My package was suppose to be delivered to Denver, from this distrubtion center, and due well over a week ago, to have arrived but my tracking shows its stuck at that distribution center. Stolen by an employee? Lost? Sent somewhere else? I wonder

Well based on the sheer number of reviews stating the packages are getting hung up or lost at this facility, its clear either they are mis-managed or employees are stealing. My Priority package has not been delivered for almost a month. Tried calling like others..probably just goes to a phone in a closet on purpose. The unfortunate thing is I like using USPS, but theres no way to avoid this facility during routing. Going to have to file a claim.Makes one wonder if anyone higher up is looking at how many missing package claims get filed against this facility and if they care to do anything about it.

Let me just start off by saying, I too was skeptical about this place after reading the reviews, but my package had no trouble with getting in, & out of here ! My package stayed no longer than 24 hours, then it was shipped to my local distribution center, I even got it before the expected estimated delivery date. I’d say try not to worry too much if your things end up here, because not everyone’s experience will be the same !!

I ordered a package from SHEIN a while ago and now it’s at the Seminole Orlando fl distribution center at the ups center and it’s less then half an hour from me and it still hasn’t arrived, They also have poor customer services by not picking up the phone i called a few times👎 DO BETTER.

Some of the staff are soooo despicable and lazy with bad attitude and unbelievable hard to work with,like there are others that I cant complain but if you go there try to leave as soon as possible 😤

I expect better from you guys, I’m literally in lake county, it doesn’t take that long to get here, I’d argue a faster delivery process but that’s just me.

I had a family member from FL sent me a package on April 9 for next day delivery I’m still waiting to get it. They sent me a other package on April 17 still no sign of package I feel someone from that Facility is stealing. I have done claims on both of my items and still no sign of anything.

My package arrived at this facility on June 17 at 828am and I have yet to receive it. I have been calling and nobody answers the phone and sounds like theyre purposely hanging up the phone.

My packaged was processed here on May 10th 2021 and it still has not left this facility. It was supposed to be delivered today on the 13th and still no progress. Now it says I have no estimated delivery date.I live 25 mins away from this place. Now I have no idea what’s happening to my package or when I’ll get it.Edit: They sent it out a few hours afterwards. I’m glad it’s in transit now.

USPS have to shut down this distribution center or fire the whole team, My packages arrived there on 3rd Dec mid night and never departed from there to Tampa, after 5 days its still there. What kind of service is this? Snail mail would have done a better job, Its only two hour drive, how many stars does USPS need see to shutdown this facility? How low does USPS services have to go? Please do something about this, Are all one star reviews not enough to open your eyes, I mean your customers are suffering, and many more will continue to suffer if nothing is done.

They are stealing my mail and holding it hostage here. No one answers the phone when you call the number listed. This is a criminal organization and should be shut down ASAP. No longer going to use USPS.

What the heck is happening here. My package arrived here 10days ago and counting. I tried calling multiple times but they did not answer. And apparently this is happening to everyone. I have never had an issue with USPS til now. Sounds like USPS needs to take care of this place because it’s turned into the Bermuda Triangle of packages.

I opened a lost package request, and all of a sudden it starts tracking again, it went to this location, left went all the way back to my state, then went back to this location, and now it keeps leaves and arriving back at this center. Ordered a package from someone that lives 30 minutes away! I was notified that the package would be delivered before the 3 days, it is now the 3rd day and somehow the package is in PR, I live in FL!!!!! They obviously misplaced my package and sent it far out of the state! Now it will be late when I needed the package by tomorrow! They also are not answering the phones!!!

A package with my entire future for my career has been lost at this distribution center for 31 days and counting. Words can’t describe my stress over this. Maybe one day the package will re appear. Hopefully the sun hasn’t collided with the earth and humans as a species still exist. I’m not holding my breath.I will never use USPS again.

