I’ve had two experiences at Envy so far. I recommend making an appointment online ahead of time. It’s easier to cancel then it is to book same day.Extremely clean, thorough and efficient. Everything was perfect, but the nail tips were too much for my every day life so I went back to remove them and got gel nails polish. I enjoy my experience with a nail tech who I think is great, Maria. She understands the assignment everytime especially when she turns my hands around to check the shape. And these are my nails with dip color.

First, I would just like to say that I LOVE Envy Nail Bar!!!! They are top tier, and I would recommend them to anyone. However, I would not recommend Kim! I walked in yesterday with long healthy almond shaped nails that I had been growing for 7 months, and I walked out with super short nubs, because she broke one! I was devastated! I was literally holding back tears in the salon. And she was super careless about it. She did a lot of eye rolling, and whispering to her neighbor.

Received a pedicure on 7/5. I went with my family of 4. We were taken back promptly and staff very nice. However, When I walked out they had bubbles on the big toes, you could see every layer of polish and they looked dryer and just quite frankly as if I had done them Myself. We got the Hawaiian $45. I called when we I got home was told to send pics. They let me reschedule to fix the problem but I didn’t want to see the same person And they don’t do refunds. So options are let the same nail tech redo?? Or nothing. Won’t be going back. Disappointed as the establishment is so nice. Just wanted them redone with a different tech.

I absolutely loved my first two experiences here. I brought 2 children and gave them the best service for a pedicure. I received a dip powder from Yidi! She has a great personality and did such a great job on my nails.

First time visiting this particular nail shop. Very welcoming and relaxing. Beth was my nail technician. She was very nice and professional. I really love the look of my nails and I will definitely come back next time.

Ive had every mani/pedi performed here for about 2 years or so. Today was one of my worst experiences. My tech, albeit seemingly sweet, did not provide the level of service that I have grown to expect from this establishment. Ill post what my nails looked like AFTER she cleaned them. Typically I leave happy and today I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave. This was a 9:30am appointment, so I figured the techs would be less stressed and providing their best service (the afternoon gets crazy overbooked usually). I am seeing time of day doesnt particularly matter if you have a subpar nail tech. OVERALL, I love this place... but management needs to find a way on how to keep track of the quality of service theyre techs are providing.

This nail salon is great! I was seated immediately upon arrival. The employees at the front were very gracious. My nail tech was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember her name. My nails look great. I have already made my second appointment. Thank you for a very relaxing time!

I have been a patron of this business several occasions, however my last experience was not one of the best. I wanted to give my grand daughters an opportunity to have their first pedicure. The techs were great and even re did my 6 yr toes when she messed them up before leaving the business. I went to the register with all of my receipts and asked for a total. The young lady gave me a receipt with all chargers that would be applied to my card. On the next business day (Thursday) I saw that Envy Nail Bar added another charge to my card without contact me prior and informing me of why they would need to charge my card an additional $74.00. I did contact the business and they informed me that a manager would need to contact me at 6 p.m. Upon speaking with the second manager she wanted to discuss the receipt that I had to match up with the receipt she had. Anyone knows that our receipts would not match as your company charged me additional money. I am just no happy with the whole process of how they charged me and not contacting me before the charge. What if I had paid with cash and they did not have a card? They had my number that was needed to make the appt but did not give me the courtesy of contacting me before the charge. With all this said I will no longer be a patron of any locations for this business. When I asked the manager what would she do if this happen to her she just stated I understand. What if I did not have the funds needed for the additional charges.. Just bad business....

The service at this place has gotten worse. I scheduled an appointment at 2:15 and I was not seated until 2:45. Thats unacceptable. The most the manager could tell me was that she apologized. The lady at the front counter is extremely rude. There was a misunderstanding and she had the nerve to have an attitude. Instead of telling us they were running behind she had us waiting. To be completely clear and fair we shouldve been reimbursed or had some type of discount. I spent nearly $200 and was charged a $5 fee for every little thing but they couldnt even see me at the time I scheduled my appointment. If I was to be 30 minutes late they wouldve made me reschedule. Outside of that Kim was great. I highly recommend her. Also the lady that escorts you to your seat is always kind and sweet I wish I knew her name so I could share the positive feedback on her.

Superb, efficient, attentive and thorough in taking care of my needs. I will give this nail bar a five star rating and recommend this place to anyone who loves first class treatment.

Love the cocktails and service! The front desk staff and our technicians went above and beyond to make sure my disabled mom could enjoy her manicure & pedicure like everyone else. From the accommodations to the friendly staff, it was a fabulous experience. The music was lame... But everyone has different tastes!

I got a pedicure (Hawaiian Pedicure) with my boyfriend (Nu-Skin Pedicure) for his birthday. The complimentary drinks, rustic atmosphere, and nice artists made the whole experience wonderful!

Let me say this place is great on the work they do and the place is super clean and really nice. With that being said. I booked an appointment on line on a Wednesday for a Friday at 4:15 pm manicure and pedicure. Friday morning they call me and say they are booked all day and offered me another day. They further stated after I asked that there system scheduled people after me and it kicked me out the spot and they didnt have time. So instead of re scheduling the other people they rescheduled me. Very displeased. All I wanted was a manicure dip and pedicure after I got off work on Friday. Very unsatisfied .

