Very convenient location from my house with plenty of available pumps and a car wash. Was not able to clean my windshield the container holding the water/windshield cleaner was full of trash and debris. Please clean it up it was a mess. Gas price was average had to walk in to pay for the car wash was not charged at the pump even after it was selected, the interior looked clean and organized. Very satisfied with the car wash a bit busy but quick enough and happy with the service.

Worst MTO sub ever, I think they forgot more than half the meat.

Josh, one of the managers here was so courteous and went above and beyond when they ran out of romaine lettuce! Got to appreciate hard working people who serve their customers with pride and excellence. This is my sheetz!

Honestly this Sheetz always seems to mess my food while taking 15 mins to prepare it. First off I’m in the food industry so I totally get mishaps but this is consistent with this location. The ONLY reason i have get this place a chance is because I understand how it serving the public and it’s the only thing open when I get off late. But enough is enough!! They never seem to be in their game or be mindful of what the ticket says. The last stand tonight was a woman in a plaid shirt with glasses and a ponytail informing me how my curly fry order had to have just been regular fries. She didn’t try to correct the error or apologize. She was just simply condescending. To make matters worse I think she was a Maher which explains how the care free attitude is passed on to others. Just drive to the sudley location it’s five mins down the road they do EXCEPTIONAL everytime. Which honestly for me is just reading and apologizing if mistake happens.

Excellent Sheetz, this is my new favorite after quality at the one on 28 started degrading, its a longer drive but worth it. Ive ordered here several times. I even had to come back a couple of times to get coffee sweetener through the drive through and they were very kind. Good job making good food and being nice.

The car wash!This is a typical Sheetz, always outstanding, clean and well-managed. The best perk of this location is the car wash. Its easy to use, always 100% clean and maintained.

This is a good, clean store and like most all the Sheetz that I have visited throughout the east coast the employees are kind and respectful and the food is mostly quite acceptable.

The employees are great Chris and the management are really great the go out there way to satisfy the customer and sheets I appreciate that if a customer doesn’t have a mask you guys offer one for free you guys are the best i hope there are more sheets near my area

Great selection in convenience store.Air for your tires its free.Carwash I advice to not get the 12 dlls one. Their machines work with pressure not brushes so they dont do such a great job and not worth the extra money. The 4 dlls one is sufficient for a quick clean. If you want a deep clean better to to planet on 28.

Both me and my brother were served cold food which was meant to be hot at this location on two seperate occasions. Ive been to other sheetz, and the food is more often than not prepared properly. I really hope the ballsford location picks it back up. Their food is good if its made well.Being in the food industry myself, I understand times get busy. However, I never ever sacrfice expediency over quality.Thanks,

Despite the fact that signs are clearly posted stating masks are required, numerous customers were inside without masks. NOT A SAFE ESTABLISHMENT.

Ms Simone, the evening manager, shes great. I walked in upset about a messed up order from this morning, but because of Ms Simone, I walked out happy and feeling much better!

I love Sheetz, they usually have the cheapest gas, plus they have a discount card that will give you and extra 3 cents off every gallon, without needing to sign up for a credit card. Their stations are always very clean and they have a free air hose for your tires. Most other stations in the area charge for air and you never know if its broken or not u til after you put your money in. I love that that isnt something I have to worry about at any Sheetz I go too.

I grab food about 2 or so times a week get fuel, the food is usually good here. The only issue that bothers me. The hot dogs are overpriced for what you get. The bread was terrible, all smushed and it just didnt reflect the price. Tonight I figured Id pay premium price for the 1/2 pound hot dog they offer for $2.99 plus 40 cents for the chilly. So for $3.50 I now got a soggy overpriced hot dog that was jammed into a box. If you want to spend over $6 dollars thats where the better quality starts here. Otherwise look elsewhere. At least when it comes to hot dogs. Sheetz if you are reading this drop the price for hot dog condiments. Hot dog is over priced as it is. Also go get some tips from the 7/11 next door on how to keep the bread fresh.

Great customer service. The closest thing to Wawa Ive seen. A one stop shop. I always get the pretzel steak & cheese sub. Low gas prices too...

I like their milk - very expensive in Virginia with PA pricing. The milk case was filthy. There were leaking bottles, but the residue was just plain dirt on them. Milk was close to expiration. No wonder no one would buy.

