Saw the sign and thought I would check it out. A few ladies in front of me so I expected a wait, but no one said anything to me to find out what I needed, etc. *Nothing.* No wait time, pick your color, gel or dip, nothinggggggg. Just one lady looking at me like I was bothering her for coming in. Then someone came in after me and they took her info and seated her for a pedi within 10minutes. I promise you, whatever your salón got going on here isnt that deep that you dont need to speak to people.

They did a great job on my nails and Eye brows

It was really nice and everyone had a good attitude but at one point one of the women got nail glue on my hands and one of my nails want fully painted on the side I feel as if she rushed to get me out of there.

Quick, efficient service

So Im not writing this review for pettiness due to the experience that occurred today at Ninas Nails. I went to get my nails done at this nail about four times I really liked it and was happy I had found a good nail salon to get my nails done. In March I got a full set at this nail salon and it was the only nail salon I had been going ever since. I was happy about the way my nails turned out. I have inserted a photo where you can see when I had recently gotten my nails done at Ninas Nails in the beginning of march. A few weeks after I saw a little bump on the bottom of my nail which I thought maybe was just a pimple. So i carried on with my life and then more week past and i start to notice that the small bump gets bigger and bigger. I rush to the doctor and they say it seems like I got an infection which was most likely from the Nail salon i got my nails done. The infection didnt remove until three months. I recently went back to Ninas Nails today because its been since March when that problem occurred to me. I decided to be considerate of others and of myself and tell the lady doing my nails about what happened to me and if they had cleaned their tools before doing my nails today. Well I honestly wish I just wouldve been selfish and not said a word because this other lady that I guess was the owner told me to just get out & saying that some people are just sensitive and our salon is always cleaned & acting like I was dirty like maam im telling you to be a good person so what happened to me at YOUR nail salon wont happen to other customers. She was extremely rude. which made absolutely no sense to even act like that if I literally know I got it from their salon due to their equipment not being clean. I even looked into it online before in march just to make sure i got it from when i got my nails done with them and not something else. but anyways just be extremely cautious with any nail salon that you go to so what happened to me wont happen to you its absolutely disgusting and i was literally terrified to get my nails done again. im kinda glad she kicked me out today maybe god was protecting me from getting this thing again at Ninas Nails.

I like Ninas Nails they always do a great job

Once upon a time I would have given this place 5 stars but the past few times have been less than stellar. Ive gone here for a few years. Ive even recommended them before. After this third visit, I more than likely wont recommend them until I have a better experience. First, they had me indefinitely soaking in acetone while working on others nails. I was passed around to three different manicurists. Mind you, it took over 2 hrs for a dip change and manicure which seems crazy. The third woman who gave me the manicure was a disappointment. She filed unevenly, to where I felt compelled to point it out so she would fix it. While applying the dip, she was rough with my fingers, bending them to an angle that was painful. Two dips in, I notice red glitter has somehow ended up under a layer. Then I notice they never cleaned off the counter between customers (which I noticed before when soaking but didnt think to say anything). She filed and kept going with the paint when it was still there. I pointed it out a second time, then finally it was filed off completely. After it was cured with the uv light, my nails seemed okay when I looked at them in the regular light in the salon. Once I got outside I realized how jacked up they looked. My nails were stuck to my skin with paint. Its taken me over 15 minutes to scrape it off. There are lumps in the edges on the sides and I still had glitter on my hands, but thankfully it wasnt under the paint. I paid a total of $50 for a manicure, dip removal and then a new dip. When leaving the nail salon, a person is supposed to feel like their nails are on point. With this go round that just is not the case. Im not sure if these mistakes were because they were moderately busy or what, but the people working there need to slow down and pay attention to their work instead of trying to fly through so they can catch more customers. Oh and side bar, definitely noticed after that one of the manicurists license to work was expired since May and its halfway through July. Ill probably go back honestly, but will make sure to remember who did my nails so I can ask for someone else.

Ive been going to this nail shop for the past 3 years. Lori, Kim and Bryan are the best techs there. Service is usually quick, but they do get a little busy on various days. The tech assistants are very helpful and kind.

I tried this shop on a recommendation. Ive never wanted to get my nails done by Asians because I dont like them speaking another language around customers because they all speak English very well so I consider it rude and suspicious. When they start speaking their native language I think they are talking about the customers. Anyway with that being said I got a dip manicure and nail polish for a little girl. She did my step daughter in 5 mins and acted like she really didnt want to be bothered with kids. I didnt like the atmosphere of the shop. It seemed like assembly line work. I did however like the way she filed my nails and dip polished them. I may try them again simply because compared to my last experience with a dip manicure, her work was much better.

I love it here! I live on campus at the UofM and it’s super close and convenient. Lori does my nails and she is absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend spending your money here because it’s great quality.

I like this place but with my experience Ive been going there for about 3 months now and not one time have I left thinking my nail polish looked great... they are not big on polishing nails but the service is great and its in my price range so u get what u pay for... other wise its a good place...

They recommended that I try the shellac manicure. It cost a little more but it was definitely worth it. Not having to wait for the polish to dry is worth the few extra dollars.