I had a package delivered today and $300 worth of merchandise was stolen from the box. Someone opened the box, took what they wanted and stuff it with plastic. A damaged sticker was placed both inside and on the box to try to support that claim. The thing is the box was never damaged, the box that was used to ship the items is what it came in. Trust me USPS will pay me for this.

I was scheduled to receive an express next day envelop by noon today with important documents, unfortunately the only real form of Express about this process is when you have to Express your frustration to anyone who cares enough to listen or read about this bad experience. My express mail is still sitting at this facility with no online update since 9pm last night. I have called the phone number listed on this site more than 15 times today with each time ringing away followed by a hang up. I also spent 2 hours and 43 min on the phone with USPS customer service just to be told the same info found online. A request to find out where my mail has been submitted with no updates either. I do understand we are going through unprecedented times plus the holiday season. I dont understand the lack of pre planning for the busy season and the many unemployed citizens out there desperately looking for work. This central location could use the extra manpower. For the folks out there depending on a mail carrier to deliver your important mail on time-This facility is not for you!

Paid for an expected delivery date of 10/22/20, did not hear that the package arrived at Seminole until 10/30/20. I wonder how long until the package is actually delivered. Terrible service, no wonder the USPS is getting such bad press. Definitely will use UPS or Fed Ex in the future.

Mailed 3 pkgs Priority from St. Pete to Asheville NC, Jersey City NJ, and Bellingham WA. Jersey City ON TIME. Bellingham WA ON TIME---THESE 2 pkgs DID NOT HAVE TO PASS THRU ORLANDO-SEMINOLE. The one to Asheville NC that DID have to pass thru this facility? STILL NOT DELIVERED after 5 days. In fact it SAT IN THIS FACILITY FOR 2 DAYS according to their own tracking. THATS PRIORITY SHIPPING. It will likely be a full week before it arrives at the destination. Whoever is in charge here needs to rethink their career choice. Unacceptable. And its worth noting that I use the USPS almost exclusively and love my local Post Office. But I cant continue paying for a service that is this inept.

Shipped priority. Everything went well until the package hit this facility (taking days to go from this facility to a town a short distance away). If you want to ship to Florida, highly recommend UPS or Fedex so that your package arrives at the destination.

Postal service is underfunded. Employees may have good retirement benefits but they get paid low wages. This is a pandemic and they have to work too. Oh and the postal service will run out of money in the fall unless congress approves more. Thats a stressful work environment.

It’s been three days. I ordered essential sewing equipment to make face masks for me and my family. And the package has just been sitting at this distribution center, no movement at all. How frustrating! I will probably order my things elsewhere and send the package back. If I receive any shipment from this distribution center and it is delayed because of them, I’m going to keep sending things back. I don’t have time to wait !

If you live in Florida & need something relatively quick, do not order it from central Florida. It has bar none the worst post offices in the US. It would be quicker to receive it from California.

Yup, googled this place out of curiosity, and the reviews are right. Ordered a face mask off Etsy, with an expected delivery of Aug 4-8. It just now is in transit, on the 8th (At 2 pm???), and the expected delivery is the 10th. Are you joking? The center is 25 MINUTES away from me. This is why I always order off amazon. Once the stuff got here, I knew my package was doomed.

We ship 1200 packages a day. We know how to ship. Over-charged our buyer for shipping. When is someone going to come up with a company to replace this scam of a government monopoly? Costing us $1000s a year in non deliveries, every year. No accountability.

Just here to relieve some stress of the next passerbyer that saw the same things I did. I purchased a phone from Amazon and once it got to this location I read all the reviews and I was BEYOND paranoid. I did not want to go through the hassle of a lost package. But LUCKILY my package was at this location less than 24 hours before moving to the facility closest to myself! Side note: it was held there on a Sunday. I think its safe to assume it wouldnt have been shipped out that day regardless. PHEW!

