This was actually my second time going to Fashion Nails. The first time I got a regular Mani and Pedi. It was ok but didnt last long because I have natural nails no tips or anything like that. This time I tried the gel manicure and I love it. My colors are Mistletoe Maniac and Winter Champagne.

I usually go in there once a month but this time I had a different lady the lady I used to do my nails was busy so she asked someone else to get me I didnt like it because they just stood around like they didnt want to help me then the lady that helped me really didnt want to touch my fingers she kept talking and language made me feel really uncomfortable he kept pulling on my fingers like twisting them and she look like she had an attitude just kept talking like she didnt want to do my nails I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning they lost a good customer and I didnt want to give her a tip but I did anyway I got French tip she didnt even put the pink manicure polish on the bottom I had to do it myself when I get home the first picture is hers the second picture is mine. charge me $40 for a fill-in and French tips😡😡

Pros:you get seated fast.Cons:since this covid situation they put their own service fee of $5 and they also raised their prices on other things also when theyre doing your nails and one of the employees are dealing with or talking to a customer that walks in, the one thats doing your nails eyes goes off your hands and on the customer that is being assisted by someone.Im like, can you please look at what youre doing to my nails the other person is not your concern..especially while theyre using the drill and filer.Theyve nicked my skin constantly looking up.

Went there two weeks ago and spent 100 dollars and was treated like royalty from the staff members. Went in today for a fill in that cost 20 dollars and was treated horribly. Lady refused how I wanted my nails, I told here I spend my money elsewhere she says that was fine. Now I understand why there is only one car at there salon when I arrive both times. Not sanitary at all...they have a sign on the window to call before you arrive but people walked in with no regards and was still service. If you dont need my money thats fine but if that 20, 50, 100 dollars nail jobs stop coming through that door because your attitude explain to your family t when you put an out of business sign in your front window which I seeing occurng very soon. Also reporting to the board of health about sanitizing the sink or wearing gloves while servicing customers 🤔

I stopped going here after about 2 years or so. I was a regular customer and they never even treated me like a regular. They always treated me as if I was new to their shop and I had been going there for a while. You think a business would recognize the regulars that regularly spend money with them but no! Or if they did know I was a regular they didnt care and they were never really friendly. The last time I went I told them what I wanted and halfway thru the process when I washed my hands I paid them the price they told me. After they got done I tipped $5 to the nail tech. As I was drying my nails the nail tech comes over and tells me the owner said I owe 5 more dollars for removing the gel shellac polish with the drill when they already knew before they started that I had shellac on. The nail tech said hell just use the $5 tip to pay it and I said no Ill pay it, I paid the $5 and never been back since. Then they are over priced for their service.

I’ve been a customer with them since September-October of 2018, first time I went, loved it..Angel did my nails. Now, I really don’t like going there anymore! Then every time I like one of the technicians, like Ben, they never last long working there. But today was mine and my daughter’s last time going back there! That lady (the one with the resting bit$& face) IS THE WORST I guess she’s owner/manager! Then, when you call them out on a mistake the tech made on your nails, they really get mad,.mad to the point that they don’t even thank you when you leave. I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY THERE ANYMORE! I’m in need of a black nail technician because I refuse to spend money with rude businesses!

Been going to that location, MISS the previous owners, the new owner, cussed me and asked me out of the shop, all because I wanted a correction on an acrylic, that her husband did not do properly..and tried to tell me he did it right, wouldnt listen to what I had to say, so I cussed her back and said youre gonna fix my error or give me my money back, Now she showed her true colors with a room full of customers, very unprofessional, I will never go there again...NEVER.. I had her husband on free translation and had my Bluetooth in my ear and he was talking about customers, Go back to Noodle town.. We wont tolerate your disrespect...

Ive told yall this business isnt any good. They dont care about your money because they have a different objective.These people are here to r.i.p. people off. Theyre Tees who only wish to provide bad service hoping you will do something silly so they can play or harm you. Im serious when I say the daughter of the owner stalked me at a gas station.