Normal Sheetz, store was well maintained and clean. Food was made on site and was good. Decent prices for a convenience store and gas prices were good for the area. Parking was sufficient and there were enough gas pumps so no real waiting.

Since I work in the area I stop by here almost daily to get a fountain drink.It used to be top-notch, but the cleanliness at this place is questionable at best. The good orders are usually correct and always on-time when you order using the app.Friendly staff.

Really good burgers for what it is. I was very surprised Ive always heard good things but had never tried them. Glad I did not I know where to eat in road trips.

The gas is usually the cheapest in town, especially if you have a Sheetz card. The bathrooms are clean and their food is always good and doesnt take forever. Customer service is great as well. Everyone usually says hi or asks if I need help. One of the best gas stations Ive ever been to.

This was easily the worst MTO Ive experienced at a sheetz. Ordered a 12 sub, waited 15 minutes, and when unwrapping it fell apart into a mess. They rolled it in such a way that when its unfolded the sub is upside down and on the corner of the wrapping so it all just slides out. The bread was hard and smushed, chicken seemed old, tomatos and pickles were carelessly thrown on top so they just fall out. Other sheetz Ive been to have been way better, it just depends whos making your sandwich.Otherwise the store is decent, the aisle space isnt too cramped. It does seem like alot of things arent stocked well though.

Best price on gas outside of a wholesale club. They have soft serve ice cream with available mix in for just $3. Very good! Best gas station EVER!

Good service! Liken the made to order food. Has a more fast restaurant feel for their menu as opposed to Wawa which is more like a Deli menu.

Good quick food for lunch or a snack, with a good menu selection. Seating available here, indoor and outdoor. Clean facility, bathrooms and very competitive fuel prices. Drive through car wash does a good job at cleaning my vehicle.

Great experience. Definitely follow the laws to the letter. My liscense or Id was expired and they wouldnt sell me my cigerrettes so, minor annoyance. But I cant exactly give them less stars for following the law. So, keep up the good work

Awesome experience prior to a concert night. Just passing by, we waited almost an hour in the drive thru for our food (with only 6 cars in front of us) just to get to the window and they have no idea what our order was. Being this close to a concert venue, excess orders should be expected and handled properly and in a timely manner. I completely understand why people bailed out of line and will definitely go out of my way to avoid this issue next time.

Sheetz has other places beat for all around convenience and selection (as convenience stores go). Head there for your coffee (good selection) and shmiscuits in the morning, or burritos and soda for lunch. Get a Sheetz card and earn rewards (I use mine to get free coffee) and discounts (3¢ off on every gallon of fuel.)

Pump tv play ads automatically, cant be muted.Lady told me I should have told her my number, when she was working on other orders and around the corner such that I couldnt see her because, my order had been done for a while but she never called it out. And didnt have the order visible.Other than that its a great sheetz always clean, stocked, etc.

A good store setup with lots of space and plenty of options. Including the beer fridge.The customer service is lacking in quality and respect. Theyre mostly teens or young adults who dislike their job openly. Anything and everything takes much longer than it should in here.

Worst experience Ive every had at a Sheetz!! Stopped here after leaving a concert at Jiffy Lube Live to get a coffee. Placed my order for a large latte, paid and proceeded to wait over 20mins. Watched as the man making the ordered beverages moved at a leasurely pace making the orders before mine (the order screen was facing out in clear view of the customers) and then pointed at mine order, read it and deleted it. When I called attention to this he actually ARGUED with me about it!!! 5 mom later I finally got my latte and left. I can forgive slow service but not intentionally bad and rude service. Whoever the manager is should work on customer service training. Never coming back to this Sheetz and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

I pulled into this place and thought they had maybe just put down fresh mulch or something because holy moly the entire outside of the place smells so awful. They do have excellent chocolate milk though.

I am huge fan of their MTO menu. Everything is always made quickly and is delicious. Plus the prices are reasonable. Even the gas prices are good! I wish there were more Sheetz closer to where we live in MD.

