You came out once, said I had some signal but was going after a reflector and would be back, never been back, then my daughter contacted you and you came out to see if their connection could he nouced to my house, you never got back with them or me, I have since found another source,I gave you one star, simply because you came once
I have put in a contact request online. I called and they said to text them my address and they would come out and check signal to see if I could have their service. I texted and a month later still no response. Tried texting and calling again and nothing. If it’s this difficult to try to get service, I can’t even imagine what their customer service is like once it’s active. What a joke. So disappointed. I guess they don’t want my business that bad. Still stuck with centurylink

Their price is unbeatable, their customer service is quick, reliable and friendly and the actual internet service is leaps and bounds above what we had previously.Intercept is a great company with great customer service.
I had Dave & Cliff come out and do an installation yesterday and they were quick, efficient, clean and polite. Later in the evening, I found that one of my printers would not connect wirelessly, so I shot Intercept an email this morning and within 30 minutes they were back out to not only fix the issue that Microsoft couldnt solve but went Above & Beyond to help me with another printer that wouldnt connect properly.Thank you for the great Customer Service
I couldnt be more pleased with the installation/technical support service of Intercept Wireless. They were prompt professional. Their internet service made it possible for me to work from home. None of the competition even came close to my bandwidth and response time requirements. Thanks Intercept Wireless!
Weve had intercept wireless service approx 4-6 months and are very satisfied. We are able to get 25MB and the connection is solid. My wife and I both game online and the latency is good enough that we can play FPS like Overwatch and League of Legends without issues. You cant beat the price compared to what competitors charge.
Hands down the best option for internet in rural Kearney/Liberty. I’ve had Centurylink for nearly 6 years with no other option. My speed is literally 10x faster now. We can stream, game, and download with zero issue. Now I will be the first to admit, looking at the negative ratings, it took about a month to get called back. However, this is a small business, not a multi million dollar ponzy scam like Centurylink. The owner and one maybe two employees does all the sales, installations, and repairs. Give them ample to get you called back, or better send an email thats on their website Also this is a POE (Point of Entry) type internet. So you’ll have a dish on or near your house, which also means you’ve got to have clear line of site to their tower. No line of site, no internet.
I am so glad they started servicing my neighborhood. We could only get DSL prior. DSL was painfully slow. Started with 15 mbps with Intercept. We are now streaming much more, and have added a doorbell camera and interior and exterior cameras. Without Intercept, that wouldnt have been possible. It has been pretty great so far, and love the possibilities that decent internet has allowed.
Great service! Installation was simple, people are friendly and we can finally use Sling and Netflix with no problems!
A bit of a wait due to demand but worked with me and got us taken care of. Highly recommend for Hwy H area!

I have used this internet service for a couple of years. It is a small, local business that I have found to be proactive and responsive to my needs as a customer. I am able to run multiple devices that include an online university portal and stream HD movies on demand. Highly recommended!
If it would let me do no stars I would. Ive made more than 5 phone calls to try to get service from these guys and even the owner cant get out to the house to follow-up. Salesperson lives down the street from me. Zach has to be a friend to say customer service was good..just sayin
Personal customer service that You just can’t find any more!These guys have come to my rescue more than once when I thought there was an issue with their network and it turned out to be my home system causing problems.And when you live out in the country, wi-fi is a life saver!
We have had great personal service with Intercept. They delivered what they said they would and communication has always been high.
I have been with Intercept Wireless for a few months now, working out of my home as a Software Engineer. Needless to say I use the internet all the time, while my kids are upstairs streaming Netflix. We havent ran into a single problem so far.
Wish they would respond to requests for service. I have tried several times to request service and have never received a call or message back.