I absolutely love the family that owns this nail shop! Me & my best friend have 5 kids between the two of us😫 and we rarely can hangout without having children with us. Our first time going here was with our kids and the employees here were so patient, caring, and understanding to us and our children! Not many nail shops will go the extra mile to help you with your kids with a great attitude so you can get a pedi & mani! This has been my nail shop ever since!! ❤️❤️❤️

Wonder who are these new people? I been coming to this location for years. Previous owners were really really nice. Remembered us as well. These folks attitudes are NASTY and don’t even remember you. I walked in and the head lady whole facial expression was horrible!!! Asked for drip dry and to get my nails done. She asked did I get my nails done there? Uhhhh I’m paying for the drip dry. Whether I got my pedicure done here or not. I came to get my manicure tho and I’m paying. Never did I get assisted. Just mean spirited

I went in for a full on and cut down took a good friend with me. I have been living in the area for over three years, been going there since j moved to the area but when I went in I do not care for electric drills to be used my nails since they are my real nails. I informed the lady no electric drills used on my nails please. I was then informed that they have to use electric drills on my nails I said I wouldnt like for that to be used since I dont like it being used on my nails. I was told to let them do it their way or they will no do my nails at all. I was very disappointed in their service and will not go back. I do not feel like they should treat anyone like that expecially since they have the sign posted up saying you have the right to refuse electric drills used on nails. I am a paying customer you should do my nails the way I would like for you to do and not tell me to do it the way you want and or they wont do my nails. Pretty sad and really bad experience I would rather pay more money for my nails to be done the then to deal with that kind of service

Awful service. This was my second time coming, thinking the second experience would be better than the first. Boy, was a wrong. They all have Nasty attitudes, unprofessional, and no one seems to be really good at pedicures; or gel manicures.Awful. There is also a concern with cleanliness. They don’t have clean tools. I actually had to remind the guy to sterilize the tools he was using.

I love Fashion nails being going there since I loved back to Memphis 6 years ago. Tom Tom is my favorite and Kim is my daughters favorite. Dia does the best eyebrows EVER! Lol! I cant remember the other 2 names, but they are good too.

Pedicure was fine, but my set was done horribly. Uneven all the way around and polish was applied sloppily. Was told that they changed ownership and service went with it. Only went to use a gift certificate I received. Will never return.

Went to get a mani & pedi with my friend who was getting married. The service started off ok then as we move to the next stage the service became messy. Overcharged me for uneven nails, cheap nail polish, my daughters nail polish on her toes came off the same day. I paid a total of 75 dollars. Just for a deluxe pedi which was 35 & basic mani 28. Daughter just toes & hands polished. Dont know the exact #, but it was more than 8 dollars. After my friend girl wedding a week later I got the nails removed because I cant wear them to work. When I tell you this fool of a man messed me up so bad. My index finger was bleeding & I have hangnails for days. Skin is peeling & this man put a massive amount of nail glue because even days after the removal of the nails. I still have some residue left on my real nails. I will never come back to this overpriced cheap dollar store nail polish carrying an untrained staff with no license having supposed to be 4.2-star nail salon ever again. Ruined me for life. I will never wear fake nails again. Thanks a lot Fashion nails for the worst experience of my lifetime.

They laugh n talk n our faces for our money but they dont really like blacks They hate when u tell them whats rite cuz they hate being wrong. Today was worse they cut ur hand then tell u they know what they doing they tools nasty they give u fungus . Will not be tipping and going back here.. its really a no Blacks nail shop.i work hard for my money and when she be cutting my fingers with the drill she tell me she not so Im like ok well where this blood coming from then they say we been doing nail for a long time n I tell her its a difference between doing then and getting them did. I say Ive been getting nail did for almost 17 years ur not gone sit here n tell me I dont know when sum one drilling my hand. I went there n was real loyal. I always tip good and everything so after that got done tell her she was like she didnt want my business anymore n I was like thats fine but ur not gone sit up here like I dont know when Im being hurt and not tell u about it. I paid attention to a lot of things since Ive been going there n like I said she would be getting my money any more after that day before she said what she said

Ive been going here for 15 plus years always great but lately the treatment of clients is horrible. Dia is wonderful I love her. Mia is super cool. Kim is hateful & distepectful..i walked in Kim wouldnt even soeak. Iasked for Tom to do my nails as Mia was doing the pedicure he never came out the back room. I was the only client there at the time. As soon as someone else came in he came out and assisted. Well well I can take my money elsewhere. This is so disappointing but time to move on.
