 30, 2021. So apparently the place had to trim down and rented part of the space to a hair stylist... It would be nice if this hair stylist actually wore a mask. While my pedicure was good I unfortunately will notreturn....

Going to a new place can be stressful and unsatisfying. I have been going to the same place for 10 years and my location at the time was 5 points. I decided to pull in and try this place. Life has been so crazy and timing has been thin. I needed quick service and I can be intimidating during my entrance. I was in and out which is what I needed. Extremely clean! Mani, pedi, and eyebrows. This place rocks! Henry and Karla made it quick and professional! I will be going back.

Im honestly in awe of what I experienced while getting my nails done this weekend. Sat down to get a pedicure, and I told my tech that I wanted the standard pedicure. She attempted to upsell me the deluxe treatment, to which I politely declined. She continued to rave about how amazing it would be for my feet- declined that again. She then went ahead and gave me a regular pedicure which was nothing special at all. While getting my manicure, I asked her to file down my acrylics so they wouldnt be bumpy and uneven with dip on them. She literally told me that thats the way my natural nail was. What?!!?! No, lol, its not!! Thankfully the nail tech in the neighboring station noticed something was definitely wrong and was kind enough to bring her a tool that would file them down. Theyre still not great, and Im somewhat disappointed at how uneven they still are. When my nails were finished, I was told that my total was more than I thought it was. With my nail tech standing there, the cashier ran me through what services she told him I had received- manicure with tip, dip powder, and a pedicure with DELUXE treatment. I explained to him that I declined a deluxe treatment multiple times. My nail tech looked extremely embarrassed that she had been caught in a lie. She began to mumble under her breath, and didnt even thank us when we left the salon.I dont care if its a $5 difference, you dont lie and attempt to steal from customers like that.

Ive enjoyed myself everytime. J (the cute receptionist) always professional. My top two nail techs are Viva and May. These ladies do quality work everytime. The cleanliness and amenities of this nail spa are well worth the price.

I have been here several times since it is close to my home and never a wait. Today they did not even sterilize the tools or lay down a towel to do my manicure. She was too busy talking on the phone while she was cutting my nails. Didnt even bother to soak my hands and after she cut my nails wiped her workstation down with a paper towel then laid it down for me to put my hands on in order to finish my manicure. After i got home i even noticed she didnt cut all of my toenails during the pedicure. The only thing positive that I can say is that I didnt leave bleeding this time VERY DISAPPOINTING

Went there today for the first time . Place appeared to look nice. Had a pedicure and manicure and eyebrows done . Everything came out terrible. Nail polish is a rough surface on my nails not smooth. So bad I came home and took off all the polish .the manicure was so bad I thought she was gonna make me bleed cutting around the cuticles. Once again bad nail polish job. Rough not smooth polish. My eyebrows look like 2 different people. Its always bad when u hear the wax girl say ohoh in the middle of waxing your eyebrows . Sad to say the girl jenna was terrible . Do not use them or her !!!.

Phong is a great guy. Ive been going to him for over a year. Super kind, funny and a great personality. He keeps me coming back.

Personally I was not impressed at all. The manager was giving out too much diva attitude and quite frankly a bit over controlling of the staff. I wouldnt go out of my way to get a manicure done here, buy a home kit to achieve better results.

Actually I used to go to that nail salon. But today one of the lady that work over there that hadn’t seen before treated me like a sh... I realized since the biginin she didn’t want to do my pedicure. When she was ready to start asked me who did my pedicure before and I told her Dustin. So she suggested me wait on him if I wanted. That surprised me and I told her ok because I was wondering what’s going on. I don’t know what she told to his manager, refusing to do my pedi but just I took my sandals and walk away. What a disrespect as a customer she did to me. Maybe she doesn’t like black ppl or I don’t know what kind of problems she has.

Ive been going to Lavish Nails since they opened and I love them. Their nail techs are excellent and the pedicures are very relaxing. I love the massage chairs they have for the pedicure stations. I look forward to trying one of their facials in the near future.

This whole thing of not being able to tip on a card if ridiculous. Tell the owner to get some management software that divides the tips out. The only person losing is your employees. You should treat your employees better than that. Inconveniencing the customer who does not bring cash or a debit card results in no tips for your employees. That is really low caring on your part.

Friendly and professional staff. Here on vacation and found Lavish just a few blocks from our cottage. Really good mani and pedi. Salon was very clean and well ventilated for fumes. I would definately go back again. I recommend Jay, he was wonderful!

This its my go to nail salon. The spa chairs are clean and comfortable, the staff do a great job and three menu of options is huge. They also offer a complementary drink and even have Wine! I also get my eyebrows done here from time to time.

I refuse to go to this nail spa anymore. The management treats the employees like slaves making them work fast so the company can make more money. The employees have complained and when they do they get FIRED! Please do not support this business! The inside is beautiful but the employees are MISERABLE!

Hi. I have been going here for about a year. I think the technicians are generally nice and am happy with the service (and they have wifi) but my complaint is with management and how the place in run.I make appointments and, unfortunately 50% of the time, they run 25-30 minutes late. Im not unreasonable and dont mind waiting a few minutes (life happens, right?), but I find it disrespectful of my time to wait 30 minutes consistently. I even tried to come up with a solution to ask them to call me if they were running that late (and provided my telephone number), so I could come in later. I never received a call.I politely expressed my concerns to the manager who was rude and not understanding and waived me away. I was very disappointed in the management and hope your experience is better than mine. Im not a complainer and I have never really experienced a business that does not care about its clientele. If this place did, it has the potential to be really great. I hope you have better appointment luck than me :(

I have been to this salon a couple of times and I like it! I am very picky with my nails, and they did a good job. The technician who worked on me was Kevin- he was so attentive to detail, I was so pleased! Lavish seems a little pricy but I do not mind paying for a job well done! Good music too :)

I have been going to Veeva for about 2 years now. Every time I go, she is happy to see me, does a wonderful job, has a friendly conversation, and most importantly... DOES A GREAT JOB. I have to mention the quality of her work twice because I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I travel quite a bit so sometimes I do not get to go to Veeva. With most other places, my nails crack/chip and do not last. But Veeva has a way of making the nails last in perfect condition until they grow out so I have to get them done again. Make sure to make an appointment, though. She is busy!

Had one good session here and one that was the absolute worst. The front manager was careless and obviously distracted while working the dremel. In response to my protest of my nail bed being damaged, he called me scared and made it clear he thought that he knew best (15 yrs working does not mean you are immune to mistakes). Absolutely will not be back and have been trying to grow out the problems put in my nail bed months later. If you go here, you better have an appointment with someone you totally trust. Or deal with being treated as an afterthought.

I really enjoy going to Lavish Nails. It is clean and quite peaceful. Ive been pleased with the different nail techs that have done my nails.

It hasn’t even been a week but I can’t share pics because I had to take it off. I guess my tech didn’t like that I was getting a regular mani-pedi because once it was clear I wasn’t getting any upgrades she rushed through and did a terrible job.

I went there and ask if they can do a design I wanted. When they did the design I didnt like and told them if they can do it again. I spoke with the manager and he told me that it look good when it didnt. Wouldnt recommend and wont com back again.

I never went back or recommended to anybody like I use to.. I asked them to do some gel nail simple design and showed them example of how I had them back in Europe.. The technician was super rude and didnt even do manicure properly... They left my nails w/o any polish on it and told me to go back in Europe to get it done... And I had to pay them on the top of it... DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND PLEASANT SERVICE!CHANGE MANAGEMENT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!
