Terrible service.. I asked for one thing and received another. The Demos they display are not the work they display. I asked for a coffin mid length with gel polish; instead, I received a pair shape bulky nail. My cuticles are cut up due to excessive drilling and my fingers are aching after the service received. After pointing out the flaws Kim tried to fix the disaster with more filing making the nails a more pair shape instead of a coffin. I Will never go back.

Bad service, prices are too high, wait time entirely too long even when booking a appointment! Never again

Love this place!!!! The only nail shop I go to... I have been going there for the last seven years. I love Ms. Kim and her husband, now thats a team... they are way pack but its really worth the wait....

My nails was fat you could see them from a mile a way. There was a hair in my friends nail and they just painted over it. They cursed us out in chinese

Kim is INSANE and I LOVE IT!!! Shes always so funny, argumentative, and polite. She really cares about her customers and doing great work. My 1st salon visit since moving back to Memphis after leaving for 2 and a half years, she STILL remembered me. She even fussed about me not taking care of my hands and feet good enough. Always a great experience there with her and Husband... Oh and I sure do miss Michelle :-(

I give cathys nail 1 star because I couldnt just partially color the inside of one star. Most salons dont charge by the length. The salon wasnt busy and after my 1st experience I see why. After cutting my nails to short and cutting me she went on to file them shorter. After filing one of my left fingers, I stopped her and said I wasnt pleased with the work. She informed it was 23 dollars to take nails off. Mam, money is no issue to me when im paying for what I want. I immediately paid and didnt thank her for the service. I went to my regular nail salon where they treated my wound, had her nails soaked off and done right. I wouldnt recommend this salon to my worst enemy. Hopefully, she learn the error of her ways or pass the salon over to someone who actually enjoys making the customer happy. Ps. the customer is always right. God speed!

TERRIBLEDIDNT EVEN DREMMEL AROUND THE ACRYLIC OR UNDER IT AND ANOTHER NAIL SHOP HAD TO LITERALLY PRY MY THUMB NAILS OFG BECAUSE THE ACRYLIC WAS WAAAAY TOO THICK....NEVER SEEN SUCH A RUSH JOB.......