I have been in and out of this place for several years because conveniently located. Last time I went she jabbed side of my toe purposely. With intention of doing bodily harm! No other explanation. Just took her little dagger and jabbed underneath the nail on the side. Why on earth. No reason to even go there. I put antibiotic on it for several weeks. It is still raised up but not infected, thank goodness.So I am done with these flimflam artists. I ask to file my nails so they are even. They can’t seem to figure how to. I ask to file toes short and they say they can’t. The nail polish chips within the hour. One toe has fungus and I suspect but can’t be sure it is due to dirty tools.The old adage you get what you pay for comes to mind.I found another convenient salon which is more expensive but they spent time on one foot equal to the entire pedicure at Nina’s.

The last time I went i got the coffin nails. I am in LOVE with them and now its time for a fill. The service was great. And Ive finally found a good nail shop. And Brian is the best!

My pedicure was decent. But they’re unfriendly as hell. Don’t speak to you. Most places make u feel welcomed. When she finished my nails she just jumped up got her phone and went and sat down. I had to find the station where we dry nails and not kid friendly. My daughter is well behaved! I never have any issues with her. She was just standing besides me as I sat down and we normally talk or whatever. She was like sit on couch. Then when she came to bring me my stuff she was cutting her eyes at her sooo hard. I said just go sit on couch I wanna have a good day. Just impolite and mean spirited. I will go back downtown to SVR that’s normally where I go but the one by Target on Colonial and Fashion Nails on Quince are under new management and the service not good or they rude AF. Ima be doing my own pedicure soon

This shop has really fell off since 2 years ago...the lady owner is extremely stubborn, rude and does not give clients what they ask for. They make the nails too thin so that you’ll keep wasting all your hard earned money to keep fixing their mistakes....Terrible service

Their closing time says 7pm and I made it there at 635 and one of the workers proceeded to tell me they are closed and no one can work on my nails, This is very unprofessional and not fair to the customers willing to pay for their services. I will not spend anymore money in this establishment and I Will not recommend anyone else to come here... Their customer service is poor

Although my wifes nails were done well and looked good, this places staff (with few exceptions) are rude and have awful customer relations. I was rushed to pay and when I handed over my card it came back snapped in half and the gentleman acted as if it was no big deal.When I brought this to his attention, he brought over a woman who I assume was the manager, she argued with me for over 10 minutes on how it was my fault that the card broke. They offered no solution the entire time as to what I should do now that my card is broken (and no store in their right mind would accept it).This, coupled with other reviewers comments that other aspects of their customer courtesy were nonexistent, I would pass on Ninas Nails.Avoid this place if you can. There are many other nail salons with which you will have a more enjoyable experience.

At one point I loved this place but now Im not so sure. They have gotten rude over the last few years. Quality of work for the price isnt up to par. And when you complain they brush it off and call you love like your of there friends. Very unprofessional. After my visit on Saturday I wont be back after 6 six years of being a customer and watching them grow.

Decided to treat myself to a pedi. This place was a recommendation from a friend. I was immediately greeted when I walked in & went straight to a pedi chair. The wine they offered was delicious & really helped me relax while enjoying my pedi.

Id like to give a five. Quen gave execellent service. She seated me and made sure i was comfortable and she went over each step and checked in between. She mad sure that everything was right amd up to par. She was so engrossed and I appreciated it so much. I got a regular mani and pedi which fet five star. She did everything mulitple times and made sure it was perfect before she decided she as finished. She even remembered me from months before i had come and asked me if school went okay. Absolutely amazing service!!!

Never again. Went here for the first time with my bestfriend and im not from here so I thought i would give it a try. A week later my nail was red and swollen and now is infected!!

Their pedicures are trash and they rush your feet. I paid for a deluxe and it felt like a regular one they only difference they just gave me a sprite. My pedicurist rushed my feet I was in the chair for about 20mins and she was extremely rude! They will never get my money again trash establishment! Save your money, or you will have to get another pedicure (the next freakin day) and waste more money like I did. Oh and it was the lady with the tattoo sleeves that did my pedicure. She’s terrible.

This was my 2nd pedicure exp. After alot of begging from my wife to do this with her, I decided to give it a shot. My last (first) visit was a fun experience with my wife. So much so that when returning home from business travels . Did not hesitate when she suggested we get mani-pedis again. It was not the intended experience we planned. The last time my feet felt great and had me wishing I had let her talk me into this sooner... yesterday has me sorry I did this at all... my feet are sore, my heels are raw and the cuticles are knicked and sore.. I decided against the manicure portion after the pedicure just wanted to leave... my wifes is unhappy with her nails. They look fine, but not like they usually do. She complained when the woman had started my feet and reminded that we were supposed to be doing this together. The more my wife expressed her feelings the more it was taken out on my feet... Im new to this . But shouldnt your feet feel better after a so called spa pedicure? This resembled torture. More ways than 1... I will give this pedicure thing another try... just not at this place... it was a miserable experience. . Not to mention the expense of taking my wife to another nail salon to repair/redo her nails today... we will not return to this place. And to the other husbands about to cave in to your wifes pleading for a couples mani pedi .. Dont do it here!!!
