Very first time going here. Nice nail salon with great service. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who did my nails because she was great.There are a lot of different options to choose from for the manicures and pedicures.Although I give the place 5 stars it does seem like they try to rush you out of the door. I was waiting for my nails to dry from my manicure and it felt as though another girl was trying to hurry me out even though she confirmed that the polish was still slightly “sticky.” I didn’t opt for the cheapest of services but I also know they weren’t the most expensive ones offered. Nonetheless, I don’t feel as though customers should be rushed. That might not have been the intent, but it felt that way.

My first time yesterday and it will definitely not be my last time. My first impression was I had been transformed somewhere else. I had never seen a nail salon with so many people in it so quiet almost serene. After my pedicure I was so relaxed that I didnt want to get out of the chair. Ms. Mary was GREAT I was super relaxed. I didnt know that was possible after A PEDICURE!!! And after I got an old overlay taken off I was going to get tips put on but after talking to Ms. Lena she convinced me not to get tips, instead wear my own natural nails, and I did and I absolutely love them!!! I just should them a little longer, but thats ok, theyll grow back soon enough. Although Im not used to spending over $100 to get my hands and feet done, but I have to say it was still well worth it.

Im from Illinois and i was kinds nervous picking a new salon but Relax nail spa is awesome everyone is smiling and Andy my pedicurist was so funny and polite so glad we chose to come here!

I am from out of town and walked in for a pedicure. They were super busy, but very professional and got me in within about 5 minutes. Offered me a drink, had an awesome pedicure and just overall enjoyed my time there! I would certainly recommend to my family I. Memphis.

My first time getting a pedicure. My wife talked me into it. Rose took extra special care of my feet, legs, hands and arms. I got the CBD pedicure and it was awesome! My wife also suggested the manicure and I did that as well. Rose took care of my feet and hands. Definitely will go back.

I love the way my nails turn out the lady said I will do whatever you like. I chose pink and white, look really cute my Toes nails and watermelon colored love them it was Professional and the music was great.

I have been a patron of Relax Nail Spa for years! They are courteous, reasonable and always do a great job. I find their customer service excellent and their technicians professional and consistent. I always make an appointment and therefore my wait is minimal. I highly recommend them and am grateful to have such a welcoming place right around the corner!

I love the atmosphere and everyone is so nice and professional. It’s soooo relaxing to me everytime I get service with this company. You can also book your appointment on the website which I would recommend because the have excellent technicians there.

I arrived a bit before they opened (as a walk-in) and they welcomed me and began service. Andi was absolutely amazing! Great pedicure with massage and basic manicure; he recommended an orange base color to make the gel polish I picked out (#58) come out even better. Andi was thorough and engaging making me feel very comfortable in this very well maintained nail salon. Mask required and enforced! Thanks for making my visit today relaxing and enjoyable. First time for me, like for all of it, Ive never been to any kind of nail spa before, and I walked out with a new pair of feet. 😍 so pampered. my daughter loved how gentle her nail tech was with her. wonderful experience.

Huing and Rose were amazing. When we walked in the door the people were welcoming and we didn’t wait long at all. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait but they got us right in. The nail techs were very social and the drinks were great. Service all around was excellent and I highly recommend this place to tourist and anyone around the Memphis area.

I really enjoyed my first time here. The staff was friendly. The establishment was super clean. I liked the fact that you have to wash your hands when they check you in. My usual nail salon is Envy Nail, but if Im not able to get an appointment there, I now have a comparable nail salon to go to.

Took my sister for her birthday. They were kind of busy so we understand the wait. But then they sat us in the pedicure chairs, turned on the water, and left us there for literally an hour! No offer for drinks, color book, or checked the water temperature. Poor customer service. Would never return!

We were very satisfied with the service here. I was pretty ready to give this place a one star rating, because the first nail job we got done was horrendous. But when we returned and spoke with management about our dissatisfaction, they were happy to accommodate us and redid the nails without any pushback. We walked out of the salon the second time more than satisfied with the service we received.

My friend and I were able to walk in after lunch. Service was courteous and efficient, and I was very pleased with my basic manicure and pedicure from Kellie and Cherry.

