They are rude. The man that did my nails was rough. I tried to sit through it anyway because I was going on vacation the next day. He was rushing when shaping my nails they were extremely un even. I ended up just stopping him and attempting to pay for the services rendered. The lady who took my credit card kept trying to get me to stay and took 5 minutes to even begin to process my payment because she didnt want me to leave. I will never return to this place. The photo is after I attempted to shape them myself (which Im horrible at which is why I pay people to do them for me) but they look better than they did.

I walked in as I was passing by... got my toes polished and decided I would get my nails dipped as well. The man literally asked did I want my nails and toes the same color and I said yes. As soon as I go out in the sun I realize my nails are a peach color and my toes are orange ... they will never get my service again. Also with the SNS nail dip ANYWHERE else dips your nail 3 times and he only dipped mine twice. Terrible service I will NEVER return!

The service was terrible. He manicurist rushed through the whole process. He did not cut my toe nails until I told him. He tried to just file them down. The finished product looks horrible. He then did a horrible job on my hands. Talk about what I wanted and what I got. I will not be returning and easting another dime with these people. They are just pure lazy.

My favourite nail salon! The only nail salon that I will go to in Memphis. They are fun and friendly! Good people! My mani/ pedi always perfect (massage chair). They have a variety of options available at an affordable price point. They are on my spoil myself list.

They were able to get me in quickly. However the pedicure also only lasted 20min, there was little to no massage, and my feet are left feeling sore and a little raw. Will not go back again.

Only put one coat on my French nails.. no primer nothing.. and freestyled the white tip and was a mix of thick and thin..... nooooot worth it whatsoever

I give 1 because I couldnt give zero! Worst place! They couldnt even shape my nails correctly, symmetrically or consistently. They didnt file the edges and I had the overlay all over the skin on the sides. I had to file them myself at home. Certainly never going here again!

They have nail techs doing your nails that do not speak or understand english. By the time they were done my nails looked like it had been done for over a week!!! I will never go here again and suggest that you do not waste your money. Poor customer service and service of nails!!!!

Arrived at 8:10 just for a regular manicure...no polish. Owner unnecessarily rude telling me they were closed. Closing time is 8:30, and it was not crowded. I understand being tired and wanting to shut down early, but the attitude was completely uncalled for. I did not argue with him. I just smiled and left. I will NOT be going back.

My best friend and I go here every two weeks and we love it! Our nails are always perfect. Everyone is extremely nice and their prices are resonable... I love it and will continue to come!

I got a pedicure from here which was great. Then I got my nails done which was ok not great. I wanted my old nails taken off, so he tore them off with another fake nail. He stuck me a couple times though. I though they soak them off. I just let him finish cause i knew this was my only and last time. I had to reshape my nails when i got home. I could have made a big deal just decided not to since i knew i would not come back.

Im pretty sure my nail technician was on drugs. She kept dropping everything, took over 30 mins for a very simple fill, and left before it was even completed. Do not go here.

The highest prices and worst service. I went here due to my normal shop being over crowded today and I needed a fillin before my birthday. Worst $75 ever spent!

Hi there Jess here so I was at the mall and noticed a “new” nail shop and thought I would try it! It was clean and cozy with a nice big screen to watch! The staff was very friendly and I like that they take their time to manicure your nails! I hate feeling rushed! I don’t know if it’s because I was tired or that I was just that relaxed there but I caught myself dozing lol but overall great experience I will definitely be returning!!

I came here with my best friend and we both got our services done quickly and the nail tech did a good job. I loved my experience here and I will definitely be returning!

I definitely will never use this place again. Customer service was not that great. I have been using gel polish for years and it has never cracked and peeled in 2 days. The technician also did not complete all of the steps that my usual technician performs when doing my nails (buffing, filing,etc.) and this shop was more expensive. I am really disappointed. This was a total waste of money.

My nails look like I painted them my self. Not shiny. The nails look wide and just not done professionally. Never again!!!! If you want ugly nails then try them

The female workers were okay but the man/owner was grumpy and mean. The man even yelled at me and did not do a good job on my nails after I asked for a second coat over my French gel polish. I apologize to him after I saw he was upset because he didn’t understand my question. His behavior was unexceptionable. I will not return to this location because of him.

This is the WORST nail shop I’ve ever been to . I wouldn’t recommend anyone here even if it’s your last option . My nails looked horrible & I had three to break literally the same day that I got them done . Polish was a hot mess & they charge way too much to not do a good job . That was my first time trying them out & was definitely my LAST . If I could give zero stars I would !!

