I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at a nail salon. To begin, my pedicure was rushed. I paid $30 for a pedicure that was completed in 15 mins. Next, I asked for ombré on my nails and when the guy started to paint my nails, I informed him that it was not the color I selected.He began to take off my nails so I thought he was redoing them. No! He took off my nails and left them as be. I came to get my nails done for an event and now I’m leaving without my nails being done. Will never patronize this tacky nail salon again.

This is the best place Ive been to in Memphis that charges a lower price rather than others that break you for your money over something that doesnt last that long. I honestly can not speak for others. But me personally you get treated how you act that goes for anywhere. The guy that did my nails did them flawlessly I had stilettos and they were the sharpest. I havent seen anyone that can do stilettos nails any better than that as far as public nail shops. I love the environment and the music they play. The entire atmosphere is relaxing im a pretty patient person so listening to the music made everything seem so much quicker. They got me in and out and my nails were bomb, and my hands were soft because of the blossom oil and it smelled good. I couldnt ask for more honestly. The service is great. Loved it ❤

My toes are beautiful, but I asked for white powder nails and she gave me cream. Also if you go in the morning they do not open on time. They will have you waiting outside in the hot sun. At least be on time to your business. Its professional

I previously enjoyed this nail salon, until my last few experiences. No appointments, only walk-ins, & always busy. I noticed my big toe was becoming discolored so I asked my nail tech about it. Was told it wasnt a fungus, my nail was separated from the bed and we proceeded with the service. Upon my next visit I was advised that Sam didnt want to do my pedicure, after sitting there awaiting my turn for service. When asked why, he advised he wasnt comfortable and no other explanation was provided. Nothing else said from anyone else.. this was a very unprofessional and embarrassing situation. Im currently awaiting my lab results 😌

Horrible service, horrible quality. Don’t waste your money like I did. I had to make him fix it, he was trying to get me out the door. I should have known the way he was packing and putting it on like acrylic nails. Damaged my real nails by drilling underneath my nails to try to making my real nails thinner and nonexistent. Stick to pedicures.

My nails look horrible! NOT AT ALL what I asked for! When I went in it was 5:30. I was asked can they help me? I said yes please and it depends how much time it will take. Id like a fill and if you think you can, a pedicure. What I received for a pedi was painful (he cut my skin at least twice!!!!) and absolutely basic! AND he grumbled about the colors I picked! Whatever, its just toes I said! Onto my nails. I asked could I see the cats eye colors. First, he said cat eyes? We dont do those anymore. I showed him a picture off here. He said Ohhh, cats eyes! Got up and went right to the samples and handed them to me. I decided on light green with gold stripe and a pinkish orange with an orange stripe...for fall. (TO befair it looked orange with a brighter orange glow stripe!) The green NEVER was green, only gold! And I mentioned it twice and he just kept going! Then said he didnt know. I said, well green and gold is what I want! He just said again he didnt know. And kept going! So, it is gold with a gold misplaced odd stripe. The sample showed a swirl and that was how I wanted the green/gold ones! He REFUSED to do them the way I wanted. But like not even nicely, or this would look better...just did whatever he felt like to them. On the pink ones, I wanted crosses! I DEFINITELY did NOT get that! They dont even come close to matching each other! Let alone what I asked for from the samples! And they charged me $106! For again, a VERY basic pedi with regular nail polish and a FILL with gel! AND horrible attitude! I get my nails done all around the country! From their pictures, I expected WAY better. Im COMPLETELY disappointed!

I went in at 10:55 this morning and was asked to sign in and wait in my car for someone to call me when its my turn because there was no chair for me to sit in while I wait. I never received a call. I came back into the shop 2 hours later and was asked to wait in a chair. I never got called back for my pedicure. I ended up leaving out the shop at 1:05 tired of waiting. I will not be returning!!!

I paid $60.00 for a pedicure and manicure. Very quiet and peaceful. I have gel polish on both. I was there for about 50 minutes.

I came today to get my nails done and relax from motherhood. I explained to the nail tech that I wanted my nails almond. He said ok. He starts to do my nails and he makes my pinky the way I wanted but the rest of my nails he started to make them square round. So I asked could he make the rest of my nails the same as my pinky. He just stands and shoo me away. So I asked who going to do my nails he shrugged his shoulders. My thing is..if I am paying MY money for YOUR services that you should do it the way I asked. I sat here for over an hour waiting to be serviced for you to shoo me. I better not. This is the ONLY time I get to myself!! So yes I lef.

I’ve been here multiple times, and I do not remember having an issue with my nails. My nails always comes out perfect and to my liking each time. I highly recommend this establishment. However, if you are not one who does not mind waiting, I would not recommend going here. Yet, I’m extremely impatient myself, but I have to put that aside. This is the only place in Memphis that I can think of that does my nails correctly. In conclusion, it’s worth the wait.

I read a lot of bad reviews about the man doing nails in this shop. He actually isn’t bad if you get something simple. The atmosphere in the shop almost feels like family, I will be back!

We came in for a planned trip for my little sisters nails, she did her research, and bam this was the place. We love the reviews and were like to go, we came in and told the lady in the front what my sister wanted and told us to have a seat. Due to covid, everything is powder-based versus polish, I respect that completely its their shop. Anywho I sat watching my sister watching the process helped her pick her color and everything was going well. I can tell by the energy the woman who works in the front gets the most clientele but I and my sister were not set on her mostly just experience the energy in the place. They had one minor art back with a guess and they nipped it out of the bud in the most professional way. Word of advice if youre going to be impatient and rude, leave the establishment take a breather go home and try again. Because people work too hard to not be dealing with other peoples insecurities and rudeness, your best bet is to take that attitude home. Overall the young man who did our nails was WAY BETTER than the overly fancy place on a highland.. Nail bar... Lol they took their time and had the highest patience Ive ever experienced and will be coming back you have two new regulars for now on and this day forward.

