Amazingly fast and friendly service! I was literally in and out in 15 minutes. I truly wish I had a place like this close to home. A necessary stop on our way home on a two week cross country adventure. Theres a reason why all of their reviews are positive! A quality business for sure!

Well to tell you the truth I usually go to Hansens Quick Lube. But after my experience as of Express today I do believe I will be using them more often they seem to be very professional and very fast at what they do maybe not as fast as others but they go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal they can get you. All in all Id say five stars awesome service and very friendly people.

We are full time RVers. It was time to get our F250 fluids changed. Lube Express tech did a fine job. I spoke with Brandy and scheduled an appointment the day before. She was very helpful. When we arrived early, she got our truck right due to the amount of work being done.Our experience with Lube Express was outstanding!!

I’m from out of town, and was in Casper for a month for work. The first day in town I noticed my oil leaking after having just gotten it changed before the trip.This place came highly recommended; they found the problem and easily fixed it. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

We got off work a little early to make sure we made it by 6pm(their listed closing time) and the guy behind the counter said your too late. I walked in at 540 pm. He said that he was letting the guys off “early so they could go Christmas shopping.” We have been a loyal customer for 25 plus years both business and personal!!! Unbelievable!!!! Well they obviously don’t care about our business!!! We will go somewhere else!! Gladly

It is a good place to get your oil changed, and the lady at the front desk is amazing.

They are always so quick and friendly. I thought I needed an air filter changed but they checked it and determined it was good - they could have easily charged me for it and done it anyway since I really didn’t know what I was needing but they were honest and didn’t have me paying for unnecessary services.

Rolled into Casper, Wyoming from my home in Bozeman, Montana on my way to Oklahoma for vacation. Noticed oil all over the underside of my truck at a rest area just outside of town. Id just had my oil changed in the previous day and was anxious to find out the issue before something potentially catastrophic happened. Pulled into Lube Express and shared my concern with Brandy at the front reception area and she immediately told me to pull into bay 2 so they could take a look at it. Immediately pulled in explained my situation to Justin who started looking throughout the engine bay and Brian who was looking over the underside. Come to find out my home town oil change people were a little sloppy and left quite a bit of residual oil laying in the trucks drip tray and was blowing out of the tray periodically over my trip. Needless to say its not everyday you find employees who take pride in their job & take care of customers the way we would all like to be taken care of when we have what we perceive as an emergency. Kudos to the employees who went above and beyond for my situation, it was greatly appreciated. By far hands down the best service Ive ever received at any oil change place. Although front desk attendant was professional, he wasnt very informative. But, yeah, I just did an oil change. $56 ... not bad. But, the only thing I thought was kinda lame was that I still should have gotten a quick vacuum service and even windex the glass. All I got was a little trash bag... huh.

I always go here for my oil changes. They are pretty quick and once youre in the system they know exactly what kind of oil etcetera

Terrible customer service, woman at the front desk had an attitude, mechanic came outside bay door and told me to turn my truck off while I wait for 5 mins which was just weird and then they were so lazy didn’t even pull my old sticker off and put the new one right next to it ..won’t be going there again

Im from Michigan, and we were on vacation out to Yellowstone and needed an oil change. They had me in and out in less then 30 minutes. Very kind and professional staff.

I usually perform my own maintenance, but I was in a hurry to leave town so I stopped here for a quick oil change. It was quick, and I was on my way. However, from that point on I noticed a persistent rattle under the truck. All through hunting season I noticed this rattle. Finally I crawled under the truck and lo and behold! The skid plate was dangling loose, one bolt missing, the other three loose, skid plate bent from snagging sagebrush. If it’s too difficult to put a skid plate back on correctly, what else are they not doing right??

Got my oil changed here just prior to a long road trip. Upon returning home noticed an oil drip under the car which was never there before. Come to find out they failed to tighten the oil drain plug. The car was literally almost out of oil. It all drained out!!! But thats not the worst part. Once I brought it to their attention, it was like pulling teeth to get an apology, let alone get any compensation. Not good customer service at all. Would not recommend.Update: noticed another oil leak after getting the issue resolved, surely it couldnt be the drain plug again... But oh my it was. Not as loose as the first time, but I got a full (easy) turn with the wrench. Cannot believe it. This now seems like I got sabotaged for raising a stink. Everyone makes mistakes but my goodness this doesnt add up. Now it makes sense why the manager told me in a condensending tone the plug sure is tight now

Quick service, 10 minutes, clean waiting room, coffee, oil change and inspection service was a little more expensive than I expected at $77.

Did not properly bolt down my skid plate. I only checked after reading another reviewers dismay. They have ONE job, and somehow theyve managed to do a shoddy job each time. Frustrated I now have to crawl under my vehicle after I just paid them $60 to do exactly this after changing my oil. Awful. I will not return.

Took my truck in to have the oil changed last summer. They did an ok job on the oil change but when they topped off my fluids they overfilled the brake and transmission fluids and added Orange anti freeze to my green anti freeze. Now I have all kinds of gunk clogging things up and my heater no longer works. When I called to tell them this they denied it. They did however offer to flush my radiator for $119 or more depending on how bad it is. I will never do business with this place again!

Solomon and his group are awesome! He is a man of his word and stands by his services! Last November (2017) I had my oil changed before I left for a job in El Paso, Texas. I had also asked them to tighten up my under carriage skid plate, Somehow the skid plate came loose on my way to El Paso (See attached pictures). When I came back to Casper and went in to have my oil changed again, I showed Solomon the pictures. He ordered and installed a new skid plate for me!!! I am beyond happy doing business with a man of integrity. Thank you Solomon and team for your dedication to customer service!!!

Outstanding customer service and hardly sat down for very long until I was told my vehicle was ready. I also loved that the inside had been cleaned and the punch card is a great perk!

Traveling from Bozeman to Denver we noticed something hanging at the front end of our car. We dropped into lube express. They helped us immediately and removed the torn cover for free. Very professional and caring business.

Expensive oil change! Minivan was a $100+ oil change and same with my F-150. I wouldnt recommend going here even if your vehicle breaks down in their parking lot.

This place is pricey! Before a last minute trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico, I stopped in to do an oil change. I requested Mobil1 100% synthetic, (7 qts) a oil flush and oil additive. $129.00 oil change. Sears was two wks back logged to do it, so...

Ive been using Lube Express for years. I always get professional service with little wait time.

Ruined my air cleaner by tightening the wing but too tight. Had to use a pipe wrench to get the oil filter off. Not good any more.

First of my car calls for 0-20 oil they put 5-20 also they charge 5 dollars for removing the skid plate their reason for putting 5-20 in the car is it cost more and they dont tell you they are charging the 5 dollars for the skidplate