I got the organic pomegranate pedi with gel and a dip manicure and I loved it! One of the best mani and pedis I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back. I had Anna and she was awesome and so sweet!

When arriving the prices for a design were too much. They told us it would be $40 for designs on all nails and then another $50 for acrylics or gel. After getting acrylics he tried to shape them and they were crooked and not shaped very well. All of us who got our nails done that day are already fallen off and it’s only been a week. Workers are super nice, he “shaped” my nails for free he told me but they looked a mess.

Although my pedicure was fantastic, my manicurist was terrible. It was a man, and I dont think I will be back. I was looking for a place that is 100 %sanitaryUpdate: The owners apparently read my negative review and tried to make it seem that I have the wrong place. IT IS THE CORRECT LOCATION AND I HAVE MY RECEIPT. I would have considered going again but after that lame reply. I WILL NEVER. ✌🏿

They were great! Got me in and out in less than an hour and 30 minutes. To which, the services I had were dip nail polish and a pedicure. Not to mention I had two complimentary drinks, a mimosa and a glass of moscato. This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last.

I have been getting my mani-pedis at Relax Nail Spa for three years. I rate this salon 5 STARS. It is extremely clean, efficiently managed and friendly, and all the nail techs are pleasant, punctual and knowledgeable about all services. The salon is a pleasant space in which to spend a relaxing time and leave feeling luxurious. The TV is tuned to HGTV (muted) and never on a news station. I recommend this salon!

Andy did a great job on my pedi and Justin did well on my nails. I didnt have an appointment but they took me immediately. I was disappointed no one was able to do my facial but maybe next time. My first experience was great. I will be making this my permanent spa.

I used to love this nail salon...but now your appointment time does not matter. I always book Friday at 5pm (for the last 2 years). Last time I waited and waited...I spent 2.5 hours for color change and dip manicure. Disappointed

I have come here before and loved it, but was disappointed by my last visit here. My mom, sister and I had came in to get our nails done for Mother’s Day. My moms pedicure was rushed and the lady doing her pedicure payed little attention to my mom. Both, my mom and sister’s manicures are already chipping, one being a gel manicure. I had gotten a full set with design, plus gel which all cost $65 or more. My thumb has almost entirely peeled off and it has only been 4 days.

My feet have never felt nor looked so good. It was an awesome experience

I had an amazing experience! It was my first time at Relax, and I was very nervous because I’ve had bad experiences with nail shops in Memphis but they are the best at what the do. The manager, the technician and even other technicians around me were welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, true to its name. Plus, I was on my break and got finished with a manicure and full set in a timely manner.

I was looking for a nail shop nearby where my sister and I were located and I googled places and found this Salon. It was a great choice. I was pleased with Anna and my sister with Kelly. We will be returning again for another visit. Very professional, clean, nice, helpful, etc.

Wait was too long! Still after waiting for 45 minutes or longer others continued to be seated before me. I did have an appt at 1:45pm but hoped to be seated earlier. I will not return. Management returned a call but bad receptionist who argued with me...needs to get a course on customer service asap!!

Just moved to the area and picked this location based on the reviews and being that it is open late. Most shops rush an hour before closing, but the young lady took her time and although she didn’t talk to me much was very nice. I was in and out and my nails were simple and neat like I like! I will return. Nice decor and holiday music...felt festive!

I wanted to get my nails done on Christmas Eve, and I was worried that most places would either be closed or crowded, but Relax was open AND taking walk-ins. The decor is classy, the staff is kind, and they provide a wide variety of services. They even offered us drinks when we came in. We just got waters, but we saw some women drinking glasses of white wine! I had a lovely time chatting with the manicurist, and I fully intend to go back the next time that I’m in town.

My first and last time here 😫, Im moving to another state on a few days. Andy was pleasant and patient with me and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Too bad I cant take him with me!! Worth the money for the service, ambiance, etc., and I wish I could have afforded to do it all, but times are hard right now, but if you got it, the experience is well worth it!!! Thanks Andy!!