Since the pandemic they are not my favorite nail shop anymore. I called and asked did I need to make an Appointment she told me to just come at 3pm. As Im typing this Im sitting in front of the nail shop. She told me to come back in an hour,I didnt want to make a scene. I tried calling, now the line is busy.

Have good nail techs but Unprofessional far as time goes. I went at 11 o’clock & was instructed that I would be contacted. I reached out to them around 12:30, I was then instructed I have 2 people a head of me and once they called those people to confirm Their appointment time I would get a call back to let me know if I could come on in if they canceled. I never received a call. I then reach out again around 1:30 same story. Called around 2:00 she told me she would try to squeeze me in because there was a few people in front of me, but I could come in and wait. I went in around 2:05 the lady then instructed me I have 4 people in front of me. Moral of the story I waited 3 hours and went in and everyone I seen come in behind Me was being serviced. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & waste of time.

They no longer use regular polish on full set acrylic nails?! I have never heard such thing, smh

I went on a Thursday it was very clean and quiet not many people were there. I got a full set and a very pretty pink polish on top. As I was getting my nails done I noticed that the man was really rushing but I ignored it. Then he told me to wash my hands and the acrylic on my nails was very thick. And when he polished them it looked like a child had polished my nails. That same day my nail polished chipped in the shower and now my nails are coming off and it hasn’t even been a week since I got then done. While my little sisters nails are perfectly fine and pretty and we got the same thing.

My experience was WONDERFUL!!!! The nail tech Kristine was very kind, professional & creative! She took her time on my nails & ALL of them are perfect!! She’s very gentle & loves what she does!!! I am very happy & satisfied with my nails to the point i cant stop looking at them!!! This is now my go to nailshop for anything! Thanks for doing my nails exactly how i wanted them, I LOVE THEM!!!!

Kristine REALLY NAILED IT! ;) I went in to get ombré stiletto nails with rhinestone settings. Kristine was very attentive and precise with my nails. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, and the staff is very friendly. She makes you feel at home. I have been to a few other nail salons in the Memphis/Olive Branch areas, and this was the best one BY FAR. If you are looking for someone who takes their time and good care of your nails, look no further. I will definitely be coming back here to get my nails done. ❤️

The last time I was here was January 26, 2020. Yes, my nails lasted that long. My nails had grown out extremely long, but thats all. There were no chips or cracks in any of my nails. Kristine is the best.

The workers were very friendly and amazing from the time I stepped in the door all the way up to when I left. The nail tech I forgot her name did an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows which was my first time getting done and she made my experience worth the wait. I will be back again ..!!!!!!!

I love this place been going here over 22 years great service. Tracy has 2 beautiful daughters been knowing them since first and second grade. Very cordial and sweet. The oldest daughter does my shellac and she is very good. Ive tried other places but end back up here. The quality is superior. The atmosphere is always pleasant and relaxing. Every time I come it’s only 3 workers! And the attitude is very unprofessional. Today I came to get my daughter nails polished and she said kids are not allowed! Like I spent so much money in this nail shop and y’all can’t polish my daughter nails. I’ve noticed when they have too many people to service they will give an excuse just so it won’t be crowded!

Get your receipt. Might have taken a tip out. Over charge for fill-ins. I ask for round trip. I was charged $5.00 extra. Everybody dont get short or long square tips. Charge a bit much for children. If you got it, you got it. Only 3 workers in this place, if you have time.

I had a great experience today! The staff was extremely friendly and kept a conversation going with me rather then just sitting there quietly. My nails were on point and they took there time to make sure it was the way I wanted it. The woman that did my pedicure was making sure to take every step that some places skip over. Overall I rate this place a 10 but the list just goes to 5!!!!

The nail shop is very clean and organized, the workers are really nice. The only bad part is eyebrow waxing because she doesnt clean the pieces of hair sticking out up. But overall experience was really good and so was eyebrow waxing.

The quality of service has went down on the shellac polish on your own nails. My polish used to last at least a week up to two weeks, before they start getting all these new people who are not attentive and miss steps. My polish started chipping the next day. Before a week was up, all of my nails/polish were chipped. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️.

I love this nail shop hands down the best Ive been to in Memphis. Ive been going here for years and I love the service. When I get my nails done its always excellent. I always get compliments on my nails every time I get them done. I normally pay between 50-100 but my nails last a month or more before I need a even need a fill-in. Tracy normally does my nails and its always what I want. To me its all about quality of the work not the price. If you want cheap work then go elsewhere this isnt what they stand for. The entire staff is nice and friendly.

I went here because they had the highest rating and they were close to the hotel I was staying in. The wait was EXTREMELY long. They told me 15 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes before they even put me in a pedicure chair. I figured it would be another 5 or 10 minutes before someone got to me but it was another 30 minutes before anyone looked my way. By this point the water was cold. The only reason Im not giving them a 1 star is because the pedicure was pretty good and they apologized right before they charged me for it. Not great, wouldnt go back.

Online said they opened at 12. Showed up and said they didnt open till 1230. So we waited. 1245 they finally show up. It was my sister in law mother in law and myself just wanting a pedicure. Got inside they said it would take awhile because there was only one person doing pedicures. And the cost was extremely high. 30 bucks. Left and will not return.