They were very unprofessional and charged for every thing length style of nail and charged for two different colors and i never get charged for that at my regular nail shop and then when they painted my nails it look like a five year old did it because they were rushing!! 09.07.2017 If I could give it no stars I would. Awful!!!! Pedicure was beyond subpar. It was 15 mins max from start to finish (my husbands was about 10 mins) and I had to tell her what to do in order to clean my toenails properly. Then the S-N-S nail service was awful. I have lumps and bumps in my nails, they were misshapen (made him file them over), the top coat messed up once in the salon and had to be redone only to mess up again on the way home. They charge for EVERY LITTLE THING!!! An extra $1 for OPI polish, $5 to soak of previous S-N-S (like wth, Im getting it again), $10 to clean up your cuticles (which I didnt pay); $71 dollars wasted. All because the nail shop we go to was closed and my nails were completely jacked up to the point of snagging out my hair. 😠😨😬🤤 And NO, we didnt tip them...I wish we would!!! Never going back to this place.....and I mean that. Smh.....

This place is absolutely terrible! It should be completely overhauled or closed. The space itself looks as though it could barely pass a health inspection. The staff are rather rude, telling you what you will have, not listening to what you want, and a tech actually coughed on me. Its also a bit expensive for poor work. Save yourself the trouble and just dont go.

Went to Nail Pro 3/5/16. I showed the man doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and he said ok. I ALWAYS clarify that I do not like the corners clipped in or filled in, I just like the tips rounded some with a file. Not square, not oval, just in between. He said ok which to me is an acknowledgment that he can do that. He clipped my real nails and the tips so far in that it was like I had extremely short nails with tiny little almond shaped tips just pointing out of the middle. They looked RIDICULOUS and when I asked him to stop so we could see if there was a way to fix them, he got very rude and a girl interjected. She insisted that she heard me ask him to please cut the corners in a lot which is the opposite of what I showed him and asked him. She offered to fix them so I had to sit there and soak off the others first. After she finally came back to get the acrylic off, she was so rough with me, like she was intentionally hurting me because I asked them to fix this. They raised their voices and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. She then told me she could not do what I asked, even though the man on the other side of her acknowledged that it was obviously possible (and easy) to do. I told her if she could not do it, Id go somewhere else. She then told me Id need to pay for one full set, a soak off, and another full set, even though I had received no reasonable service. After arguing with me on this, she finally said (yelled) ok, just go and dont pay! Go!. Needless to say, I was still humiliated, plus had very sore nails from where the man cut in to my nail bed so far with the clippers as well as her being so rough. I will never, ever go back to this place. By the way, I went to a place (i think it was Fancy Nails, maybe?) the next day and they did exactly what I asked so obviously I was not being unreasonable with my request.

Went to get my tips done and when i told them that i wanted rounded and short, she tried giving me long almond shape. Ive gotten my tips done quite a bit, but this is the first that i noticed the seal on both sides of my nail...

This is the absolute worst nail shop EVER‼️ They are completely rude and they know who and who not to treat wrong. Me and my sisters, 4 of us total went to the shop and we all wanted pedis and full sets but they told us they couldnt do it. So 2 of us got pedis and 3 of us got full sets. Our pedis were rushed completely, literally 10 min pedi 😑 They clipped our nails and put lotion on us then painted our nails... We like I guess thats just how they do but another lady got a pedicure after us and her pedi was so long that we finished our full sets and sat under the dryer and she was still being worked on.. They dont know how to do stalleto nails at all my sister nails look terrible. Our nails werent looking right and they didnt want to fix them. And they asked us every 5 minutes were we gone pay and are we sure we could afford the payment. Then when we were ready to pay they called our dad to make sure we could use the card cause they didnt believe we were given that card. They didnt do anybody else in the shop like this it was crazy to us and I hate to say but they seem very prejudice. We will never go there again. Terrible

Not a pro nail salon. I got old arcrylic removed and replaced with white tip arcrylic. I wish I could upload a pic To show the uneven ridges across my nails from front to back, and finish around cuticles not shaped. Not just one nail, all of them. The customer should not have to be the one to point this out. Not very concerned about delivering quality, and the salon was very slow at the time. $30 way overpriced for the quality for their service. This out-of-towner was taken advantage of.

Loved it, even when i left and returned because i messed up my toe, they fixed it no charge.

This is not the best nail salon Ive ever experienced - it is very small and needs some major renovations. The staff was not very friendly either, but maybe that is because we were their first customers on a Sunday. A full set for me was $60 before tip and they didnt even last a week.Not recommended!

Horrible experience. They do just the basics to call it a pedicure and manicure. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes doing both a mani/pedi (included 10 minutes drying time on my nails). She rubbed something really rough on top of my toes that cut three toes. She was very rude.

Worst service I have ever received. Pedicure was a foot soak only and she told me that they didnt use a foot scrub. Then I got a basic manicure and she didnt even cut the cuticles. 52 is way too much for mediocre. Never will I go to this establishment

Went to get my nails done they charged me to take off old acrylic (never been charged for that before) I was getting a new full set, then charged me because the colors (only two) I wanted were OPI, then charged me again because I wanted two colors which I figured is the standard number for all nail salons . Then my nails werent even shaped correctly . Im sure you see the other bad reviews dont go to them 💯💯💯💯 .