Loved this place! It was my first time coming. I got a full set with gel color. The price was fair. Loved the space. Very neat and clean. They strictly adhered to COVID guidelines. They gave me plastic gloves as soon as I arrived (at first I was like, What?, but I realized that they are needed when your searching the color samples - very smart) and took my temp. Be sure to go online and book your appointment first (You can text them and someone will respond back with an available date/time). Makes things easier. I was in and out in a very timely manner. AND they offered me a beverage, which was cool! I had a tasty mimosa with pineapple juice. My nail tech Helen was sweet and very skilled at her job. I was impressed with the results and will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! . They pamper every customer and everythings on time and great customer service. I recommend this to anyone. But make sure you make your reservation at least a day or two in advance. They do get busy. But the reason why is because they have high quality workers. Hey do you do parties. And gentlemen, dont be afraid to get a pedicure.

So clean and so friendly! I got my nails done here tonight and they were on time and prompt. Chau is absolutely amazing!! I am an avid nail/ cuticle biter and picker and Chau made my nails look as if I am a hand model. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve now gone to Envy Nail Bar twice, and enjoyed both times. The first time I went to Mary for a pedicure & dip polish and she did such a great job! I am never typically satisfied with pedicures and always have to fix it when I get home and did not have to do so after Mary did mine! She also convinced me to do a round shape on my nails, and I loved it! I got so many compliments and they lasted so long. Recently, I went and Vy did my dip polish. I came in with jewels on my nails from my wedding and she wasn’t at all frustrated that the jewels were extremely hard to take off. She was also quick, and kind. I will definitely be back.

Bebe did a great job on my nails half way through I decided I needed a little more red glitter and she was very patient with making the adjustments. I read a negative review about her from another customer prior to my appointment and I decided to choose her for my service today anyway disregard that review, Bebe is a great nail tech.

Just wanted to let you know that I am well aware that my nail tech took it upon herself to add $10 extra to my service. I didn’t bother to say anything because I know you were well aware as well. I was going to leave you more because you all always do a nice job and the atmosphere is amazing. However I will not be back because that is very unacceptable!

Dont bother to make an appointment here because they are NEVER on time. Why plan ahead and reserve a time slot when walk-ins off the street seem to get in just as quickly? Today when I arrived on time for my 3:00 manicure, I was asked to stand outside in a line of ten or more people in the rain because they were running behind. That was the last straw for me. I will never go back. They seem to be much more concerned with quantity of appointments than they do with quality of service.

Once again Envy Nail Bar has made my day. Mary T took great care of me today. Gel Mimosa Mani & Classic OPI Pedi have me set.

I love this place! The techs are all knowledgeable and very gentle and do their job very well. They are a little on the expensive side however you get a drink with your services so I guess thats built in.

They charged you extra for shape and length. My nails were considered “long” and those aren’t long at all. The shape should come with the service unless it’s just a unusual shap. My nails didn’t look that good for me to have paid as much as I did.

My second visit, I love the atmosphere and I will definitely be back..I will like to address an issue about the staff, if a staff is having a bad day it is wise to kindly keep it at home and come to work with good and positive energy.It is my birthday weekend and the person that attended to me made me feel so uncomfortable, i could not communicate what I wanted because of his mood and even when I tried to inform him that the edges of my nails was too sharp he’s reply to me was I can get someone else to finish my nails that he’s got no time. That was inappropriate to say to a customer and I know I was not stressing him out. I even asked him if everything okay, is he upset about something just to make it a friendly atmosphere to know avail.The manager tried to get involve but was too busy attending to everything else.I let the guy finish my nails and I went to another nail bar to get it redone for my special day.Please the staffs need to let customers communicate

It was my first visit. I was so pleased and amazing with the atmosphere, the great personalities. I now have a new nail bar.

Very very nice, a little expensive for my budget but a class act. My nails are beautiful and the complimentary strawberry margarita was the 💣 will definitely go back when I need a little extra pampering. Only hope that woman who was in the chair next to me isnt there, I swear she never stop talking the whole time we were getting our pedi.

I just got my nails done & pedicure. The nail tech was a guy. He was rude and not polite. “No manners what so ever.” He was rough with my nails and nip me. I would not recommend him. However, they lady who did my feet was good. Overall, this is not a good 1st impression for me to be spending $115 & receive this type of service.

I loved this place but I had the worst experience today. Usually Maria is my nail specialist and she is AWESOME, but today had new people doing my feet and nails and I was so disappointed. I actually had them to soak off my freshly done nails because they were hideous. I literally feel like I just blew 140.00 today.

Very nice place in the inside but the lady that was working with me had a very nasty attitude. Didnt want me to say nothing to her or probably was having a bad day. Every time I told her how I wanted something done she would say just wait ok and then roll her eyes. I started to politely get up walk the hell out of there. Dont know if Ill be returning here anytime soon.

My favorite nail bar in Memphis! They do a great job and their staff is kind. Only downside is that they can get booked up pretty fast!