As a male flight attendant I always have to have my nails looking good had my nails done in Dallas and they messed them up pretty badly was here in Memphis for an overnight and saw that relax spa had very great ratings, went while here in Memphis on an overnight the nail technician Jenny Fixed my nails redid them completely and I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my nails they look natural and everyone was very friendly. The manager was great he I was able to work me in right before closing highly recommend this nail salon

If i could give no stars damn i would. I went here because of the great reviews but i didnt have a great experience at all! I went in for coffin shape nails and got EVERY shape but a coffin. While the nail tech was doing my nails i was informing her of the errors as she was doing them. Like she was filing one nail so narrow it turned into a stiletto nail hell barely that and one was leaning so far over it looking like the leaning tower in Italy! My nails were all kind of shapes and sizes! I wouldve really appreciated if she just informed me from the beginning that she wasnt comfortable doing them because she didnt know how. Bc when i showed her the picture of how i wanted them she seemed taken back by it. And i was charged $63 for what i didnt ask for. Will never get me again!!

The pedicure lady was very nice and thorough but the manicure lady ANN, HAD NO CLUE!!!! I spent an 1 hour on her attempting to figure out how to ombre and in conclusion, have a set of uneven nails from her not removing the original dip completely, incorrectly shaped nails and cut cuticles. Paid a total of $105 (+$5 in tips to pedicure lady) for a great pedi but extremely poor in service mani. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

I just moved to Memphis from NY and was worried about finding a nail place that I’d be comfortable at/with and thought it might take me a few tries, but Relax Nail Spa is my first and last nail salon experience in Memphis! I had Mimi who was great and funny. She did a good job and even though they were super busy I didn’t feel like she was rushing while working on me.

Andy and Rose were very nice and attentive. My mom and I hot our first nail appointments in public since March and we felt very safe and clean environment.We were asked to wash our hands first which is good.

Really nice experience. Relaxing means every bit of he word for a pedicure. She took her time and was not rushing through the job. Every client has their own nail tech. So it’s NO waiting. The workers are coming from everywhere. Like busy little bees. The chairs are super comfy and knead deeply into the back. My tech gave the most wonderful leg, calf and foot massage and was amazing. She took her time to R-E-L-A-X me. I had all the perks with just getting the Classic Pedicure. I’m sure the up graded packages are even more amazing. Wow! We will return!

So, Im visiting the area for my daughters graduation and needed to get a manicure/pedicure done for the event. I drove to a nail salon with good reviews by best buy. A bit disappointed with the greeting, appearance of salon and wait time so sat for a couple minutes then decided to leave. I googled another salon close by, which brought me to Relax Nail Spa. I walked in and a huge smile of relief instantly appeared on my face by staring at a resort like spa appearance, a pleasing spa like aroma and a prompt warm greeting from the host.The seats are large and comfortable and work great for back massages. The nail technician was very friendly and very accommodating, she knew exactly what she was doing.The most amazing thing to me at this place is not just the fabulous service but get this....complimentary WINE!! Yes, you read it, free wine while you get your day spa in. No beer or liquor but wine, champagne, soda, juice, or water all there to help you relax and make your time more pleasing.So with that said, this place is a must!!! I went here to get a soak off and a dip manicure and was SO happy with my experience. My friend ONLY comes here so I decided to give them a chance. It was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. It looks like pre-COVID, they served wine or refreshers to their guests. Each station is set up with plexiglass and everyone wore masks. I felt safe and comfortable. I absolutely will be returning! P.S. - ask for Yen or Ann!

This is probably the worst nail salon in the Memphis area. They have great customer service and the ambiance is extremely nice. However, the nail techs are horrible. I went in for an appointment that I had made about a week prior. I waited for 30 minutes because there was only one person who was able to do acrylics. I was extremely baffled. I have never went to a nail salon where only one person was trained to do acrylics. That should have been my cue to leave but I didnt. Long story short, she did NOT do what I asked her. She constantly sighed and argued with me because she was unable to trim and shape my nails how I wanted them. She constantly told me she could not go shorter because my nail beds were too long which is a LIE. I have been getting my nails done, natural and acrylic, for over 20 years. I do not like long nails and I left feeling so disgusting. My nails started popping off within 3-5 days. It was a terrible job which is the reason for this review and why I will never return to this nail salon and will tell my family, friends and acquaintances about my experience.
