I am giving this establishment 5 stars because they made me feel like a STAR while giving me the best service Ive had in a while. The owner, Marina was absolutely wonderful. She advised me to go with the Dip because she says it last longer and it will my my nails stronger. My nails look GREAT! Thank you Marina. Also, I had one of the best pedicures too. Another Pro did my feet. It felt so good, especially while getting a massage in the massage chair. I almost fell asleep. I walked out of there like I was floating on air, I felt so good. If youre reading this review, please take a trip to this little gem of a shop. I dont think youll be disappointed. I know I wasnt.

GOT A PEDICURE!!! LOVED THE WAY THE LADY PLACED A WARM TOWEL, BUT NOT TOO WARM ON MY LEGS TOWARDS THE END OF DOING MY PEDICURE!!! DEFINITELY WILL RETURN BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT TAKE PLACE!!!

Was quoted over the phone that a full set with gel was 45$ I left paying 80$ for a medium full set with one nail design. The acrylics are bulky and not shaped well. It’s one thing to over charge but at least do quality work. To make matters worse my nails physically hurt. The nail tech was so careless she filed my finger to the flesh. Overall Would not recommend. Not worth the price

I went today after work and got a pedicure. She did a good job, but the lady that did my feet was very rude. I guess she was having a bad day.

My mother and I went to this establishment for first time just to try their service, and had a very bad experience. We were told by one lady on the phone she could do us at 11:30, they didn’t start till 1 o’clock. As our nails were soaking, they got acetone and acrylic all over our hands and pants. Then, one of the girls spilled a frappe all over me. She filled our nails so quickly that everyone of our nails is a different shape. The lady told me to wash my hands, and water went everywhere and told me to sit down and never got me any more paper towels to dry off. As they were doing my mother and I was under the dryer, one of the young men started yelling at the other workers very loudly. My mother was watching the lady paint her nails and the lady made a rude comment. In the end, we decided we were not going to return there, and we are not satisfied with our nails.

And judging by the owners attitude in the comments I won’t be back

I just started going here and I absolutely love this salon! Marina is a sweet lady and really cares about her work. I can tell everyone working there cares too! I will continue to go here from now on! I’m very pleased to say the least:)

Told me to come for Pedi and wait would be an hour for full set three hours of waiting to say come back in two hours to get full set....will never return

Ive been to this Nail Salon a few times now and love it. They are all very attentive to what you want. Specifically, Alex, has been on point and awesome with doing my nails. Im always very happy. The facility is clean and neat.

I have been coming here for years! I get my full set and gel polish done ny the owner, Marina. She is lovely at what she does. The guys who work in the shop also do a fantastic job with shaping and polishing acrylic. And the lady who does the pedicures is the absolute best! Make an appointment with them asap!

For one, I got there at 9:30am when opening I had to Soak off that normally an hour in a half, and pedicure I didn’t leave until 12:55 it’s doesn’t take that long I have been getting this things done for years, the owner need to know she needs help,her and one other person isn’t going to cut it for when you have people waiting for a long time, the lady who was did my pedicure was so rough I know she felt me jumping and the owner cut me twice on my thump on my hand and didn’t tried to take anything off, I still paid over $100.00 this will be my last time going there…

I went here just trying to find a new place. Very sweet girls working here. But I did not like my nails afterwards. They hurt when I push in things Like pushing the button on my iPhone. That has never been a problem in my hole life getting nails done. One is uneven at the end. And they made them so wide and I just won’t go back. Two people for $100 that is to much for it to be messed up and wrong

I really loved the service I received when I first started to visit this nail shop. I have seen them go through a lot of nail techs. However, I always feel like they are talking about me in their language. The owner is awesome, but I may not be returning. The male nail techs should be careful how they treat the customers because there are many nail shops on every corner.

This place was great! I took my niece here because I met the owner and the owner’s daughter. They were so nice and pleasant that we had to go visit the salon. We really enjoyed the service and the price as well. Must visit!

My mom got a pedicure and said it felt amazing. We came on a Friday afternoon when they were busy so I would recommend making an appointment.

I asked the lady how much she would charge me for long nails and gel polish $55 then I decided to go short and charge me $50 and painted my nails ugly and they look like they’re 2 weeks old already never going here again when I usually go to my nail tech and get whatever I want for $50 that’s worth the dam pay

My nails are great and look awesome!! BUT, $50.00 for a dip manicure?? Way more than I have paid at other salons. Not sure about going back with those prices. This was my second time and last time it was $35.00 which seems to be the rate at other salons. They are very nice and do a good job though.

It was my first time coming here and I loved it! The wait was straight but she almost put somebody in front of me but I couldn’t worry about it, still got seen first. I wish I had the woman’s name who did my nails, but she was fantastic! She was a little rough but I liked it because she was really doing them. The service nice af, they real friendly. Definitely coming again AND they a good price $$!!!!!! I also HIGHLY recommend

Alex did my nails. He was amazing. I didn’t have to wait at all even though I went in on a Friday afternoon. I got a full set with gel and he took his time to make them look great. The place was clean and quiet.They are a little pricey though compared to some places in town. I paid $36 but it was well worth it. I’d also recommend taking cash. They have a credit card system that CAN charge a tip % on your card but it does fall off later.