Stopped by for a soda and a hotdog, the mountain Dew was out but the hotdog they put together perfect. It would be nice if the people on the register would smile. But overall Sheets is a great place to stop by for a beverage and a snack. They have clean restrooms you can order a hot sandwich and they also have soft serve with toppings. This location also has a drive threw for your convenience.

Convenient location. Car Wash is a plus! However they are poorly managed. One guy/girl running their Made to Order counter is simply poor managing. A line of 6-7 people is simply unacceptable. Have seen this on numerous occasions. They run through employees because they simply dont support them or give them any help. Bless the poor souls that have to put up with this kind of nonsense on a daily basis.

Hey what can I say. It is a gas station. It has a weird drive-thru which i have not tried yet but I am curious about. The gas prices are fairly decent but can add up quicky if you have a large vehicle or an older one (in my case it was both.) Fairly clean and doesnt smell of spilled gas. If you want to pay in cash the people inside are glad to set that up. The snacks available are decent as with most gas stations. Their bathrooms however were pretty bad. But like I said. It is a gas station. It happens. Otherwise a fairly decent place.

My smoke alarm ran out of batteries and started beeping incessantly at 11 pm, so I called Sheetz to see if they had 9 volt batteries. They checked their stock for me and ensured that they had them so I could come buy them. They saved me from having to call maintenance in the middle of the night!

Sheetz has competitive gas prices. The MTO (made to order) selection of food is great. Definitely worth checking out.

Covenience store is great! Blows 7-11 away with vast selection. Beer fridge is also very well stocked.

Come here for break all the time, its always clean and well kept. Only thing stopping 5 stars is how long it takes them to make food can wait for 30 minutes before I get my meal

Its a nice store but there customer service is lacking. Be careful when using there air pump. It always seems to be broken and they seem bored with having to deal with it. It seems difficult to put a sign to advise not to use it. But other then that its decent.

Absolute WORST store I have EVER stopped at and you couldnt pay me 100 bucks to ever come back. People in the morning dont have time to wait 25 freaking minutes for a simple sandwich! Because of this stupid place i have been made late several times. Who knew it took over 20 minutes took get a simple melt. Im pissed and I now hate this store. Staff absolutely sucks

This store is only 5 minutes from me, but, I do NOT go to this location and drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Bristow store as I find the staff friendlier AND the store is very well kept up including well stocked as far as the coffee bar, to include Half and Half, sugar etc. The few times I went to the Balls Ford location always empty and I find they could care less when brought to their attention! In no way do they make any kind of attempt to rectify this and make it seem as though they are being put out to restock product !

It offers exactly what it advertises. CONVENIENCE. Choices are better than most convenience options.

Worst sheetz by far. I live around the corner and if I order food from there two times a week, they don’t have whatever I order 50% of the time. Order a pretzel, get told after paying they don’t have pretzels. Order chicken salad sandwich, get told after paying they don’t have chicken salad. Maybe after they get enough bad reviews they’ll care about stocking their store properly.

The food is tasty but if you order more than a couple made to order items the staff will forget things. The guy nearly forgot to give me sauce I paid for and completely forgot my cup of fries which I didnt realize until I got home.

Best gas prices in town if you use the rewards card. great convenience store inside with good soda and selections and prices. The restaurant is too expensive for what you get, which is really microwaved food. One other downside is the smell of the composting center across the street.

This sheets location is not bad they just have a staffing problem especially in the early morning hours. If anyone commutes to work from 5 AM to 6 AM and you stop by this location you know what Im talking about there is a huge early morning rush of people trying to get in and get out and go to work. Not sure who is managing this location and Im not sure they know where they are located at, but the balls Ford Road area !! come on dude, do you know how much industrial companies are in this area? and how many workers pass through this area in the morning ? wake up!! staff up !! I shouldnt have to wait 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, ridiculous..

This is 1 of the worst sheets that I have been to. I stop here almost every morning since it opened. And it continues to get worse. The morning staff cant get a sandwich right for nothing . And 85 percent of the time theres no coffee made. And when you say something you get an attitude. So Im going back to 7/11 .

One of newest locations in the area so this is a combo, restaurant (fast food and drive-in), cafe, gas station with car wash. Very clean, not to busy, but a little ackward to get into.

This Sheetz was SO clean [inside and out by the pumps] and well organized. The staff was super helpful and everything was well stocked