I had the best experience at Envy Nail Bar! I made reservations for 3 pedicures through FaceBook and the process was speedy and efficient. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were seated shortly afterwards. This place is huge and the layout and decor is nice! It gets busy quick, so I suggest arriving before 10:30am. There is a bar when you first walk in. The services come with a drink of your choice and I chose the cranberry mimosa (which I enjoyed). All 3 guests had the Jelly Smoothie Pedicure. It was awesome! The only problem was there was no consistency in how long we soaked in the jelly water. All 3 started at the same time and the tech removed the jelly within a few minutes for one person. The 2nd person’s jelly was removed not long afterwards. I feel I was the only one that got to soak for 10 minutes (as promised on the services menu). Also, one guest had more attention paid to her feet than the others. If more consistency could be placed around those things, this could very well be a 5 star experience.

The service was excellent & the staff were very friendly for my first time there & I have already made an appt for next month, every one should come & enjoy the best experience ever.

The staff is awesome and very efficient. I love Mailee, and I was make an appointment with her. She does a great job on my nails! The complimentary bar is always a nice touch. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time, especially on the weekends.

1st visit - Envy Nail Bar took care of my puny lil nail beds and gave me exactly what I asked for. I was a walk-in on a weekend so of course I was prioritized behind their many appointments. Nonetheless, the staff offered me another complimentary drink because I had to wait and checked in on me from time to time. Will def be back

So let’s talk about Envy Nail Bar Memphis. HORRIBLE! Went there for a simple fill-in... this is the results! First and Last time patronizing this business.Called more than 7 times to speak to Mgmt. about this and they refused to return my call but informed their front desk people to tell me they could fix the broken nails for $7 per finger... WTH? Why should I pay for the ineptness of their staff? $52 dollars for the worst service EVER!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Took my mother in law for her birthday. We both had mani/pedis. Her technician was a lot better than mine. I had a dip manicure and she cut my fingers 3 times, didnt receive a full manicure and the dip is chipping after a week. After spending over 200 dollars for services I expect a lot more. Waste of money.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Kim listened to me and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. These are two weeks old and I’m still getting compliments on them! So glad I found them.

The atmosphere  was Awesome! The facility  is clean and  looks amazing. The pedicurist cut 4 of my toes really low regardless of my complaints of pain. I receiced a dip on Sunday and as of today (Thursday) I have  3 nails chipped. One even has the nail polish peeling. I am disappointed ..

We wouldve loved to get our nails done here, it looks nice and all but apparently when you book online it doesnt actually book you an appointment. So we showed up for an appointment we thought we booked, that was not honored.. so I advise calling and making sure you actually have an appointment before driving out of the way just to be turned away...

This is by far a top notch and professional nail bar. My 1st visit withmy daughters was 7/9/20 and they treated us like royalty!!! The pedicure was so relaxing and wonderful. The atmosphere is very beautiful and relaxing. I saw a complete difference with service levels here as opposed to other nail shops I have gone to. The customer focus is impeccable!!! Their politeness was amazing. Once you experience the service you will not want to go anywhere else. Thanks for allowing to me see how customers supporting any business should be treated. There has to be something to set you apart and make customers desire to spend their hard earned dollars with your company. Envy definitely has the business model that does that. KUDOS!! This was my first time going and I honestly had a pleasant experience. The decor was beautiful and the customer service was superb,I enjoyed my complimentary drink upon arrival. My nail tech Lisa did an amazing job on my nails. She catered to my request and was gentle with drill on my nail bed. My pedicure was one of the best I ever had in Memphis. All in all it was a relaxing therapeutic experience.

It was nice, however, I like a more relaxed atmosphere. Ill try again; not on a holiday weekend.

This is the only nail place I will go to. Service is immaculate and the decor and atmosphere is high class. The space is so large that you don’t feel crowded or awkward sitting next to randos. And you get a free drink :)

I got an ombré manicure with tips with Bebe. She was INCREDIBLE. My nails are exactly what I wanted. She really took her time and was so attentive to detail. Will definitely be going back to see her next time!

My favorite nail spa/experience!

First time here, I was cut with the drill. Tech was not paying attention. He was talking to another tech & lost control of the drill. Then they tried to shadow it like it was my nail bed. Which was not the case! My nail bed was not damage when I arrived!

Nail tech did a horrible job on my manicure. My nails were filed uneven and some had sharp ends. She also left polish and product under my nails. I had to file and clean them once I got home. My pedicure was just okay.

Envy Nail Bar is the most upscale nail shop I have ever been to. They are very professional, clean and courteous. This is my regular nail shop and I go frequently. If you want to be treated like someone of a very important high status, ENVY NAIL BAR is the place u want and need to be!

Loved it. So clean. Quiet ambience. Cleanest virus standards Ive witnessed. Parking available. Good location. The stylist, Amy, was so sweet and deferential with my 84 year old mother. Thorough job with pedicure and manicure. I appreciated her attention. Some shops just see an old person and the job is subpart. I tipped well on the reasonable prices.

Nail Envy is an awesome nail bar. They were timely, professional and very organized. The nail tech did an awesome job with my shellac manicure and pedicure. I will be returning.
