This place is HORRIBLE, both in quality of service and lack of professionalism! I just went there for the last time. First off, they have that crappy nail polish that peels off when you shower, unless you want to pay $5 extra for the better quality polish (Im NOT even joking about that...ridiculous!) Today I went there in need of a mani pedi for myself and my daughter. I made a 2:00 appt. I wasnt taken until 2:10 and they didnt even take my daughter...they said they will take her later... Some 2:00 appt that is. I guess my daughter is a second-class citizen since she is 6 yrs old (but you better believe they will still charge me full price for her!) To top this off, the lady doing my pedi got up after 5 minutes and left me because another customer walked in (her customer) and she told me that the other guy would finish me (who was no where near done with his customer). Now, its 2:20, I have half a pedi and my daughter was still not taken but the woman who was working on me just up and left for someone else. Naturally, I up and left as well! The lady tried to justify her action by saying the other woman had an appointment...I guess my appointment didnt count! I gave that lady a good piece of my mind before I left...their loss of an easy $80...taking my business to Nail & Relaxation spa on sunrise.