This place should be investigate, by a federal investigators, mi packages arrived open by a sharp object, also the come with my address cut of and then added to an other box that probably open to steal the product was on the other box. Now i am waiting for a box that was delivered on june 21 now we are ilby the meadle of aug and it stil in this facility. We shall all get together and open an investigation. I know the reviews are harrowing, i get it. i was worried when i saw my package arrive here, BUT... my package that i did not pay for any kind of special shipping on sat here for one day. After that it promptly arrived in my home state awaiting delivery. My first package through here but this is a wonderful first experience. Can I give this facility zero stars?I have had a package in limbo for more than a week, shows that it transferred to my local facility, but the local post office checked...never shipped, never made the container, it was never scanned past the point of origin...just said it did. My local distribution center hand scans every piece. Said this is very common coming from the Orlando dist center, poor service, lax delivery, takes several days if ever to locate stuff. I have called multiple times, cant even get anyone to answer a phone...this may be the worst distribution center anywhere in the world let alone US.

I have been waiting for weeks on numerous packages to come through this location. The packages arrive quickly to this location and then bounce around here for 6-15 days.. Every.. single.. time.. If they make an update on june 25th and it says in transit for june 26th. When you check on june 26th, the update is deleted and it now says that on june 26th. I will be using UPS and fedex primarily. I dont care about rates if i never get the product, you arent saving me money. Idiots.

Where is my stuff? My parents have not received their Christmas gifts and these packages were sent 12/19/2020. The packages were last scanned there and have not moved. There are several people that have complained about the same issue and this is unprofessional.

A great peek behind the scenes of the postal system. It was awesome to see the automation and machinations of what it takes to get your mail on a daily basis. This facility deserves -5 stars!! They pick and choose when to ship your stuff from their facility. I’ve had items sit in their facility for 3 to 4 days before being shipped, then getting lost in transit.... which is right now! This place needs to be shut down!!!!

I live near Orlando. My package I ordered from Amazon was shipped from Tampa to here, and then they shipped it BACK to Tampa and then got sent to Georgia...

Wish I could give zero stars, they hang up on you, packages never move through here on time, I have to tell customers when I ship items to expect it late since USPS cant move things out of here at all, Orlando must have one of the works postal situations Ive ever seen.

Shut this place down or find better workers! My package from 6 hours away from me was stuck here for 40 work hours, before finally arriving 2 days late. I’m not sure if the people here are twiddling their thumbs or not doing their job, but it should not take 96 hours for a 6 hour transit!

From reading the reviews, seems like this center has gone from poor to garbage service. I am another receiver that has been stuck with the package at this center for now 10 days, from Departed USPS Destination Facility to In Transit to Next Facility. Second time the company sent the mail out, and the second time this is happening. No explanation from anyone at the call center or the regional office, I have sat here now and hit redial 10 times to try to reach someone at the facility, and it just rings. No one even cares to answer the phone, no call back system, nothing. This is an absolute joke. This is the last time I or my business will ever use USPS.UPDATE: Since starting a lost case, now when I call the agent for an update, it tells me my phone number has been blocked. How is there no one regulating this??

This is by far the most wicked postal office facility in the USA.They scan the package hold it somewhere in their warehouse for few days and then send it whenever they feel like it is the time. We are front liner in NY working with Covid patient. We wanted some home food. For two times we send a total of 1400$ food they never send the package until the whole food were spoiled. First time we had a 800$ food sent. Fish and all kind of haitian food get it frozen. And send it priority mail 3 days. We receive it on 8 days. Last Friday we try again put another 600$ get everything frozen we overnight it on Monday with another envelop, I received the documents on Tuesday but not the package. Today is Friday the 8th of May and it is likely that I am not going to receive it today. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I live 2 hours away from the person i purchased my package from.. paid for USPS First class, although its a tiny package, now it is here, only 15 minutes away from where i live and it says it will be delivered tomorrow. hoping it wont get lost and that it will show up today. UPDATE: says in transit to next facility. Supposed to come today. Mail hasnt came yet. Probably expecting it tomorrow. Services suck. UPS is better for me so far. I purchased something two hours away from me and its taken 5 days to get to me. Should have driven to get it if I knew the services would be bad. Especially first class mail.