Every one was very nice and nails look amazing. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to Karen for many years now. She is a perfectionist and always does a wonderful job on my manicures and pedicures and she is a sweetheart too. They have always had great service. They are under new management now and the new owner has really made it so nice adding new spa chairs and giving the whole place a makeover. Highly recommend!

Let me preface this with: I dont usually get pedicures. I decided to go to Best Nails for my pedicure because it had the best reviews, and I had already tried a couple other places in Bartlett and wasnt impressed. Alex gave me a fanastic pedicure. He was very professional and friendly, and didnt comment on the terrible state of my heels. I will definitely be coming back here for all my nail needs; thanks Alex!

I came to this nail salon 2 weeks ago and I love this place! Marina did my gel manicure and she was great! All the ladies in this establishment were so nice and they made sure I was comfortable. My gel is still in tact (with the exception of one) after 2 weeks! I will be back very soon!

I absolutely love this salon. I have been a client here for 10+ years and think it is the greatest ever. The girls are extremely professional as well as friendly. Nails always look great. Talked my husband into going, and he is now a regular who would never miss out on this treat. My daughter tries to go here when she is in town because she feels she gets such a great pedi here. I highly recommend this salon.

Ive have visited this shop once a month for the last 3 months. The service is wonderful, the staff very friendly but my wait time has always been long. The last time I went I waited 45 minutes and I decided to leave after a lady walked in and they took her before me since she had an appointment but I had already been there waiting. Undecided if I will continue to come here. Appointments for this shop is recommended other than that they are great.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 years now. As well as, have gotten them about 15 new customers. The past two times have been bad experiences, and I won’t be back. The second to last time, one of the guys kept talking to me in English and then switched to his language and then laughed at me. The last time I went, the guy did the same thing, but this time was worse. He put me on a FaceTime call without my permission, I told him to get the camera off of me, but all he did was laugh and continued having me on the camera. Someone was doing my nails, so I couldn’t move the phone. Then the guy doing my nails changed me $41, to take off their work, and put acrylic with gel on; after I paid the lady came up to me and told me it is $55 with taking off THEIR work not $41. The guy didn’t even paint the tip of my nails all the way. I really loved their service until here recently, they need to get new employees and stop changing the prices. Because when I first started going I was only paying $35 plus tip, now $55... ridiculous, none of my friends or family will be returning.

My first experience at this nail shop was last year for my birthday. I had a great experience. This I my third time, since then. The last time I came, one of the young ladies said, it is better to come during the week because they are not that busy. So, I decided to come this evening when I got off of work. I got off about 5:30 and I got here a little before 6pm. It was a out 2 or 3 customers. I was able to sit right down. I was going to get the overlay on my nails this time since the dip doesnt last the whole three or 4 weeks. I am not sure why. Maybe because I have to wash my hands alot since I work with money. The young lady who did my nails last time referred me to the guy who was working there. Long story short, he did a nice job on my nails, the only thing I didnt like was I felt he was ready to go. When the other 2 ladies who worked there left the room, he asked me what time did I get there. I told him about 6pm. He said next time can you get here earlier. I said, I dont get off work until 5:30 pm. I couldnt catch whatever else he said because when I asked him to repeat it, he said thats okay. I think it was because one of the young ladies walked back in and he didnt want her to hear. So when I got ready to leave, I let her know I think he is ready to go. I told her I will let her do them next time.

Great first experience. Extremely nice and friendly. Would definitely go back. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had!

Not enough mail techs... supper slow

Went there today as a walkin. Luckily I got there before the rush, and got serviced by Marina. She was amazing, high quality work and constantly checking to see if I was satisfied. This place is a gem, and Ill definitely be back.

Started on me at 10:13amI was getting a solar refill/ powderStopped at 10:18 to work on a couple that walked in after me. Claimed they had an appintmentI only stayed because they had clipped my nails and started removing my top coating. I waited patiently although they said it would only be 10-15 minutes before she started on me. It was over 30 minutes. I stopped counting.Even if the others had an appointment, communicate that before yu start on a customer, for they may want to leave and come back.Her name started with an M. Cannot remember it. She was not the owner. But more-so was over the others. She gave demands to them. Whenever i would tell her something she would get annoyed file a little and ask rudely “Is that better?” Now that my nails have grown out I see that the drill was used too much in my real nail so once I get these soaked off there will be a huge indention. Not to mention when i left my nails kept snagging my hair. (freshly installed starter Locs)Failed to file excess powder and solution off some and smooth the edges around most although I mentioned it to her more than once. You only get one time to make an impression. And i tipped her. Her attitude changed then. I won’t be back.

Terrible nail shop. They do not take their time at all. I asked her a fill in and when shaping them she made them way to skinny. Some were longer than others and all she said was sorry.. And is have to pay to have them fixed. Wont recommend to anyone and wont go back

This place is seriously like a breath of fresh air. No ghetto rude customers in there either which was a HUGE bonus! Its so hard to find a salon that has an extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere...and this salon does!! Marana, Cindy and Kelly were AWESOME and did a fantastic job on me and my moms mani-pedis. This is our new salon for sure! See you ladies in a couple weeks!!
